【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、平面状に折り畳んで搬送や保管をすることができ、使用にあっては簡単な操作で全体を組み立てることができる箱本体(即ち、下箱)及びこれに被せる上箱(蓋箱)に適用できる紙製引起し箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、菓子箱は箱本体とその上に被せる上箱とからなって、立体的であるので、保管及び搬送の場合に嵩張るという問題があった。
そこで、本出願人は、先に実開昭64−35820号公報の記載において、四角形の箱底の周辺に折り曲げ可能な内壁部と外壁部とからなる側壁を設けると共に、隣り合う外壁部を折り曲げ可能な側板連結片で連結し、更に、対向する内壁部の両側に三角状の折り曲げ部を設けると共に、その内側を外壁部に接合した紙製引起し箱を提案した。この紙製引起し箱を使用することによって、紙製引起し箱を平面状に折り畳めて保管、搬送ができ、更に使用する場合には、簡単な操作で周囲の内壁部及び外壁部を引き起こして、箱として使用できるようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記公報記載の紙製引起し箱においては、最終の組立の段階で、側板連結片をそれぞれ対向する内壁部と外壁部の間に挟んで、内壁部の両側の三角状の折り曲げ部を固定するのに、感圧式接着剤を使用していたので、感圧式接着剤が新しいうちは支障がないが、古くなると接着剤が働かず、組立ができない場合があるという問題があった。

ここで、両面テープを使用することも考えられるが、接合する折り曲げ部は裏側であるので、組立時に保護テープを剥がすのが面倒であり、更には不用意に接着剤を働かせると、組み立てた紙製引起し箱が歪むという問題があった。

また、前記公報記載の紙製引起し箱においては、箱底の周辺に折り曲げ可能に連結されている外壁部及びその外側に連結されている内壁部の連結折り曲げ線は一本であったので、使用する紙が薄い場合には良いが、少し厚くなると折り曲げ難く、更には、接着剤を使用しないで組み立てる場合には、最終的に内壁部の折り曲げ部分を掛止する必要があるが、外壁部と内壁部との間に隙間がないので、処置に困るという問題が発生した。
本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたもので、搬送や保管時は偏平に形成し、使用時に、接着剤等を主体として用いることなく組立が可能な紙製引起し箱を提供することを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
続いて、添付した図面を参照しつつ、本発明を具体化した実施の形態につき説明し、本発明の理解に供する。

(第1の実施の形態)
まず、図1を参照して、展開状態の本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱について説明する。なお、本実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱は手で組み立てるのに適した構造を有する。
第1の実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱10は、紙の厚みが0.3〜1.2mmの表面が化粧用の薄紙で覆われたボール紙(コートボール)からなり、4辺A〜Dを備える四角形の箱底部11と、4辺A〜Dに折り目a1〜d1を介してそれぞれ連接される外壁部A1〜D1と、外壁部A1〜D1の外辺に二重線折り目a2〜d2を介してそれぞれ連結される内壁部A2〜D2と、内壁部A2、C2の外側に更に折り目a3、c3を介して連結される箱底当接片A5、A6、C5、C6とから主として構成されていて、それぞれの外壁部A1〜D1と内壁部A2〜D2とにより二重の側壁を形成するようになっている。以下、詳細に説明する。なお、図中の破線は折り目を、外形線以外の実線は切り目又は切り込みを表すものとする。

内壁部B2、D2は長方形状からなり、展開状態では外壁部B1、D1の外側にそれぞれ二重線折り目b2、d2を介して連結されており、内壁部B2、D2の両側には折り目b3、d3を介して略三角形状の折り込み片B3、B4及びD3、D4が連結されていて、折り込み片B3、B4及びD3、D4は組立状態では外壁部A1と内壁部A2との間、及び外壁部C1と内壁部C2との間に折り込まれるようになっている。

それぞれの箱底当接片B7、D7が外側に設けられている内壁部B2、D2を二重線折り目b2、d2を介して内側に180度折り曲げて、外壁部B1、D1に重ねる。この場合、内壁部B2、D2の両側に設けられている折り込み片B3、B4、D3、D4は、側板連結片E1〜H1に重なることになる。次に、外壁部B1、D1を折り目b1、d1を介して内側に180度折り曲げる。

図4(a)の状態にある紙製引起し箱10において、対となる外壁部B1、D1を、図4(b)及び図5に示すように、矢印P、Qのように徐々に引き起こすと、側板連結片E1〜H1が、外壁部A1、C1と内壁部A2、C2の間に折り込まれているので、外壁部A1、C1が連動して起き上がる。この場合、内壁部A2、C2の左右対称に形成された斜めの折り目a13、a14、c13、c14によって、内壁部A2、C2の両側部A17、A18、C17、C18が図5に示すように、上方に折れ曲がり、この状態で、外壁部A1、C1を箱底部11に対して直角状態に立てる。これによって、側板連結片E1〜H1及び折り込み片B3、B4、D3、D4は、外壁部A1、C1に当接状態で外壁部A1、C1と内壁部A2、C2の間に折り込まれることになる。

この紙製引起し箱20においては、厚みが約1.6mmの段ボール紙を使用している。折り目a1′〜d1′の幅は2.5〜4mm(この実施の形態では3mm)となっており、二重線折り目a2′〜d2′の幅が5〜8mm(この実施の形態では6mm)となっている。これによって、内壁部B2、D2と外壁部B1、D1の間に十分な隙間を形成して、突出部A15、A16、C15、C16が十分に嵌入できる掛合穴B5、B6、D5、D6を形成できる。
また、第2の実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱20においては、内壁部B2、D2の更に外側に設けた箱底当接片B7、D7は省略されているが、設けることは自由である。このように、比較的厚みを有する段ボール紙を用いて、工場での組立にあっても平面状となし、使用するときに簡便に箱に組み立てることが可能な紙製引起し箱を提供できる。

(第3の実施の形態)
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱30を図9〜図12を参照しながら説明する。
本実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱30は、上記した第1及び第2の実施の形態に係る紙製引起し箱10、20と異なり、図示しない箱自動組み立て装置を用いて、展開状態の紙製引起し箱30を平面状に折り畳まれた状態に組み立て可能な構成を有することを特徴とする。なお、本実施の形態は、紙製引起し箱30を厚肉の段ボール紙を用いて製造する場合である。

即ち、後述するように、箱自動組み立て装置を用いて、紙製引起し箱30を組み立てるに際しては、折り曲げ機を用いて内壁部B22、D22を二重線折り目b22、d22を介して内側に折り曲げて、次の工程へ進む際、紙の保有する反発力でせっかく折り曲げた内壁部B22、D22を元の状態に復帰しようとする。しかし、本実施の形態では、内壁部B22、D22の中央部にも接合部B25、D25を形成し、この接合部B25、D25によって内壁部B22、D22を外壁部B21、D21に強力に接合することができるので、このような心配がなく、スムーズに次の工程に進むことができる。
