Description

【0001】

[0027]
Thus, after the attachment on the side of the instrument body 1 is completed, the cover 15 is attached. Here, the detail of the principal part of the instrument main body 1 and the cover 15 is demonstrated. First, FIG. 1A shows a plan view of the instrument body 1 and FIG. 1B shows a plan view of the cover 15. In FIG. 1A, the instrument main body 1 shows a state in which a reflecting plate 12 and the like are attached, and FIGS. 1A and 1B both show a state seen from the lower surface side.
[0028]
As shown to Fig.1 (a), the engagement parts 19A, 19B, and 19C are provided in three places near the peripheral edge part of the instrument main body 1 at equal intervals. FIG. 5 shows the structure of the engaging portion 19A. The engaging portions 19B and 19C have the same configuration. When the appliance main body 1 is attached to the ceiling, the upper side is located on the ground side and the lower side is located on the ceiling side in FIG.
[0029]
1 and 5, the engaging portion 19A has an outer peripheral side surface 19s (front side in FIG. 5) and an end surface 19e opposed to the protruding portion 15d when the cover 15 is rotated. A front chamber 19f which is located on the end surface 19e side and has a height sufficiently larger than the height from the contact surface 15b to the opposite surface of the protrusion 15d to the instrument body 1, and communicates with the front chamber 19f, and the thickness of the protrusion 15d And a rear chamber 19g having a height substantially equal to the height.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), on the lower surface 1a of the instrument body 1, for example, a spherical (or hemispherical) convex portion (a dowel) 30a is integrally formed in the vicinity of the circumferential direction of the engaging portion 19A. Moreover, as shown in FIG.1 (b), the convex part 31a which protrudes inward of the cover 15 in the position corresponding to the said convex part 30a in the contact surface 15b which contacts the lower surface 1a of the instrument main body 1 of the cover 15 is shown. It is integrally formed.
[0031]
Next, a state when the cover 15 is attached to the instrument main body 1 is schematically shown in FIG. 4, and the attachment method will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 4, and 5. First, the cover 15 is lifted from below, and the contact surface 15b is brought into contact with the lower surface 1a of the instrument body 1 exposed to the outside from the peripheral end of the reflecting plate 12, and the cover 15 is rotated in the P direction in this state. By this rotation, each protrusion 15d of the cover 15 enters and engages with the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C of the instrument body 1. The engaging portion 19A will be described. The protrusion 15d enters the front chamber 19f through the opening of the end surface 19e and the side surface 19s of the engaging portion 19A by the rotation of the cover 15, and enters the rear chamber 19g by further rotation. It enters, hits the rear wall 19h of the rear chamber, and engages at that position so as to be supported by the support surface 19k which is the bottom surface of the rear chamber 19g.
[0032]
By the rotation of the cover 15, the convex portion 31 a provided on the cover 15 comes into contact with and overtakes the convex portion 30 a provided on the lower surface 1 a of the instrument body 1. Here, simultaneously with the completion of the engagement between the engaging portion 19A and the projecting portion 15d, the positional relationship between the projecting portions 30a and 31a is set so that the projecting portion 31 gets over the projecting portion 30a. By doing so, the sense (click feeling) when the convex portion 31a gets over the convex portion 30a when the engagement is completed is transmitted to the installer of the cover 15, and the installer can know the engagement completion state from the sense. it can. That is, the convex portions 30a and 31a constitute a click feeling generating means for providing a click feeling when the engagement of the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15 and the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C of the instrument body 1 is completed.
[0033]
By this engagement, the cover 15 is fixed and held on the lower surface 1a side of the instrument main body 1 and covers the reflector 12, the fluorescent lamps L1 and L2, and the bean ball attached to the lower surface side of the instrument main body 1. At this time, the contact surface 15 b of the cover 15 comes into contact with the lower surface of the instrument body 1.
[0034]
Next, another configuration example is shown in FIGS. In FIG. 1, the convex portion 30a is formed only in the vicinity of the engaging portion 19A of the instrument body 1, whereas in FIG. 6, the convex portions 30b, 30b, 30c is integrally formed. The convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c are formed so that the distances A1, A2, and A3 between the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C and the convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c satisfy A1 <A2 <A3. Yes.
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, convex portions 31a, 31b, and 31c are integrally formed at positions corresponding to the convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c inward from the contact surface 15b of the cover 15. Yes. That is, the convex portions 31a, 31b, and 31c are formed in the vicinity of each protruding portion 15d. Here, the intervals B1, B2, B3 between the convex portions 31a, 31b, 31c and the protruding portions 15d are the same interval.
[0036]
In addition, the projection 31a is set so as to get over the projection 30a in the vicinity of the engagement portion 19A when the engagement between the engagement portions 19A, 19B, 19C and the projections 15d is completed. Since the positional relationship between the convex portions 30a, 30b, 30c and the convex portions 31a, 31b, 31c is as described above, when the cover 15 is rotated in the P direction, the convex portions 31a, 31b, 31c The order of overcoming 30a, 30b, and 30c is the order of the convex portions 31c, 31b, and 31a. That is, the protrusions 31b and 31c get over the protrusions 30b and 30c before the completion of the engagement, and the protrusion 31a gets over the protrusion 30a when the engagement is completed.
[0037]
By configuring in this way, a person who attaches the cover 15 to the instrument main body 1 feels the above-mentioned sensation (click feeling) in order, so that the protrusion 15d of the cover 15 is engaged with each engaging part 19A of the instrument main body 1. , 19B, 19C can be known.
[0038]
FIG. 7 shows another configuration example in which the engagement stage can be known in this way. In this configuration example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the intervals A1, A2, and A3 of the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C of the instrument body 1 and the convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c are the same. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7B, the intervals B1, B2, B3 between the protrusions 15 of the cover 15 and the protrusions 31a, 31b, 31c have a relationship of B1> B2> B3. Yes. Also in this configuration example, as in the case of FIG. 6, when the cover 15 is rotated in the P direction, the protrusions 30c, 30b, and 30a are overcome in the order of the protrusions 31c, 31b, and 31a to complete the engagement. The installer can know the engagement stage.
[0039]
Yet another configuration example is shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, the protrusions 31 a, 31 b, and 31 c protrude from the contact surface 15 b of the cover 15 in the inward direction, whereas in FIG. 8, the protrusion 15 protrudes from the contact surface 15 b toward the instrument body 1 side. Protrusions (ribs) 32a, 32b, 32c (the same shape as the protrusions 32 in FIG. 9) having a length in the radial direction are integrally projected on the contact surface 15b. Here, the intervals B1, B2, and B3 from the protruding portions 15d of the convex portions 32a, 32b, and 32c are the same.
[0040]
On the other hand, each convex part 30a, 30b, 30c provided in the vicinity of each engaging part 19A, 19B, 19C of the instrument body 1 is formed at a position corresponding to each convex part 32a, 32b, 32c. Compared to the case of FIG. 1, it is formed on the outer peripheral side of the instrument body 1. The intervals A1, A2, and A3 between the convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c and the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C satisfy A1 <A2 <A3.
[0041]
Also in this configuration example, when the cover 15 is rotated in the P direction, the convex portions 32c, 32b, and 32a get over the convex portions 30c, 30b, and 30a in this order, and finally the convex portion 32a gets over the convex portion 30a. Furthermore, each protrusion 15d comes to engage with each of the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C, and the completion of the engagement can be known when the installer feels the sense that the convex portion gets over the convex portion in order.
[0042]
It should be noted that the recesses into which the convex portions 30a, 30b, 30c of the instrument main body 1 are fitted when the engagement is completed are arranged so that the lower surface 1a of the instrument main body 1 and the contact surface 15b of the cover 15 come into contact with each other without any gap when the engagement is completed. It is desirable to provide a recess on the contact surface 15b of the cover 15 and a recess in which the projections 32a, 32b, 32c of the cover 15 are fitted on the lower surface 1a of the instrument body 1.
[0043]
Further, even if the intervals B1, B2, B3 are set as B1> B2> B3 and the intervals A1, A2, A3 are set as A1 = A2 = A3, the same effect as in FIG. 8 is obtained. It is done.
[0044]
Here, still another configuration example is shown in FIG. The instrument main body 1 shown in FIG. 10 (a) has the same configuration as that shown in FIG. 8 (a). However, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the cover 15 is placed on the contact surface 15b shown in FIG. 8 (b). Concave portions 33a, 33b, and 33c into which the convex portions 30a, 30b, and 30c of the instrument body 1 are fitted are formed at positions where the convex portions 32a, 32b, and 32c are formed. In this configuration example, when the cover 15 is rotated in the P direction, the convex portions 30c, 30b, and 30a are fitted in the concave portions 33c, 33b, and 33a in this order, and finally the convex portion 30a is formed in the concave portion 33a. When fitting, each projecting portion 15d comes to engage with each engaging portion 19A, 19B, 19C, and the installer can know the engaging stage with the feeling that the convex portion fits into the concave portion. At the same time, the completion of engagement can be known.
[0045]
It should be noted that the recesses into which the convex portions 30a, 30b, 30c of the instrument main body 1 are fitted when the engagement is completed are arranged so that the lower surface 1a of the instrument main body 1 and the contact surface 15b of the cover 15 come into contact with each other without any gap when the engagement is completed. It is desirable to provide it on the contact surface 15b of the cover 15 separately from the respective recesses 33a, 33b, 33c.
[0046]
Further, even if the intervals B1, B2, B3 are set as B1> B2> B3 and the intervals A1, A2, A3 are set as A1 = A2 = A3, the same effect as in FIG. 10 is obtained. can get.
[0047]
Next, another configuration example of the engaging portions 19A, 19B, and 19C is shown. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing another structure of the engaging portion, and is the same as FIG. 5 in that the upper side is located on the ground side and the lower side is located on the ceiling side. 11 differs from the engaging portion 19A shown in FIG. 5 in that a convex portion 40 is formed to project in the direction of the protruding portion 15d on the support surface 19k that supports the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15. Is a point. This convex part 40 has a length in the radial direction of the instrument body 1, and the cross-sectional shape at the opened side surface is a chevron shape (triangular rib) as shown in FIG. The inclined surface 40a facing the traveling direction Q of the protruding portion 15d when the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15 is engaged with the engaging portion 39 is gentler than the other inclined surface 40b.
[0048]
The operation when the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15 is engaged with the engaging portion 39 will be described. First, when the cover 15 is rotated, the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15 enters in the Q direction from the end surface 19e of the engaging portion 39, first enters the front chamber 19f, and enters the rear chamber 19g by further rotation.
[0049]
Then, the projecting portion 15d contacts the slope 40a of the convex portion 40, proceeds along the slope 40a, descends along the slope 40b on the opposite side beyond the peak of the mountain shape, and the plane of the projecting portion 15d is the support surface 19k. And is supported by the engaging portion 39. At this time, the projecting portion 15d is engaged between the rear wall 19h of the rear chamber 19g and the convex portion 40. That is, when the engagement between the protrusion 15 d and the engagement portion 39 is completed, the protrusion 15 d gets over the convex portion 40 of the engagement portion 39.
[0050]
Thereby, the person who attaches the cover 15 to the instrument main body 1 can know the completion of the engagement between the projecting portion 15d and the engaging portion 39 by a sense (click feeling) when the projecting portion 15d gets over the projecting portion 40. . That is, the convex part 40 corresponds to a click feeling generating means. Further, since the inclined surface 40a facing the traveling direction Q of the protruding portion 15d is gentler than the other inclined surface 40b, the protruding portion 15d can be engaged with the engaging portion 39 with a light force. It becomes difficult to come off.
[0051]
Next, still another configuration example of the engaging portion is shown in FIG. 13 is different from FIG. 11 in that the support surface 19k of the engaging portion 39 is provided with a tongue piece 43 in which holes 41 are formed on three sides and the one end 42 is fixed, as shown in FIG. The convex portion 40 is formed at the other end of the tongue piece 43.
[0052]
With this configuration, the convex portion 40 can bend in a direction perpendicular to the support surface 19k, and even if the thickness of the protruding portion 15d of the cover 15 varies, the protruding portion 15d gets over the convex portion 40. The feeling of time can be made constant, and the person who attaches the cover 15 can surely know the completion of the engagement of the protruding portion 15d with the engaging portion 39.
[0053]
In FIGS. 11 and 13, the convex portion 40 has a length in the radial direction of the instrument body 1 and the cross section has a mountain shape, but it may be spherical or hemispherical. By doing so, even if the shape of the projecting portion 15d varies and the trajectory when engaging with the engaging portion 39 may shift, the projecting portion 15d gets over the convex portion 40 with a constant force. It is possible to know the completion of engagement reliably.
[0054]
FIG. 14 shows an example in which the convex portions are formed at the respective engaging portions of the instrument body 1. As shown in FIG. 14B, three protrusions 15d are formed on the cover 15 at equal intervals. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 14 (a), the engaging portions 39A, 39B, 39C are also formed in the instrument body 1 at three equal intervals, but are formed in the engaging portions 39A, 39B, 39C. The convex portions 40a, 40b, 40c are not formed at equal intervals, and the distance between each convex portion 40c, 40b, 40a and the back wall 19h is formed at a position where 40c <40b <40a.
[0055]
That is, each convex part 40a, 40b, 40c differs in the positional relationship with respect to the protrusion part 15d corresponding to it, and when the rotation direction of the cover 15 is a P direction, each protrusion part 15d is the order of convex part 40a, 40b, 40c. You will get over with. At this time, when the corresponding protruding portion 15d gets over the convex portion 40c, each protruding portion 15d is engaged with each engaging portion 39A, 39B, 39C. By doing so, the person who attaches the cover 15 can know the engagement stage.
[0056]
