Description

The present invention relates to a seat member for a seat that is used by being placed on a baby seat such as a baby carriage or a child seat, and a baby carriage provided with the structure.

Various cushion members and seat members that are used by being placed on a baby seat have been proposed in order to enhance the comfort of an infant seated on a seat such as a baby carriage or a child seat.

For example, a goza sheet according to Patent Document 1 below has been proposed.

In the goza seat, a seat body that can be laid on a seat such as a baby carriage is formed by a breathable goza or a tatami mat.

The goza seat that adopts the above configuration can improve the comfort of the infant because it can ensure air permeability between the infant and the seat by placing the infant on the seat and seating the infant on the seat. .

However, although the goza sheet itself has a certain degree of heat retention, the heat retention is significantly inferior to materials such as toweling, so it cannot be said that it can sufficiently protect infants from the cold in cold weather. .

That is, it can be said that the goza sheet can only achieve the effect of ensuring air permeability.

For this reason, in order to ensure air permeability, a goza sheet is laid on the seat for use, and when it is desired to ensure heat insulation, it is necessary to remove the goza sheet, resulting in troublesome handling.

A holding means for holding the heat-insulating sheet in a state of being raised up to the upper side of the diverging part is attached to the upper side of the backrest sheet part so as to be arranged on the surface side of the diverging part. The features.

The infant seat may be a seat formed for an infant to sit on, and includes, for example, a child seat, a baby carriage seat, a low chair, a high chair, and a rack. In addition, the seat member for a seat according to the present invention is not a seat for an infant, but may be laid on an infant bed, a cushion, or the like.

The baby carriage of the present invention is a baby carriage having a seat including a seat portion on which an infant is seated and a backrest portion that is a backrest of the infant when seated on the seat portion. The part where at least the back abuts when the infant is seated in the back part and the backrest part is set as a diverging part that diverges moisture such as sweat of the infant, and the diverging part has higher ventilation than other parts. A heat-insulating sheet having a size that covers the divergence part and having a heat-retaining property is attached to the upper side of the backrest part so as to be placed on the surface side of the divergence part, and the heat-retention sheet It is characterized by comprising holding means for holding in a state where it is raised up to the upper side in the diverging part.

The holding means indicates, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener, a hook, a snap, a string member, a slide fastener, or a combination thereof.

For example, when the holding means is formed of a pair of surface fasteners, one surface fastener of the pair of surface fasteners is attached to the back surface on the upper side of the backrest seat portion, and the other of the pair of surface fasteners is attached. A hook-and-loop fastener can be attached to the back surface of the heat insulation sheet.

The said diverging part can be formed using a highly breathable material, such as goza and tatami, or can be formed with a mesh ground. When the diverging portion is formed of mesh ground, the size and shape of the air holes are arbitrary, such as being formed in a lattice pattern or forming a large number of air holes constituting the mesh ground with a honeycomb structure. is there.

Further, when the seat member for a seat or the baby carriage is placed on the seat portion, the seat portion or / and the portion corresponding to the seat belt extending from the backrest portion, A belt insertion portion that allows the seat belt to be inserted is formed.

The seat member for a seat attached to the infant seat according to claim 1 or the baby carriage according to claim 2 can ensure air permeability just by rolling up the heat-insulating sheet. You can increase the heat retention just by letting.

In particular, the seat member for the seat attached to the infant seat according to claim 1 can keep the infant in a comfortable state without being attached to and detached from the baby carriage.

Moreover, when the heat-insulating sheet is rolled up in order to ensure air permeability, it can be used as an infant pillow or a headrest if the heat-insulating sheet is held by a holding means. Therefore, the infant's head can be protected in a stable state.

According to the invention of claim 3, if the holding means is formed by using a pair of hook and loop fasteners, the folded heat insulating sheet is desired by engaging the portions where the pair of hook and loop fasteners are superposed on each other. Can be adjusted and held in height and form.
Therefore, the infant can be protected in a comfortable state and the head can be protected in a stable state.

According to the invention according to claim 4, when the diverging portion is configured by mesh ground, the mesh ground can be hardly crushed even if compressive force is applied by forming a large number of vent holes with a honeycomb structure. . Therefore, when the infant comes into contact with the diverging portion, it is possible to avoid the ventilation hole from being blocked by the force, so that higher air permeability can be maintained.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the seat member for the seat is attached to the infant seat, the seat member can look and be firmly attached even if the infant operates.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which a seat member 11 for a seat according to the first embodiment is used. In more detail, the seat member 11 for seats is attached to the seat B of the baby carriage A, and the baby C is seated on the seat member 11 for seats.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the seat member 11 has a seat seat portion 12 corresponding to the seat portion Ba and a backrest corresponding to the backrest portion Bb when placed on the seat B of the baby carriage A. The curled sheet portion 13 is integrally formed. At the boundary portion 14 between the seat portion 12 and the backrest portion Bb, a fold that allows the boundary portion 14 to be bent is formed.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, about the backrest sheet | seat part 13, the intermediate part of the width direction is formed with the mesh ground from the upper end part to the lower part. Since the portion of the mesh ground can actively diverge sweat when the baby C sweats, the portion is set as the divergence portion 15. A large number of air holes constituting the mesh base are formed by a honeycomb structure (not shown).

Furthermore, it has a size that can cover the whole of the diverging part 15, and a heat-insulating sheet 16 formed of a flexible towel cloth is sewn to the upper end of the backrest sheet part 13 so that the front side of the diverging part 15 is sewn. It hangs down in a flap shape (see FIG. 2A).
Thereby, the diverging part 15 will be in the state covered with the heat insulation sheet | seat 16 distribute | arranged to the front side.

Further, on the back surface of the heat insulating sheet 16, the end side of one belt-like surface fastener 17a is sewn in a flap shape on both the left and right sides of the front end side (see FIG. 3).

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the other surface fastener engaged with the one surface fastener 17a is provided on the left and right sides of the upper end portion of the diverging portion 15 on the back surface of the backrest seat portion 13. 17b is sewn.
FIG. 2B shows the upper part of the back surface of the backrest sheet portion 13.

That is, when the heat insulation sheet 16 is folded upward from the lower side, the pair of surface fasteners 17a and 17b can be engaged with each other to hold the heat insulation sheet 16 in a folded state ( (See FIG. 3).

At this time, by adjusting a portion where the one surface fastener 17a is engaged with the other surface fastener 17b, the band-shaped one surface fastener 17a connected to the upper end of the backrest seat portion 13 is adjusted. The installation length can be changed. For this reason, the heat insulation sheet | seat 16 can be rolled up so that it may become a desired form and height.

In addition, the left and right edges of the upper portion of the backrest seat portion 13 are respectively sewn with one end side of the connecting belt 22 having a length that can be surrounded to the back side of the backrest portion Bb of the seat B of the baby carriage A. I wear it. A pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 22a and 22b are sewn to the front end side of the connecting belt 22 so that the overlapping portions can be engaged with each other.

When the seat member 11 for the seat is placed on the seat B of the baby carriage A, the seat belt can be inserted into a portion of the backrest seat portion 13 corresponding to the portion where the seat belt extends from the backrest portion Bb. The belt insertion slit portions 23a and 23b are formed.

Specifically, when the baby C is seated, a belt insertion slit 23a in the left-right direction is formed in a portion corresponding to the upper side of the portion corresponding to both shoulders of the baby C, and both sides of the baby C are provided. A belt insertion slit 23b in the vertical direction is formed in a portion corresponding to the outside of the belt.

On the other hand, a belt insertion slit portion 23c through which the seat belt can be inserted is also formed in a portion corresponding to the portion of the seat portion 12 where the seat belt of the seat portion Ba of the baby carriage A protrudes.
Specifically, the part corresponding to the part of the seat part 12 where the seat belt of the seat part Ba of the baby carriage A projects is the part corresponding to the crotch of the baby C when the baby C is seated. It is.

Moreover, the site | part except the said divergence part 15 in the said sheet | seat member 11 for seats is formed with a soft towel cloth with the polyester raw material and cotton, and the said seat member 11 for seats is formed so that washing with water is possible.

Further, stitches are formed on the periphery of the seat member 11 for the seat, the periphery of the diverging portion 15, the periphery of the heat insulating sheet 16, and the edges of the insertion slit portions 23a, 23b, and 23c. Yes.

The seat member 11 for seats in this embodiment shall be formed as mentioned above, and can be used as follows.
First, when the seat member 11 for seating is attached to the seat B of the baby carriage A and the baby C is seated thereon (see FIG. 2A), the baby C The heat retaining sheet 16 existing on the back side of the heat can secure heat retaining properties.

When the heat insulation sheet 16 is suspended, the one surface fastener 17a is sewn to the back surface of the heat insulation sheet 16, so that the infant C does not feel uncomfortable even if the back is in contact with the heat insulation sheet 16. A comfortable state can be secured.

When the infant C begins to sweat, the guardian first releases the engagement of the seat belt. Then, the guardian places a hand lightly on the back of the infant C and secures a gap between the back of the infant C and the heat insulation sheet 16.

Then, with the heat-insulating sheet 16 rolled up, the back of the baby C is again brought into contact with the backrest sheet portion 13 side. At this time, the back of the infant C comes into contact with the diverging portion 15.

Subsequently, the guardian folds the heated heat insulation sheet 16. The guardian puts his hand lightly on the head of the baby C and places the folded heat insulating sheet 16 between the back of the baby C and the diverging unit 15. Finally, the head of the baby C is brought into contact with the heat retaining sheet 16 and the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 17a and 17b may be engaged with each other (see FIG. 3).

If the seat belt is engaged again, the seat B of the baby carriage A can be changed to a state in which the air permeability is ensured.

The seat member 11 for seats can have the following effects.
When the baby C is seated on the seat B of the baby carriage A, the divergent portion 15 exists between the back and the backrest Bb in the back side portion of the baby C, which is particularly likely to be hot. The back of the infant C does not directly contact the backrest Bb.
Therefore, since sweat or the like does not penetrate into the backrest Bb of the baby carriage A, the sweat can be positively evaporated and the backrest Bb can be kept clean.

Moreover, the infant can be kept in a comfortable state by ensuring air permeability.

Furthermore, the folded heat insulating sheet 16 can be effectively used as a C pillow for infants.
In addition, for example, when the heat insulating sheet 16 is formed to have the same width as the backrest seat portion 13, when the seat member 11 for the seat that adopts the configuration is attached to the seat B of the baby carriage A, the backrest portion of the baby carriage A The left and right sides of the heat insulating sheet 16 folded according to the shape of Bb are folded so as to rise.
Thereby, the heat insulation sheet | seat 16 can be used also as a headrest for infants.

In any of the above forms, the head of the infant C can be protected and stabilized. Thus, even when it is desired to ensure the breathability of the seat B of the baby carriage A, the heat insulating seat 16 can be used effectively rather than being unnecessary.

In addition, the seat member 11 for the seat can easily secure the air permeability of the seat B of the baby carriage A only by raising the heat-insulating seat 16 without having to detach the seat member 11 from the baby carriage A one by one.

Further, in the diverging portion 15, by forming a large number of air holes constituting the mesh ground with a honeycomb structure, it is possible to make the mesh ground difficult to be crushed even if a compressive force is applied. For this reason, when the baby C comes into contact with the diverging portion 15, it is possible to avoid the vent hole from being blocked by the force.

Next, the seat member 21 for a seat according to the second embodiment will be described.
First, regarding the configuration of the seat member 21 for the seat according to the present embodiment, a configuration that is particularly different from the seat member 11 for the seat according to Example 1 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 5, the backrest seat portion 13 has the same configuration as the seat member 11 for the seat according to the first embodiment, but the seat for the seat according to the first embodiment in the seat seat portion 27. The belt insertion slit portion 23c like the seat seat portion 12 of the member 11 is not formed. Instead, it is an intermediate portion in the width direction from the front end portion (front end portion) to the middle portion of the seat seat portion 27. A belt insertion cut portion 25 cut into a concave shape is formed.

Further, the connecting belt 26 is formed to have a length that can be surrounded on the rear side of the child seat D.

That is, if the said structure is taken, the seat member 21 for seats can be made into the form suitable for the attachment to the child seat D. FIG.

To attach the seat member 21 to the child seat D, the seat member 21 is first placed on the child seat D. And the seat belt which protrudes from the site | part corresponded to these in the slit part 23 for belt insertion in the seat member 21 for seats, and the notch part 25 for belt insertion is each penetrated. Further, the connecting belt 26 is connected and attached on the back side of the child seat D.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6, the seat member 21 for seating can be attached with good appearance without being displaced with respect to the child seat D.

Of course, the seat member 21 for the seat in the present embodiment is also similar to the seat member 21 for the seat according to the first embodiment, for example, by raising the heat retaining sheet 16 to ensure air permeability or by hanging the heat retaining sheet 16 to improve the heat retaining property. The effect of can be produced.

Further, like the seat member 21 for the seat according to the second embodiment described above, the seat member for the seat is not limited to the form attached to the baby carriage A as in the first embodiment. For example, a high chair, a low chair, In order to be able to be used by being attached to an infant seat B such as a rack, the belt insertion hole can be formed by changing the part and number of the belt insertion hole as appropriate.

Next, in Example 3, the baby carriage 31 having the same configuration as the seat members 11 and 21 for the seat will be described. That is, in the baby carriage 31 according to the present embodiment, an intermediate portion in the width direction of the seat back portion 32 is set as the diverging portion 34, and the diverging portion 34 is formed of mesh ground. Further, the upper end portion of the heat retaining sheet 35 is sewn to the upper end portion of the backrest portion 32, and the heat retaining sheet 35 is formed to be able to hang down in a flap shape on the front side of the diverging portion 34.

That is, the backrest portion 32 according to the present embodiment corresponds to the configuration of the backrest seat portion 13 of the seat member 11 for the seat according to the first embodiment, and the seat portion 33 according to the present embodiment relates to the first embodiment. The baby carriage 31 is configured to correspond to the configuration of the seat portion 12 of the seat member 11 for the seat.

In the stroller 31 according to the present embodiment, the portion of the backrest 32 where the back of the baby C abuts is formed of mesh ground, so that the air on the back side of the baby carriage 31 is directly directed to the side where the baby C is seated. And can be aerated. For this reason, the air permeability of the baby carriage can be further improved.

Like the baby carriage 31 according to the third embodiment described above, the infant seat can be formed in various configurations based on the configuration of the seat member 11 for the seat.

Further, for example, the diverging portions 15 and 34 are not limited to the configuration formed only on the backrest seat portion 13 (the backrest portion 32 of the baby carriage 31 in the third embodiment), and for example, the seat seat portion 12 (third embodiment). Can be formed over the seat portion 33) of the baby carriage 31.

Further, in the correspondence between the above-described embodiment and the configuration of the present invention, the belt insertion slit portion 23 and / or the belt insertion notch portion 25 of this embodiment corresponds to the belt insertion portion of the present invention.
