図８に示した送出システムは、例えばＡＰＣ（オート・プログラム・コントローラ）等と称される上位データ管理コンピュータ３１６で作成（あるいは自動作成）された収録リストに基づいてＣＭ素材再生機３０６を再生させる収録側コントローラ３０９、ＣＭ素材再生機３０６によって再生されたＣＭ素材を格納するＣＭ素材格納部３１３、上位データ管理コンピュータ３１６で作成されたプレイリストと称される送出用リストに基づいてＣＭ素材格納部３１３を送出側上位コンピュータ３１１からの命令によって実際にＣＭ素材格納部３１３を制御する送出コントローラ３１２から構成される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来のコマーシャル送出システムにおいて、プレイリストで指定されたコマーシャル素材がシステム内に収録されていない場合、プレイリストの該当コマーシャルが指定されているイベントに対し、単にその素材が未収録状態であることを示すステータスを送出側上位コンピュータ３１１に表示するだけであり、送出作業担当のオペレータ３１５にのみそのコマーシャル素材は未収録状態であることが通知されるだけであった。そして、この通知を知った送出作業担当のオペレータ３１５によって、さらに収録作業担当のオペレータ３１４に通知され、該当素材の収録を放送に間に合わせるように早急に行なうことを依頼していた。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の一形態を説明する。この発明は、コマーシャル放送システムにおいて、プレイリストと称されるＣＭ素材送出用のリストで指定されたコマーシャル素材がシステム内に収録されていない場合、収録用の操作ターミナルに素材が未収録であることを表示すると共に、自動的にこのような未収録のコマーシャル素材の収録リストを作成するようにしたものである。

図１は、この発明の実施の一形態におけるコマーシャル放送システムの構成の一例を示す。このシステムは、制御コンピュータシステム１，コマーシャル（以下、ＣＭと称する）素材収録格納装置２，ＣＭ素材再生機３，収録用操作ターミナル４，および送出用操作ターミナル５から構成される。

ＣＭ素材収録格納装置２は、この装置においてＣＭ素材の収録が可能であり、また、この収録されたＣＭ素材を多数格納し、さらに、これら格納された素材の再生を行うことが可能なものである。これには、例えば、大規模なカセットオートチェンジャシステム，ＡＶサーバなどが用いられ、素材の記録媒体としては、ビデオテープ，ＭＯディスク（Magnet Optical disk ），あるいはハードディスクなどが用いられる。このＣＭ素材収録格納装置２は、制御コンピュータシステム１とのコマンドのやり取りによって制御される。
