【従来の技術】
内容物の形状から、その包装形態として薄型カートンとする要望は多い。薄型カートンへの内容物の挿入は、近時の包装機械であれば、内容物をくるみこむ形式の包装機械の進歩によって、いわゆるオーバーラップ方式により簡単に包装できる。ところが、薄型カートンから内容物を取り出すには、取り出し口が狭いために、出し難いという問題があった。
また、無理に取り出そうとすると、脆い内容物の場合には、折れたり、割れたりすることがあった。
図６は従来技術の薄型カートンの例を示す斜視図、平面図、図７は従来技術の別の薄型カートンの例を示す斜視図、平面図である。
薄型のカートンに内容物を収納し、易開封性を有し、かつ、リクローズする方法としては差し込み片を利用する方法（図６）、前面パネルに設けたジッパーを利用する方法（図７）等がある。
前記差し込み片２８によって開閉する場合は、図６に示すように開口部が狭いので内容物を取り出し難い欠点があった。たとえば、スティック状ウェハーのようなこわれ易い内容物では、取り出しの際に折れてしまうこともあった。
また、前記ジッパーを利用する場合は、図７に示すようにカートンの側面パネル４３にジッパーの掴み部となる突起Ｔを設け、該突起Ｔを摘んで上方に引き上げると、突起に連続して設けられた開口領域Ｙの両側の破断線ｍが連続して切断し、開口部Ｋが形成される。しかし、カートンが薄型になると側面パネル４３の巾が狭く、摘み部Ｔがわかりにくいことや、破断線ｍを破り取るのに力を要するため、幼児や力のない高齢者等にとっては開けづらい場合があった。さらに、このジッパー方式による開口方式では、リクローズは、貼着片に設けた切り込みｎに前記突起を挿入することにより行われるが、カートンが薄型になるとリクローズがし難くなるのが一般的であった。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明の薄型易開封カートンの実施例であり該カートンを開封した状態を示す斜視図、図２は、その平面図、図３は、開閉パネルと開口領域との貼着についての説明図、図４は、本発明の薄型易開封カートンの開封前とリクローズ状態を示す斜視図である。
本発明は包装された内容物を取り出す際にワンタッチ開封が可能で、またリクローズ性に優れた構造を有する薄型易開封カートンの構造に関するものである。

本発明の薄型易開封カートンは、折曲線ａを介して後面パネル１、側面パネル２、前面パネル３、側面パネル４、貼着片５が順次連接され、後面パネル１の天部に折曲線ａを介して天部パネル６、該天部パネル６の先に開閉パネル７を連接する。該開閉パネル７は、前面パネル３の上に相応の面積をもって重合するものとする。相応の面積とは、前面パネル３に設ける開口部Ｋおよび該開口部の周縁部を被覆する面積である。
また、開閉パネル７の先端には、突起部Ｔを設け、前面パネル３の所定の位置に切り込みｎを設ける。
前面パネル３の天部には、折曲線ｂを介して天部パネル８、該天部パネル８の先に差し込み片９を連接する。また、前面パネル３の底部には、折曲線ａを介して底部パネル１０、該底部パネルの先に差し込み片１１を連接する。ただし、カートンの底部のクロージングの方法は特に限定しない。図２の場合は、前面パネルの底部に設けた差し込み片１１を後面パネル１側に挿入する方式であるが、後面パネル１の底部に底部パネル、底部パネルの先に差し込み片を設け、前記差し込み片を前面パネル側に挿入する方式でもよい。

前記のような形状のブランクを用いて本発明の薄型易開封カートンを組み立てることができる。後面パネル１と貼着片５とを貼着して筒状体を形成し、前面パネル３に設けた天部パネル８及び底部パネル１０によって、天部と底部を形成し、それぞれに連接されている差し込み片９，１１を後面パネルに差し込む。この際、天部パネル側の差し込み片９は後面パネル１の内面と接着剤により貼着されることが望ましい。
次に、後面パネル１に天部パネル６を介して設けられた開閉パネル７を前面パネル３の表面に被覆重合する。図３に示すように、この際前記開口領域Ｘと前記開閉パネル７の裏面とを接着剤Ｇにより貼着する。前記接着剤は前面パネル３のＧの部分に塗布してもよく、開閉パネル７の裏面（図３のＧ′の部分）に塗布してもよい。
一般的には、内容物を充填された薄型カートンは、セロハンあるいはプラスチックフィルム等によりオーバーラップして販売される。

以上のようにして包装された本発明の薄型易開封カートンから内容物を取り出すには、開閉パネルの先端に設けた突起部を摘んで上に引き上げることにより、前面パネルの前記破断線ｍにより囲繞された開口領域Ｘが前記開閉パネル７側に貼着したまま、前面パネル３から切り離されることによって、前面パネル上に開口部Ｋが形成されるのである。以上述べた通りの開口方法であるため、前記切り罫ｍの形状により極めて大きな開口部を形成しても支障はない。
開口領域Ｘの形状は、内容物の形状、物性などを考慮して決めることができる。例えば、壊れやすい内容物の場合には、開口部を大きくすることによって、取り出し易くなる。

また、本発明の方法においては、図１（１−２）に示すように前面パネルの中に、窓Ｋｗを設けることも可能である。前記破断線ｍを前面パネル３の折曲線ａ及び端縁を含まない任意の形状の窓状に設け、該窓状の領域Ｘｗと開閉パネル７の内面とを貼着しておけば、開封の際に、前面パネルの窓状の領域Ｘｗが開閉パネルに貼着したまま、前面パネルから分離するので、前面パネルに取り出し口兼窓Ｋｗが形成されるのである。前記窓は２ケ所以上に設けてもよい。また、本発明による窓の部分は開閉パネルにより被覆できるので、前記窓部に透明なフィルムを貼らなくとも塵埃から内容物を保護することができる。

また、前記開口部Ｋは、該開口部よりも大きい開閉パネル７によりリクローズされるので、従来のジッパー方式のリクローズ方法と比較して、開口部Ｋの被覆性がよいのである。
前記切り込みｎを設ける際、その切り込みｎの近傍に切り欠き部Ｓを設けることにより、前記突起部Ｔの挿入がし易くなる。

【実施例】
図５は本発明の別の実施例を示す斜視図およびそのブランクの平面図である。アルミ箔により包装された棒状のチョコレートＨを５ケ包装する薄型易開封カートンとして実施した。チョコレートは、折れやすいタイプであるため、カートンに設ける開口領域Ｘ（開口部Ｋ）は大きくし、開封のための摘み部兼リクローズのための挿入片Ｔは、図５に示すように、開閉パネルの先端の２カ所Ｔ₁、Ｔ₂に設け、それに伴って、リクローズのための切り込みを前面パネルの２ケ所ｎ₁、ｎ₂に設けた。カートンのサイズは、60×70mm高さは10mmであった。用いた用紙は、特殊板紙ウルトラＨＬ判２８Ｋｇ（大昭和製紙株式会社製商品名）であり、５色のオフセット印刷＋オーバープリント（表面光沢向上）を施した。
専用の包装機械により、前記棒状のチョコレートＨを充填し、前面パネル３の開口領域Ｘの範囲内に酢酸ビニル系の水性エマルジョンタイプの接着剤を塗布し、開閉パネルを重合して、貼着した。２軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムを用い、開封用カットテープを接着してオーバーラップした。

【発明の効果】
本発明の薄型易開封カートンは、内容物を取り出す際、開閉パネルの先端に設けた突起を指でつまんで上に引き上げるだけで開口部を形成することが可能である。その結果、前面パネルに任意の大きさの開口部を形成しうるので、壊れやすい内容物、薄い、あるいは細い内容物の取り出しに際し、幼児や手指の力の弱った高齢者でも容易に開口部を形成し得る。
また、一旦開封した後に再封するには、前記突起部を前面パネルに設けた切り込みに差し込むだけで、リクローズすることができ、前記開口部は、該開口部よりも大きい開閉パネルによりリクローズされるので、従来のジッパー方式のリクローズ方法と比較して、開口部の被覆性がよく、前記差し込みを深くすれば、確実に再封されるので、携帯時の多少の衝撃などによって外れることがなく、したがってカートンの中の内容物が零れることはない。
