Description

【0001】

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, an embodiment of an automotive lamp according to the present invention will be described as an example in which the present invention is applied to a high-mount stop lamp.
[0011]
The high-mount stop lamp 1 includes a base member 4 covering the rear surface of a lens 3 in which a front surface portion 2a that is long in the left-right direction and a peripheral wall portion 2b that protrudes rearward from the periphery of the front surface portion 2a are integrally formed of a transparent synthetic resin. .. Are attached to the front surface of the base member 4 as a light source body.
[0012]
The base member 4 includes an insulating portion 6 made of an insulating synthetic resin, conductive portions 7, 7,... Made of a conductive synthetic resin, and engaging claw portions 8, 8,. Are integrally formed by a so-called two-color molding technique.
[0013]
That is, two engagement claw portions 8, 8 are formed in one light source attachment portion 10, and these engagement claw portions 8, 8,... Form a pair in the light source attachment portions 10, 10,. .. Are connected in series by the conductive portions 7, 7,. And, for example, as a group of four light source mounting portions 10, 10,..., One of the conductive portions 7 and 7 at both ends thereof is a power supply conductive portion 11, and the other is a ground conductive portion. 12 are connected separately. And one resistance attachment part 13 is formed by the said engaging claw parts 9 and 9 in this one group. Of course, the power supply conductive portion 11 and the grounding conductive portion 12 are also formed of a conductive synthetic resin by a two-color molding method. Further, positioning projections 14, 14,... Are formed on the light source mounting portions 10, 10,.
[0014]
A cylindrical portion 15 protruding rearward at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the base member 4 is formed integrally with the insulating portion 6, and terminals 16, 16 made of conductive synthetic resin are protruded into the cylindrical portion 15. These terminals 16 and 16 and the cylindrical portion 15 constitute a power feeding connector 17. One of the terminals 16, 16 is connected to the power supply conductive portion 11, and the other is connected to the grounding conductive portion 12.
[0015]
The light-emitting diode 5 has a substantially circular flange portion 18, and lead terminal pieces 19 and 19 are provided along a surface located on the substantially opposite side of the flange portion 18. Further, a positioning notch 20 is formed in the flange portion 18.
[0016]
Such a light-emitting diode 5 has its flange portion 18 engaged with the engaging claws 8 and 8 of the light source mounting portion 10 of the base member 4, thereby being attached to the base member 4. At this time, the positioning protrusion 14 of the base member 4 is engaged with the positioning notch 20 of the flange portion 18, whereby the light emitting diode 5 is positioned with respect to the base member 4, and the terminal pieces 16 and 16 are engaged. It contacts with the claw portions 8 and 8. Further, the terminal portions 22 and 22 at both ends of the chip resistor 21 are engaged with the engaging claws 9 and 9 of the resistor mounting portion 13, and the chip resistor 21 is attached to the base member 4. The resistor mounting portion 13 is formed with a recess 23 adapted to the shape of the chip resistor 21, and a part of the chip resistor 21 is fitted into the recess 23, whereby the base member of the chip resistor 21 is formed. The mounting state to 4 is stabilized. In the light source mounting portion 10, a recess suitable for the flange portion 18 of the light emitting diode 5 is formed, and the rear end of the flange portion 18 is fitted into the recess so that the light emitting diode 5 is attached to the base member 4. You may make it stabilize an attachment state. However, the method of stabilizing the mounting state of the light emitting diode 5 to the base member 4 is not limited to the method of forming the concave portion described above, and the arrangement position of the engaging claw portions 8 and 8 is not point-symmetrical. The position is shifted from the symmetric position, or another engagement claw portion that is not related to the conductive portion is formed and supported by three engagement claw portions that are positioned at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Also good.
[0017]
As described above, the light-emitting diodes 5, 5,... Are attached to all the light source attachment portions 10, 10,... On the base member 4, and the resistance attachment portions 13, 13,. Chip resistors 21, 21,... Are attached. As a result, a plurality of series circuits in which four light emitting diodes 5, 5,... And one chip resistor 21 are connected in series are formed, and one end of these series circuits is connected to the power supply conductive portion 11. The other end is connected to the grounding conductive portion 12 (see FIG. 7). Then, when the external power connector is connected to the connector 17, the power can be supplied to the light emitting diodes 5, 5,.
[0018]
In the above-described automotive lamp (high-mount stop lamp) 1, the conductive portion 7 for supplying power to the light source (light-emitting diode 5) is formed by a resin molding technique. However, it is possible to form a base member having a considerably free curved surface shape, and therefore, it is possible to freely design the shape of the automotive lamp. In addition, by forming the engaging claws 8 and 8 that support the light source with conductive synthetic resin, the light source can be attached to the base member and conducted without soldering, so that the light source can be easily attached. In addition, the cost can be reduced and there is no risk of environmental destruction.
[0019]
It should be noted that the shapes and structures of the respective parts shown in the above-described embodiments are merely examples of implementations in carrying out the present invention, and these limit the technical scope of the present invention. It should not be interpreted as.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the automotive lamp of the present invention has an engaged portion, a light source body in which a terminal is exposed to the engaged portion, a conductive portion made of a conductive resin, An insulating portion made of an insulating resin is formed by two-color molding, and includes a base member made of a conductive resin and having an engaging portion that is continuous with the conductive portion, and the engaged portion of the light source body is By engaging the engaging portion of the base member, the light source body is attached to the base member, and at the same time, the terminal of the light source body is electrically connected to the conductive portion through the engaging portion so that power can be supplied. And
[0021]
Therefore, in the automotive lamp of the present invention, the conductive portion can be formed by a so-called two-color molding method, and the base member can be formed at a lower cost than the printed board. In addition, the light source body can be attached to the base member and connected to the conductive portion simply by engaging the engaged portion of the light source body with the engaging portion of the base member. It is inexpensive and there is no risk of environmental damage.
[0022]
In the invention described in claim 2, since the engaging portion is constituted by the engaging claw, the engaging portion can be easily formed and the light source can be easily attached.
[0023]
In the invention described in claim 3, since the plurality of light source bodies are connected in series by the conductive portion, the circuit configuration can be simplified.
