【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、客面表示器を備える商品販売データ処理装置、このような装置を用いた商品販売データ処理方法、商品販売データ処理用のプログラムを記憶する記憶媒体及び商品販売データ処理用のプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
ＥＣＲやＰＯＳ端末等の商品販売データ処理装置は、一般的に、客面表示器を備え、顧客が購入する商品についての商品販売データ処理時には、客面表示器に顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを表示するようにしている。客面表示器に表示される販売データには、一例として、顧客が購入した商品の品名、単価、数量、小計、消費税、預かり金額、合計金額等が含まれる。

このような客面表示器は、近年、液晶ディスプレイの採用等によって、大画面化する傾向にある。このため、客面表示器の表示内容はより見易くなっている。また、客面表示器により詳細な情報を表示することができるようにもなっている。このようなことから、大画面化した客面表示器を用いることで、例えば、商品の品名等がより見易く詳細に表示可能となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、商品の中には、その商品を購入することを他人に知られたくないという性質を持つようなものがある。また、顧客によっては、自分が購入した商品の品名や詳細情報を他人に知られたくないと感じる者もいる。

これに対して、客面表示器に、顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを表示する商品販売データ処理装置においては、自分が購入する商品の品名等を他人に知られてしまうという不都合がある。このような不都合は、液晶表示装置等の採用に伴い客面表示器の表示面が大型化すればするほど顕著となる。

このようなことから、客面表示器への販売データの表示によって、顧客による商品の購入、取り分け特定種類の商品の購入についての消極化を招いてしまう、という不都合が生ずる。

その反面、顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを顧客に示すことは、公正な商取引を実現する上で極めて重要なことである。

本発明の目的は、商品の販売データをその商品の購入者には示しながら、他人に知らせないようにすることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の発明は、客面表示器に顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを表示し、購入が確定した商品についての前記販売データに基づいて処理をするようにした商品販売データ処理装置において、携帯端末との間で無線による情報の送受信を可能とする無線モジュールと、前記無線モジュールを介して取り込まれた前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれているかどうかを判定する判定手段と、前記判定手段が前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれていると判定した場合、その表示切替えコマンドを送信した前記携帯端末に対して、前記無線モジュールを介して前記客面表示器に表示すべき前記販売データをその携帯端末の表示情報として送信し、前記客面表示器に対する前記販売データの表示を停止する表示切替え手段と、を具備する。

請求項３記載の発明は、プロセッサでの情報処理によって、客面表示器に顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを表示し、購入が確定した商品についての前記販売データに基づいて処理をようにした商品販売データ処理装置の前記プロセッサが実行する商品販売データ処理方法において、携帯端末との間で無線による情報の送受信を可能とする無線モジュールを介して取り込まれた前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれているかどうかを判定する判定ステップと、前記判定ステップで、前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれていると判定した場合、その表示切替えコマンドを送信した前記携帯端末に対して、前記無線モジュールを介して前記客面表示器に表示すべき前記販売データをその携帯端末の表示情報として送信し、前記客面表示器に対する前記販売データの表示を停止させる表示切替えステップと、を具備する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の一形態を図１ないし図４に基づいて説明する。

本実施の形態は、商品販売データ処理装置として商品販売データ処理方法を実行するＰＯＳ端末１０１への適用例を示し、携帯端末として携帯電話２０１への適用例を示す。

図１は、ＰＯＳ端末１０１と携帯電話２０１とからなる全体のシステム構成を示す斜視図である。ドロワ１５１に載置されたＰＯＳ端末１０１は、その背面である客側面に客面表示器１０２を備えている。この客面表示器１０２は、液晶表示装置によって構成されたフラットパネルである。携帯電話２０１は、その基本的な外観構成として、特殊性を有しておらず、ディスプレイ２０２、コマンドキー２０３およびテンキー２０４を備えている。

もっとも、図１に外観を示すＰＯＳ端末１０１及び携帯電話２０１は、共に、共通の規格下にある無線通信機能を備えている。このような無線通信機能の規格としては、例えばブルートゥースが採用されている。もっとも、ＰＯＳ端末１０１及び携帯電話２０１の無線通信機能として、他の規格等を採用しても良い。

図２は、ＰＯＳ端末１０１のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。ＰＯＳ端末１０１は、その概略構成として、各種演算処理を実行して各部を集中的に制御するＣＰＵ１０３に、固定データを格納するＲＯＭ１０４、可変データを書き替え自在に格納するＲＡＭ１０５、各種表示デバイス１０６、各種入力デバイス１０７、記憶装置１０８、インターフェース１０９、通信インターフェース１１０及び無線モジュール１１１がシステムバス１１２を介して接続された構成を有している。

ここで、表示デバイス１０６には、オペレータ用表示器１１３と、図１に外観を例示した客面表示器１０２とが含まれている。

記憶装置１０８としては、例えばハードディスクドライブが用いられる。このような記憶装置１０８には、オペレーティングシステム１１４（以下、ＯＳ１１４と略称する）の他、プログラム１１５及び各種ファイル１１６がインストールされている。これらのＯＳ１１４、プログラム１１５及び各種ファイル１１６は、例えば、通信インターフェース１１０に例えばＬＡＮを介して接続された図示しないストアコントローラ等の外部機器からインストールされる。こうしてインストールされたプログラム１１５として、本実施の形態のＰＯＳ端末１０１は、商品販売データ処理用のプログラムがインストールされている。この意味で、記憶装置１０８は、プログラム１１５を格納する記憶媒体として機能する。

そして、記憶装置１０８にインストールされたＯＳ１１４、プログラム１１５及び各種ファイル１１６は、ＰＯＳ端末１０１の起動時、その全部又は一部がＲＡＭ１０５にコピーされ、アクセス速度の高速度化が図られている。

本実施の形態のＰＯＳ端末１０１は、記憶装置１０８に格納されてＰＯＳ端末１０１の起動時にその全部又は一部がＲＡＭ１０５にコピーされるプログラム１１５に従ったＣＰＵ１０３の制御により、商品販売データ処理を実行する。つまり、一例として、入力デバイス１０７より入力された商品コード、この商品コードに基づいて検索された単価情報及び数量情報をＲＡＭ１０５のキャッシュエリアに一時記憶して小計計算を行ない、入力デバイス１０７からの締め入力によってＲＡＭ１０５のキャッシュエリアに一時記憶しているその取引についての取引情報を各種ファイル１１６に含まれている図示しない売上登録ファイルに登録する、というような処理が実行される。もっとも、このような処理は商品販売データ処理の一例であり、実施に際して、別の処理手法が採用されることを妨げるものではない。

図３は、ＰＯＳ端末１０１による処理内容を示すフローチャートである。前述したように、本実施の形態のＰＯＳ端末１０１は、例えばブルートゥース規格の携帯電話２０１との間で、無線通信機能を有している。このような無線通信機能は、無線モジュール１１１によって実現している。図３は、このようなＰＯＳ端末１０１が持つ無線通信機能を利用し、記憶装置１０８に格納されてＰＯＳ端末１０１の起動時にその全部又は一部がＲＡＭ１０５にコピーされるプログラム１１５に従ったＣＰＵ１０３の制御により実行される処理の一例を示している。

まず、ＰＯＳ端末１０１は、無線接続の有無判定に待機している（ステップＳ１０１）。本実施の形態では、ブルートゥース規格が採用されているため、ブルートゥース規格の携帯電話２０１がＰＯＳ端末１０１に近づくと、無線モジュール１１１は自動的にその携帯電話２０１と無線接続を開始する。プログラム１１５は、予め定められた周期で、このような無線接続の有無の判定に待機している（ステップＳ１０１）。

無線接続ありと判定された場合（ステップＳ１０１のＹ）、無線接続情報をＲＡＭ１０５のキャッシュエリアに一時記憶する（ステップＳ１０３）。この場合の無線接続情報は、一例として、無線接続された携帯電話２０１を特定する情報である。これに対して、一旦無線接続された携帯電話２０１について、もはや無線接続がないと判定された場合には（ステップＳ１０１のＮ）、そのようなＲＡＭ１０５のキャッシュエリアにその一旦一時記憶されたその携帯電話２０１についての無線接続情報をクリアした上で（ステップＳ１０２）、無線接続の有無の判定に待機する（ステップＳ１０１）。初めから無線接続がない場合には、クリアすべき無線接続情報がないため、キャッシュエリアクリアの処理（ステップＳ１０２）を実行することなく、無線接続の有無の判定に待機する（ステップＳ１０１）。

次いで、無線接続ありと判定し（ステップＳ１０１のＹ）、無線接続情報をＲＡＭ１０５のキャッシュエリアに一時記憶した場合（ステップＳ１０３）、無線モジュール１１１による無線送信機能を利用して、その無線接続された携帯電話２０１に向けて操作指示としてのインストラクションを送信する（ステップＳ１０４）。このインストラクションは、携帯電話２０１の無線送信機能によって実行可能な項目のリストと、そのような各項目を実行する場合のコマンド操作内容とを対応付けて携帯電話２０１のディスプレイ２０２に表示される。そこで、携帯電話２０１の操作者は、そのインストラクションに従い、所望の操作をすることになる。

ここで、プログラム１１５は、各コマンドと携帯電話２０１の操作によって携帯電話２０１から送信される信号とを対応付けた各種ファイル１１６内のファイルを参照し、インストラクションを作成する。この場合の携帯電話２０１から送信される信号は、例えば、テンキー２０４に含まれる置数キー、アスタリスクキー、シャープキーの操作によって携帯電話２０１から送信される信号や、コマンドキー２０３の操作によって携帯電話２０１から送信される信号等、携帯電話２０１の一般的な操作によって通常発信される信号を意味している。したがって、プログラム１１５は、携帯電話２０１の一般的な操作によって通常発信される信号にプログラム１１５によって実行される処理の実行を命令するためのコマンドを割り付けていることになる。

つまり、ＰＯＳ端末１０１の客面表示器１０２に表示させる客面表示器表示情報の送信先を変更する処理としては、その表示切替えコマンドを送信した携帯電話２０１に対して、無線モジュール１１１を介して客面表示器１０２に表示すべき販売データをその携帯電話２０１の表示情報として送信すると共に、客面表示器１０２に対する販売データの表示を停止する処理が実行される（表示切替え手段、表示切替えステップ、表示切替え機能）。客面表示器１０２に対する販売データの表示を停止する処理としては、表示データ自体を表示デバイス１０６の図示しない表示ドライバに送信しない処理や、表示ドライバの駆動動作を停止する処理や、表示ドライバに他の情報を強制表示させる処理等、各種の処理が実行可能である。

これにより、客面表示器１０２にはその携帯電話２０１を所持する顧客の商品販売データが一切表示されない。そして、その顧客が所持する携帯電話２０１のディスプレイ２０２には、例えば図４に例示するように、商品の販売データが表示されることになる。図４は、携帯電話２０１における商品販売データの表示例を示す正面図である。

このように、本実施の形態によれば、携帯電話２０１のディスプレイ２０２への表示という形態で商品の販売データをその商品の購入者には示しながら、客面表示器１０２に対する販売データの表示を停止することで、商品の品名等のような販売データを他人に知らせないようにすることができる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の発明は、客面表示器に顧客が購入する商品についての販売データを表示し、購入が確定した商品についての前記販売データに基づいて処理をするようにした商品販売データ処理装置において、携帯端末との間で無線による情報の送受信を可能とする無線モジュールと、前記無線モジュールを介して取り込まれた前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれているかどうかを判定する判定手段と、前記判定手段が前記携帯端末から送信された送信コマンドに表示切替えコマンドが含まれていると判定した場合、その表示切替えコマンドを送信した前記携帯端末に対して、前記無線モジュールを介して前記客面表示器に表示すべき前記販売データをその携帯端末の表示情報として送信し、前記客面表示器に対する前記販売データの表示を停止する表示切替え手段と、を具備するので、携帯端末が表示切替えコマンドを無線発信することで、携帯端末への表示という形態で商品の販売データをその商品の購入者には示しながら、客面表示器に対する販売データの表示を停止することで商品の品名等のような販売データを他人に知らせないようにすることができる。

請求項２記載の発明は、請求項１記載の商品販売データ処理装置において、前記無線モジュールを介して操作指示を無線発信する操作指示発信手段を具備し、前記操作指示発信手段は、前記携帯端末に表示切替えコマンドを発信させるための操作指示として、前記判定手段が前記表示切替えコマンドであると判定する前記送信コマンドを前記携帯端末に無線発信させる操作指示を無線発信するので、操作指示発信手段は、携帯端末の特定操作に切替えコマンドを割り付けることができ、これにより、切替えコマンドについて規格化することなく、例えば携帯電話のような携帯端末が無線発信することができる通常の信号を切替えコマンドとして利用することができる。
