【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機などの遊技台、パチンコ玉・メタルなどの遊技媒体を収納する収納部、これら遊技媒体を供給/回収する手段などを一体化して形成するユニット式遊技島の据付方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、大半のパチンコ店においては、大工が現場施工して組み上げた木枠に、パチンコ遊技台を1台づつ固定することによって遊技島を形成している。そして、それぞれのパチンコ遊技台にパチンコ玉を供給/回収する経路は、床下や天井若しくはパチンコ遊技台の上方などに設置するようにしている。

しかし、既存の建屋を流用してパチンコ店を開業するような場合には、パチンコ玉の供給/回収経路を、床下や天井に構造上設けることができないことが多い。特に、天井の低い建屋でパチンコ店を開業するときには、パチンコ玉の供給/回収経路をパチンコ遊技台の上方に設けることが困難であるため、納入・設置するだけで開業することの可能な、パチンコ遊技台、遊技媒体収納部、遊技媒体供給/回収手段などを一体化した構成のユニット式パチンコ島の開発・改良が進んでいる。

上記構成のユニット式パチンコ島においては、かなり大型化するので、例えばトラックなどによって所要数を搬入すると、店内が忽ち狭くなる。このため、ユニット式パチンコ島の搬入後に水平出し作業を行っていたのでは、搬入・設置作業が捗らなくなるので、効率良く設置できるようにする必要があった。

なお、島台下部が嵌合可能であると共に、島台が配列・固定できるように構成し、且つ、床に固定できる手段を備えて略レール状に成形する鋼製の台座を予め床に敷設し、工場で単位ブロック(2台島、4台島、6台島)に分割形成した遊技島台を台座上部の端部に搬入し、台座上を摺動させながら遊技島台の他側から島台骨組みを順次設置し、この島台骨組みにパチンコ遊技台および付属機器を組み付けて据え付ける方法が、例えば実開平3−783号に開示されている。

しかし、この据付方法においては、島台骨組を摺動させる際に島台骨組みが浮き上がって台座から外れ易いと云う問題点があった。なお、島台骨組だけを摺動させる際には、島台骨組みが台座から部分的に外れても島台骨組みが軽いため、その自重で島台骨組みが変形すると云った不都合は生じない。

しかし、パチンコ遊技台や付属の機器を備えて重い場合には、島台骨組みが台座から部分的に外れると自重でその支柱や梁が変形するので、台座と嵌合し直しても摺動し難いのは勿論、パチンコ遊技台などを正常に組み付けることが困難になり、正常な遊技を提供できなくなると云った問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
したがって、パチンコ機などの遊技台、パチンコ玉・メタルなどの遊技媒体を収納する部分、これら遊技媒体を供給/回収する手段などが一体化され、重量物となっているユニット式遊技島を、簡単に水平に据え付けることができるようにする必要があった。

上記課題を解決するため本発明は、遊技台、遊技媒体収納部、遊技媒体供給/回収手段などを一体化して形成されたユニット式遊技島を基礎台の一端から他端側に順次摺動・移動して他端の側から列設し、前記ユニット式遊技島と前記基礎台とを連結して固定するユニット式遊技島の据付方法において、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づいて、本発明の実施の形態例を説明する。

(第1の実施の形態)
ユニット式遊技島1は、例えば図5に示したように、パチンコ遊技台11と、遊技媒体であるパチンコ玉を貸し出す玉貸し機12と、膳台13と、パチンコ玉を収納する図示しないパチンコ玉収納部と、パチンコ玉収納部のパチンコ玉をパチンコ遊技台11および玉貸し機12に適宜供給したり、パチンコ玉収納部にパチンコ遊技台11からパチンコ玉を回収したりする、図示しないパチンコ玉供給/回収手段とを一体化して構成されると共に、図示しない多数のパチンコ玉を収納して形成されるものであり、図示しない電源に接続するだけでパチンコ遊技を可能とするものである。

ユニット式遊技島1は、搬送性・強度などを考慮して、通常はそれぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台11を2台づつ、合計4台配設し、全体としては幅と奥行の寸法が接近するように形成するが、それぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台11を3台づつ、合計6台配設するように構成することなども可能である。

但し、それぞれの面にパチンコ遊技台11を1台づつ配設し、合計2台のみからなる構成は、パチンコ玉供給/回収手段の所要個数が増加してコスト高を招くので、この構成の実施を妨げるものではないが、余り好ましい実施形態とは云えない。また、パチンコ遊技台11・玉貸し機12・膳台13などを片面にのみ配設して、壁際などに設置可能な構成としたものであっても良い。

玉貸し機12は、通常は図示したように各パチンコ遊技台11の片側に設置されたり、横並びしているパチンコ遊技台11同士の間に設置されるが、ユニット式遊技島1に必ず設置されていなければならないと云うものではない。

また、ユニット式遊技島1は、図示しないが玉磨き機やパチンコ玉を出し入れするための投入口などを備えると共に、ワイヤーロープで吊り上げることができるように、例えば天板部の各コーナにアイボルト14を取り付け、且つ、底板15の裏面の少なくとも四隅に第1のガイド部材16と第2のガイド部材17とを備えて形成する。

ガイド部材16は、矩形の金属板(例えば、鉄板)の一端を直角に折り曲げて形成する垂直部16aを備えている。そして、ユニット式遊技島1の前面1Aの側に設置するガイド部材16においては垂直部16aがユニット式遊技島1の例えば背面1Bの側に位置し、背面1Bの側に設置するガイド部材16においては垂直部16aが例えば前面1Aの側に位置するように向けると共に、前面1Aの側の複数のガイド部材16と背面1Bの側の複数のガイド部材16とが互いに平行になるように配置して、例えば溶接により底板15に固定する。

ガイド部材16の垂直部16aが、幅の狭い上板31bの端面に臨んでいるので、ユニット式遊技島1を摺動する際に多少浮き上がることがあっても、その端面を越えて上板31bの側にずれることがない。しかも、この幅の狭い上板31b同士が接近するように二本のレール3が並設され、さらに、ガイド部材17の垂直部17aの側が幅の広い上板31aの下側に潜入しているので、ガイド部材16とガイド部材17とは上面開口32から飛び出ることはない。したがって、ユニット式遊技島1は、レール3の長手方向にのみ案内される。
