本発明は毛髪の染色方法に関するものであり、さらに詳しくは、毛髪を特定のジスアゾ染料により鉄媒染染色する方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、毛髪の染色においては酸性染料、あるいは酸化染料が主に使用されている。酸性染料は堅牢度が劣り、酸化染料はアミン類を含んでおり皮膚障害やアレルギーが発生することなどが問題となってきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、鉄媒染染色により、堅牢でアレルギー障害などが少ない、毛髪の実用可能な染色方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記目的達成のため到達した本発明は、毛髪を、遊離酸の形で一般式(1)で表されるジスアゾ染料を含有するpH2〜4.5の組成物で処理した後、鉄塩の水溶液からなる媒染液により鉄媒染することを特徴とするものである。

〔上記式中、環AはCl、ニトロ基または炭素数1〜3のアルキル基で置換されていてもよく、環BはCl、Fまたは炭素数1〜3のアルキル基で置換されていてもよい。〕

本発明においては、染料含有組成物のpHを2未満にすると毛髪の脆化が生じる恐れがある。
染液のより好ましいpH値の範囲は、2.5〜3.5である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の染料含有組成物は、毛髪への適用の仕方に応じてエタノール、ベンジルアルコールを含む溶液、エマルジョン、ゲルの形態として調製すれば良い。
染色終了後、ソーピング剤によるソーピングを行う。
本発明の鉄媒染方法は、毛髪の染色に好適に用いることができる。

以下、実施例により具体的に本発明を説明する。
各堅牢度試験と測定は以下の方法により行った。
汗アルカリ堅牢度:JIS L0848−1996(グレースケールで測定)
耐光堅牢度: JIS L0848−1996(グレースケールで測定)
カーボンアーク灯光 63℃ 10時間

白髪1gに対して、遊離酸の形で上記(2)の構造をもつ染料を10%o.w.f.、エタノール10cc、ベンジルアルコール5ccを加え、酢酸により染浴をpH3.5に調整し、浴比50:1にて染浴を仕立て、20℃で30分間維持した後、取り出して水洗し、浴比20:1の硫酸第一鉄3%o.w.f.水溶液中に染色物を投入、攪拌する。更に10分維持した後、被染物を染浴より取り出し、石鹸水にて軽く洗浄する。その後、水洗し、染色物を乾燥した。こうして得られた染色物は濃色の黒色に染まっており、良好な汗アルカリ堅牢度や耐光堅牢度を有した。その結果を表1に示す。

白髪1gに対して、遊離酸の形で上記(3)の構造をもつ染料を10%o.w.f.、エタノール10cc、ベンジルアルコール5ccを加え、酢酸により染浴をpH3.5に調整し、浴比50:1にて染浴を仕立て、20℃で30分間維持した後、取り出して水洗し、浴比20:1の硫酸第一鉄3%o.w.f.水溶液中に染色物を投入、攪拌する。更に10分維持した後、被染物を染浴より取り出し、石鹸水にて軽く洗浄する。その後、水洗し、染色物を乾燥した。こうして得られた染色物は茶色に染まっており、良好な汗アルカリ堅牢度や耐光堅牢度を有した。その結果を表1に示す。

ジスアゾタイプのC.I.No.Acid Black 1を色素の主成分とする市販黒色用ヘアマニキュアを用いて、指定された染色方法にて白髪を染色する。染色後、石鹸水にて軽く洗浄する。その後、水洗し、染色物を乾燥した。こうして得られた染色物の堅牢度結果を表1に示す。

モノアゾタイプのC.I.No.Acid Orange 7を色素の主成分とする市販茶色用ヘアマニキュアを用いて、指定された染色方法にて白髪を染色する。染色後、石鹸水にて軽く洗浄する。その後、水洗し、染色物を乾燥した。こうして得られた染色物の堅牢度結果を表1に示す。

【発明の効果】
本発明により、毛髪の湿潤堅牢度や耐光堅牢度等に優れ、衣服類への移染の恐れもない鉄媒染染色が可能となり、特に白髪染色に有用である。[0001]
