Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reel sheet that is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a fishing rod and to which a reel can be attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The fishing rod is provided with a reel sheet for attaching a fishing reel such as a spinning reel or a double bearing reel. Among these, a reel sheet called a nut type generally has the following structure.
That is, a nut-type reel sheet generally has a threaded portion on the tip side that is fixed to the peripheral surface of the housing while passing through the housing in the axial direction, and a placing portion on which the reel leg can be placed. A main body portion, a fixed hood that is located on the base side of the main body portion and can be engaged with one end of the leg portion of the fishing reel, and a nut portion that is axially movable while being screwed to the screw portion of the main body portion And a moving hood connected to the base side of the nut portion so as not to rotate in the circumferential direction relative to the main body portion and to be rotatable in the circumferential direction relative to the nut portion.
[0003]
With this reel seat, one end of the leg of the reel is locked to the fixed hood, the leg of the reel is placed on the mounting portion, the nut is rotated, and the moving seat is moved closer to the fixed hood to move. Lock the other end of the leg of the reel with the hood. As described above, the reel leg portion is sandwiched between the fixed hood and the movable hood, and the reel on the placement portion is fixed to the main body portion of the reel sheet. The angler then squeezes the vicinity of the main body of the reel seat. For example, if it is a spinning reel, the leg of the reel is pinched with fingers, and if it is a dual-axis reel, the fishing operation is performed while holding the reel together with the main body. Become.
[0004]
Further, among such nut-type reel sheets, there is a reel sheet called a plywood type. This is a part of the reel seat body where the reel leg is placed (that is, the part that the angler directly touches and grips when fishing) is made of a wood product called plywood. is there.
The plywood is a material that is processed into a substantially cylindrical shape by laminating wooden boards on thin plates, impregnating with synthetic resin, and fixing them to each other. The plywood has a through hole in the axial direction, and is fixed to a predetermined peripheral surface of the casing with the casing penetrating through the through hole. Such plywood is excellent in appearance and grip, and can produce a high-class feeling, so it is widely used for reel sheets.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the plywood, which is the part on which the leg portion of the reel is placed, has a through-hole through which the casing penetrates in the axial direction, and further, a part of the side surface is cut flat to place the leg portion of the reel. It is necessary to form a mounting portion.
However, since plywood is a laminated product of thin wood plates as described above, a certain thickness is required to maintain strength. Therefore, the above-mentioned through-hole / mounting part is formed and a certain thickness (generally, this type of material requires a thickness of 2 mm or more to maintain the required strength). If it is attempted to maintain the portion where the portion is formed and further maintain the true cylindrical shape, the portion formed of the plywood becomes considerably thicker than the outer diameter of the casing penetrating the center.
[0006]
The portion using such plywood is a portion that is directly gripped by the angler as described above. If the diameter is unreasonably increased, the grip feeling may be reduced, and smooth fishing operation may be hindered.
An object of the present invention is to provide a nut-type reel sheet, particularly a plywood-type reel sheet, which has an excellent grip feeling and can smoothly perform a fishing operation.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The reel sheet according to the first aspect of the present invention is a reel sheet to which a reel disposed on the peripheral surface of the casing can be attached, and is fixed to the peripheral surface of the casing with the casing penetrating in the axial direction. A substantially cylindrical base portion having a threaded portion on the surface, and a substantially cylindrical shape having a mounting portion that is fixed to the circumferential surface on the base side of the threaded portion of the base portion and on which the leg portion of the reel can be placed The plywood body impregnated with the above synthetic resin, bonded and fixed to each other, compressed, the hood side hood portion disposed on the base side of the mounting portion of the plywood body, and the screw portion of the base portion A nut portion that can move in the axial direction on the base portion, and a tip side of the mounting portion of the plywood body that is axially movable together with the nut portion on the base side of the nut portion and is non-rotatable with respect to the base portion And a hood portion on the tip side. The plywood body has a curved surface in the axial outline so that the vicinity of the center in the axial direction opposite to the circumferential direction of the mounting portion is bent most.
[0008]
In this reel sheet, the leg portion of the reel is placed on the mounting portion while the base end portion of the leg portion of the reel is locked to the heel side hood. Then, the nut portion is moved in the axial direction while being screwed into the screw portion, and the tip side hood is moved to the base side to lock the tip side end of the leg portion of the reel. In this way, the reel leg is clamped between the tip side hood and the heel side hood. Then, the angler performs the fishing operation by grasping the reel while grasping the plywood body of the reel seat.
[0009]
At this time, the plywood body that the angler directly grips has a small diameter in the vicinity of the center in the axial direction, maintaining the minimum necessary thickness due to the plywood material also on the mounting part while ensuring the strength Furthermore, it is directing its ease of gripping. In other words, the plywood body is sufficiently easy to grip, and the hand is not slippery in the axial direction, and the grip feeling is excellent.
[0010]
The “plywood material” as used herein is a material formed by laminating thin wood plates of about 0.5 to 2.5 mm, impregnating with synthetic resin, bonding and fixing each other, and compressing them into a predetermined cylindrical shape. Further, the outer contour line in the axial direction in which the vicinity of the center in the axial direction is the most bent may be formed in the entire circumferential direction (excluding the placement portion). Alternatively, the direction in which the placement portion is formed may be defined as the up-down direction, and only the left and right sides of the plywood material may be drowned near the center.
[0011]
The reel sheet of the invention 2 is the reel sheet of the invention 1, and the curved surface along the axial outline of the plywood body is R100 mm to R300 mm.
The curved surface R in the outer diameter line of the reel sheet plywood body is uncomfortable if R is excessively tight, whereas if R is too gentle, the curl is so small that it is difficult to produce a sufficient grip. By setting the R within a predetermined range, it is possible to produce an excellent grip feeling without any discomfort in appearance.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A reel seat 10 that employs an embodiment of the present invention is a part that is attached to a rod body on the side of a fishing rod, and as shown in FIG. This is for attaching the reel to the fishing rod. That is, the bottom rod 2 is attached to the end of the rod side of the main rod 1 that is located closest to the rod side of the fishing rod, and the rod grip 3 is attached to the peripheral surface on the tip side. A reel sheet 10 is disposed on the peripheral surface of the heel grip 3 on the tip side.
[0013]
As shown in detail in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the reel sheet 10 is a substantially cylindrical base that is fixed to the circumferential surface at a predetermined position of the main bar 1 with an adhesive or the like with the main bar 1 penetrating in the axial direction. Portion 11, a heel side hood 12 fixed to the heel side of base portion 11, a nut portion 13 that is axially movable on the tip side peripheral surface of base portion 11, and a nut portion 13 has a tip side hood 14 connected to the base side of the heel 13, and a front grip 15 arranged on the peripheral surface of the nut portion 13.
[0014]
As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the base body 11 includes a pipe-shaped main body 21 fixed to the peripheral surface of the main shaft 1, and a screw thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface disposed on the peripheral surface on the tip side of the main body 21. And the plywood body 23 disposed on the peripheral surface of the main body 21 on the base side of the screw portion 22. The main body 21 and the screw portion 22 are made of hard synthetic resin or the like. A pair of locking grooves (not shown) extend in the axial direction by being displaced 180 degrees in the circumferential direction on the peripheral surface of the main body 21.
[0015]
As shown in detail in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the plywood body 23 is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape by impregnating a synthetic resin while laminating thin wood plates of about 0.5 to 2.5 mm and adhering them together. Material. It has a through-hole penetrating in the axial direction, and the main body 21 penetrates here. A part of the plywood body 23 in the circumferential direction is planarized in parallel with the axial direction, and this is a placement portion 23a on which the leg portion 100 of the reel is placed. Steps extending in the axial direction are formed at the left and right ends of the mounting portion 23a, and the right and left positioning of the leg portion 100 of the reel is performed. Moreover, the plywood body 23 forms a curved surface in the axial outline so that the vicinity of the center in the axial direction is bent most. More specifically, the cylindrical plywood body 23 is set so as to continuously have the smallest diameter in the vicinity of the center in the axial direction while maintaining a circular shape in each axial section, except for the mounting portion 23a that is planarized. . The plywood body 23 has an axial outline curved surface of preferably R100 mm to R300 mm. If it is a sharp curved surface exceeding this range, there is a sense of incongruity when grasped. On the other hand, if it is too gentle beyond this range, the curl is small and the ease of gripping cannot be sufficiently produced. By setting R within a predetermined range, there is no sense of incongruity in appearance.
[0016]
The heel side hood 12 is a short cylindrical member disposed on the heel side of the above-described plywood body 23 so as to cover the end of the placement portion 23a.
As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the nut portion 13 is a substantially cylindrical member and is a member made of, for example, a hard synthetic resin or the like having a thread on the inner peripheral surface on the base side. It is screwed into the screw portion 23 on the tip side of the base body 11 described above, and is movable in the axial direction while rotating in the circumferential direction. A substantially cylindrical front grip 15 made of an elastic member such as urethane rubber or cork material is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the nut portion 13. Further, the base side end edge of the nut portion 13 projects in a hook shape over the entire circumference, and a substantially ring-shaped tip side hood 14 is rotatably connected to the hook-shaped portion.
[0017]
The tip side hood 14 is a short cylindrical member like the base side hood 12 and is disposed so as to cover the tip side end of the placement portion 23a. The tip side hood 14 has a connecting portion protruding in a hook shape at the end of the tip side, and this connecting portion meshes with the nut portion 13 described above. Moreover, the inner peripheral surface has the latching protrusion 14a which protruded in the radial direction. A pair of the locking projections 14a are provided by being displaced 180 degrees in the circumferential direction, and the pair of locking projections 14a mesh with the pair of locking grooves on the peripheral surface of the main body 21 of the base body 11 described above. . As a result, the tip hood 14 is connected to the nut portion 13 so as not to rotate in the circumferential direction.
[0018]
In such a reel sheet 10, as shown in FIG. 1, the reel leg 100 is mounted on the plywood body 23 while the base end of the reel leg 100 is locked to the base hood 12. 23a. Then, the nut portion 13 is rotated together with the front grip 15 while being screwed to the screw portion, and is moved in the heel side direction, the tip side hood 14 is moved to the heel side, and the tip side end portion of the leg portion 100 of the reel. Lock. In this way, the reel leg 100 is sandwiched between the tip side hood 14 and the heel side hood 12 and sufficiently fixed. Then, the angler performs a fishing operation by grasping the reel while grasping the plywood body 23.
[0019]
In this way, the plywood body 23, which is the part where the angler grips and performs the fishing operation, has a small diameter around the center in the axial direction, while maintaining the wall thickness required for strength assurance because of the plywood material. Also directs its ease of gripping.
[Other Embodiments]
(A) For the axial outline that can bend most near the center of the plywood body in the axial direction, the direction in which the mounting portion is formed is the up-down direction, and the center of the plywood body is bent only on the left and right sides. The part and the opposite side surface in the circumferential direction may be smooth in the axial direction.
(B) In the above embodiment, the plywood body is exemplified, but it can also be applied to a cork material or the like, which requires a certain thickness in order to maintain a certain strength.
[0020]
