Description
【0001】
【0105】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a display method for displaying device information, and a display unit for displaying device information to a communication apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, mobile phone devices and the like have been put into practical use as wireless systems. In this wireless system, a plurality of base stations are basically arranged at a predetermined interval, and a service area centering on each base station is set. A mobile phone device in each service area communicates wirelessly with a base station in that area, sets up a telephone line via the base station, and performs a call or data transmission with an arbitrary partner.
[0003]
For example, some of the above mobile phone devices and the like can display, as icons, a remaining battery level and an electric field strength indicating information in a service area on a part of the display unit when waiting for reception.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the mobile phone device or the like displays nothing on the information display portion that occupies most of the display area of the display unit other than displaying the remaining battery level or service area as described above in the standby display. It is common that it is not done. Further, even when displayed during standby, as shown in FIG. 21, a simple display in which the current time is displayed on the
[0005]
For this reason, mobile phone devices and the like are rarely used for displaying meaningful information related to communication while having a wide display portion. Furthermore, in mobile phone devices and the like that are miniaturized year by year, the area of the display portion is also decreasing in proportion to the miniaturization of the device.
[0006]
The display of the electric field strength and the remaining battery level is important information such as whether or not it can be used in a terminal device such as a mobile phone device. Rather, it was something that would be a guide for use.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and a display that allows a user or the like to freely set information indicating the state of the device and display the set information as meaningful. Method and communication deviceRelatedTo do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, a display method according to the present invention is a display method for displaying the state of a device. In the display method, each display graphic element representing a plurality of states of the device is set in advance, and is set to a level of one state. Select one display graphic element that changes according to the level of the other state and another display graphic element that changes according to the level of the other state. Display the above figure combined withIn the display method, the device is a wireless terminal device, and a change in the state of the device is detected based on information obtained from a transmission signal input to a wireless processing unit included in the wireless terminal device.
[0009]
The display method configured as described above detects a change in the state of the device based on information obtained from a transmission signal input to the wireless processing unit included in the wireless terminal device, and determines the level of change in the state of the device. A display graphic combining one display graphic element corresponding to the above and another display graphic element is displayed.
[0011]
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-described problem, the communication apparatus according to the present invention includes at least wireless processing means that detects and processes a transmission signal, and information on a state obtained based on information from the wireless processing means. Based on the level discrimination means for discriminating the level according to the change of the state and the discrimination result obtained by the level discrimination meansOneDisplay shapeelementSelectAt the same time, other display graphic elements are selected according to changes in other states in the device, and a display graphic is constructed by combining the display graphic elements.Display control means and a display unit for displaying the display graphic selected by the display control means.
[0012]
The communication device configured as described above has the display control means based on the level determination result corresponding to the change in the state of the device obtained by the level determination means.OneDisplay shapeelementSelectAt the same time, other display graphic elements are selected in accordance with changes in other states in the device, a display graphic is constructed by combining the display graphic elements, and the display graphic is displayed on the display unit.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiment is a display device configured to be applied to a communication device such as a mobile phone device, for example, and as shown in FIG. 1, a

[0026]
Therefore, the character
[0027]
The display unit 5 is composed of, for example, a liquid crystal panel, and displays the character selected by the character
[0028]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the character to be displayed is such as FIG. 2 (a) → FIG. 3 (a) → FIG. 4 (a) → FIG. Thus, the animal's face is sequentially changed, for example, the outline of the animal is mainly changed. 2 (a) shows the eyes and mouth and their outlines, FIG. 3 (a) shows the face of a cat, FIG. 4 (a) shows the face of a tiger, and FIG. 5 (a) shows the face of a lion. The outline of has changed.
[0029]
For example, when a character is selected corresponding to the accumulated call time level, processing is performed according to the flowchart shown in FIG.
[0030]
First, as shown in step S11, the use state level
[0031]
If the accumulated call time is less than 3 hours, the use state level
[0032]
If the accumulated call time is less than 2 hours, the use state level
[0033]
If the accumulated call time is less than one hour, the eyes and mouth characters are displayed (FIG. 2A) as shown in step S17.
[0034]
Thus, by following the process of the flowchart as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to select a character corresponding to the level of the accumulated call time.
[0035]
When selecting a character corresponding to the level of the cumulative number of calls, for example, it is determined whether or not the number of calls is 30 or more in step S11, and the number of calls is 20 or more in step S12. This is performed by determining whether or not the number of calls is 10 or more in step S13, whereby the character display can be changed corresponding to the level of the cumulative number of calls.
[0036]
Here, the discrimination level, that is, the threshold value is set to 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, 30 times, 20 times, or 10 times, but is not limited thereto.
[0037]
Note that the character's face that changes depending on the remaining battery level and the electric field strength level is changed stepwise from FIG. 2A to FIG. In the case of a cat, it is changed stepwise from FIG. 3 (a) to FIG. 3 (d). In the case of a tiger, it is changed stepwise from FIG. 4 (a) to FIG. 4 (d). It can be changed stepwise from (a) to FIG. 5 (d). For example, the expression of the character in FIGS. 3 to 5 is changed from (a) to (b) to (c) to (d), for example, as the remaining battery level decreases or the remaining battery level decreases. Change the display so that it looks like.
[0038]
As described above, the
[0039]
Therefore, the user can know the call time and the number of calls so far, or the call charge by the character as the display graphic displayed on the display unit 5 that changes according to the level of the usage state.
[0040]
Further, as described above, the
[0041]
Further, the
[0042]
For example, the
[0043]
When the character display is reset every month, processing is performed according to the flowchart shown in FIG. In this flowchart, the accumulated call time is automatically cleared and returned to the initial value at the time of midnight on the reference date for adjusting the accumulated call time, for example, the first day of every month.
[0044]
First, as shown in step S18, it is determined whether it is a reference date. If it is determined in this step S18 that it is the reference date, or if it is determined that the reference date has passed, the accumulated call time is automatically cleared and returned to an initial value, for example, 0, as shown in step S19.
[0045]
After setting the use state to the initial value, in step S20, a character display corresponding to the accumulated call time is performed. Here, the character display corresponding to the accumulated call time is performed, for example, according to the flowchart shown in FIG.
[0046]
In step S18, if the reference date is not reached, the operation is performed as usual.
[0047]
As described above, the processing of the flowchart shown in FIG. 7 allows the
[0048]
Further, the
[0049]
That is, for example, according to the flowchart shown in FIG. 8, it is determined using the random number table whether or not to change the display character for each transmission.
[0050]
First, as shown in step S21, call processing is performed, and subsequently, as shown in step S22, the call time is measured. Then, as shown in step S23, the call termination process is performed, and at the same time, as shown in step S24, the accumulated call time and the random number obtained by the character display counter are integrated. Here, the character display counter counts the designated parameters in the same manner as the call
[0051]
After accumulating the cumulative accumulated time and the random number, in step S25, for example, a character is displayed by a process such as the flowchart of FIG.
[0052]
In addition, the
[0053]
Further, the
[0054]
When not used for a long time, the processing is performed according to a flowchart as shown in FIG. 9, for example.
[0055]
First, as shown in step S26, it is determined whether a call has been made within 24 hours. If there is an incoming / outgoing call within 24 hours, as shown in step S27, the integrated value (counter value) obtained by the character display counter is subtracted.
[0056]
After subtracting the integrated value, the rank of the character is lowered and displayed in step S28, for example, according to the process as shown in the flowchart of FIG.
[0057]
The
[0058]
For example, when there are many calls during the day, the threshold value may be set low so that the growth is quick, or the threshold value may be lowered even when there are many long-distance calls.
[0059]
Furthermore, when there is no use for a long time, it may be possible to display a face that seems dissatisfied, and it is also possible to control a plurality of parameters at the same time and display them individually.
[0060]
As described above, when the

In addition, by adding an analog element to the display used as the interface unit between the communication device and the user, it is possible to increase the usage and further expand the usage.
[0062]
Furthermore, when the user freely sets parameters, it becomes possible to use a communication device such as a mobile phone device as if it were a game, thereby promoting the use.
