Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a panel material connecting jig, and more particularly to a panel material connecting jig for connecting adjacent panel materials when an interior wall surface such as a unit bath is formed by arranging a plurality of panel materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, as a structure for connecting a plurality of panel members constituting a bathroom wall panel, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-18478. In this structure, as shown in FIG. 6, a wedge fitting 23 having a wedge portion 23 a is fixed to one pipe-shaped frame member 22 of both panel members 21 to be connected to each other, and a pair is attached to the other frame member 22. The holding bracket 24 having the bullet piece 24a is fixed, and the wedge portion 23a of the wedge fitting 23 is inserted between the bullet pieces 24a so as to be fitted and locked, so that both panel members 21 are connected.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure described above, the fittings 23 and 24 are engaged and locked by displacing the panel material 21 in the direction along the joint surface (end surface) 21a of the both panel materials 21 as shown by the arrows in the figure. Therefore, there is a problem that workability is poor because both the joint surfaces 21a are in sliding contact with each other and there is resistance. Moreover, since it is necessary to perform the above-mentioned displacement operation in a state in which both panel members 21 are extremely close to each other, there is a risk that both panel members 21 will collide with each other and be damaged unless they are carefully operated.
[0004]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24811, a leaf spring engaging piece 33 is provided on one reinforcing pipe 32 of both wall panels 31 connected to each other, and the other An engagement piece 34 made of a leaf spring is provided on the reinforcing pipe 32, and an engagement recess 33a formed at an end of the engagement piece 33 in a state where both wall panels 31 are joined to each other at an end of the engagement piece 34. The formed engaging projections 34a are engaged to connect the both wall panels 31.
[0005]
However, even in this structure, since the wall panel 31 is displaced in the direction along the joining surface of the both wall panels 31 as shown by the arrows in the figure as in the conventional example, the joining operation is performed. There is a problem that workability is poor due to the sliding contact resistance of the surface 31a. In addition, there is a risk of damage due to the collision between the wall panels 31 in the connecting operation.
[0006]
Furthermore, in the structure of each conventional example, packing may be interposed between both panel materials 21 (wall panel 31). In such a case, as described above, the joint surface is pushed in so as to be slidably connected. Then, there is a possibility that the packing may be rolled up.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such problems and realize that the connection workability of the panel material is good and that it can be prevented from being damaged, in the present invention, a plurality of panel materials arranged to form a wall surface are arranged. A panel material connection structure for connection, wherein the first connection member is fixed to one of the adjacent panel members, and the second connection is fixed to the other of the adjacent panel materials. In a direction of aligning the surfaces of the adjacent panel members from the state where the end surfaces facing each other at the time of connection are separated from each other between the first connecting member and the second connecting member. Guide means for guiding one of the panel members obliquely toward the other by relative displacement, and engagement means for connecting the two panels after being guided by the guide means. When It was.
[0008]
According to this, by pressing one of the adjacent panel materials so that the surfaces are aligned with each other, one of the panel materials can be approached obliquely toward the other, and between the joining end surfaces of both panel materials Since the connection state can be changed from a state that is separated to some extent, it is not necessary to perform connection work in a state where the adjacent panel materials are brought close to each other and the end surfaces may come into sliding contact with each other, and the sliding resistance between the panel materials is eliminated. As a result, the workability can be prevented from being deteriorated or damaged, and the packing can be prevented from rolling up when the packing is provided on the joint surface between the panel members.
[0009]
In particular, the first connection member is provided with an engagement hole portion that opens in a direction along end faces facing each other when the panel member is connected, and the second connection member can be immersed in the engagement hole portion. According to the present invention, there is provided a mating convex portion, and the guide means and the engaging means are provided between the engaging hole portion and the engaging convex portion. The guide means can be configured with a simple configuration in which a slope portion is provided on one side of the guide and a part of the other is guided by the slope portion, and both can be engaged at the end of the guide. The connecting operation can be performed by a simple operation of immersing the engaging convex portion.
[0010]
In addition, the engaging means includes a locking portion provided in the first connecting member, and a bullet engaging mechanism provided in the second connecting member so as to elastically engage the locking portion. In the guide state by both connecting members, the elastic engagement piece is elastically deformed to the side opposite to the side engaging the elastic engagement piece, and the elastic engagement piece is elastic at the end of the guide. It can be restored to the engaged state, and the engaged state can be achieved with a simple configuration.
[0011]
In addition, a recess is provided in the back side of the panel material at both end faces facing each other when connecting adjacent panel materials, and the packing is installed in the recess to prevent the packing from rolling up. obtain.
[0012]

[0019]
The second connecting member 4 includes a vertically long rectangular main body 4a having an outer peripheral wall, and an engaging convex portion 4c projecting from the bottom wall portion 4b at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the main body 4a. As shown in FIG. 2B, screw insertion holes 9 are also provided in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall portion 4b, and the tapping screw 2 is connected to each screw insertion hole in the same manner as the first connecting member 3. The second connecting member 4 is fixed to the panel material 1 by being inserted into 9 and screwed into the panel material 1.
[0020]
Even in the second connecting member 4, the positioning tongue piece 10 extended in the same manner as the first connecting member 3 at the edge corresponding to the end surface 1 b when the main body 4 a is fixed to the panel member 1. Is provided. The positioning tongue pieces 10 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the main body 4a as well shown in FIG. The distance between the positioning tongue pieces 10 is longer than the length of the positioning tongue piece 6. Further, the engagement hole portion 7 of the first connecting member 3 is widely formed in the longitudinal direction with respect to the engagement convex portion 4c. Thereby, it is possible to absorb error absorption (mainly mounting errors between the connecting members 3 and 4) in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction in the illustrated example) and the trajectory of the collapse of the panel material at the time of connection.
[0021]
Even when the second connecting member 4 is fixed to the panel member 1, the corners of the main body 4a and the positioning tongue piece 10 can be positioned against the corners between the back surface 1a and the end surface 1b of the panel member 1. The positioning of the panel material 1 in the vertical direction is the same, and the panel material 1 may be positioned so as to be aligned with the first connecting member 3.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2B, the engagement convex portion 4 c has a hollow rectangular cylindrical shape, and is along the end surface 1 b of the panel material 1 in a state where the second connecting member 4 is fixed to the panel material 1. It is formed so as to protrude in a direction opposite to the back surface 1a side. Moreover, the engagement convex part 4c is bent in the direction which protrudes to the side in the intermediate part, as FIG.2 (b) shows well. The engaging convex portion 4c is formed with a beveled slope portion 11 as a guide means on the side opposite to the end surface 1b side of the panel material 1 and a U-shaped notch on the end surface 1b side. The elastic engagement piece 12 formed by the above is provided. The elastic engagement piece 12 is displaceable in a direction intersecting the end surface 1b of the panel member 1 with the protruding end portion side of the engagement convex portion 4c as a fulcrum. Further, the free end portion 12a of the elastic engagement piece 12 is bent obliquely toward the engagement convex portion 4c. In addition, the protrusion edge part of the engagement convex part 4c is chamfered over the perimeter of the edge.
[0023]
The connection procedure between adjacent panel members 1 using the two connecting members 3 and 4 configured as described above will be described below. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the connecting members 3 and 4 are fixed to a predetermined position on the back surface 1a of the corresponding panel material 1 with screws 2 and integrated. And as shown by the arrow A in FIG. 1, for example, the panel material 1 integrated with the second connecting member 4 from the front side is brought closer to the panel material 1 integrated with the first connecting member 3, The engaging convex part 4 c is inserted into the engaging hole part 7.
[0024]
FIG. 3 shows an initial state in which the engaging convex portion 4 c is inserted into the engaging hole portion 7. In addition, packing 13 is interposed between both end faces 1b that face each other at the time of connection. The packing 13 is mounted in advance in a recess provided in the end surface 1b. In this initial state of rushing, the inclined surface 11 of the engaging convex portion 4c comes into contact with the jaw portion 14 forming the edge opposite to the main body 3a side of the engaging hole portion 7, and the upper surface of the inclined surface 11 is moved to the jaw portion 14. The edges are relatively slid in contact with each other, and a guide state by the slope 11 is obtained. As shown by the arrow B in the figure, the panel member 1 in which the second connecting member 4 is integrated by the guide action of the inclined surface portion 11 with respect to the panel member 1 in which the first connecting member 3 is integrated. It can be displaced to approach diagonally.
[0025]
Therefore, in the operation of inserting the engaging convex portion 4c into the engaging hole portion 7, the end surfaces 1b of the adjacent panel members 1 facing each other are brought into close contact with each other before the engaging convex portion 4c is engaged with the engaging hole portion 7. It is not necessary to insert the protrusions 4c into the engagement holes 7 while the panel members 1 are separated from each other to some extent. This eliminates the need to relatively displace the end faces 1b so as to be in slidable contact with each other in the operation of causing the engaging protrusions 4c to enter the engaging holes 7, so that the panel material can be used at the time of proximity. It is possible to prevent the ones from hitting each other and being damaged, or the packing 13 from being rolled up.
[0026]
Further, by pushing the panel material 1 in which the second connecting member 4 is integrated as shown by the arrow A, the guide state by the inclined surface portion 11 with respect to the edge of the engaging hole portion 7 is completed, and is shown in FIG. In this way, the engagement convex portion 4c enters an engagement state with respect to the engagement hole portion 7. In this immersed state, the jaw portion 14 of the extending portion 3b enters between the peripheral wall portion of the main body 4a of the second connecting member 4 and the base portion of the engaging convex portion 4c. Before this state is reached, the middle part of the resilient engagement piece 12 strikes the locking part 8, and as the guide by the slope part 11 advances, the resilient engagement piece 12 becomes the engagement convex part. Deflection in 4c.
[0027]
In the state of FIG. 4, both end surfaces 1b are in close contact. When the panel material 1 in which the second connecting member 4 is integrated is further pressed from the state of FIG. 4 as indicated by an arrow A, the jaw portion 14 comes into contact with the bottom wall portion 4b, and the adjacent panel materials 1 are connected to each other. The surface 1c is formed to form a continuous and identical surface.
[0028]
In the final state of FIG. 4, the collision state between the intermediate portion of the elastic engagement piece 12 and the locking portion 8 is finished, and the elastic engagement force 12 tries to return to the original state by its own elastic restoring force. The free end portion 12 a engages with the locking portion 8. The free end portion 12a and the locking portion 8 of the elastic engagement piece 12 constitute an engaging means. Since the free end portion 12a is formed by being bent obliquely as described above, the free end portion 12a can be engaged with the locking portion 8 by absorbing a processing error and an attachment error. The disengagement direction displacement opposite to the arrow A of the panel material 1 in which the second connecting member 4 is integrated is prevented by the engagement state of the locking portion 8 and the elastic engagement piece 12, so that The connected state of the matching panel members 1 is maintained.
[0029]
In addition, the end surfaces 1b of the adjacent panel members 1 are finally brought into close contact with each other, and the process leading to the end surfaces 1b is performed by guide means (engagement hole portion 7 and slope portion 11) provided between the connecting members 3 and 4. This can be performed without displacing one of the materials 1 so as to approach the other. As described above, it is possible to naturally approach the other panel material 1 only by pushing one panel material 1 in the direction along the end surface 1b, and the work is easy.
[0030]
Both the connecting members 3 and 4 are fixed to the panel material 1 with the screws 2 as described above, and can be attached and detached. For example, if a misalignment between the connecting members 3 and 4 is found in the temporarily assembled state, one of them can be removed and screwed back to a new position.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the connection end surfaces of the adjacent panel members are separated from each other to some extent, they can be guided by both connection members so as to bring the end surfaces of both panel members close to each other, It is not necessary to perform connection work in a state where the adjacent panel materials are close to each other from the beginning and the end surfaces may be in sliding contact with each other, and it is possible to prevent the workability from being deteriorated or damaged due to the sliding contact resistance between the panel materials. At the same time, when the packing is provided on the joint surface between the panel members, the packing can be prevented from rolling up.
[0032]
In particular, the first connecting member is provided with an engaging hole that opens in a direction along end faces facing each other when the panel member is connected, and the second connecting member can be immersed in the engaging hole. According to the present invention, a projection is provided, and the guide means and the engagement means are provided between the engagement hole and the engagement projection. A series of connecting operations of guiding and engaging with each other can be performed with a simple configuration of immersing them, and workability is good.
[0033]
In addition, by providing a locking portion on one side of the connecting member and providing a resilient engagement piece on the other side, in the guide state by the two connecting members, elastic deformation is performed on the side opposite to the side that engages the resilient engagement piece. As described above, the elastic engagement piece can be elastically restored to the engaged state at the end of the guide, and the engaged state can be achieved with a simple configuration.
[0034]
Further, according to the first connecting member and the second connecting member being detachable from the panel material, in the alignment between the two connecting members, in the case of poor alignment, it is newly added. It can be fixed again and workability is good.
