Description

【0001】

[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating embodiments.
[0014]
1 to 4 show an embodiment of a vehicle maintenance work tool cleaning apparatus according to the present invention, which cleans a buff rotating plate 2a of a buff work tool 2 (as a vehicle maintenance work tool). To do. The buffing work tool (polisher) 2 is used, for example, when buffing a painted surface of an automobile body, and includes a main body (pattern part) 2b having an air motor or the like, and wool. Or a buff rotating disk 2a made of leather or foamed plastic (soft elastic), and the buff rotating disk 2a is rotated by an air motor or an electric motor in the main body 2b. .
[0015]
The apparatus is received by a cleaning tank 3 having an upper opening shape, a receiving member 1 for receiving a buff rotating disk 2a during rotation of a buffing work tool (polisher) 2 in the cleaning tank 3, and a receiving member 1. In addition, an ejector 4 that injects cleaning water from below into the buffing rotary plate 2a while being mixed with air, a negative ion water supply tank 5, and a positive ion water supply tank 6 are provided. Then, the negative ion water supply tank 5 and the positive ion water supply tank 6 are selectively switched by the switching valves 8 and 8 so as to send the negative ion water and the positive ion water as cleaning water to the ejector 4. is doing.
[0016]
On the rear side of the upper opening edge of the cleaning tank 3, an extension wall 23 for preventing splashing of the cleaning water is projected upward in a plan view, and on the upper surface side of the cleaning tank 3, the side view is stepped. A working space S is provided on the front side. In other words, on the upper surface of the cleaning tank 3, the front half is set lower than the rear half through the stepped portion 16, and the working space S is formed on the front side. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the buffing disk 2 a can be cleaned while the main body 2 b of the horizontal buffing work tool 2 is swung in the left-right direction within the working space S. That is, the main body 2 b of the buffing work tool 2 does not interfere with the upper surface of the cleaning tank 3 during the cleaning operation. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, it can hold | maintain firmly with both hands in any type of the buff working tool 2 of a horizontal type and a vertical type. The worker stands up on the front (front side) side of the cleaning tank 3 and performs the work. Further, the horizontal buffing work tool 2 is a tool in which the rotation axis of the buffing rotating disk 2a and the main body 2b are substantially orthogonal, and the vertical buffing work tool 2 is the rotation of the buffing rotating disk 2a. This means that the shaft and the main body 2b are substantially in a straight line.
[0017]
The inside of the washing tank 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a drain pipe 20 is connected to the bottom of the washing tank 3 so that the washing water used for washing is drained to the outside.
[0018]
A support piece 21 (such as a rectangular piece or an angle piece) is fixed to a midway in the height direction of the inner side surface of the cleaning tank 3, and the outer peripheral end of the receiving member 1 is connected to the support piece 21 by a compression coil spring or the like. It is held via an elastic mechanism 22 consisting of That is, the receiving member 1 receives the elastic force of the elastic mechanism 22 when pressed from above to below.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 1, the holding member 1 is disposed on a substantially circular flat plate 10 having a substantially fan-shaped (substantially quadrant) cut-out portion 11 and on each side of the cut-out portion 11. And a spherical roller 12. Specifically, the shafts 13a and 13b are disposed along the radial side of the notch 11 of the flat plate 10, and the length of each shaft 13a and 13b is the radial dimension of the substantially circular flat plate 10. The both ends of the shafts 13a and 13b are attached to the flat plate 10. The shafts 13a and 13b are inserted through the spherical roller 12 and the cylindrical roller 14 so as to be freely rotatable. That is, the buff rotating disk 2a is rotated and cleaned while being supported (contacted) by the spherical roller 12, the cylindrical roller 14, and the flat plate 10. It should be noted that the arrangement of the spherical roller 12 and the cylindrical roller 14 on each of the shafts 13a and 13b is different (unlikely), and the rotating buffing disk 2a is in contact with the spherical roller 12 on one shaft 13a. The other shaft 13b enhances the cleaning effect by hitting the cylindrical roller 14 or the like. Moreover, the said notch part 11 is a sector shape whose center angle is about 75 degrees-120 degrees, for example.
[0020]
A nozzle 15 is connected directly or indirectly to the downstream (discharge) side of the ejector 4, and the nozzle 15 ejects cleaning water obliquely upward from a position below the center of the holding member 1 toward the notch 11. It is arranged like this. In other words, the holding member 1 (planar plate 10) is configured by notching a portion to which cleaning water (and air, which will be described later) is injected, and the notch 11 buffs the cleaning water (air). It is a spraying zone for spraying on the board 2a. And since it ejects in spot form from the nozzle 15, the impact force to the buff rotary disk 2a is strong, and the buff rotary disk 2a can be stirred more strongly.
[0021]
Further, when the buff rotating disk 2a rotates in the clockwise direction in plan view, the notch 11 is disposed on the rear left side in the cleaning tank 3 as shown in FIG. That is, the notch portion 11 is disposed on the side where the buff rotating disk 2a rotates and enters the inside of the cleaning water splash preventing extension wall 23. Therefore, splashing of the cleaning water to the outside due to the rotation of the buff rotating disk 2a can be reliably prevented.
[0022]
8, 9, 2, and 3, a support pin 17 is provided on the support piece 21 (described above) provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cleaning tank 3 so as to project upward, A hole 18 is formed in the receiving member 1 at a position corresponding to the support pin 17 in a penetrating manner. Further, the cylindrical body 19 is externally fitted to the support pin 17 so as to be slidable up and down, and at the same time, the cylindrical body 19 is always urged upward by a resilient (member) mechanism 22 such as a coil spring. deep. When the cylindrical body 19 is at the uppermost position, the upper end 17a of the support pin 17 is slightly protruding, and when the receiving member 1 is dropped from above, each support pin 17 is inserted into each hole 18 from the upper end 17a. .
[0023]
In this way, the receiving member 1 is formed with a plurality of holes 18 into which the support pins 17 can be inserted from below, and the support member 17 is detachably supported by the support pins 17 and is cylindrical. It is configured to be received by the upper surface of the body 19 and to receive an upward biasing force by the bullet mechanism 22.
[0024]
Separately generated negative ion water (alkaline water) is stored in the negative ion water supply tank 5, and separately generated positive ion water (acidic water) is stored in the positive ion water supply tank 6. Yes. Further, a pure water supply tank 7 in which pure water is stored is attached. In the present invention, pure water is defined as including ultrapure water.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 4, the supply tanks 5, 6, and 7 are connected to a common pipe line 30 through switching valves 8 ′, 8 ″, and 8 ′ ″, respectively. It is connected to the ejector 4 via a valve 29. Further, a tap water piping 32 is connected to the three-way valve 29.
[0026]
Further, the ejector 4 is connected to an air supply source (compressor or the like) 26 through an air piping path 33, and a foot switch 25 is interposed in the middle of the air piping path 33. The foot switch 25 is configured to supply / stop the compressed air fed from the air supply source 26 to the ejector 4.
[0027]
More specifically, as can be seen from FIG. 4, only air can be ejected from the ejector 4 (nozzle 15) by turning the foot switch 25 on and off, which is useful for drying after cleaning. Also, negative ion water, positive ion water, pure water, and tap water as product water (PH adjustment water) can be selected by the three-way valve 29 and the switching valve 8 (8 ', 8 ", 8"'). It has a function to inject selectively.
[0028]
Further, an adjusting means 27 is provided for adjusting the flow rates of the negative ion water, the positive ion water, the pure water, the tap water, and the air that are alternatively ejected from the ejector 4 (nozzle 15). In this example, the pressure adjusting valve or the flow rate adjusting valve is provided in the middle of the air piping path to form the flow rate adjusting means 27. As the flow rate adjusting means 27 (not shown), the air flow rate can be selected (increased / decreased) with the foot switch 25, or in the vicinity of the common piping 30 or the switching valve 8 ( It is also preferable to provide a flow control valve (such as a throttle valve).
[0029]
Next, referring to FIG. 4, the operation (function) and the method of use of the present invention will be described.
[0030]
First, when the power of the buffing work tool (polisher) 2 is turned on and the rotating buffing disk 2a is pressed onto the receiving member 1, the receiving member 1 is subjected to the elastic urging force (repulsion) of the elastic mechanism 22. Force) and pushes it back against the buffing wheel 2a.
[0031]
By switching the three-way valve 29 in advance, the tap water piping 32 is communicated with the ejector 4, and if the foot switch 25 is stepped on, tap water is mixed with air by the ejector 4, and the rotating buff from the nozzle 15 It is strongly sprayed on the turntable 2a.
[0032]
With this tap water, it is possible to wash away relatively large dust, foreign matter, etc. in the buffing turntable 2a. Note that tap water, garbage, and the like used for cleaning are discharged to the outside through a drain pipe 20 (see FIG. 2).
[0033]
When cleaning with tap water is completed, the three-way valve 29 is manually switched, the switching valve 8 'of the negative ion water supply tank 5 is manually opened, the foot switch 25 is stepped on, and the ejector 4 causes the negative ion water. Is mixed with air and sprayed from the nozzle 15 to the rotating buffing disk 2a. With this negative ion water, oils and oxides such as wax that cannot be removed with tap water are neutralized to become colloidal and can be washed away.
[0034]
When washing with negative ion water is completed, the switching valve 8 ′ of negative ion water is closed, the switching valve 8 ″ of the positive ion water supply tank 6 is manually opened, the foot switch 25 is depressed, and the ejector 4 Plus ion water is mixed with air and sprayed from the nozzle 15 to the buff rotating disk 2a, and the wool of the buff rotating disk 2a is rinsed and bleached to loosen each wool hair. In addition, a white buff rotating disk 2a can be obtained.
[0035]
When the cleaning with the positive ion water is completed, the switching valve 8 ″ of the positive ion water is closed, the switching valve 8 ′ ″ of the pure water supply tank 7 alone is manually opened, and the foot switch 25 is depressed to eject the ejector. Pure water is mixed with air at 4 and sprayed from the nozzle 15 to the buffing rotating disk 2a, and the pure water remaining on the buffing rotating disk 2a can be washed away with this pure water. If the water switching valve 8 '''is closed and if desired, only air is injected, the washed buffing disk 2a can be dried quickly and efficiently.
[0036]
Although the above-mentioned method showed an example of the cleaning method, other usage methods are also free. For example, only positive ion water is used to give the astringent action (tightening effect) to the wool, and the effect of buffing Can also be increased.
[0037]
According to this apparatus configured as described above, each cleaning water (consisting of tap water, negative ion water, positive ion water, pure water, etc.) is mixed with air and sprayed. Low consumption and economical. Moreover, since it injects with an air pressure, each washing water can be spread to the back | inner side hair of the buffing turntable 2a. Further, since the spraying is performed in a spot manner, the impact force is strong, and the wool of the buff rotating disk 2a can be stirred (unraveled) strongly. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, each sprayed washing water stays on the flat plate 10 for a while, so that the staying liquid 40 can enhance the cleaning effect of the buffing disk 2a. . In addition, compared with a rod-shaped holding member, in the present invention, the flat plate 10 receives the buff rotating disk 2a, so that an excessive load (load) is prevented from being applied to the buff rotating disk 2a, and wool, soft foam plastic, etc. It is possible to prevent the buffing surface from being damaged. Further, by visually observing the accumulated liquid 40, it is possible to easily confirm the presence / absence of dirt and the progress of the cleaning action (cleaning condition).
[0038]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 10, at least a part of the drain pipe 20 of the cleaning tank 3 is a transparent pipe 20 a that is exposed as a curved protrusion from the front wall 42 of the casing 41. Specifically, the long holes 43, 44 are provided in the front wall (panel) 42 of the casing 41 so that a part of the inner drain pipe 20 is bent outwardly. 44, and the entire drainage pipe 20 or only its curved projecting part is made transparent so that the curved projecting transparent pipe 20a is exposed to easily clean (condition) and clean the drainage. You can work while checking.
[0039]
In addition, since the switching valve 8 (8 ', 8 ", 8"') and the three-way valve 29 can be operated manually, there are no electrical components around the water, and leakage around the water is prevented. In addition, since the foot switch 25 is used, there is no mistake in stepping and the size can be reduced, and since no solenoid valve is used, the cost can be reduced. .
[0040]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the common pipe 30 and / or each pipe (with the switching valves 8 ', 8 ", 8"') is provided with an on-off valve 34 for the drain D. Thus, the drain means 35 is provided so that each washing water can be discharged to the outside at any time, which has the advantage of facilitating winter freezing prevention measures and replacement of the produced water.
[0041]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention is shown in the side cross-sectional view of FIG. 6 (a) and the plan cross-sectional view of FIG. 6 (b), and prevents the cleaning water from splashing over the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 3. The perforated plate 9 having a large number of (small) holes is disposed along the inner surface side including the extending wall 23 for use with a gap portion G at a predetermined interval from the inner surface. More specifically, the perforated plate 9 is a punching metal plate, and is disposed over the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 3 or as a part, particularly at the rear side. The perforated plate 9 is preferably disposed at a half or more (180 °) of the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 3 in a plan view, and may be 360 ° around the entire circumference. If the purpose of preventing scattering is achieved, it is not necessary to make it 180 ° or more.
[0042]
Thus, since the inside of the cleaning tank 3 has a double structure, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), even if the cleaning water scatters from the rotating buff rotating plate 2a, Passes through the small hole of the perforated plate 9 and falls downward from the gap G. That is, the flying droplets do not bounce off the inner surface of the cleaning tank 3 and splash outside.
[0043]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention is shown in a side cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, in which the holding member 1 is disposed so as to be inclined rearwardly downward and upwardly toward the front. More specifically, the flat plate 10 is installed in an inclined shape while the notch portion 11 is disposed at the back rear. In other words, the receiving member 1 (planar plate 10) has an inclined support structure in which the back side is deep and the front side is shallow. When the buff rotating disk 2a is placed on the holding member 1 set in this way, the main body 2b of the buff work tool 2 and the opening end of the cleaning tank 3 can be separated from each other. The main body 2b can be reliably held without the opening end being in the way (without pinching the hand). Moreover, it is possible to reliably prevent the droplets from the buff rotating disk 2a from being discharged to the outside.
[0044]
In the above description, the negative ion water, the positive ion water, and the pure water are ejected. However, only the pure water is ejected (without using the negative ion water and the positive ion water). However, using the structure of the receiving member 1 or the ball roller 12 or the like, an excellent effect can be obtained.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0046]
(According to claims 1, 2 and 3) Since air is mixed into the cleaning water and sprayed, the buffing wheel 2a can be efficiently cleaned, and the amount of cleaning water used is small and economical. . In addition, the cleaning water can be strongly blown by air pressure, it is easy to loosen the wool of the buff rotating disk 2a, and the cleaning water can penetrate into the back side of the buff rotating disk 2a, ensuring dirt, dust, wax, etc. Can be dropped. Since the cleaning water is mixed and injected by air injection from the ejector 4, electricity is not used, and there is no fear of leakage around the water.
Further, it is possible to prevent the buff rotating disk 2a that contacts the rotating member 1 while rotating to the receiving member 1 from being damaged without applying an excessive load. Moreover, during cleaning, the state of the cleaning liquid can be confirmed with the accumulated liquid 40 on the flat plate 10 , and the cleaning operation can be performed reliably and quickly.
In addition, since the cleaning water sprayed from the notch 11 is held on the flat plate 10 for a while and comes into contact with the buff rotating disk 2a, the dirt on the buff rotating disk 2a can be more reliably removed. Further, whether or not the buff rotating disk 2a has been cleaned can be easily determined by looking at the accumulated liquid (droplet) 40 on the flat plate 10 . Further, the ball roller 12 makes it possible to softly contact the entire wool of the buff rotating disk 2a, and the buff rotating disk 2a is not damaged.
[0047]
(According to claim 4) It is possible to eliminate the waste of each washing water by performing the injection of a necessary amount.
(According to claim 5) It becomes possible to efficiently dry the buffing disk 2a after cleaning by air injection.
[0048]
(According to claim 6) Since no electrical path such as a solenoid valve is provided in the cleaning tank 3, there is no leakage around the water and the safety is excellent. In addition, since no electromagnetic valve or the like is used, the cost of the entire apparatus can be reduced .
[0049]
(According to claim 7 ) Since the washing water sprayed from the notch portion 11 is held on the flat plate 10 for a while and comes into contact with the buff rotating disk 2a, the dirt on the buff rotating disk 2a is more reliably removed. be able to. Further, whether or not the buff rotating disk 2a has been cleaned can be easily determined by looking at the accumulated liquid (droplets) 40 on the flat plate 10. Further, the ball roller 12 makes it possible to softly contact the entire wool of the buff rotating disk 2a, and the buff rotating disk 2a is not damaged.
[0050]
In addition, each point of the rotating buffing disk 2a has a high probability of alternately hitting both the spherical roller 12 and the cylindrical roller 14, and the cleaning is performed more efficiently.
[0051]
(According to claim 8 ), the buffing work tool 2 can be cleaned while being tilted so as to be inclined rearward and rearward and tilted forward, and the buffing work tool 2 can be easily held and cleaned. . In particular, the main body 2b of the buffing work tool 2 can be prevented from hitting the upper surface of the cleaning tank 3, and can be freely moved back and forth and back and forth to facilitate the work. Moreover, it is easy to keep the buffing work tool 2 in a correct posture. Thus, it is excellent in operability.
[0052]
(According to claim 9 ) In the cleaning operation of the buffing work tool 2, the main body 2b of the horizontal buffing work tool 2 can be easily swung in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the cleaning tank 3. Property is improved. Further, in any of the vertical type and the horizontal type of the buff work tool 2, the main body 2b can be firmly held with both hands, and the scattering of cleaning water can be prevented.
[0053]
(According to claim 10 ) It is possible to prevent the used cleaning water from splashing on the inner surface of the cleaning tank 3 and scattering to the outside.
(According to claim 11 ) Winter freezing is prevented and the generated water can be replaced easily.
(According to claim 12 ) Since the receiving member 1 can be easily detached, when an object falls to the bottom surface of the washing tank 3, inspection and removal can be easily performed.
(According to claim 13 ) While performing the cleaning operation, it is possible to easily and reliably perform the operation while confirming the cleaning condition of the dirt and the state of drainage.
