本発明は、ミキサ車の後部に配置されるシュートを任意の旋回位置にて固定できるようにしたシュート固定装置に関するものである。

従来のミキサ車のシュート固定装置として、実用新案登録2547709号公報にて開示された構造が知られている。
すなわち、ミキサフレームに円形の固定板が固定されており、固定板の上にはシュートを支持する支軸と一体の旋回板が回転可能に重ね合わされている。また、旋回板上にはブラケットを介してコ字形の支持部材の一端部が軸支され、支持部材の他端部は固定板の下方に延びるように配置されている。前記支持部材の他端部にはスクリュー部材が螺合され、スクリュー部材を回転させていくとスクリュー部材の先端部が固定板の下面に当接する。更にスクリュー部材を回転させていくと支持部材が下方に引っ張られることにより旋回板も下方に引っ張られ、それと同時に固定板はスクリュー部材にて上方に押し上げられ、固定板と旋回板とが当接して摩擦抵抗が増大することによりシュートの旋回を規制するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記の構成では、固定板の上面と旋回板の下面とを当接させることにより発生する摩擦抵抗により旋回規制するものであるが、固定板や旋回板の製作に不備がある場合や変形している場合には種種の問題点がある。
すなわち、スクリュー部材の押し付ける位置で固定板と旋回板の間に隙間が存在する場合には、スクリュー部材を押し込んでいっても両板間の隙間を無くすことが困難であり、そのため摩擦抵抗を大きくすることができず旋回規制が不十分となる。
一方、両板間の隙間を無くそうとするとスクリュー部材を非常に大きな力で回転させる必要があり、そのための労力が多大になるという問題点がある。
そこで、本発明はわずかな労力にて旋回の規制を確実に行うことができるミキサ車のシュート固定装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1はミキサ車の後部に位置するシュートに関する全体図である。1はミキサ車の車体2から延びた取付支柱で、該取付支柱1の先端に短管3を固定し、短管3の上部には円板状の固定台4が固定してある。前記短管3及び固定台4には支柱5が貫通されている。前記支柱5の中間には、固定台4の上方に位置し固定台4と略同一形状の円板状の旋回台6を固定し、支柱5の上端にはシュート7の上部を軸支してシュート7の上下揺動を可能とし、前記短管3より下方に飛び出した支柱5の下部には連結部材8をピン9にて固定し、前記連結部材8とシュート7下部との間にシュート7を上下揺動させた後にシュート7を所定の位置に保持するためのシュート傾斜保持装置10を設けてある。前記シュート傾斜保持装置10は、伸縮部材11にピン12を設けたもので、伸縮部材11が所定の長さまで延びた時点でピン12を差し込んで固定するようになっている。13は支柱5と旋回台6との間に設けた補強ブラケットである。

【発明の効果】

車体側から延びた取付部材に固定台を固定し、前記固定台上にシュートを支持する支柱側の旋回台を支柱が旋回可能に重ね合わせ、前記旋回台には上下方向に貫通する孔若しくは切欠溝を形成し、前記孔若しくは切欠溝に入り込むことにより先端が固定台の上面に当接可能としたボルト部材を、前記旋回台上に固定された支持台により支持し、前記ボルト部材に形成されたネジ部には一端部が固定台の下面に対向する押付部材の一部を螺合させ、ボルト部材の回転にて押付部材が昇降することにより固定台の上下面をボルト部材の先端と押付部材の一端部とにて挟圧しシュートの旋回を規制させるようにしたことを特徴とするミキサ車のシュート固定装置。A fixed base is fixed to a mounting member extending from the vehicle body side, and a support-side swivel base that supports a chute is superimposed on the fixed base so that the support can turn, and a hole or notch penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the swivel base.
