【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばリップグロス塗布具や液体口紅塗布具やアイライナーやエナメル塗布具などの液体化粧料塗布具で、液体化粧料容器の筆軸挿入用の口部内側に、筆軸に付着した化粧料を扱くワイパーが周設された液体化粧料塗布具に係わり、特に、筒形状の金属製の口金によって先端部に筆毛がカシメ固定された筆軸を備えた液体化粧料塗布具に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の液体化粧料塗布具は、図9に示すように、内部に液体化粧料1を収容した容器2と、この容器2の口部3に挿着できるキャップ6を兼ねる筆軸5とから構成されている。化粧料容器の口部3の内周には、樹脂やゴム等の可撓性部材で構成されたワイパー4が周設されており、化粧料容器2(の口部3)から筆軸5を抜き出す際に、その軸部5aに付着した化粧料をワイパー4の扱き部4aが扱き落とすようになっている。筆軸5の軸部5a先端には、筒形状の金属製の口金6によって筆毛7がカシメ固定されている。また、筆軸5のワイパー4への挿入がスムーズとなるように、口金6の先端側6aは縮径されたテーパ形状に構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記した従来の塗布具では、ワイパー4(の扱き部4a)の開口面積が口金6の外形よりも小さいため、図10に示すように、筆軸5を化粧料容器2(の口部3)に挿入する際に、筆毛7の側面がワイパー4の開口周縁部と干渉して折れるという、折れ毛7aが発生し易い。このため、この折れ毛が原因で、筆軸5を化粧料容器2(の口部3)にスムーズに挿入できないとか、化粧料1を適切に塗布できないという問題があった。

前記目的を達成するために、請求項1,2に係る液体化粧料塗布具においては、上方に開口する口部が設けられた液体化粧料容器と、前記口部からの出し入れが可能で、先細筒形状の金属製の口金により軸部先端に筆毛部をかしめ固定した筆軸とを備え、前記容器の口部内側には、前記筆軸の軸部を口部から抜き出す際に軸部に付着した化粧料を扱くワイパーが周設された液体化粧料塗布具において、前記筆軸の口金の先端側では、周方向の少なくとも一部の領域をテーパ形状に形成するとともに、前記テーパ形状に形成した領域の肉厚が先端開口側に行くほど内側に向けて徐々に厚肉に形成して、前記ワイパーの開口面積に対する口金先端開口面積を狭めるように構成した。
