【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にマンション、オフィスビルなどの建物に設置される消火器の収容ユニットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、マンション、オフィスビル、公共施設などの建物には、火災時に初期消火が素早く行われるよう所定の箇所に消火器が設置されている。
ところで、消火器の設置にあたっては、従来、特開平9−173488号公報に開示されたものの如く、箱形の消火器ボックスを壁面等に埋設し、ボックス内部に消火器の離脱検知器を設け、不心得者による消火器の無断持ち出しを防止するようにしたものが知られている。

しかしながら、このものの様にボックスそれ自体を壁面に埋め込むタイプのものは、建物建築時にその配設位置を決め、躯体への埋め込み施工を行わなければならず、建築施工との兼ね合いで設置時期が限られ、施工費用は勿論、ボックスそのものの制作費用など導入コストが高価なものとなり、消火器を設置することへの消極性を誘発する要因ともなっていた。また、壁面に埋め込まれた場合、通常半透明のスモーク蓋などが設けられており、施工後の外観を損なわないという利点はあるものの、非常時に設置場所をすぐに見つけることができず、平常時には蓋によって覆われたボックス内の消火器の存在の有無を確認しづらいばかりか、雑居ビルなどでボックスの前に物などが置かれて蓋が開閉できず取り出すことができないなど、非常時に使用できないという不測の事態も想定される。
そこで、消火器ボックスを壁面に埋め込まずに床や壁面に取り付けることも行われているが、躯体への埋め込み施工工事に要するコストは削減されるものの、依然としてボックス自体がコスト高であり、非常時に使用できないという不測の事態を解消することはできない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の如き問題点を一掃すべく創案されたものであって、消火器ボックスを使用することなく消火器自体を外観露出させて設置することができ、消火器の存在を一見して視認できるようにし、物が置かれる危惧を少なくし、例え物が置かれ蓋体が消火器を手前側に取出しできない開放不能な状態となっても、ユニット本体から上方への消火器抜き出しを可能ならしめ、また、一旦開放した蓋体が再び閉まってしまうことなど不測の事態が発生したとしても、パニック状態に陥ることを回避でき、緊急時における消火器の存在確認使用に対する確実性を向上することができるばかりか、消火器と報知手段を並設して格納し得て、消火器の離脱動作に伴う報知手段とのスイッチング連繋を、蓋体または係合手段の何れの構成からも選択的かつ容易に行なえるようになり、収容ユニット全体をコンパクト化し構造の簡略化や部品点数の削減が図られ、導入コストを安価なものとして提供でき、結果、既設の建物への取付が何時でも行えることと相俟って、消火器設置への導入意欲を喚起することができる消火器収容ユニットを提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明が採用した技術手段は、消火器を設置する収容ユニットであって、該収容ユニットの本体は、壁面に面設する取付片と該取付片から延設する左右の立上り片と、前面に開閉可能に設けられる蓋体とからなり、全体を、消火器の上下を露出してその胴部の一部を覆うよう高さ幅をもって構成せしめ、前記収容ユニットを、消火器を係脱可能に装着する係合手段が設けられた消火器格納領域と、警報ベル等の報知手段が設けられる報知器格納領域とで両格納領域が左右に隣接配置されるよう構成し、前記消火器は、前記蓋体の開放不能な状態からそのままユニット本体上方へ抜き出しし、あるいは、その取り出し動作に追随して閉鎖状態を維持した状態からそのまま開放可能な閉止手段が設けられた蓋体を、消火器の取り出し動作による押圧開放せしめて手前側に取り出しし、当該何れからも前記係合手段から離脱させ消火器格納領域から取り出しすべく構成してあることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を好適な実施の形態として例示する消火器収容ユニットを図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図面において、1は建物の壁面の所望位置にアンカービスによって取り付けられる消火器収容ユニットであって、該消火器収容ユニット1は、壁面への取付片11a、両側の立上り片11b、11cを有し上面視略コ字状に折曲形成されたユニット本体11と、前記立上り片11c側に上面視略L字状となるよう折曲形成された蓋体12とで、全体が、消火器2本体の上下を露出してその胴部の一部を覆うよう帯状の高さ幅(約15cm)をもって構成されている。

前記ユニット本体11の内部は、正面視逆L字形状の仕切板111を介して消火器格納領域112と報知器格納領域113とで左右に区画形成されている。なお、仕切板111を立上り片11cで形成させ、立上り片11cを別部材で延設する構成としても良いことは勿論である。消火器格納領域112は、消火器2の胴部円筒径寸法よりも少し大きめの幅をもって構成されており、前記立上り片11bの取付片11a側を面取り状に折曲させた角面部11b’によって角部を無くし、角面部11b’以外の立上り片11bの下面側が蓋体12側に傾斜状にカッティングされている。これにより、消火器2が装着された際に、該消火器2のホース201を前記立上り片11bの外側に配置させ、前記立上り片11bよりも外側に突出したノズル取付片202が立上り片11bに当接して、消火器2の上方への直接的な引き抜きが規制されると共に、当接したノズル取付片202が立上り片11bの傾斜部に沿わせて蓋体12側にスライド案内されるようになっている。
前記報知器格納領域113は、報知手段としての警報ベル3が前記仕切板111に縦向きに取り付けられて格納される幅をもって構成されており、前記仕切板111は、正面視逆L字形状に折曲され、さらにその背面部にユニット本体11への取付片が折曲形成されている。

前記取付片11aの消火器格納領域112には、壁面へのビス孔が穿設されていると共に、消火器2を装着するための係合手段4が設けられている。係合手段4は、消火器2に設けられたフック受け(図示しない)に係合する係止フック401で構成されており、該係止フック401の下部には、消火器2を支承するよう当接面が湾曲した支持片402が設けられ、係止フック401と支持片402とが一体形成されている。

前記蓋体12は、前記消火器納領域112と報知器格納領域113に跨って形成され、前記立上り片11c側で蝶番5によって丁着されて開閉可能となっており、記立上り片11a側に設けられた閉止手段としての磁性体(マグネット)6に対して磁着され閉鎖状態が維持されている。そして、磁性体6側ほどその下面側が傾斜して細くなった台形状に形成され、磁性体6側を把持し、或いは手を掛けてそのまま蓋体12を手前側に引く引手操作で、または、消火器2を前記係止フック401から離脱させ消火器格納領域から手前側に取り出す動作により消火器2の押圧で磁着が解離され開放することができるようになっている。
そして、蓋体12の開放時に警報ベル3の外観半部が露出するよう構成されている。
なお、本実施例においては、閉止手段として磁性体6を用いたがこれに限定されることなく、一般的なフック錠や自閉手段内蔵型の蝶番を用いても良い。

前記警報ベル3は、ベル部301により内装されたゼンマイバネを巻いておき、ON−OFF切り替えスイッチ手段として、常時突出方向に付勢された出没可能なスイッチ片302が押圧されることによりOFFとなり、突出することでONされてベルが鳴るように構成された、例えば実登3041073号公報に開示された如きの公知のものが採用されている。
前記ベル部301によるバネ巻き操作は、蓋体12を全開して行うことができる。
一方、蓋体12は、前記スイッチ片302に対し開時にONし、閉時にOFFするよう開閉動作に連繋せしめて構成されている。つまり、蓋体12の閉鎖すると前記スイッチ片302を蓋体12の裏面で押圧して没入させOFF状態とし、蓋体12を開くと前記スイッチ片302が突出してON状態となりベルが打鈴されるようになっている。

図5は警報ベル3との他の連携関係を示す実施例であり、本実施例では、前記スイッチ片302に対して蓋体12で押圧する連繋ではなく、前記消火器2を装着するための係合手段4を、消火器2の持ち上げ動作に連動して上下動可能に構成し、消火器の持ち上げ時にスイッチ片302をONし、装着時にOFFする上下動作に連繋せしめるものである。

係合手段4は、消火器2に設けられたフック受け(図示しない)に係合する係止フック411で構成されており、該係止フック411の下部には、消火器2を支承するよう当接面が湾曲した支持片412が設けられている。係止フック411と支持片412は、前記ケースカバー41より露出させ、両者を一体形成する中央部をケースカバー41内に装着し、この中央部分から前記案内孔41aを介して前記報知器格納領域113に延設する腕部413が設けられ、係止フック411と腕部413と支持片412とが一体形成される。
前記腕部413の先端側には、前記スイッチ片302を押圧する押圧片414が傾斜部を介して手前側に突出しており、消火器2が係止フック411に装着された際に、係止フック411は、一端がケースカバー41に他端が前記中央部に取り付けられたコイルバネ(図示しない)の付勢力に抗して下動しケースカバー41の上端部に当接されると共に、押圧片414が後ろ側となるように取り付けられたスイッチ片302を押圧してOFFとし、持ち上げ時に上動してスイッチ片302の押圧が解除されて突出しONする構成となっている。
なお、この実施例においては、蓋体12は、前記消火器と報知器の両格納領域に跨って形成せしめる必要が無く、仕切板111に丁着し、または立上り片11cを前面側まで折曲形成させて丁着するようにしても良く、また、特に設ける必要もない。さらに、立上り片11cと仕切板111を兼用させ、外部に報知手段3を外観露出させても収容ユニット1全体の内部域であることは言うまでもない。
