Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kick plate member excellent in workability for reforming a staircase, and a staircase structure that can be remodeled using the kick plate member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to use an existing staircase as it is without being dismantled and renovate it (renovation), for example, as described in JP-A-2001-3535, the lower end portion of an existing kick plate is used. A square bar-shaped batten having a width equal to the protruding length of the upper existing tread projecting forward from the upper end of the existing kick plate is arranged on the upper surface of the rear end of the lower existing tread being fixed. Nail to the existing tread board with the rear face of the tree in contact with the front face of the lower end of the existing kick board, and then close the rear face of the lower end of the new kick board closely to the front of the batten. At the same time, install the new kick plate by attaching the rear end of the upper end of the new kick plate to the front end surface of the upper existing step plate, and then fix the new step plate to the upper surface of the existing step plate with an adhesive. Facing downwards at the front edge of the new tread It is the remodeling structure coated with the upper end portion of the new riser plate by curtain plate portion which is projected me.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the reformed staircase structure as described above, in order to accurately stretch and fix the new kick plate on the front side of the existing kick plate, the width of the batten in the front-rear direction is set to the upper end of the existing kick plate on the site. It must be cut so that it has a width equal to the protruding length of the existing upper tread that protrudes forward from the section, which requires skill and remarkably troublesome work, and the period until renovation is completed There was a problem of becoming longer.
[0004]
In addition, when the upper end of the new kick plate is nailed in contact with the front end surface of the existing tread plate, the space between the new kick plate and the existing kick plate behind it is sealed and Since the new kick-in plate cannot be fixed to the upper surface of the rear end of the existing tread from outside using the space portion, the predetermined width is first formed on the upper surface of the rear end of the existing tread as described above. By placing a batten formed on the rear surface and bringing its rear surface into contact with the front surface of the lower end of the existing kick plate, it is nailed in place, and then the lower end of the new kick plate is placed on the front surface of the batten. Since the rear surface of the part is in close contact with the nails, if the processing accuracy of the batten is inadequate, the new kick board cannot be stretched vertically and the appearance may be damaged. There was a point.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to easily and accurately construct the front side of the stair kick plate when renovating an existing staircase. It is in providing the structure of the staircase reformed by the new kick board member and the new kick board member and the new tread.

A rear side wall plate portion with a high height is projected and placed between these front and rear wall plate portions. The fixed member provided with the groove that opens upward is fixed to the upper surface of the rear end of the lower tread in the existing staircase, and the lower end of the new kick plate is inserted and supported in the groove of the fixed member. The upper end of the kick plate is fixed to the front end surface of the upper existing step plate disposed above the existing step plate, and the new step plate is fixed to the upper surface of the existing step plate, and the front end of the new step plate is fixed. It has a structure formed by covering the upper end portion of the new kick plate with the portion.
[0009]
[Action]
In the new kick plate member according to claim 1, the kick plate and the fixing member are formed separately, and the lower end portion of the kick plate is inserted into and supported by the groove provided in the fixing member at the time of construction. The kick plate is erected vertically from the fixing member. In this state, the fixing member is moved and adjusted in the front-rear direction on the existing tread, thereby bringing the upper end of the kick plate into contact with the front end surface of the upper existing tread and fixing the fixing member with an adhesive or the like. The upper end of the kick plate is fixed to the front end surface of the upper tread by nailing or the like.
[0010]
In this case, in order to tighten and fix the kick plate more firmly, the fixing member is lowered to a position where the upper end portion of the kick plate is in contact with the front end surface of the existing tread plate on the upper side as described above. After positioning on the existing tread on the side, temporarily fix this fixing member with adhesive or double-sided tape, remove the kick plate from the groove and nail the rear part of the fixing member to the tread, and then again, What is necessary is just to insert and support the lower end part of a kick board in the groove | channel of this fixing member, and to nail the upper end part of this kick board to the front-end surface of an upper side tread board.

The front and rear width dimensions are adjusted by cutting so that they can be performed.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1 (a) to 1 (d) are arranged at the back of the lower end of a kick plate portion 1 having a certain thickness formed in a front horizontally long rectangular shape. 2 shows a kick plate member A having an L-shaped cross section formed by projecting a fixed portion 2 toward the front, and as shown in FIG. In the new kick plate member A shown in FIG. 1 (a), the lower end portion of the kick plate portion 1 is refracted at a right angle toward the rear to raise the kick plate. The fixed portion 2 having a constant width and the same thickness as the portion 1 is formed. The newly installed kick plate member A is a rear surface of a height portion corresponding to the protruding width of the fixed portion 2 from the lower end of the plate material having a vertical width equal to the sum of the height of the kick plate portion 1 and the protruding width of the fixed portion 2. It can be manufactured by providing a V-shaped cut groove on the side over the entire length, bending the lower end portion rearward at a right angle through this cut portion, and fixing with an adhesive.
[0013]
In the new kick plate member A shown in FIG. 1 (b), a square bar-shaped fixing portion 2 having a certain width is fixed integrally to the rear surface of the lower end portion of the kick plate portion 1 with an adhesive. The front surface of the fixed portion 2 is fixed to the rear surface of the lower end portion of the kick plate portion 1 so that the lower surface of the portion 2 and the lower end surface of the kick plate portion 1 are flush with each other. In addition, the new kick plate member A shown in FIG. 1 (C) is provided with a square bar member 2a on the upper surface of the narrow plate-like fixing portion 2 in the new kick plate member A shown in FIG. 1 (A). The square bar member 2a is fixed to the kick plate portion 1 by fixing the front and lower surfaces perpendicular to each other to the rear surface of the lower end portion of the kick plate portion 1 and the fixed portion 2 having a narrow plate shape with an adhesive. The parts 2 are fixed at right angles to each other.
[0014]
The new kick board member A shown in FIGS. 1 (a) to 1 (c) is made of plywood or medium specific gravity wood fiber board (MDF), and the front face of the kick board portion 1 exposed to the outside when constructed is a decorative sheet. Although the surface decoration treatment is performed by tensioning, veneering, painting, etc., the newly installed kick plate member A shown in FIG. 1 (D) is directed rearward from the kick plate portion 1 and the lower end of the kick plate portion 1. The narrow plate-like fixing portion 2 projecting at a right angle is integrally formed by resin molding. In any newly installed kick plate member A, the upper end portion of the kick plate portion 1 and the rear end portion of the fixing portion 2 are cut so that the height and width dimensions can be adjusted. . Further, the lateral width (length) of these newly installed kick plate members A is formed so that both side end surfaces are joined to the opposing surfaces of the side girders 12 and 12 of the staircase to cover the existing kick plate 11 entirely. ing.
[0015]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, a newly installed tread B that covers the existing tread 13 in the above staircase is formed on the front end of the flat horizontally long rectangular tread 3 having a certain thickness with respect to the tread 3. Thus, the curtain plate portion 4 bent at a right angle downward is integrally formed. The tread board B is made of a wood material, and the surface is decorated by applying a decorative sheet or a decorative board in the same manner as the above-described new kick board member A. In addition, the length of this newly installed step board B is also formed in the length dimension which the both end surfaces join to the opposing surface of the side girders 12 and 12 of a staircase similarly to the said new kick board member A.
[0016]
In order to reform the stairs using the newly constructed kick board member A and the newly constructed tread board B constructed as described above, after the new kick board members A and A are constructed on the existing tread boards 13 and 13 adjacent to each other vertically The construction of the new tread B is sequentially performed. In addition, since the construction method is the same even if the new kick board member A is any of the kick board members shown in FIGS. 1A to 1D, the new kick board shown in FIG. The member A will be described. First, as shown by the dotted lines in FIGS. 3 and 4, the new kick plate member A is mounted on the existing footboard 13 on the lower side, and is formed at a right angle to the fixed portion 2. The kick plate portion 1 that is present is set up vertically from the front end of the fixed portion 2.
[0017]
In this state, by moving and adjusting the position of the fixed portion 2 on the lower existing tread 13 in the front-rear direction, the rear end of the upper end of the kick plate 1 is brought into contact with the front end of the upper existing tread 13 over the entire length. ContactKickingThe upper end portion of the plate portion 1 is fixed by driving a nail 5 from its front side toward the front end surface of the upper existing tread plate 13. The lower surface of the fixing portion 2 is fixed to the upper surface of the rear end portion of the lower existing tread 13 by a double-sided tape or an adhesive.
[0018]
This double-faced tape or adhesive is applied or applied to the lower surface of the fixing part 2 when the new kick board member A is constructed. Therefore, when fixing the fixing part 2 on the existing tread 13, depending on the standard. Determine the exact position and adjust the position slightly, or in the state where this new kick plate member A is floatedKickingThe rear surface of the upper end portion of the plate portion 1 is brought into contact with the front end surface of the upper existing tread plate 13, and the new kick plate member A is lowered from this state while being in sliding contact with the front end surface of the existing tread plate 13. Can be accurately constructed by adhering to the lower existing tread 13.
[0019]
When the new kick plate member A is thus constructed, the new kick plate member A is in front of the front of the existing kick plate 11 and the front end of the upper step board 13 protruding forward from the upper end of the existing kick plate 11. It is in a state of being stretched and fixed at a position having an interval corresponding to the protruding width of the part, and the existing kick plate 11 arranged on the rear side by this new kick plate member A is completely covered. It becomes a state.
[0020]
At this time, the protrusion width of the upper step board 13 protruding forward from the existing kick board 11 is narrow, and the protrusion width from the kick board section 1 of the fixed part 2 in the new kick board member A to be constructed is the protrusion of the tread board 13. When the width is larger than the width, the rear portion of the fixing portion 2 is appropriately widened and cut to make the projecting width smaller than the projecting width of the tread plate 13. When the height (vertical width) is larger than the vertical width dimension between the upper surfaces of the upper and lower tread plates 13, 13, the upper end portion of the kick plate portion 1 is cut by a desired dimension and the vertical distance between the upper surfaces of the upper and lower tread plates 13, 13 is cut. What is necessary is just to make it become lower than a width dimension.
[0021]
Thus, the new kick board member A is sequentially constructed on the rear end portion of the existing foot board 13, while the new foot board B is constructed on the existing foot board 13 on which the new kick board member A has already been constructed. The newly installed tread B has a front surface at the lower end of the kick plate 1 of the newly installed kick plate member A in which the tread 3 is superimposed on the existing tread 13 and the rear end face is fixed on the rear end of the tread 13. And a kick-in of a lower newly installed kick plate member A in which a front end curtain plate portion 4 bent at a right angle downward from the front end of the tread plate portion 3 is nailed to the front end surface of the existing tread plate 13 The upper end of the kick plate 1 is brought into contact with the front surface of the upper end of the plate 1 so as to cover it and the lower surface is fixed to the upper surface of the existing tread 13 with an adhesive or a nail. It sticks by hitting.
[0022]
When constructing the new tread B, the rear end of the tread 3 is cut out by a predetermined width as necessary, so that the front end curtain plate 4 is attached to the front end of the existing tread 13. When the upper end portion of the kick plate portion 1 of the lower new kick plate member A is covered, the rear end surface of the tread plate portion 3 comes into contact with the front surface of the lower end portion of the kick plate portion 1 of the upper new kick plate member A. Adjust the width as follows. Thus, the stairs are reformed by covering all the kick plates 11 and the step plates 13 in the existing stairs with the new kick plate member A and the new step plate B as shown in FIG.
[0023]
Next, in the above embodiment, as the new kick plate member A, the structure in which the fixed portion 2 bent at a right angle toward the rear is integrally provided at the lower end of the kick plate portion 1 is exemplified. The part and the fixing part may be formed separately and combined so as to be constructed at the time of construction.
[0024]
FIG. 5 shows an example of the newly installed kick plate member A ′, which is a front laterally long rectangular kick plate 1 ′ and an upward opening that supports the lower end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ inserted into the upper surface of the front end portion. And a fixing member 2 ′ forming a groove 24. In addition, these kick board 1 'and fixing member 2' are the opposite surfaces of the side girders 12 and 12 of the staircases, as in the case of the new kick board member A in the embodiment described above. It is formed in the length dimension joined to.
[0025]
The fixing member 2 ′ has a narrow substrate portion 21 having a certain thickness and disposed in the length direction toward the length direction of the existing tread plate 11, and the length of the front end side of the substrate portion 21 is long. A front side wall plate portion 22 is projected upward from the edge, and the front portion of the substrate portion 21 is spaced from the front side wall plate portion 22 at a distance substantially corresponding to the thickness of the kick plate 1 ′. A rear side wall plate portion 23 having a height higher than that of the front side wall plate portion 22 is provided on the upper surface so as to protrude upward, and the lower end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ is interposed between the front and rear wall plate portions 22 and 23. A groove 24 opened upward is formed. The latter half of the substrate portion 21 projecting rearward from the rear side wall plate portion 23 is used as a fixing strip plate portion 21 ′. In addition, the height of the front side wall plate portion 22 in the fixing member 2 ′ is formed to be equal to the thickness of the new tread B that is constructed on the existing tread 11.
[0026]
In order to stretch the new kick plate 1 ′ so as to cover the existing kick plate 11 using the fixing member 2 ′ thus configured, first, the kick plate 1 ′ is inserted into the groove 24 of the fixing member 2 ′. By inserting the lower end portion of the support plate 1 ′ and supporting the kick plate 1 ′ in a vertically standing state, the fixing member 2 ′ is moved and adjusted in the front-rear direction on the existing tread plate 13 in this state, thereby the kick plate 1 The rear surface of the upper end of 'is brought into contact with the front end surface of the existing upper tread 13. Note that a double-sided tape is applied to the lower surface of the substrate portion 21 of the fixing member 2 ′ or an adhesive is applied, so that the rear surface of the upper end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ is in contact with the front end surface of the existing existing step board 13 on the upper side. Then, the fixing member 2 ′ is positioned, and the fixing member 2 ′ is temporarily fixed on the rear end portion of the existing tread 13 by using the double-sided tape or the adhesive.
[0027]
Subsequently, the lower end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ was once pulled out from the groove 24 of the fixing member 2 ′, and the lower space portion of the upper existing tread plate 13 protruding forward from the front end of the existing kick plate 11 was communicated to the outside. The fixing band plate portion 21 in the rear half of the fixing member 2 ′ projecting toward the front of the lower end of the existing kick plate 1 ′ in the lower space portion through the upper space portion of the fixing member 2 ′. 'Is fixed to the existing tread 13 by driving in the nail 5. After that, by lowering the kick plate 1 ′ along the front end surface of the existing upper step board 13, the lower end thereof is again inserted and supported in the groove 24 of the fixing member 2 ′, and the front end of the upper existing step plate 13 is supported. The upper end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ in contact with the surface is fixed to the existing tread plate 13 by driving the nail 5.
[0028]
Since the height of the rear side wall plate portion 23 of the groove 24 in the fixing member 2 ′ is higher than that of the front side wall plate portion 22, when the new kick plate member A ′ is constructed, the new kick plate member After the rear surfaces of the upper and lower end portions of A ′ are brought into contact with the front end surface of the existing tread plate 13 and the front end surface of the rear side wall plate portion 23 protruding from the front side wall plate portion 22, the newly installed kick plate member A 'downDownThus, the construction can be easily performed by inserting the lower end of the groove 24 into the groove 24.
[0029]
In this way, the new kick plate member A ′ is constructed so as to completely cover the front of the existing kick plate 11 on all the existing treads 13, while the new kick plate member A ′ is already constructed. The new step board B having the same shape and the same structure as the new step board B shown in the above embodiment is constructed on the step board 13 by the same method.
[0030]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the newly installed tread B is superimposed on the existing tread 13 and its rear end face is brought into contact with the front surface of the front side wall plate portion 22 of the groove 24 in the fixing member 2 ′ of the new kick plate member A ′. By bringing them into contact, the upper surface of the new kick plate member A ′ and the upper end surface of the front side wall plate portion 22 are made to be flush with each other, and from the front end of the step plate portion 3 of the new kick plate member A ′. The front end curtain plate portion 4 bent downward at a right angle is brought into contact with the front surface of the upper end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ of the lower new kick plate member A ′ nailed to the front end surface of the existing tread plate 13. In this state, the upper end portion of the lever kick plate 1 ′ is covered and concealed, and the lower surface thereof is fixed to the upper surface of the existing tread plate 13 with an adhesive or is fixed by nailing. Note that the width dimension between the front and rear end faces of the newly installed tread B is cut by a predetermined width as necessary, so that the lower end kick board member A ′ is kicked by the front end curtain plate portion 4. The width is adjusted so that the rear end surface of the tread plate portion 3 comes into contact with the front surface of the front side wall plate portion 22 of the groove 24 when the upper end portion of the plate 1 'is covered.
[0031]
FIG. 7 shows a modified example of the fixing member 2 ′ in the new kick plate member A ′. The upper end of the front side wall plate portion 23 of the groove 24 covers the upper surface of the rear end portion of the tread plate portion 3 of the new tread plate B. The elastic covering piece 25 projects forward, and the elastic covering piece 25 covers the joint portion between the front side wall plate portion 22 of the groove 24 and the rear end face of the new tread plate B with a slight cutting error. However, even if there is a gap in the joint, it covers and conceals it to form a renovation step with good appearance. In this case, a protruding portion 21 ″ is formed in which the front end of the base plate portion 21 of the fixing member 2 ′ protrudes forward from the lower end portion of the front side wall plate portion 22, while the step plate portion 3 of the newly installed tread plate B is formed. The lower half of the rear end is notched in an inverted L-shaped cross section, and the notched step portion 3a is joined to the protruding portion 21 ″ of the fixing member 2 ′ and the elastic covering piece 25 is used to rear the step plate portion 3 of the new step plate B. A structure in which the upper surface of the end portion is covered may be employed.
[0032]
FIG. 8 shows still another modified example of the fixing member 2 ′ in the newly installed kick plate member A ′. The groove width between the front and rear plate wall portions 22, 23 forming the groove 24 in the fixing member 2 ′ is It is formed slightly wider than the thickness of the plate 1 ′, and an elastic soft piece 26 is integrally provided on the front surface of the upper end portion of the rear plate wall portion 23 of the groove 24. Similar to the embodiment, the elastic covering piece 25 is provided. Then, the nail 5 is driven into the existing tread 13 from the bottom surface of the groove 24, or the lower surface of the substrate portion 21 of the fixing member 2 'is fixed to the existing tread 13 with a double-sided tape or an adhesive. It is not always necessary to provide the fixing band plate portion 21 ′ as described above at the rear portion of the substrate portion 21 of the fixing member 2 ′.
[0033]
In addition, a cushion material 27 is attached to the lower end surface of the kick plate 1 ′ in the new kick plate member A ′. Therefore, after fixing the fixing member 2 ′ at a predetermined position on the rear end portion of the existing tread board 13, the lower end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ is inserted into the groove 24 of the fixing member 2 ′ by the same construction method as described above. When the lower end cushion material 27 is in a state of being received by the groove bottom surface and the upper end portion of the kick plate 1 ′ is nailed to the front end surface of the existing upper tread 13, the kick plate 1 is formed by the elastic soft piece 26.
