BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a noise suppression method during idling of a fuel cell system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A fuel cell mounted on a fuel cell vehicle or the like has an anode and a cathode on both sides of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane, supplies a fuel gas (for example, hydrogen gas) to the anode, and an oxidant gas (for example, air) to the cathode. And the chemical energy related to the oxidation-reduction reaction of these gases is directly extracted as electric energy. This solid polymer electrolyte membrane type fuel cell system supplies an air compressor for supplying air as an oxidant, a fuel pump for supplying fuel gas, and cooling water for cooling the fuel cell to the fuel cell. It has many rotating devices such as a cooling water pump.
Conventionally, when setting the rotational speed of the rotating equipment during idling (hereinafter referred to as idling speed), the current consumption of each rotating equipment, the life, the noise of the equipment itself, etc. are taken into consideration for each equipment. It was common to set it to be optimal. In this application, the idling time is a state in which the output current value of the fuel cell is a predetermined value of a low output, such as a range of 3 to 30 amperes, in preparation for an increase in output, and a noise source. A state where a plurality of rotating devices are operating.
As a measure against noise in the fuel cell system, a method of surrounding the entire fuel cell system including the rotating device with a panel lined with a sound absorbing material is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-10-289725 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the idling speed of each rotating device is set as in the prior art, the noise frequency generated from each rotating device is often approximated, and when the idling speed fluctuates, it interferes and “beats” And may be harsh. In order to prevent this, conventionally, a silencer / sound insulation device has to be provided for each rotating device, resulting in an increase in weight, an increase in occupied space, and an increase in cost.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for suppressing noise during idling of a fuel cell system that can suppress noise during idling without causing an increase in weight, an increase in occupied space, and an increase in cost.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 provides a plurality of rotating devices (for example, a hydrogen pump 3, an air compressor 4, a cooling water pump 7, a ventilation in an embodiment described later) provided in a fuel cell system. This is a method for suppressing noise during idling of a fuel cell system, wherein the noise frequencies generated when the fan 9) is idling are set to be 30 Hz or more away from each other.
A person can recognize two sounds as separate sounds when the frequencies of the two sounds are separated by 30 Hz or more, and conversely, a plurality of sound frequencies exist in a region where the frequency difference is 30 Hz or less. In some cases, each cannot be distinguished as a different sound.
Therefore, if the noise frequency generated at the time of idling of each rotating device is set to be 30 Hz or more away from each other, it is possible to prevent a person from recognizing noise generated from two or more rotating devices at the time of idling as one sound. In addition, noise generated from each rotating device during idling can be recognized by a person as a separate sound.
In addition, since the swell sound generated when the two frequencies are close to each other due to rotational fluctuations can be suppressed, there is no sense of incongruity in human hearing.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the fuel cell system includes an air compressor as one of the rotating devices, and the fundamental frequency of the air compressor at the time of idling and a secondary of the fundamental frequency. It is characterized in that the noise frequency generated during idling of other rotating devices is set so as to be 30 Hz or more away from each other.
With this configuration, it is possible to prevent a person from recognizing noise generated from two or more rotating devices as one sound at the time of idling, and noise generated from each rotating device as a separate sound. Can be recognized.
Further, since the swell sound generated due to the rotational fluctuation can be suppressed, the human hearing is not uncomfortable.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the fuel cell system includes an air compressor as one of the rotating devices, and the fundamental frequency of the air compressor at the time of idling and a secondary of the fundamental frequency. The basic frequency at the time of idling of the air compressor is set so that the generated noise frequency at the time of idling of other rotating devices can be set 30 Hz or more apart from the frequency.
The air compressor has the lowest noise frequency of sound that is recognized as noise among rotating devices provided in the fuel cell system. Therefore, by configuring as described above, the generated noise frequency at the time of idling of other rotating equipment is separated by 30 hertz or more between the fundamental frequency at the time of idling of the air compressor and the secondary frequency of the fundamental frequency. Can be set.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an idle noise suppression method for a fuel cell system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawing of FIG.
The fuel cell system in this embodiment is mounted on a fuel cell vehicle. As shown in FIG. 1, the fuel cell system uses a hydrogen gas stored in a
That is, the fuel cell system includes four rotating devices, that is, a hydrogen pump 3, an air compressor 4, a cooling water pump 7, and a ventilation fan 9.
[0009]
In this fuel cell system, the generated noise frequency is set such that the generated noise frequencies at the time of idling of the four rotating devices are separated from each other by 30 hertz or more.
More specifically, among the four rotating devices, the air compressor 4 has the lowest generated noise frequency among the sounds recognized as noise. Therefore, the air compressor 4 is used as a reference rotating device, and the air compressor The remaining three rotating devices (hydrogen pump 3, cooling water pump 7, ventilation) between the basic frequency (primary frequency) f1 of 4 and the secondary frequency f2 that is twice the frequency (f1 × 2). The generated noise frequencies of the three rotating devices are set so that the generated noise frequencies when the fan 9) is idle are separated from each other by 30 hertz or more.
Here, the reason why the minimum separation frequency is set to 30 Hz is that the frequency of the sound must be 30 Hz or more in order to be recognized as a different sound by a person.
Of course, the basic frequency f1 and the secondary frequency f2 when the air compressor 4 is idle and the generated noise frequency when the three rotating devices are idle are set to be 30 Hz or more away from each other.
[0010]
Thus, in order to be able to set the generated noise frequency at the time of idling of each rotating device, the basic frequency f1 and the secondary frequency f2 at the time of idling of the air compressor 4 are set to the minimum separation frequency. Must be separated by a frequency multiplied by a number or more. That is, in this embodiment, since there are four rotating devices, the basic frequency f1 and the secondary frequency f2 at the time of idling of the air compressor 4 are not less than 120 hertz which is four times the minimum separation frequency (30 hertz). If they are not separated from each other, the noise frequencies generated by the four rotating devices cannot be set 30 Hz or more apart from each other.
[0011]
Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, it is necessary to set the fundamental frequency f1 when the air compressor 4 is idle to 120 hertz or higher. For example, if the basic frequency f1 at the time of idling of the air compressor 4 is set to 150 hertz, the secondary frequency f2 becomes 300 hertz and the difference becomes 150 hertz. 180 Hz, the generated noise frequency of the hydrogen pump 3 is 210 Hz, the generated noise frequency of the cooling water pump 7 is 260 Hz, and the generated noise frequencies of the four rotating devices can be set 30 Hz or more apart from each other. it can.
[0012]
On the other hand, when the basic frequency f1 at the time of idling of the air compressor 4 is set to be 120 hertz or less, for example, 100 hertz, the secondary frequency f2 is 200 hertz and the difference is 100 hertz. The frequency of noise generated at the time of idling of three rotating devices other than the air compressor 4 is set between 100 Hz so that the frequency of noise generated at the time of idling of four rotating devices including 4 is separated from each other by 30 hertz or more. Is impossible.
[0013]
As a means for changing the basic frequency f1 at the time of idling of the air compressor 4, a relatively small size that changes the idling speed, changes the number of blades of the air compressor 4, or silences only a specific frequency. For example, attaching a silencer can be exemplified.
Also, with respect to the means for changing the noise frequency generated when the other three rotating devices, that is, the hydrogen pump 3, the cooling water pump 7, and the ventilation fan 9 are idle, the idling speed is changed or the number of blades is changed. For example, a relatively small silencer that silences only a specific frequency may be attached.
[0014]
In this way, when the generated noise frequencies of all four rotating devices, that is, the hydrogen pump 3, the air compressor 4, the cooling water pump 7, and the ventilation fan 9, are set apart from each other by 30 hertz or more, Sometimes it is possible to prevent a person from recognizing noise generated from two or more rotating devices as one sound, and the noise generated from each rotating device will be recognized by a person as a separate sound. The harsh feeling can be suppressed. Moreover, the weight of each rotating device, the installation space, and the cost are not increased.
[0015]
[Other Embodiments]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, four rotating devices included in the fuel cell system, ie, a hydrogen pump, an air compressor, a cooling water pump, and a ventilation fan, are exemplified, but other rotating devices may be used. The number of devices is not limited to four. It is also an aspect of the present technical idea that the generated noise frequency of each rotary device is set 30 Hz or more apart from each other even between a higher-order n-order frequency and an “n + 1” -order frequency with respect to the fundamental frequency. .
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention according to claim 1 or
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the generated noise frequency during idling of the other rotating equipment is separated by 30 hertz or more between the fundamental frequency during idle of the air compressor and the secondary frequency of the fundamental frequency. It becomes possible to set.
Further, since the swell sound generated due to the rotational fluctuation can be suppressed, the merchantability of the fuel cell system can be improved without giving a sense of incongruity to human hearing. Furthermore, there is an effect that noise generated from each rotating device becomes clearer and countermeasures become easier.
