従来の嵌込みパッドは、発泡スチロ−ル製の物、積層段ボ−ル製の物では、長手方向と平行に二本の折線を入れてU字に折り曲げた物の側壁どうしを貫くV字打ち抜き部を打ち抜いて、V字打ち抜き部の縁どうしを接着する事によって床板が曲り、嵌込みパッドの形状を成した物であった。

発泡スチロ−ル製の物は、素材が人工樹脂である事から焼却時に有毒ガスを出すなどの問題があり、V字の打ち抜き部を打ち抜く物では、V字の切れ端が生じるので、素材を有効利用できないという問題点があった。本発明では、従来技術の問題解決を目的とする。

上記目的を達成する為に、段ボール紙を素材に用い、背板の両側に延設した側板を正面に折り曲げて骨板体を形成し、側板の天地にU字積層体を接着する事で側板どうしが開いて元に戻るのを防止し、背板の背面に背平積層体を接着して、嵌込みパッドを構成する。

骨板体は両面段ボールを素材に用い、積層体は片面段ボールを多重に積層して形成し、記述上の位置関係は組み立て時を基準にして、収納物を嵌込む方向を正面とする。

素材が再製紙を用いた段ボールである事から焼却時に問題は無く、骨板体を骨材にしてU字積層体と背平積層体を接着しているので、V字の打ち抜き部を有しないので切れ端を出さず、背板の縦寸を短くしているので、そこに貼り付ける背平積層体の分量を少なくする事ができ、折補強片を折り曲げる事によって、側板2を補強する事ができる。
