The embodiment described above assumes that the input / output device of the present invention is mounted on a facsimile machine. However, information on a printer, a digital copying machine, a multifunction machine combining a facsimile and a printer function, a personal computer, etc. You may mount | wear with a processing apparatus.
[0040]
Next, management of data stored in the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
[0041]
The time from when data is stored in advance until MT2 is deleted, for example, MT2 = 24 hours, the time before MT1 is notified before data is deleted, for example, MT1 = 23 hours, and data is read into MT4 For example, MT4 = 1 hour, MT3 is notified before the read data is deleted, eg MT3 = 30 minutes, and MT5 is the maximum extension time, eg MT5 = 10 hours are recorded, and these values can be changed by inputting from the
[0042]
Next, the operation of the
In step S40, when it is detected that the accumulation of data in the
[0043]
In step S42, the reference time generation unit 14A determines whether or not a reference time T 0 , for example, T 0 = 10 minutes has elapsed, and waits until the determination becomes YES.
In step S43, T 0 is added to the value of time T recorded in the mold time recording unit 14G, and re-recording is performed.
[0044]
In step S44, it is determined whether or not the mold TYPE of the mold time recording unit 14G is zero.
As will be described later, when TYPE = 0, data has not been read from the
[0045]
If the determination in step S44 is YES, the process moves to step S45, and it is determined whether or not the time T added in step S43 is MT1 = 23 hours, which is the value recorded in the MAX TIME1 recording unit 14B. If the determination is YES, the process moves to step S46 to notify the transmission source that the file is to be deleted.
[0046]
Note that the file deletion notification is added if the identifier that was transferred when storing the data (file) described in FIG. 2 is added with an address for notification of file deletion in addition to the actual transmission source. Notification is also sent to the address that has been set.
[0047]
Since the deletion of the file is also notified to the added address as described above, it is possible to easily know the deletion of the file by using the added address as a mobile phone.
[0048]
Next, the process proceeds to step S47, where it is determined whether or not the time T is greater than MT2 = 24 hours recorded in the TIME2 recording unit 14C. If the determination is YES, the process proceeds to step S48 and the file is transferred to the transmission source. When the transfer ends, the process moves to step S49 to delete the file.
That is, a file that has never been read within MT2 time is deleted.
[0049]
If the determination in step S47 is NO, the process proceeds to step S50, and it is determined whether or not there is output (reading) from the file stored in the
[0050]
If the determination in step S50 is YES, the process moves to step S51, the mold TYPE value of the mold time recording unit 14G is set to 1, the time T is set to 0, the process moves to step S42, and steps S42 to S44 are executed. Is done.
[0051]
If the determination in step S44 is NO, that is, if reading from the file has been performed, the process moves to step S52, and the time T recorded in the mold time recording unit 14G is recorded in the MAX TIME3 recording unit 14D. It is determined whether MT3 = 30 minutes. If the determination is YES, the process proceeds to step S53 to notify the transmission source that the file is to be deleted.
[0052]
In step S54, it is determined whether or not the time T is longer than MT4 = 1 hour recorded in the TIME4 recording unit 14E. If the determination is YES, the process proceeds to step S55 to delete the file.
That is, a file that has been read for MT4 hours is deleted from the read file.
[0053]
If the determination in step S54 is NO, the process proceeds to step S56, and it is determined again whether or not reading from the file has been performed. If the determination is NO, the process proceeds to step S42, and steps S42 to S44 and steps S52 to S56 are performed. Is repeated.
[0054]
If the determination in step S56 is yes, the process proceeds to step S57, the time T of the mold time recording unit 14G is reset to 0, the process proceeds to step S42, and steps S42 to S44 and S52 to S57 are repeated.
That is, when reading from the file is performed again, the deletion of the file is extended again.
[0055]
In the embodiment, MT1 to MT4 recorded in the MAX TIME1 recording unit 14B to MAX TIME4 recording unit 14E are input from the
[0056]
Next, with reference to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the operation when the deletion time is extended in response to the file deletion notification in step S46 of FIG. 6 described above will be described.
In step S60, it is determined whether or not a time extension identifier has been received. If the determination is YES, the process moves to step S61, and the transferred file name and extension time ( TL ) are recorded.
[0057]
In correspondence with the dial buttons on the phone,
* 123
* 124 XXX
* 1250110
Is transferred to the input / output device of the present invention, if * 123 is transferred for the first time in step S60, it is determined that it is a time extension identifier. If * xxx is transferred following * 124, XXX is determined to be the file name, and when 0110 is transferred following * 125, it is determined that the extension time with the upper 2 digits in units of hours and the lower 2 digits in units of minutes is recorded as 1 hour 10 minutes. By doing so, it is possible to easily extend the time from the telephone.
[0058]
In step S62, it is determined whether or not the file having the file name recorded in step S61 is recorded in the
[0059]
In step S63, 1 is added to the extension number N of the file, the flow proceeds to step S64, from the number N 0 the extension number N is set to determine large or not, if the determination is YES proceeds to step S65 Because the number of times of time extension has been exceeded, it is notified that re-extension is impossible.
[0060]
If the determination in step S64 is NO, the process proceeds to step S66, and it is determined whether or not the extension time T L recorded in step S61 is greater than MT5 = 10 hours recorded in the MAX TIME5 recording unit 14F. If YES, the process proceeds to step S67, T L = MT5, and the process proceeds to step S68 to notify that the extension time has exceeded and the maximum 10 hours has been set.
[0061]
In step S69, TL is added to MT2 and MT1 of the file, and the process returns to step S60.
By adding TL to MT2, the file deletion time MT2 is extended by 10 hours (= MT5) from 24 hours.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to transfer or print out the data transferred through the lines having different data transfer methods and the input data to the designated transfer destination.
Moreover, since it can cope as mentioned above, cost and installation space can be reduced.
In addition, the data accumulated after a predetermined time has been deleted, and the data transmission source is notified when the data is deleted, so it is easy to cope with forgetting to print. Can do.
