近年、樹脂成形金型は製品の多様化に対応するため、同一金型において形状の異なる様々な入替え入れ子の入替えを行う構造の金型装置が用いられてきた。
以下に従来の樹脂成形金型装置について図3を用いて説明する。
図3は従来の金型構成を示す要部断面図である。図において、1は入替え入れ子、2は製品を突き出すストリッパ、3は可動側型板でその下面からボルト6により入れ子1を固定している。4は突き出し板上、5は突き出し板下、7は突き出しロッドで、その下端は突き出し板上4、突き出し板下5に挟み込まれて固定されている。ストリッパ2は突き出しロッド7に固定され、突き出し板より突き出しロッド7を介して製品を突き出す構造となっている。8は取付板、9は成形品、10は入替え後の成形品の形状、11は入替え時に入れ子1の固定とストリッパ2を受けるブロックである。
