Description

【0001】

The present invention is for connecting a plurality of partition panels of a type in which panels are detachably mounted on both front and back sides of a frame formed in a rectangular shape in front view, in a plan view, to an L shape, a T shape, a cross shape, etc. This relates to the structure of the connecting device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a connecting device for connecting a plurality of partition panels in an L shape, a T shape, a cross shape, etc. in plan view, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-144168, the left and right vertical sides of a rectangular frame in each partition panel On the outer surface of the frame member, there is formed a longitudinal groove having an outward opening extending over the entire length, and a connecting block having a convex portion that fits in the longitudinal groove at the same height position of each vertical frame member. The upper and lower sides are arranged and fastened and connected to the connecting block by bolts penetrating the bottom plate of the vertical groove, while covering the corners of the adjacent partition panel and the connecting block and the side surface where the partition panel is not arranged. In disposing a long cover body (decorative member) across the upper and lower connection blocks, an engagement recess is formed in the outer periphery of each connection block, while the cover body includes the engagement recess. To lock on It is disclosed that provide a claw.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the conventional configuration, the shape of each connection block is complicated, the cross-sectional shape of the cover body is also complicated, the manufacturing cost is increased, and the engagement work and the removal work of the cover body and the connection block are also performed. There was a problem that became difficult.
Further, the connecting bracket for connecting the two partition panels in a straight line becomes unnecessary when connecting the partition panels via the connection block and needs to be removed as a part. In addition, there is a problem that it takes time and effort to easily remove the removed connecting block.
[0004]
The object of the present invention is to provide a partition panel connecting device that solves these problems.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the partition panel connecting device according to the first aspect of the present invention is an L-shaped plan view of the frame in the partition panel whose left and right side portions are constituted by vertical frames through a connecting block. [0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, the partition panel 1 can be detachably mounted with panels 3 and 3 on both the left and right sides (both front and back surfaces) of a frame 2 having a rectangular frame shape made of a steel plate and the like. Is provided with a cap (not shown) (top cover), and a space between the lower end of the panel 3 and the floor is covered with a baseboard 4. The frame 2 is formed in a rectangular shape by a pair of vertical frame bodies 5 and 5 and a pair of upper and lower horizontal frame bodies 6 and 6 fixed to upper and lower ends thereof. Note that a reinforcing horizontal beam may be provided between the upper and lower horizontal frame members 6 and 6, and conversely, a reinforcing vertical beam may be provided between the pair of vertical frame members 5 and 5.
[0013]
The vertical frame 5 is fitted to the core material 7 having a hollow rectangular cross section, the left and right sides of the core material 7 and the side surface in the thickness direction of the partition panel 1 outside the frame 2, and fixed by spot welding or the like. It is comprised by the outer frame material 8 of the hollow substantially rectangular shape.
On the outer side of the frame 2, a concave portion 9 having a vertical groove communicating vertically with the outer frame member 8 is formed in a substantially central portion of an end surface (thickness direction surface) of the partition panel 1 (and thus the frame 2). Has been. The longitudinal groove-shaped recess 9 is formed to include a pair of side portions 9a, 9a and a bottom portion 9b.
[0014]
In the embodiment in which the vertical frame bodies 5 and 5 of the adjacent frames 2 are connected in a straight line in a state of being in close contact with each other, they are connected to the holding block body 10 and bolts 18 described later. In this case, it joins so that the end surfaces of the front and back both sides of the thickness direction of the partition panels 1 and 1 which face each other may be contact | abutted.
In addition, at the corners including both end faces of the outer frame 8, vertically long engagement holes 20 having a substantially rectangular shape are formed at regular intervals along the vertical longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 5. In the vertically long engagement hole 20, an engagement claw provided at the base of the shelf bracket 21 for supporting the shelf board is locked (see FIG. 9).
[0015]
Further, the frame 2 is brought into close contact with a straight line in a plan view, or, as will be described later, the outer frame member 8 at a place to be connected in an L shape, a T shape, or a cross shape in a plan view includes A substantially rectangular insertion hole 11 into which the holding block body 10 can be inserted toward the core member 7 is formed. The insertion hole 11 in this embodiment is formed in a rectangular shape only in the bottom 9b of the recess 9 (see FIGS. 10 and 11).
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 6, 10, and 11, in this embodiment, the holding block body 10 includes a base portion 10 a that is disposed between the core members 7 and 7 at locations to be connected, and both left and right ends of the base portion 10 a. Are formed in a substantially H-shape in plan view, each of which has four holding projections 10b projecting from each other. The base 10a and the pair of holding projections 10b, 10b form both core members 7 with the thickness of the frame 2. It is configured so that it can be held in a direction that cannot be displaced. The dimension W1 between the inside of the pair of left and right holding projections 10b, 10b in the holding block body 10 is set to be substantially equal to the dimension W1 'between the outer side surfaces of the frame 2 in the thickness direction of the frame 2. Similarly, the dimension W2 between the outer sides of the pair of left and right holding projections 10b, 10b is smaller than the left and right width dimension W2 ′ of the insertion hole 11, and when the insertion block 11 is taken in and out, the holding block body This is such that a gap can be formed such that the left and right outer surfaces of 10 cannot be held by the left and right side edges of the insertion hole 11. In addition, the vertical dimension H1 of the holding block body 10 is substantially the same as the vertical dimension of the insertion hole 11 and fits tightly.
[0017]
Further, position restricting boss portions 12 and 12 are integrally projected on the base portion 10a of the retaining block body 10 in parallel with the direction in which the retaining protrusion portion 10b protrudes. Is formed so as to fit exactly into the positioning hole 13 formed in the core member 7. The base portion 10a is formed with a female screw portion 14 so as to penetrate both the position restricting boss portions 12, 12. The position restricting boss portions 12, 12 may not be provided.
[0018]
A washer body 15 having a U-shape in plan view as a reinforcing seat that sandwiches the core member 7 so as to face the holding block body 10 at the place to be connected can be disposed. In this case, on the inner side of the vertical frame body 5, locking holes 19 and 19 are formed in which the left and right side pieces of the washer body 15 are fitted to the connecting portion between the side surface of the core member 7 and the outer frame member 8. ing. Further, the core member 7 is formed with insertion holes 16 and 17 through which the shafts of bolts 18 with hexagonal holes are inserted in the head. The washer body 15 may be omitted, and the head of the bolt 18 may be inserted into the core material 7 so as to directly contact the inner surface of the core material 7 and screwed to the holding block body 10.
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner frame of the panels 3 and 3 mounted on both sides of the frame 2 and the horizontal frame are obtained because the outer frame 8 is larger in thickness than the horizontal frame 6 in the thickness direction. A gap can be formed between the body 6 in the vertical direction for inserting the wiring cord, and the frame adjacent to the body 6 via a notch 23 in which an intermediate part in the vertical direction of the outer frame 8 is notched to an appropriate size. The wiring cord can be pulled out to 2.
[0020]
Next, the operation of connecting the partition panels 1 and 1 in a straight line will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the insertion holes of the vertical frame bodies 5 and 5 at the positions to be connected between the two adjacent frames 2 and 2. 11 and 11, the holding block body 10 is inserted, and the side surfaces of both core members 7 and 7 are displaced in the thickness direction of the frame 2 by a pair of left and right holding protrusions 10 b and 10 b in the holding block body 10. Have them hug you. Next, the washer bodies 15 and 15 are fitted from the inner diameter side of the frame 2 so as to hold the core materials 7 and 7 respectively, and the shaft portion of the bolt 18 is held from the side of each washer body 15 through the core material 7. The block body 10 is fastened to the female screw portion 14. Thereby, each bolt 18 fastens the holding block body 10, the core material 7, and the washer body 15, and moreover, one holding block body 10 and the two core materials 7 on both sides thereof. 7 is fastened with bolts 18 on both sides, so that the connection strength is also strengthened. Then, since the core member 7 can be prevented from shifting in the thickness direction of the frame 2 by the pair of left and right holding protrusions 10b and 10b in the holding block body 10, the adjacent partition panels 1 and 1 are aligned in a straight line. Easy to place. Further, when the position restricting boss portion 12 protruding from the base portion 10 a of the holding block body 10 is fitted into the positioning hole 13 of the core material 7, it is possible to eliminate further positional deviation between the core materials 7 and 7. .
[0021]
As described above, the holding block body 10 is held by the core member 7 through the insertion hole 11 formed in the outer frame body 8 of the vertical frame body 5. As long as it is inserted, the holding block body 10 does not fall off, and the core material 7 to be connected by the holding block body 10 does not shift in the thickness direction of the frame 2 and thus the partition panel 1, and the bolts 18, 18. The three members of the two core members 7 and 7 and the one holding block body 10 can be firmly connected by fastening.
[0022]
Further, when the bolts 18 are fastened through the reinforcing washers 15 that hold the core members 7 and 7 in the thickness direction, the washer bodies 15 receive the surface pressure of the heads of the bolts 18 when fastened. Thus, plastic deformation of the thin core material 7 can be easily prevented.
4 (a) to 5 (b) show a case where two partition panels 1 are connected in an L shape in a plan view, three partition panels 1 are connected in a T shape in a plan view, or four partition panels. A connection block 40 for connecting the panel 1 in a cross shape in plan view is shown.
