【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機などの遊技台、パチンコ玉・メタルなどの遊技媒体を収納する収納部、これら遊技媒体を供給／回収する手段などを一体化して形成するユニット式遊技島の据付方法に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、大半のパチンコ店においては、大工が現場施工して組み上げた木枠に、パチンコ遊技台を１台づつ固定することによって遊技島を形成している。そして、それぞれのパチンコ遊技台にパチンコ玉を供給／回収する経路は、床下や天井若しくはパチンコ遊技台の上方などに設置するようにしている。

しかし、既存の建屋を流用してパチンコ店を開業するような場合には、パチンコ玉の供給／回収経路を、床下や天井に構造上設けることができないことが多い。特に、天井の低い建屋でパチンコ店を開業するときには、パチンコ玉の供給／回収経路をパチンコ遊技台の上方に設けることが困難であるため、納入・設置するだけで開業することの可能な、パチンコ遊技台、遊技媒体収納部、遊技媒体供給／回収手段などを一体化した構成のユニット式パチンコ島の開発・改良が進んでいる。

上記構成のユニット式パチンコ島においては、かなり大型化するので、例えばトラックなどによって所要数を搬入すると、店内が忽ち狭くなる。このため、ユニット式パチンコ島の搬入後に水平出し作業を行っていたのでは、搬入・設置作業が捗らなくなるので、効率良く設置できるようにする必要があった。

なお、島台下部が嵌合可能であると共に、島台が配列・固定できるように構成し、且つ、床に固定できる手段を備えて略レール状に成形する鋼製の台座を予め床に敷設し、工場で単位ブロック（２台島、４台島、６台島）に分割形成した遊技島台を台座上部の端部に搬入し、台座上を摺動させながら遊技島台の他側から島台骨組みを順次設置し、この島台骨組みにパチンコ遊技台および付属機器を組み付けて据え付ける方法が、例えば実開平３−７８３号に開示されている。

しかし、この据付方法においては、島台骨組を摺動させる際に島台骨組みが浮き上がって台座から外れ易いと云う問題点があった。なお、島台骨組だけを摺動させる際には、島台骨組みが台座から部分的に外れても島台骨組みが軽いため、その自重で島台骨組みが変形すると云った不都合は生じない。

しかし、パチンコ遊技台や付属の機器を備えて重い場合には、島台骨組みが台座から部分的に外れると自重でその支柱や梁が変形するので、台座と嵌合し直しても摺動し難いのは勿論、パチンコ遊技台などを正常に組み付けることが困難になり、正常な遊技を提供できなくなると云った問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
したがって、パチンコ機などの遊技台、パチンコ玉・メタルなどの遊技媒体を収納する部分、これら遊技媒体を供給／回収する手段などが一体化され、重量物となっているユニット式遊技島を、簡単に水平に据え付けることができるようにする必要があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため本発明は、遊技台、遊技媒体収納部、遊技媒体供給／回収手段などを一体化して形成されたユニット式遊技島を基礎台の一端から他端側に順次摺動・移動して他端の側から列設し、前記ユニット式遊技島と前記基礎台とを連結して固定するユニット式遊技島の据付方法において、

前記ユニット式遊技島の底部に設けられた第１のガイド部材が前記基礎台の上面開口に進入して前記基礎台の上板の端面に臨むと共に、前記ユニット式遊技島の底部に設けられた第２のガイド部材が前記基礎台の上板の下方に潜入するように前記ユニット式遊技島を前記基礎台の上面に載置した状態で、前記ユニット式遊技島を前記基礎台の一端から他端側に摺動して移動させ、前記ユニット式遊技島の底部と前記第２のガイド部材との間で前記基礎台の上板を挟み込んで前記ユニット式遊技島を所定位置に固定するようにした第１の構成のユニット式遊技島の据付方法と、

前記第１の構成のユニット式遊技島の据付方法において、第２のガイド部材が、基礎台の水平部裏面と密着可能に形成され、第２のガイド部材が基礎台水平部裏面と密着したとき、第２のガイド部材がユニット式遊技島と基礎台とを連結して固定する連結・固定手段として機能するようにした第２の構成のユニット式遊技島の据付方法と、
を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づいて、本発明の実施の形態例を説明する。
【００１３】
（第１の実施の形態）
ユニット式遊技島１は、例えば図５に示したように、パチンコ遊技台１１と、遊技媒体であるパチンコ玉を貸し出す玉貸し機１２と、膳台１３と、パチンコ玉を収納する図示しないパチンコ玉収納部と、パチンコ玉収納部のパチンコ玉をパチンコ遊技台１１および玉貸し機１２に適宜供給したり、パチンコ玉収納部にパチンコ遊技台１１からパチンコ玉を回収したりする、図示しないパチンコ玉供給／回収手段とを一体化して構成されると共に、図示しない多数のパチンコ玉を収納して形成されるものであり、図示しない電源に接続するだけでパチンコ遊技を可能とするものである。

ユニット式遊技島１は、搬送性・強度などを考慮して、通常はそれぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台１１を２台づつ、合計４台配設し、全体としては幅と奥行の寸法が接近するように形成するが、それぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台１１を３台づつ、合計６台配設するように構成することなども可能である。

但し、それぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台１１を１台づつ配設し、合計２台のみからなる構成は、パチンコ玉供給／回収手段の所要個数が増加してコスト高を招くので、この構成の実施を妨げるものではないが、余り好ましい実施形態とは云えない。また、パチンコ遊技台１１・玉貸し機１２・膳台１３などを片面にのみ配設して、壁際などに設置可能な構成としたものであっても良い。

玉貸し機１２は、通常は図示したように各パチンコ遊技台１１の片側に設置されたり、横並びしているパチンコ遊技台１１同士の間に設置されるが、ユニット式遊技島１に必ず設置されていなければならないと云うものではない。

また、ユニット式遊技島１は、図示しないが玉磨き機やパチンコ玉を出し入れするための投入口などを備えると共に、ワイヤーロープで吊り上げることができるように、例えば天板部の各コーナにアイボルト１４を取り付け、且つ、底板１５の裏面の少なくとも四隅に第１のガイド部材１６と第２のガイド部材１７とを備えて形成する。

ガイド部材１６は、矩形の金属板（例えば、鉄板）の一端を直角に折り曲げて形成する垂直部１６ａを備えている。そして、ユニット式遊技島１の前面１Ａの側に設置するガイド部材１６においては垂直部１６ａがユニット式遊技島１の例えば背面１Ｂの側に位置し、背面１Ｂの側に設置するガイド部材１６においては垂直部１６ａが例えば前面１Ａの側に位置するように向けると共に、前面１Ａの側の複数のガイド部材１６と背面１Ｂの側の複数のガイド部材１６とが互いに平行になるように配置して、例えば溶接により底板１５に固定する。

一方、ガイド部材１７は、ガイド部材１６と略同様の形状に形成して、それぞれ底板１５の上から差し込むねじ１８によって、各ガイド部材１６の下側に取り付ける。なお、各ガイド部材１７はその垂直部１７ａを、対応するガイド部材１６の垂直部１６ａの反対側に向け、それぞれ複数本（例えば、２本）のねじ１８によって回転しないように取り付ける。

また、ねじ１８が貫通する穴の内、ガイド部材１７に設ける穴だけをねじ１８が螺合するねじ穴１７ｂに形成し、他の穴、すなわち底板１５に設ける穴１５ａとガイド部材１６に設ける穴１６ｂは、ねじ１８のねじ山が効かない、いわゆる馬鹿穴に形成する。

このため、ガイド部材１７を底板１５とガイド部材１６の下側に取り付けてねじ１８を回転させると、底板１５とガイド部材１７との間隔が変化する。

３は、上記構成のユニット式遊技島１を据え付けるための断面がＣ字状をしたレールであり、上板３１ａと３１ｂとの間にガイド部材１６を遊嵌することのできる上面開口３２を備えている。なお、上面開口３２は、例えば一方の上板３１ａの幅が他方の上板３１ｂの幅より広くなるように、一方に片寄せて形成する。また、下板３３の長手方向には所定の間隔でボルト穴３４を列設する。

そして、ガイド部材１６、ガイド部材１７、レール３の各部は、垂直部１６ａを幅の狭い上板３１ｂの側に向けてレール３の上面開口３２にガイド部材１６を遊嵌すると、ガイド部材１７の垂直部１７ａの側が幅の広い上板３１ａの下方に潜入し、且つ、上板３１ａの側に位置する縦板３５ａに垂直部１７ａが近接するように形成する。また、ガイド部材１６の板厚は、上板３１ａの板厚より僅かに薄く形成する。

以下に、ユニット式遊技島１を据え付ける方法を具体的に説明すると、先ず、所望の長さのレール３を準備する。そして、このレール３を床１００の上に平行に、且つ、図示しない水準器を使用して水平に設置する。

このとき、幅の狭い上板３１ｂ同士が互いに接近するように向け、且つ、上面開口３２同士が、前面１Ａの側に設置したガイド部材１６と背面１Ｂの側に設置したガイド部材１６との間隔に一致するように並設したのち、ボルト穴３４それぞれに貫通させる複数のアンカーボルト４によって床１００に固定する。

なお、レール３は、通常３ｍ程度のものを容易しておき、必要に応じて継ぎ足したり切断して、所望の長さに調節して設置する。

そして、１台のユニット式遊技島１が載置できる程度の長さの補助レール３Ａを、床１００に固定したレール３の高さに合わせて、例えば図３のように床１００の上に２本仮置きし、この補助レール３Ａの上にユニット式遊技島１を一旦載置して、前面１Ａ側と背面１Ｂ側のガイド部材１６それぞれが、対応するレール３それぞれの上面開口３２に進入可能に位置合わせし、ねじ１８を緩めてガイド部材１７の取り付け位置を下げた状態のユニット式遊技島１を、並設したレール３の一端から他端の側に摺動させる。

ガイド部材１６の垂直部１６ａが、幅の狭い上板３１ｂの端面に臨んでいるので、ユニット式遊技島１を摺動する際に多少浮き上がることがあっても、その端面を越えて上板３１ｂの側にずれることがない。しかも、この幅の狭い上板３１ｂ同士が接近するように二本のレール３が並設され、さらに、ガイド部材１７の垂直部１７ａの側が幅の広い上板３１ａの下側に潜入しているので、ガイド部材１６とガイド部材１７とは上面開口３２から飛び出ることはない。したがって、ユニット式遊技島１は、レール３の長手方向にのみ案内される。

ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の所定の位置に摺動・載置したのち、ねじ１８を回転してガイド部材１７を上昇させると、底板１５とガイド部材１７との間にレール３の上板３１ａが挟み込まれてユニット式遊技島１が固定される。

したがって、トラックなどで運んできたユニット式遊技島１を、アイボルト１４に通す図示しないワイヤロープを利用して吊り上げ、仮置きした補助レール３Ａに載せたのち、床１００に水平に並設・固定したレール３の一端から他端側に摺動して移動させ、ねじ１８によってガイド部材１７を上昇させるだけで、底板１５とガイド部材１７との間にレール３の上板３１ａが挟み込まれてユニット式遊技島１が固定されるので、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３上に順次列設すれば、所要の大きさの遊技島が簡単に形成できる。

なお、ガイド部材１７は、例えば図４に示したように、水平面内で回転できるように１本のねじ１８によってガイド部材１６の下側に支持すると共に、レール３の縦板３５ａに垂直部１７ａ側が接触して回転できなくなるように、ねじ穴１７ｂと垂直部１７ａとの間隔を長く形成することも可能である。

そして、ねじ１８が右ねじであれば、前面１Ａ側に設置するガイド部材１７においては垂直部１７ａがユニット式遊技島１の側面１Ｄの側に位置し、背面１Ｂ側に設置するガイド部材１７においては垂直部１７ａがユニット式遊技島１の側面１Ｃの側に位置するように、ねじ１８によってガイド部材１６の裏面に仮止めすれば、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の上に直接載置することができる。

そして、ガイド部材１７が降下する方向にねじ１８を、例えば半回転してガイド部材１７をガイド部材１６から離してフリーの状態にし、その後ガイド部材１７が上昇する方向にねじ１８を例えば２回転させると、ガイド部材１７もねじ１８の回転方向に力を受けて垂直部１７ａ側が縦板３５ａの側に回転して、垂直部１７ａの側が上板３１ａの下側に潜入する。

このようにセットされたガイド部材１７は、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３上で摺動・移動させる際には、図１に示したガイド部材１７と同様に機能するので、ユニット式遊技島１はレール３の長手方向にのみ案内される。

そして、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の他端側から列設したのち、ねじ１８を回転してガイド部材１７をさらに上昇させると、底板１５とガイド部材１７との間にレール３の上板３１ａを挟み込まれ、ユニット式遊技島１がレール３に固定されて据付が完了する。

すなわち、ガイド部材１７を上記のように構成することによって、並設したレール３の上にユニット式遊技島１が直接載置できるようになり、しかも、ユニット式遊技島１の蛇行や浮き上がりが防止されるので、レール３から外れることなく一端から他端の側に摺動することができるようになる。したがって、ユニット式遊技島１の据付時に補助レール３Ａなどを使用する必要がなくなる。

なお、ガイド部材１７をこのように構成する場合には、ねじ１８を緩めるときに垂直部１７ａ側が他の縦板３５ｂの側に回転しないように、逆転防止を図るために突起などをガイド部材１６の裏面に取り付けたり、ねじ１８とねじ穴１７ｂとをきつ目に形成して、ガイド部材１７がねじ１８の回転に連れて回転し易く形成することが好ましい。

そして、ガイド部材１７は、ガイド部材１７を上昇させる際のねじ１８の回転方向にガイド部材１７を９０度未満回転させたときに、垂直部１７ａ側が幅の広い上板３１ａの側の縦板３５ａ側に回転する位置に仮止めしておく。

（第２の実施の形態）
本発明の第２の実施形態を図６に基づいて説明する。図６においても前記図面と同様の機能を持つ部分には同一の符号を付し、理解を妨げない範囲で説明は省略した。

この第２の実施形態におけるユニット式遊技島１は、レール３の上面開口３２に遊嵌可能なガイド部１６ｃが下端部に膨出形成されて全体が筒状をしたガイド部材１６を、ユニット式遊技島１の底板１５に開設する穴１５ａに溶接して固定し、さらにガイド部１６ｃの上側と底板１５との間に補強部材１９を渡して溶接・固定し、ガイド部材１６の穴１６ｂにねじ１８を底板１５の上方から貫通させ、ガイド部材１６から下方に突出したねじ１８の先端部に、外周端面がレール３の縦板３５ａ・３５ｂに近接し、外周端面側が上板３１ａと３１ｂの下側に潜入する丸型・角型などのガイド部材１７を螺合・取着して形成する。

一方、この場合のレール３は、上板３１ａと３１ｂとを同一幅に形成して、上面開口３２をレール３の中央部に開設する。

そして、図示しないが前記第１の実施形態のようにレール３を床１００の上に平行に、且つ、水平に設置すると共に、補助レール３Ａも同様に仮置きし、ねじ１８を緩めてガイド部材１７の取り付け位置を下げた状態のユニット式遊技島１を補助レール３Ａの上に一旦載置して、前面１Ａ側と背面１Ｂ側のガイド部材１６それぞれが、対応するレール３それぞれの上面開口３２に進入可能に位置合わせし、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の他端の側に摺動させる。

ガイド部１６ｃの周端が、上板３１ａと３１ｂの端面に臨むと共に、ガイド部材１７の周端が縦板３５ａ・３５ｂの内面に臨み、且つ、ガイド部材１７の周端側が上板３１ａと３１ｂの下側に潜入しているので、ユニット式遊技島１を摺動する際に多少浮き上がることがあっても、ガイド部１６ｃとガイド部材１７とが上面開口３２から飛び出ることはない。したがって、ユニット式遊技島１は、レール３の長手方向にのみ案内される。

そして、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の所定の位置に摺動・載置したのち、ねじ１８を回転してガイド部材１７を上昇させると、補強部材１９とガイド部材１７との間にレール３の上板３１ａと３１ｂとが挟み込まれてユニット式遊技島１が固定される。

（第３の実施の形態）
本発明の第３の実施形態を図７に基づいて説明する。図７においても前記図面と同様の機能を持つ部分には同一の符号を付し、理解を妨げない範囲で説明は省略した。

この第３の実施形態の場合は、コ字状に形成したレール３を使用してユニット式遊技島１を据え付ける。レール３は上板３１の下方の凹部３６を互いに向き合わせて所定の間隔で平行に、且つ、水平に床１００に固定する。

この場合のユニット式遊技島１は、底板１５の前面１Ａ側と背面１Ｂ側とを下向きに屈曲してガイド部材１６を形成すると共に、先端がレール３の凹部３６に進入し、上昇するとその先端側がレール３の上板３１に下側から接触するように形成したガイド部材１７の基部側にねじ穴１７ｂを開設し、このねじ穴１７ｂと底板１５の上方側から差し込むねじ１８とを螺合して、ガイド部材１７を底板１５の裏面に取り付けて形成する。なお、各ガイド部材１７は、それぞれ複数本のねじ１８によって回転しないように取り付ける。

そして、図示しないが前記第１の実施形態のようにレール３を床１００の上に平行に、且つ、水平に設置すると共に、補助レール３Ａも同様に仮置きし、ねじ１８を緩めてガイド部材１７の取り付け位置を下げた状態のユニット式遊技島１を補助レール３Ａの上に一旦載置して、前面１Ａ側と背面１Ｂ側のガイド部材１６それぞれが、対応するレール３それぞれの縦板３５の外側に位置するように位置合わせし、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の他端の側に摺動させる。

並設したレール３の縦板３５それぞれを、ガイド部材１６が外側から抱え込んでおり、しかもガイド部材１７の先端がレール３の上板３１の下方に潜入しているので、ユニット式遊技島１を摺動する際に多少浮き上がることがあっても、ガイド部材１６とガイド部材１７とが上板３１を越えて浮き上がることはないし、レール３から何れの側にも外れることがないので、ユニット式遊技島１はレール３の長手方向にのみ案内される。

ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の所定の位置に摺動・載置したのち、ねじ１８を回転してガイド部材１７を上昇させると、底板１５とガイド部材１７との間にレール３の上板３１が挟み込まれてユニット式遊技島１が固定される。

（第４の実施の形態）
本発明の第４の実施形態を図８に基づいて説明する。図８においても前記図面と同様の機能を持つ部分には同一の符号を付し、理解を妨げない範囲で説明は省略した。

この第４の実施形態の場合は、縦板３５の上端と下端とから互いに離間する方向に水平部、すなわち上板３１と下板３３とを延設して形成したレール３を使用してユニット式遊技島１を据え付ける。レール３は、上板３１が互いに離間するように向けて所定の間隔で平行に、且つ、水平に床１００に固定する。

そして、ユニット式遊技島１は、底板１５の中央部を一段降下させてガイド部材１６を形成すると共に、前面１Ａと背面１Ｂの下部にＬ字状のガイド部材１７をねじ１８によって取り付けて形成する。

なお、このガイド部材１７は、ねじ穴１７ｂをねじ１８のねじ山が効かない馬鹿穴に開設する垂直部１７ａと、水平部１７ｃとを鈍角に形成すると共に、底板１５の前面１Ａ側と背面１Ｂ側それぞれに開設する穴１５ａにねじ１８を螺合してガイド部材１７を底板１５に締め付けると、垂直部１７ａ側の水平部１７ｃと底板１５の裏面との間にレール３の上板３１先端側が挟み込まれて、ユニット式遊技島１が固定されるように形成する。

そして、図示しないが前記第１の実施形態のようにレール３を床１００の上に平行に、且つ、水平に設置すると共に、補助レール３Ａも同様に仮置きし、ねじ１８を緩めてガイド部材１７の取り付け位置を横方向に後退させた状態のユニット式遊技島１を補助レール３Ａの上に一旦載置して、ガイド部材１６をレール３の縦板３５同士の間に位置させ、ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の他端の側に摺動させる。

並設したレール３の縦板３５の内側に、ガイド部材１６が遊嵌しており、しかもガイド部材１７の水平部１７ｃが上板３１の下側に潜入しているので、ユニット式遊技島１を摺動する際に上板３１を越えてガイド部材１６とガイド部材１７とが浮き上がることはないし、レール３から何れの側にも外れることがないので、ユニット式遊技島１はレール３の長手方向にのみ案内される。

ユニット式遊技島１をレール３の所定の位置に摺動・載置したのち、ねじ１８を回転してガイド部材１７を底板１５の端面に締め付けると、垂直部１７ａ側の水平部１７ｃと底板１５の裏面との間にレール３の上板３１先端側が挟み込まれて、ユニット式遊技島１が固定され。

なお、この第４の実施形態の場合は、ガイド部材１７を取り外せば、前記第１の実施形態における変形実施で示したように、補助レール３Ａを使用しないでレール３の一端にユニット式遊技島１を直接載置できる利点がある。

なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではないので、特許請求の範囲に記載の趣旨から逸脱しない範囲で各種の変形実施が可能である。

例えば、ユニット式遊技島１を据え付けるための基礎台は、２本のレールに限定されるものではなく、底板１５と同程度の大きさに形成する一つの基礎台であっても良い。

また、上記本発明の据付方法は、ユニット式パチンコ島以外にも、ユニット式スロットマシン島・アミューズメントゲーム機島などの据付にも適用できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記したように、遊技台、遊技媒体収納部、遊技媒体供給／回収手段などが一体化して形成されたユニット式遊技島に、基礎台の上面開口に進入して基礎台の上板の端面に臨む第１のガイド部材によってユニット式遊技島の基礎台からの蛇行・脱落を防止すると共に、基礎台の上板の下方に潜入可能に形成してユニット式遊技島の底部に設けられた第２のガイド部材によって、ユニット式遊技島の基礎台からの浮上を規制しながら、基礎台の一端から他端側に順次摺動・移動して他端の側から列設し、ユニット式遊技島の底部と第２のガイド部材との間で基礎台の上板を挟み込んでユニット式遊技島を所定位置に固定する据付方法であるので、

床に設置した基礎台の一端から他端側にユニット式遊技島を摺動・移動させる際に、ユニット式遊技島が基礎台から外基礎台ことがないし、ユニット式遊技島と基礎台とを連結するだけでユニット式遊技島が簡単に据付けられる。したがって、ユニット式遊技島を基礎台の一端から他端側に順次摺動・移動して他端の側から所望の数のユニット式遊技島を列設・固定するだけで、所望の大きさの遊技島が簡単に形成できる。
