【発明の属す技術分野】
本発明は、スーパーマーケットやドラッグストア等において、陳列棚の棚板の前方端に着脱可能にセットされる陳列棚用表示具に関し、更に詳しくは、陳列棚上に陳列される商品の商品名・価格等を表示したカード等を支持するのに好適な陳列棚用表示具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、スーパーマーケットやドラッグストア等において使用される陳列棚の棚板は、棚板本体と、この棚板本体の前方端に固定した棚板本体の横方向の全長に相当する長さを有する取付具とから構成され、この取付具の上端縁及び下端縁に形成した鉤上の係合部間に商品名及び価格等を表示したカードの上下両端部を係合することにより、該カードを取付具に支持するようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような従来の棚板におけるカード取付具では、カードの抜き差しが左右の両端部に限られているため、カード表示具の横方向が長くかつ複数の商品を表示している場合、ひとつの商品の表示を変更するたびカードの抜き差しを行う必要があった。

従って、本発明の目的は、カードの抜き差しが容易であり、またカラー化による装飾機能を発揮できる陳列棚用表示具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる実情において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、本発明における請求項１記載の発明は、商品陳列棚の棚板の前方に配置され、前記棚板の横方向に所望の長さを有するカード支持基板と、前記棚板の前方端に固定される前記カード支持基板に連結する取付部材と、前記カード支持基板の前面又は背面を覆うように設けられると共に下端縁がカード支持基板の下端縁に一体に連接され、上端縁が開放されたカード挟持板と、を備え、前記カード支持基板の背面と前記取付部材との連結部位を支点にしてカード支持基板の下部側を前記棚板の前方端側へ屈曲できるヒンジ構造を有する陳列棚用表示具を提供するものである。上記構成を採ることにより、カード支持基板の背面と取付部材との連結部位を支点にしてカード支持基板の下部側を棚板の前方端側へ屈曲させることにより、カード挟持板の上端縁部をカード支持基板の前面から離間して開口し、この開口からカードの出し入れを容易にする。また、本発明における請求項２記載の発明は、商品陳列棚の棚板の前方に配置され、前記棚板の横方向に所望の長さを有するカード支持基板と、前記棚板の前方端に固定される前記カード支持基板に連結する取付部材と、前記カード支持基板の前面又は背面を覆うように設けられると共に下端縁がカード支持基板の下端縁に一体に連接され、上端縁が開放されたカード挟持板と、を備え、前記カード支持基板のほぼ中央部にカード支持基板の下部側を前記棚板の前方端側へ屈曲できるヒンジ構造を有する陳列棚用表示具を提供するものである。上記構成を採ることにより、カード支持基板と取付部材の連接がどのような形態であっても、カード支持基板の下部側を棚板の前方端側へ屈曲させることにより、カード挟持板の上端縁部をカード支持基板の前面から離間して開口し、この開口からカードの出し入れを容易にする。また、本発明における請求項３記載の発明は、前記取付部材及び前記カード支持基板又は前記カード挟持板が、カラー樹脂材で成形されていることを特徴とする陳列棚用表示具を提供するものである。上記構成を採ることにより、前述の発明と同様の作用効果を奏する他、陳列棚の装飾性及び商品の存在感を向上できるとともに、店内全体のイメージを引き立てることができる。また、本発明における請求項４記載の発明は、前記カード支持基板の上端縁部に、陳列商品の存在を強調するポップカード等を支持する取付具が係脱される取付部を設けたことを特徴とする。上記構成を採ることにより、前述の発明と同様の作用効果を奏する他、買得品や広告の品等を表示する陳列商品の存在位置を強調するためのポップカード等の支持機能を持たせることができる。また、本発明における請求項５記載の発明は、前記取付部材に、前記棚板上に陳列される商品を区分する仕切り板の係合部が係脱される係合溝を形成したことを特徴とする。上記構成を採ることにより、前述の発明と同様の作用効果を奏する他、陳列棚用表示具に仕切板の支持機能を持たせることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
（第１の実施の形態）
本発明の第１の実施の形態について、図１〜図３を参照して説明する。
図１は本発明の第１の実施の形態における陳列棚用表示具を棚板に装着した状態を示す一部の斜視図、図２は図１の矢印Ａ−Ａ線に沿う一部の拡大断面図、図３は陳列棚用表示具の動作説明図である。
図１〜図３において、１０は商品陳列棚の棚板、２０は棚板１０の前方端に装着された陳列棚用表示具であり、この陳列棚用表示具２０は、カード支持基板３０、取付部材５及びカード挟持板６０を備える。

棚板１０は、棚板本体１０１と、この棚板本体１０１の前方端に固定した、棚板本体１０１の横方向の全長に相当する長さを有する支持部材１０２とから構成され、この支持部材１０２の上端部とこれに対向する棚板本体１０１の前端面間には陳列棚用表示具２０を支持するための係合溝１０３が形成されている。
カード支持基板３０は、商品名・商品価格及びこれに対応するバーコード等を表示したカード１を支持するためのもので、棚板１０の前方にその前方端から所定間隔離して配置される。また、このカード支持基板３０は、棚板の横方向の全長に相当する長さを有し、任意の色に着色した塩化ビニール等のカラー樹脂材により成形されている。

取付部材５は取付部本体４０と連結部材５０から成る。取付部本体４０はカード支持基板３０を棚板１０の支持部材１０２に取り付けるためのもので、カード支持基板３０と同一もしくはそれ以上の長さを有する略チャンネル状をなし、この取付部本体４０の棚板１０の前方端の上面部と接する箇所には棚板１０の係合溝１０３に係合する係合部４０１が形成され、この係合部４０１を係合溝１０３に差し込んで下端縁４０２を支持部材１０２の前面部中間付近に当接させることにより、取付部本体４０を棚板１０の前方端に固定できる構成になっている。
また、このような取付部本体４０は、カード支持基板３０と同様に任意の色に着色した硬質塩化ビニール等のカラー樹脂材により成形される。
連結部材５０は、カード支持基板３０の背面中間部と取付部本体４０間を一体に連結するもので、この連結部材５０のカード支持基板３０と取付部本体４０間に位置する箇所には、連結部材５０から上方へ鉛直に伸びる隔壁５０１が形成され、この隔壁５０１により取付部本体４０との間に、棚板１０上の陳列商品を区分する仕切板７０の係合部７０１が係脱される係合溝８０を形成する。
また、このような連結部材５０は、カード支持基板３０と同様に任意の色に着色した硬質塩化ビニール等のカラー樹脂材により成形される。

カード挟持板６０は、カード支持基板３０の前面にセットされるカード１を挟持するもので、硬質塩化ビニール等の透明な合成樹脂材からなり、カード支持基板３０の前面に重ね合わせ状態に配置される。このカード挟持板３０の下端縁は断面が円弧状をなす連接部６０１を介してカード支持基板３０の下端縁に一体に連接され、その上端縁はカード１の差し込み及び抜き取りが可能なように開放されている。
また、カード支持基板３０の上端縁には、陳列商品の存在を強調するポップカード等を支持する取付具９０の係合部９０１が係脱可能に係合される取付用縁部３０２がカード支持基板３０の全長に亘って形成されている。
さらに、カード支持基板３０の背面には、連結部材５０との連結部位より下方に位置して薄肉部３０３が形成され、この薄肉部３０３を支点にしてカード支持基板３０の下部側を棚板１０の前方端側へ屈曲できるヒンジ構造になっている。

上記棚板１０の後端部上には、仕切板７０の振れ止め用レール２が棚板１０の横方向の全長に亘り形成されており、この振れ止め用レール２に仕切板７０の後端部に波状に形成した係合部７０２を係合することにより、仕切板７０の後振れを防止できるようになっている。

なお、カード支持基板３０、取付部材５及びカード挟持板６０は押し出し成形機により一体的に成形されるものであり、特にカード挟持板６０は、陳列棚用表示具２０の押し出し成形時に、カード挟持板６０の成形領域に塩化ビニール等の透明樹脂材を注入することにより一体に成形される。

このように構成された陳列棚用表示具において、陳列棚用表示具２０を棚板１０の前方端にセットする場合は、取付部本体４０の係合部４０１を係合溝１０３に差し込んで下端縁４０２を支持部材１０２の前面部中間付近に当接させ、取付部本体４０を棚板１０の前方端に固定することで行われる。
また、カード１をカード支持基板３０とカード挟持板６０間に差し込んだり、抜き取ったりする場合は、図３に示すように、カード挟持板６０の連接部６０１を矢印Ｘの方向（棚板の前方端側）に押圧することにより、カード支持基板３０をその薄肉部３０３を支点にして棚板２０の前方端側へ屈曲させる。すると、カード挟持板６０の上端部がカード支持基板３０の前面から離間し、隙間６０２が生じる。従って、この隙間６０２からカード１をカード支持基板３０とカード挟持板６０間に差し込んだり、カード支持基板３０とカード挟持板６０間に差し込まれているカード１を抜き取り、別のカードに差し替えることができる。前記ヒンジ構造は、これに限定されず、カード支持基板の一部を薄肉としなくとも、等肉であって、かつ、カード支持基板の下端部と棚板の支持部材１０２の前方端部が所定間、例えば数mm以上の離間距離を有していれば、同様の作用を奏する。

また本実施の形態によれば、取付部本体４０と隔壁５０１との間に係合溝８０を形成することにより、陳列棚用表示具に仕切板７０の支持機能を持たせることができるとともに、棚板上に配置される陳列商品の仕切板７０をスペースレスに取り付けることができ、しかも仕切板７０の後部側係合部７０２を振れ止め用レール２に係合することにより、仕切板７０の後部振れを防止できる。

また本発明によれば、商品倒れ防止用のストッパを透明することにより、棚板上の陳列商品のストッパを透して容易に識別することができる。
また本発明によれば、カード支持基板の上端縁部にポップカード等を取付具が係脱される取付部を設けことにより、陳列棚用表示具に買得品や広告の品等を表示する陳列商品の存在位置を強調するためのポップカード等の支持機能を持たせるとができる。
また本発明によれば、取付部材とストッパ間に係合溝を形成することにより、陳列棚用表示具に仕切板の支持機能を持たせることができるとともに、棚板上に配置される陳列商品の仕切板をスペースレスに取り付けることができる。
