Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cracker that is used for a banquet such as Christmas or a wedding, and produces an explosion sound by pulling a pull string.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of this type of cracker is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-19754. As shown in FIG. 9, a part of the cone-shaped cylinder 1 is formed with a launch port 2 at the front end, and the launch port 2 is closed with a lid 3 that can be opened. Although not shown, the gunpowder body is housed inside the cylinder 1, and the drawstring passed through the gunpowder body is led out from the rear end hole of the cylinder 1, and the gunpowder is pulled strongly to pull out the gunpowder. The body explodes, and the lid 3 opens in a petal shape with this explosion pressure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the cracker constitutes the lid 3 that can be opened by connecting a plurality of petal-shaped flaps 10 to the front end edge of the cylinder 1 via the crease line 11 and sequentially folding the flaps 10. A V-shaped cut 20 is inserted between the adjacent flaps 10, 10, and the flaps 10 are separated and arranged side by side on the front end edge of the cylindrical body 1 through the cut 20. For this reason, when the flap 10 in the folded state is opened by the explosive pressure of the explosive body as shown by a two-dot chain line in the figure, the flap 10 does not stop straightly expanding forward of the cylindrical body 1 and is larger. An inversion state opens at an angle (the flap 10 in the inversion state is indicated by a symbol A). The inversion phenomenon of the flap 10 is also likely to occur when the inner back end 20a of the cut 20 is torn by the explosive pressure of the explosive body.
When the flap 10 is inverted in this way, at this moment, there is a problem that the finger holding the front end side of the cracker is struck by the inverted flap A and gives a painful feeling.
As one of the countermeasures, it may be possible to prevent the inversion phenomenon of the flap 10 by reducing the explosive power of the explosive body. However, this does not provide a satisfactory explosive sound. When the ejected matter such as a small tape to be blown off by explosion is stored, there is a problem that the flying distance of the ejected matter is shortened.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems, and to provide a cracker that can prevent the flip inversion phenomenon and improve the handling safety without reducing the explosive power of the explosive body. It is in.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a launch port is formed at the front end of the cylinder, and the launch port is closed so as to be openable with a lid, and the gunpowder body is accommodated in the cylinder and is passed through the gunpowder body. In the cracker in which the drawstring is led out from the rear end hole of the cylinder, the explosive body explodes by the pulling operation of the drawstring, and the lid is opened by the explosion pressure. A plurality of flaps that are connected to the front edge via a crease line and are sequentially folded from the crease line toward the center of the launch port, and adjacent flaps are connected together via the crease line, and the flaps are connected to each other. polymerization surface Ri Do from an integral tether that is folded along the crease lines between, a notch portion is formed with a step between the front edge of the integral tether and a front edge of each flap, flap and integral As the connecting pieces are folded in order, To each other it is characterized in that as mutually engaged with each other at the center of the ejection port.
[0006]
[Action]
The flaps that are folded in sequence are released all at once by the explosive pressure of the explosive body, but at this time, the flaps are connected together by an integral connecting piece, so each flap only expands straight to the front of the cylinder Then, opening and reversing more than that is reliably regulated by the integral connecting piece.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a cracker showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the cracker, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cracker is opened by explosion, and FIG. 4 is a cylindrical body of the cracker. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cracker forms a launch port 2 at the front end of a conical cylinder 1 having a large diameter as it goes forward, and closes the launch port 2 with a lid 3. In the cylindrical body 1, an explosive body 4, a drawstring 5 passed through the explosive body 4, and a funnel-shaped explosive body seat 6 movably inserted behind the explosive body 4 of the drawstring 5. Store. The rear end portion of the drawstring 5 extending rearward from the explosive body receiving seat 6 is led out from the rear end hole 7 of the cylindrical body 1 to the outside.
[0008]
The cylindrical body 1 and the lid 3 are assembled by a single paper substrate 8 which is punched out in a substantially fan shape as shown in the expanded state in FIG. The substrate 8 has a plurality of flaps 10 connected to the arc-shaped front end edge of the fan-shaped plate 9 via arc-shaped crease lines 11, and adjacent flaps 10 and 10 are joined together in a triangular shape extending forward. The pieces 12 are connected together. Each flap 10 has an arc-shaped crease line 11 and a front end edge 10a narrower than the crease line 11 as a pair of opposite sides, and left and right end edges 10b and 10c connected to the left and right integral connecting pieces 12 are connected to other flaps 10 respectively. It is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape with a pair of opposite sides. Of these, it is preferable that the right end edge 10 c substantially coincides with a line L passing through the central portion O that draws the arc of the front end edge of the sector plate 9. Fold lines 13 and 14 are provided on the left and right edges 10b and 10c of the flap 10 connected to the integral connecting piece 12. Of these, it is preferable in terms of assembling work that the crease line 13 of the left end edge 10b is perforated or has one longer cut to make it easier to bend. Adhesive margins 15 are continuously provided on the left and right end edges 9 a of the sector plate 9.
[0009]
In order to assemble the substrate 8 punched in such a shape, the flap 10 is folded inward through the crease line 11 in the order of numbers (1) , (2) , (3) , and (4) and connected together. While folding the piece 12 between the overlapping surfaces of the flaps 10, 10 along the fold lines 13, 14, the fan-shaped plate 9 is wound in a conical shape to make the cylinder 1, and finally (5) is pushed into the cylinder 1. As a result, the lid 3 for closing the launch port 2 is formed. At that time, as shown in FIG. 4, a step is provided between the front end edge 10a of each flap 10 and the front end edge 12a of the integral connecting piece 12, and a notch 16 is provided, so that the flap 10 and the integral connecting piece 12 are sequentially arranged. As shown in FIG. 2, the notches 16 are engaged with each other at the center of the outlet 2, and the flap 10 can be prevented from being opened carelessly. After the fan-shaped plate 9 is wound into a conical shape, the glue margin 15 of the left and right end edges 9a is overlapped and glued inside the other end edge 9b.
Prior to such assembly, the explosive body 4, the drawstring 5, and the explosive body receiving seat 6 are arranged on the fan-shaped plate 9 in advance. At that time, ejected matter (not shown) such as a small tape may be disposed in front of the explosive body 4.
[0010]
In order to use the cracker having the above-described structure, when the pull string 5 is pulled strongly, the explosive body receiving seat 6 moves to the narrowed rear side in the cylindrical body 1 at the rear end portion of the explosive body 4 and stops. As the drawstring 5 is pulled out from the explosive body 4, the explosive body 4 explodes. The flap 10 is opened by this explosion pressure, but since the flaps 10 and 10 are connected by an integral connecting piece 12, the flap 10 is straight forward of the cylinder 1 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Just unfold it, and it won't be flipped. Therefore, there is no possibility that the finger holding the front end side of the cracker will be hit with the flipping flap as in the conventional case, and it can be used safely.
[0011]
The integral connecting piece 12 that connects the flaps 10 and 10 may be formed in a shape as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. In this case, the integral connecting piece 12 is integrally formed in a bridge shape between adjacent flaps 10, 10, and a triangular hole 18 is provided between the flaps 10, 10 and the integrated connecting piece 12. According to this, since the integral connecting piece 12 can be easily folded along the crease lines 13 and 14, it can be easily folded between the overlapping surfaces of the flaps 10 and 10.
[0012]
As a reference example, the integral connecting piece 12 can be formed in a shape as shown in FIGS. The integral connecting piece 12 in this case is formed in a triangular shape that fills only between the skirts of the adjacent flaps 10 and 10. In this case, the cutout portion 16 that engages with each other at the center of the launch port 2 as the flap 10 and the integral connecting piece 12 are sequentially folded is provided with a small projecting piece 17 on the left end edge 10 b of the flap 10. It is formed.
[0013]
In each embodiment, the cylindrical body 1 is formed in a conical shape, but may be formed in a pyramid shape such as a pentagon or a hexagon according to the number of the flaps 10. Instead of gluing, the winding edges of the cylindrical body 1 may be stapled. The cylinder 1, the flap 10 and the connecting piece 12 can be made of plastic instead of paper.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the cracker of the present invention, flap inversion can be prevented without reducing the explosive power of the explosive body. Therefore, there is no possibility that the finger holding the front end side of the cracker will be hit by the flip flap as in the conventional case, and it is advantageous in that it can be used safely.
