【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to cosmetic additives, particularly, the storage stability as a main component polyetheramide-modified organopolysiloxane policy Riki San is an excellent cosmetic additive antistatic properties, in particular, cosmetics excellent formulation stability, good feeling, surface protection, transparency miscibility, antistatic properties, and emulsifying the polyetheramide-modified organopolysiloxane may provide surface lubricity to the water by a nonionic surfactant It is related with the emulsion type cosmetic additive which becomes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, silicone emulsions are used as a softening agent in the textile industry, a conditioning agent in the cosmetics industry, and a peeping prevention agent using aqueous ink in the paint industry. Foaming in an aqueous system is a cause of trouble in various industries, and particularly in the pulp manufacturing industry, foaming is an important problem because a large amount of foaming substances are contained in the waste liquid. For this purpose, a defoaming composition comprising a fatty acid amide, an oil-soluble organic polymer, a hydrocarbon oil, a fat (see Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 47-7359), a specific amount of oil, a quenched amide, a hydrophobic silica, a polymer, an emulsifier, Aqueous defoaming agent containing silicone surfactant, formaldehyde and water (see US Pat. No. 4,225,456 and JP-A-56-70308), organic liquid, silicone oil, hydrophobic silica, modified silicone oil, emulsifier, water There have been proposed antifoaming compositions (see JP-A-6-39207), but these have not always had sufficient antifoaming performance and have had problems with pitch generation and stability. In addition, oils are blended in cosmetics in order to prevent skin dryness and protect the hair surface, but dimethylpolysiloxane has been widely used in recent years because a light usability is desired. However, since this type of dimethylpolysiloxane is not sufficiently compatible with water and other oil agents, there is a problem that, for example, it is difficult to blend into cosmetics and stability is easily lost. In addition, there was a problem in the feeling of use such as a unique oily feeling, lack of moist feeling, and a strong squeaky feeling. Furthermore, there was also a drawback that it was easily washed away from the surface of the skin or hair. In addition to these modified organopolysiloxanes, as a conventional technique related to amide-modified organopolysiloxane, amino group-containing organopolysiloxane and polyoxyethylene fatty acid, which are raw materials for polyamide-modified organopolysiloxane, are dissolved in toluene. A method of using the above composition as a fiber treating agent has been proposed (see JP-A-1-306682). Further, a method has been proposed in which an emulsion capable of becoming an aliphatic amide-modified organopolysiloxane, a surfactant, and water is used as a cleaning agent for clothing. In general, however, aliphatic amide-modified polysiloxanes are highly hydrophobic and inferior in storage stability and are subject to alterations such as separation and aggregation after long-term storage. A method of applying an emulsion of siloxane itself as a surface modifier has not been put into practical use and is not known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The inventors of the present invention have arrived at the present invention as a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems.
It is an object of the present invention, the storage stability as a main component Po ants polyetheramide-modified organopolysiloxane, an excellent emulsion cosmetic additive antistatic properties, in particular, formulation stability in cosmetics It is an object of the present invention to provide an emulsion-type cosmetic additive that is excellent in surface roughness, has a good feeling of use, a transparent compounding property, a surface protection property, an antistatic property, a surface lubricity, and the like.
