【0001】
この場合、キレート剤としては、EDTA(Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid )、NTA(Nitrilo Triacetic Acid)、HEDTA(Hydroxyethyl Ethylene Diamine Triacetic Acid)、DTPA(Diethylene Triamine Pentaacetic Acid)、TTHA(Triethylene Tetramine Hexaacetic Acid )、HIDE(Hydroxyethyl Imino Diacetic Acid)、DHEG(Dihydroxy Ethyl Glycine )などを使用する。
【0021】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is applied to a cabinet using corrugated cardboard, and in particular, it is possible to improve safety and appearance by arranging a member that reinforces the strength of the casing at the time of stacking with the cardboard constituting the casing. It relates to a cardboard cabinet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various cardboard cabinets are known in which a casing is made of cardboard and a plurality of the casings are stacked to form a cabinet. In order to reinforce the strength of the cardboard cabinet when storing documents or the like by stacking it, for example, a connecting recess at its upper end, a connecting projection at its lower end, and a vertical central portion Metal reinforcing members, each having a horizontal connecting hole, are provided in the vertical direction on both side surfaces of the housing.
[0003]
The reinforcing member is connected to the connecting concave portion at the upper end of a certain casing by inserting the connecting convex portion at the lower end of the other casing stacked on the upper portion of the casing to perform the vertical connection, and the horizontal direction. A female screw and a male screw are inserted into a connecting hole adjacent to the side, and a lateral connection is made. In this way, the cardboard cabinet connects the casings in the vertical and horizontal directions and reinforces the casing strength. It should be noted that the reinforcement of the casing using the reinforcing member in this type of cardboard cabinet is an almost essential condition although the shape, material and connecting method of the various reinforcing members are different.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in conventional cardboard cabinets, for example, metal reinforcing members that are hard to reinforce the housing are exposed on both sides of the outer wall of the housing, so that they may be seriously injured when they collide with the housing. In addition, there is a problem that the beauty of the cardboard is lost due to lack of uniformity of the cardboard. Further, in the conventional corrugated cardboard cabinet, since the reinforcing member is exposed on the entire outer wall side surface of the housing, the metal reinforcing member is easily rusted, and the hard plastic reinforcing member is dusty. There was a problem of easy adhesion.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can reduce the risk of injury by colliding with the casing, can be unified in appearance with cardboard, and the reinforcing member It is an object of the present invention to provide a cardboard cabinet that is not easily rusted or dusty.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the cardboard cabinet of the present invention has a reinforcing connecting member formed with a vertical connecting recess , a horizontal connecting hole, and a protruding portion , on both sides in the horizontal direction in the housing opening of the housing. It was placed on the inner wall of the section in a state of being wound around cardboard. As described above, since the reinforcing connecting member is not exposed to the outer surface, the reinforcing connecting member is not easily rusted or attached with dust.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Cardboard cabinet of the present invention is formed of a cardboard housing for accommodating documents, a cardboard cabinet using a stack of the housing in the vertical and horizontal directions, housing strength during overlapping seen product In order to reinforce, the vertical connection recesses formed at both ends in the vertical direction, the horizontal connection holes formed in the vertical central portion , and the protrusions formed at a plurality of long side surfaces thereof are provided. The reinforced connecting members are arranged in a state of being wound around corrugated cardboard on both lateral sides of the housing opening of the housing .
[0008]
Moreover, cardboard cabinet of the present invention, in place of the reinforcing connection member of the above-described configuration, i.e. in the longitudinal direction at both ends instead of one longitudinal coupling recess formed, the vertical connecting recess, the other end to one end of its longitudinal direction You may use what formed the longitudinal connection convex part in the part , respectively.
[0009]
Furthermore, the cardboard cabinet of the present invention may have an auxiliary tool for performing vertical connection by the reinforcing connection member in any of the above-described configurations.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, in order to stack the casings in a connected state in the vertical direction, for example, the reinforcing connecting member that stacks on the upper portion of the casing with respect to the vertical connecting concave portion at the upper end portion of the reinforcing connecting member of a certain casing. For example, the vertical connecting convex portion at the lower end is inserted, or a connecting auxiliary tool is inserted into the vertical connecting concave portions adjacent to each other in the vertical direction or attached so as to assist the vertical connecting convex portion. . On the other hand, in order to stack the casings in the horizontal direction, for example, a male screw and a female screw are inserted in a state where the horizontal connecting holes in the reinforcing connecting members of the adjacent casings communicate with each other. By doing so, the stacked cardboard cases are freely connected in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the strength of the case can be maintained even when documents are stored.
[0011]
Then, the reinforcing connection member using a protrusion on the inner wall sides of the transverse direction of insertion opening of the housing, since it is arranged in a state of being wound on cardboard, reinforcing connection member is not exposed to the outside . By doing in this way, even if the reinforcing connecting member is made of metal, for example, it is not easily rusted, and dust is not attached even if it is made of hard plastic, for example. Further, since the reinforcing connecting member is wound around the cardboard, even if it collides with the casing, the cardboard cushions the shock and can prevent injury, and when the casing is connected in the vertical and horizontal directions as described above. It is unified with cardboard and looks good.
[0012]
【Example】
Embodiments of the cardboard cabinet of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a cardboard cabinet according to the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a reinforcing connecting member. FIG. 3 shows the details of the main part of the cardboard cabinet of the present invention. FIG. 4 shows a connection state of the cardboard cabinet of the present invention.
[0013]
1 is a cardboard cabinet in which a casing 1a for storing documents and the like is formed of cardboard and a plurality of casings 1a are stacked in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, respectively. A storage opening 1b is formed on one surface, and a drawer 1A is taken in and out of the storage opening 1b.
[0014]
2 is a reinforcing connection member provided on the inner wall side surfaces of the horizontal direction in the housing opening 1b, the reinforcing connection member 2, the excess was retract and open to depth length of the cardboard upper and lower surfaces the winding piece 1c formed in the opening edge portions of both lateral dihedral parts 1b, except the upper bottom portion is wound. 3A and 3B partially show the winding structure of the winding piece 1c and the reinforcing connecting member 2. FIG.
[0015]
In order to wind the reinforcing connecting member 2 by the winding piece 1c of the housing 1a, for example, when the reinforcing connecting member 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) is used, the length of the reinforcing connecting member 2 is increased. A hook-like protrusion 2d (described later) is formed at a plurality of locations on the side surface of the scale, and the winding piece 1c is engaged with the winding piece 1c by the hook-like protrusion 2d and the reinforcing connecting member 2 is engaged. By winding it around, the reinforcing connecting member 2 can be easily and reliably wound around the winding piece 1c. In addition to this, although not shown, it is only necessary to apply the adhesive to the contact surfaces of the winding piece 1c or the reinforcing connecting member 2 and wind the reinforcing connecting member 2 with the winding piece 1c.
[0016]
Furthermore, although not shown in the drawings, bent protruding pieces are formed at a plurality of locations on the long side surface of the reinforcing connecting member 2 and the reinforcing connecting member 2 is wound with the winding piece 1c. Is protruded from the inside of the winding piece 1c to the outside, and the bent protruding piece in a state of protruding to the outside of the winding piece 1c is bent to be engaged with the winding piece 1c. Good .
[0017]
And the reinforcement connection member 2 is comprised as shown, for example in FIG. 2 (a), (b). That is, the reinforcing connecting member 2 shown in FIG. 2 (a) has the structure according to claim 2 of the present invention, wherein the upper end portion of the square tube is the vertical connecting concave portion 2a, and the vertical connecting convex portion 2b is further provided at the lower end portion thereof. The horizontal direction connection hole 2c is formed in the vertical direction center site | part. On the other hand, the reinforcing connecting member 2 shown in FIG. 2 (b) has an upper end portion having a concave cross section as a vertical connecting concave portion 2a, further provided with a vertical connecting convex portion 2b at its lower end portion, and laterally connected to a central portion in the vertical direction. A hole 2c is formed. The reinforcing connecting member 2 has a plurality of the protruding portions 2d described above on its long side surface.
[0018]
If the material of the reinforcing connecting member 2 is, for example, metal, the strength is sufficiently maintained even when a plurality of documents are stacked in the vertical direction to store documents. Further, if it is possible to maintain a certain level of strength and reduce the weight and cost, the reinforcing connecting member 2 may be a hard plastic.
[0019]
Note that holes 1d communicating with the lateral coupling holes 2c are formed on both lateral sides of the casing 1a , and these lateral coupling holes 2c and 1d are formed as shown in FIG. The male screw 3a and the female screw 3b are inserted when the cardboard cabinet 1 described later is assembled.
[0020]
Furthermore, when the reinforcing connecting member 2 is made of metal, rusting can be reliably prevented by sticking a sheet impregnated with a chelate compound on the surface or applying a chelate compound. In this case, as the chelating agent, EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid), NTA (Nitrilo Triacetic Acid), HETDA (Hydroxyethyl Ethylene Diamine Triacetic Acid), DTPA (Diethylene Triamine Pentaacetic Acid), TTHA (Triethylene Tetramine Hexaacetic Acid), HIDE ( Hydroxyethyl Imino Diacetic Acid), DHEG (Dihydroxy Ethyl Glycine), etc. are used.
[0021]
Further, when the reinforcing connecting member 2 is made of plastic, for example, polycarbonate, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) resin or the like may be employed in order to ensure sufficient strength.
[0022]
Further, the shape of the reinforcing connecting member 2 is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 2. For example, according to the configuration of claim 1, instead of the vertical connecting convex portion 2 b, both ends thereof are connected to the vertical connecting concave portions 2 a and 2 a. It may be what was done. In this case, the connection in the vertical direction is not performed, and it is used in a stacked state. However, it is sufficient to stack two or three stages due to the weight of the contents stored in the cardboard cabinet 1 or the friction of the cardboard. It can be used stably.
[0023]
Next, a usage example of the cardboard cabinet 1 of the present invention will be described.
Now, the reinforcing connecting member 2 used in the description here adopts the one according to claim 2. For example, in the case of creating by stacking two vertically and two horizontally, for example, after placing the housing 1a to be positioned at the bottom, as shown in FIG. And the male screw 3a and the female screw 3b are fitted into the horizontal connecting holes 2c in the adjacent casings 1a and 1a through the holes 1d to connect the two lower horizontal components.
[0024]
In the two lower casings 1a, for example, the vertical connecting convex portions 2b, 2b on the both side portions are bent so as to approach each other, and the vertical connecting convex portions 2b, 2b in the central portion are in contact with each other. If bent in such a way that they are not bent, the bent vertical connection projections 2b, 2b, 2b, 2b are not exposed from the outer shape of the cardboard cabinet 1.
[0025]
Thereafter, the two second-stage casings 1a and 1a are placed on top of the lowermost casings 1a and 1a. As shown in FIG. 4B, the vertical connection is performed by inserting the upper vertical connection convex portions 2b into the lower vertical connection concave portions 2a. Then, if the two upper casings 1a are connected in the horizontal direction and the drawer 1A is inserted from the storage opening 1b, the cardboard cabinet 1 is completed.
[0026]
In the corrugated cardboard cabinet 1 completed as described above, since the reinforcing connecting member 2 is not exposed to the outside, even if it collides with the corrugated cardboard cabinet 1, the wrapping piece 1c around which the reinforcing connecting member 2 is wound is provided. Since it acts as an impact buffering material, it does not incur large injuries, and since the reinforcing connecting member 2 is not exposed to the outside, even if the reinforcing connecting member 2 is made of metal, it is not easily rusted and is a hard plastic. Dust is hard to adhere even if made. Furthermore, the cardboard cabinet 1 is simple and attractive because it is neatly aligned with no gaps because no gaps or protrusions are formed on its outer shape, and is unified with cardboard.
[0027]
In the above description, the connection procedure using the reinforcing connecting member 2 of claim 2 is shown. For example, the reinforcing connecting member 2 according to claim 1 (vertical connecting recesses 2a and 2a are formed at both ends) is adopted. In order to stack a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, the auxiliary tool according to claim 3 is vertically connected to the lower end of the reinforcing connecting member 2 located at the upper stage, and the vertical connecting recessed part at the upper end of the reinforcing connecting member 2 located in the lower stage. If an auxiliary tool is inserted into 2a and sequentially connected, the multistage number can be stably stacked.
[0028]
Further, even when the reinforcing connecting member 2 according to claim 2 is used, it is effective to use the auxiliary tool according to claim 3, that is, with respect to the vertical connecting concave portion 2a at the upper end of the reinforcing connecting member 2 located at the lower stage. If the auxiliary tool according to claim 3 attached to the vertical connection convex part 2b and the vertical connection convex part 2b at the lower end of the reinforcing connection member 2 positioned in the upper stage is inserted, this connection part is reinforced and more stable. Can be stacked.
[0029]
Furthermore, the cardboard cabinet 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, the corrugated cardboard cabinet 1 in the above embodiment uses the casing 1a so that the vertical connection concave portion 2a is positioned at the upper end and the vertical connection convex portion 2b is positioned at the lower end. You may assemble by connecting.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, cardboard cabinet of the present invention, a vertical connecting recess in its longitudinal both end portions, the reinforcing connection member and the transverse connecting hole and the projecting portion are formed respectively on the longitudinally central portion, housing the inner wall of both sides of the transverse direction of insertion opening of the body, so arranged in a state wound on cardboard, without incurring a large injury even collide the reinforcing connection member is not exposed to the outside Therefore, even if it is a metal reinforcing connecting member, it is difficult to rust, and even if it is made of hard plastic, dust does not adhere, and no gaps or protrusions are formed on the outer shape, so it is unified with corrugated cardboard Because it is simple and looks good, it does not impair the appearance.
[0031]
Moreover, cardboard cabinet of the present invention, instead of the reinforcement connecting member of the vertical connecting recess at one end of its longitudinal direction, if those vertical connecting projections pixels respectively formed at the other end The vertical connection can be performed stably.
[0032]
Further, the cardboard cabinet according to the present invention, in any of the above-described configurations, has an auxiliary tool for performing the vertical connection by the reinforcing connection member, so that the vertical connection is further stabilized. Can be used by stacking multiple stages.
