Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an axial tube of a writing instrument, and more particularly to the shape of an axial tube that can grip the writing instrument with a weak force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In conventional writing instruments, many products and inventions are known in which reduction of finger fatigue related to the gripping part and anti-slip properties are considered. For example, it is patent document 1. FIG. According to claim 1 of the gazette of the gazette, “a writing aid holding auxiliary tool including the following elements used in combination with the writing instrument 1: an inner diameter that can be closely fitted to the writing instrument 1, and the writing instrument 1. A first ring 2 having an outer peripheral shape larger than the cross section of the first ring 2 that can be fixed at an arbitrary position of the writing instrument 1, an inner diameter that can be loosely fitted to the writing instrument 1, and is smaller than the outer diameter of the first ring 2. Of the ring portion 4 and members 6 and 10 that can be grasped by the palm in relation to the ring portion 4, and the holder 3 that is loosely fitted to the writing instrument 1 at a position above the first ring 2. . " That is, by providing a support portion other than the fingers, it is intended to reduce fatigue on the hands, arms, and shoulders.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-177779 (Claims, FIG. 1 (A))
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, only by supporting the writing instrument with the three fingers of the thumb (thumb), index finger (index finger), and middle finger, a certain amount of gripping force (force in the axial direction) is required to prevent the gripping part from slipping. It was not enough to reduce the burden on the fingers due to excessive force.
In addition, attaching a support that can be held by a palm to the shaft tube has a problem in portability and handling of the writing instrument. That is, it is difficult to store in a pocket or brush case, and the directionality with the shaft tube is forcibly determined when gripping.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in the shaft tube of a writing instrument, a grip portion is provided in front of the shaft tube, and an inter-finger contact portion is provided behind the grip portion, and the finger contact is provided. The gist is that the contact portion is a groove portion on the circumference and the position of the deepest portion in the 180-degree rotation direction of the groove portion is made different .
[0006]
[Action]
By rotating the shaft tube (writing instrument), the position of the inter-finger contact portion changes.
[0007]
【Example】
1 and 2 are conventional reference examples. A mechanical pencil lead-out mechanism, a ballpoint pen refill, and the like are housed and arranged inside the shaft tube 1. A ballpoint pen refill 2 is built in the shaft cylinder 1 in this example, and the shaft cylinder 1 includes a rotor, a slider, a cam groove, a spring, and a knock 3. That is, it is a retractable ballpoint pen. (Hereinafter, the upper part in the figure is referred to as the rear, and the lower part is referred to as the front.)
[0008]
A grip portion 4 is provided in front of the shaft cylinder 1 in the longitudinal direction, and inter-finger contact portions 5 and 6 are provided behind the grip portion 4. These inter-finger contact portions 5 and 6 have a groove shape that is formed long in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube 1, but the shape thereof is gentle, and the front portion is the deepest portion 5a, 6a. It has become. Moreover, these two finger | toe contact parts 5 and 6 are formed on the non-identical periphery. More specifically, the inter-finger contact portion 5 is formed at 1 close to the grip portion 4, while the inter-finger contact portion 6 is formed at a position separated from the grip portion 4. The inter-finger contact portions 5 and 6 are formed at a portion rotated by 180 degrees, but may be formed on the same surface, and not limited to two, A plurality may be formed in the longitudinal direction.
[0009]
In such an object, when the gripping part 4 is gripped so as to be surrounded by three points of the thumb (thumb), the index finger (index finger), and the middle finger, the inter-finger contact part 5 is placed between the thumb and the index finger. As a result, the deepest portion 5a located in front of the inter-finger contact portion 5 is supported by the base of the thumb and index finger. This supporting force assists the writing load and reduces the burden on the finger of the grip portion 4.
Note that an elastic member such as a thermoplastic elastomer, silicon, or NBR may be inserted into the grip portion 4 or the finger contact portion 5 (6) in order to obtain an anti-slip effect, or an anti-slip effect. You may apply | coat the coating material etc. which are obtained, and may make it harden | cure. Moreover, you may insert the elastic member which coat | covered the low hardness elastic member etc. on the outer periphery of the high hardness elastic member. The low-hardness elastic member has the elasticity that sinks slowly when grasped with a finger and slowly recovers when released, and has good body pressure dispersibility, thus inhibiting circulation of blood circulation and concentrating pressure on one point. He / she prevents. In addition, the combination of the high-hardness elastic member in the lower layer part suppresses the sinking of the low-hardness elastic member more than necessary.
Here, when the grip part 4 is supported at two points of the index finger and the middle finger and the inter-finger contact part 5 is gripped so as to be supported by the base of the thumb and index finger, the inter-finger contact part 5 is stably supported. At the same time, the writing load to the deepest part 5a can be reliably performed. Even in this case, writing can be performed without requiring a strong gripping force, and fatigue due to writing can be reduced. Although there is a relatively small number of such writing instruments, they tend to increase. (By the way, according to the applicant's survey, 7 out of 42 young people around 18 years old, that is, 16% have this way.)
[0010]
Further, when a user with a relatively large hand grips the shaft tube 1, the finger and the index finger are placed on the inter-finger contact portion 6 that is rotated 180 degrees around the axis of the shaft tube 1 as a center line. You just have to put the root of the. The same effect as described above can be obtained. That is, when the grip portion 4 is gripped so as to be surrounded by three points of the thumb (thumb), the index finger (index finger), and the middle finger, the inter-finger contact portion 5 contacts between the thumb and the index finger. The deepest portion 6a located in front of the inter-contact portion 5 is supported by the base of the thumb and index finger. This supporting force assists the writing load and reduces the burden on the finger of the grip portion 9. In this manner, by forming a plurality of groove-shaped inter-finger contact portions, it is possible to adapt to various hand sizes, gripping methods, and gripping forces.
[0011]
Next, an example will be described with reference to FIGS. This is an example in which a plurality of inter-finger contact portions of the previous example are continuously formed. A grip portion 4 is formed in front of the shaft tube 1, and a groove-like inter-finger contact portion 7 is formed behind the grip portion 4. The inter-finger contact portion 7 is formed on the circumference of the surface of the shaft tube 1, but its deepest portion is different in position relative to the longitudinal direction of the 180 ° rotation direction (the deepest portion 7 a. 7b). That is, the position of the deepest portion is inclined in the longitudinal direction (particularly, refer to FIG. 4), and the deepest portion is formed at a position facing the deepest portion.
In this example, since the inter-finger contact portion 7 is continuously formed on the surface of the shaft tube, not only the application range of the user is further expanded, but also a writing instrument with an excellent stability in design.
In addition, it is preferable that the width | variety in the longitudinal direction of the contact parts 5-7 between fingers in these examples shall be 1/3-1/4 with respect to the length of the whole writing instrument. If it is too narrow, the gap between the thumb and the index finger does not come into contact with the finger-to-finger contact portion and is in a floating state. On the other hand, if it is too wide, even a plurality of fingers cannot be formed. Moreover, it is preferable that the depth of the deepest part of a finger | toe contact part shall be 1 / 4-1 / 5 with respect to the radius of a shaft cylinder. If it is too shallow, there is a danger that the gap between the thumb and the index finger will come off from the inter-finger contact portion depending on the writing pressure, and if it is too deep, the contact area will increase and a sense of incongruity will appear. Incidentally, in the present embodiment, the width of the inter-finger contact portion is in the range of 25 mm to 30 mm, and the depth of the deepest portion is in the range of 3 mm to 5 mm.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the shaft tube of the writing instrument, a grip portion is provided in front of the shaft tube, a finger contact portion is provided behind the grip portion, and the finger contact portion is used as a circumferential groove portion. , since made different positions of the deepest portion of the 180 degree rotation direction of the groove portion, without being influenced by the grip styles and grip strength of the user, it is possible to support the stable writing instrument, therefore, also writing load sufficient In addition, it is excellent in portability and handleability.
