Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foam ejector used in various fields such as cosmetics, toiletries, foods and the like, which is suitable for jetting, for example, a facial cleanser, a hairdressing agent and the like into fine bubbles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some containers filled with a facial cleanser or a hair styling agent are provided with a foam ejector capable of foaming and discharging the contents from the viewpoint of simplifying utilization by omitting the foaming operation of the contents.
[0003]
Such a foam ejector has a base cap fixedly held at the mouth of a container, and a piston for sucking, pressurizing and discharging contents and a piston for sucking, pressurizing and discharging air are concentrically arranged in series. A pump consisting of a single cylinder incorporated is provided, and each piston of the pump is operated by pushing a pressing head installed on the surface of the base cap, and the contents and air are sucked in each cylinder, It is configured to pressurize and mix with each other in the confluence space on the outlet side of the pump, and to let the contents be foamed by passing through a foaming member such as a mesh ring (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). .
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-7-315463.
[0005]
By the way, the conventional foam ejector is provided with a cover that is opened downward on the pressing head so as to be integrated therewith, so as to prevent intrusion of water or the like from the gap for intake formed in the hollow neck portion of the base cap. However, in order to introduce the amount of air necessary for foaming the contents, a relatively large gap must be formed between the hollow neck and the cover. Invasion of water is inevitable.
[0006]
When water enters from a gap through which air is introduced, water accumulates in the cylinder for pressurizing the air, so the amount of air supplied by the cylinder decreases, and the mixing ratio with the contents changes. There is a disadvantage that fine bubbles cannot be ejected.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to propose a novel bubble ejector capable of preventing water from entering and supplying a necessary and sufficient amount of air.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a base cap that has a hollow neck raised from the outer surface and is fixedly held at the mouth of the container, and the contents and air in the container that are fixed and held at the back of the base cap are individually A pump having a small-diameter cylindrical portion and a large-diameter cylindrical portion connected to two discharge paths for suction and pressurization to discharge, a push operation using the hollow neck portion of the base cap as a guide, and a return operation by releasing the pump, A foam ejector comprising a pressure head with a nozzle that mixes the contents and air discharged through each discharge path with each other, foams them, and jets them to the outside,
The pressing head is provided with a cover that surrounds the hollow neck of the base cap and opens downward, and a spacer having an annular convex part that fits the inner surface and protrudes inward is disposed at the lowermost end of the cover. The outer surface of the upper end of the hollow neck is outwardly formed with a very small gap close to the annular convex portion of the spacer in the initial posture of the press head provided integrally with the hollow neck. It is a foam ejector formed by forming a convex annular projection .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a foam ejector according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a base cap that can be fixedly held to the mouth of the container by screwing or undercutting. The base cap 1 has a hollow neck portion 1a raised on its outer surface.
[0011]
Reference numeral 2 denotes a pump fixedly held on the back surface of the base cap 1 and suspended in the mouth of the container. This pump 2 has a single cylinder S comprising a small-diameter cylindrical portion 2a having an opening h connected to a suction pipe 3 for sucking the contents in the container, and a large-diameter cylindrical portion 2b connected in series to the small-diameter cylindrical portion 2a. The small-diameter cylindrical portion 2a of the cylinder S includes a piston 2c that is slidable therein, a spring 2d that elastically supports the piston 2c, a poppet 2e that has a valve body at the tip, and the poppet 2e A hollow stem 2f that has a valve seat that engages with the valve body and presses the piston 2c at its tip is disposed, thereby constituting a suction, pressurization, and discharge mechanism for contents. The large-diameter cylindrical portion 2b is provided with a piston 2g that starts to move with a slight time difference from the start of movement of the hollow stem 2f and that can slide inside the hollow stem 2f in accordance with the movement of the hollow stem 2f. The suction, pressurization, and discharge mechanisms are configured, and the contents sucked and pressurized in the small-diameter cylindrical portion 2a are discharged from the pump along the discharge path A according to the arrows in the drawing (the uppermost end of the hollow stem 2f). On the other hand, the air sucked and pressurized in the large-diameter cylindrical portion 2b is discharged to the outlet side of the pump 2 along the discharge path B according to the arrow in the figure.
[0012]
A valve 4 is provided on the piston 2g and is opened only when the piston 2b is inhaling. A pressure head 5 is provided with a nozzle. The pressing head 5 has a passage that makes contact with the rear end portion of the hollow stem 2f and the rear end portion of the piston 2g to allow them to be pressed and connects the nozzle and the hollow stem 2f to each other. A hollow rod 5a for defining and forming a confluence space P of air is provided, and a cover 5b surrounding the hollow neck portion 1a of the base cap 1 and opening downward is provided outside the hollow rod 5a. .
[0013]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a jet ring disposed in the passage of the pressing head 5, 7 is a foaming member (mesh ring) disposed adjacent to the jet ring 6 to make the contents mixed with air fine bubbles, and 8 is a pump 2. The backflow preventing socket 9 is disposed between the pressure head 5 and the press head 5. A spacer 9 is fitted at the lowermost end of the cover 5 b of the press head 5 and has a ring-shaped convex portion t that protrudes inward. It is the annular convex part which is convexly provided outward on the outermost end outer surface of the neck part 1a.
[0014]
FIG. 2 shows a cross-section of a foam jet having a general structure. In the ejector having such a structure, the air mixed with the contents follows the path indicated by the arrow C in the drawing and is introduced into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 2b, so that the space between the hollow neck portion 1a and the cover 5b of the pressing head 5 is It is indispensable to secure a certain gap in order to prevent water from entering through the gap.
[0015]
When the pressing head 5 is in the initial posture, the ejector according to the present invention has an enlarged main portion thereof, and as shown in FIG. 3, the annular convex portion t and the hollow neck portion of the spacer 9 fitted to the cover 5b. Since only a very small gap is formed between the annular convex portions 1a, water does not easily enter from the outside. When the contents are ejected by pressing the pressing head 5, as shown in FIG. 4, since a sufficient gap δ is held between the cover 5b and the hollow neck 1a, an appropriate amount of air is stabilized. Therefore, it will be introduced into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 2b.
[0016]
When the pressing force applied to the pressing head 5 is released in the state shown in FIG. 4, the piston 2c, the hollow stem 2f, the pressing head 5, and the piston 2g are pushed back by the restoring force of the spring 2d. Since the inside of the portion 2a has a negative pressure, the contents are sucked into the small diameter cylindrical portion 2a through the suction pipe 3 and the opening h, and air is introduced into the large diameter cylindrical portion 2b through the intake path C.
[0017]
After the pressing head 5 returns to the initial posture as shown in FIG. 1, when the pressing head 5 is pushed in again, the inside of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 2a is pressurized, and when the predetermined pressure is reached, the valve body of the poppet 2e is opened. The object passes through the discharge path A and is discharged into the merge space P on the outlet side of the pump 2, while the air in the large-diameter cylindrical portion 2 b is also discharged into the merge space P through the discharge path B and mixed with gas and liquid. In this state, the contents pass through the jet ring 6 and the foaming member 7 and the contents are foamed and ejected from the nozzle to the outside. By such pressing of the pressing head 5 and the returning operation, the contents are continuously foamed and ejected. Is done.
[0018]
In the present invention, an example is shown in which the spacer 9 is provided at the lowermost end of the cover 5b. However, if there is no particular problem in forming the cover 5b, the spacer 9 may be integrally formed with the cover 5b.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the gap between the cover and the hollow neck of the base cap can be maintained in a very small minute gap in the initial posture of the pressure head, water can be reliably prevented from entering from the air introduction path, As a result, the contents and air can always be mixed at a constant rate, and fine bubbles can be stably ejected.
