Description

【0001】

[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a box to which the tubular body according to the second aspect of the invention can be connected. In the first aspect, the through hole is formed in the side wall of the box, the upright portion is formed in the bottom surface of the box, and the locking claw is engaged. It is formed in a stop part .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
1 to 3, a wiring box 1 has a box shape with an upper surface 2 open, and a side wall 3 is formed with a through-hole 4 through which a corrugated conduit 11 can be inserted at an appropriate location. An electrical wiring (not shown) inserted through the tube 11 is accommodated therein. At a plurality of locations on the bottom wall 5 of the wiring box 1, there are inner holding portions projecting on the inner side of the wiring box 1 at positions corresponding to the inside of the tip of the corrugated conduit 11 inserted inside. 6 and an outer holding portion 8 formed by the bottom surface of the peripheral wall portion of the through hole 7 facing the inner holding portion 6, and the wiring box 1 is formed of synthetic resin by integral molding. In this embodiment, the outer holding portion 8 is formed by the bottom surface of the bottom wall 5 of the wiring box 1 itself. The bottom wall 5 is formed with a mounting base 5a for screw mounting.
[0010]
The inner holding portion 6 includes an upright portion 6 a and a circular plate-like locking portion 6 b that is spaced apart from the bottom wall and extends in the horizontal direction. The locking portion 6 b serves as a connecting portion with the bottom wall 5. Elastic deformation that rotates in the vertical direction on the shaft is possible. Further, the locking portion 6b is formed with a locking claw 6c projecting downward at the tip portion so as to be locked with the uneven surface on the inside of the corrugated conduit 11. The interval between the locking portion 6b of the inner holding portion 6 and the outer holding portion 8 formed on the bottom wall 5 is such that the peripheral wall of the corrugated conduit 11 can be inserted and elastically from the inner and outer surfaces. It is sized to sandwich the peripheral wall. Further, it is desirable that the locking claw 6c is formed in a non-return shape that protrudes toward the insertion back side of the inner holding portion 6 from the viewpoint of preventing the removal.
[0011]
In addition, a plurality of (four in FIG. 1) small square-shaped retaining protrusions 9 are integrally formed on the corners of the outer surface of the side wall 3 of the wiring box 1. This acts as an undercut when the wiring box 1 is embedded in concrete or a painted wall, and prevents the wiring box 1 from coming off on the outer surface side.
[0012]
Further, the side wall 3 on one side is formed with a notch groove 3a into which the front end of the driver can be inserted obliquely from above, and a fixing portion 10 for fixing to the mating attachment member is integrally formed on the outer surface of the side wall 3. Is provided. The fixing portion 10 is integrally formed with a protrusion 10b for improving the adhesion between the groove 10a for inserting the mounting screw and the tip of the driver and the coating wall and preventing lateral displacement. Therefore, the entire wiring box 1 can be fixed at a predetermined position by inserting a screwdriver into the notch groove 3a and the groove 10a and screwing the mounting screw.
[0013]
Next, connection of the corrugated conduit to the box to which the tubular body of the present embodiment configured as described above can be connected will be described.
In order to connect the corrugated conduit 11 to the wiring box 1, the corrugated conduit 11 is inserted into the inside through the through hole 4 of the side wall 3, and the peripheral wall of the tip is elastic of the inner holding portion 6 of the wiring box 1. The tip is inserted into the gap between the inner holding portion 6 and the outer holding portion 8 against the force until it comes into contact with the raised portion 6a. Then, the locking claw 6c of the inner holding portion 6 is locked to the concave and convex surface on the inner side of the corrugated conduit 11, and the corrugated conduit 11 is held in a secured state. Is completed.
[0014]
The box to which the tubular body of the present embodiment configured as described above can be connected holds the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular body by the latching claw 6c of the inner holding portion 6 and the outer holding portion 8 formed on the bottom wall 5. Therefore, the corrugated conduit 11 can be connected with a locally simple configuration.
[0015]
Next, a wiring box 1 of another embodiment is shown below.
The wiring box 1 shown in FIG. 4 is the one in which the outer holding portion 8 is formed on the peripheral wall of the through hole 4 in the above-described embodiment, and the corrugated conduit 11 is formed in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment. It is clamped by the holding part 6 and the outer holding part 8, and is brought into a retaining state by the locking claw 6c. As shown in FIG. 5, the outer holding portion 8 may be provided with a circular plate-like support piece 8 a that supports the lower side of the corrugated conduit 11 on the peripheral wall of the through hole 4. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer holding portion 8 may be formed by integrally projecting a support protrusion piece 8 b that supports the lower side of the peripheral wall of the corrugated conduit 11 from below on the bottom wall 5. .
[0016]
The wiring box 1 shown in FIG. 7 has a locking claw provided as a locking claw 8c on the outer holding portion 8 side, not on the inner holding portion 6 side. Moreover, in FIG. 8, the latching nail | claw is provided in both the inner holding | maintenance part 6 and the outer holding | maintenance part 8, and the prevention effect is strengthened.
[0017]
Further, the wiring box 1 in FIG. 9 shows a plurality of inner holding portions 6 (two in the figure), and the wiring box 1 in FIG. 10 has a plurality of outer holding portions 8 ( 2 are shown). Also in this case, a plurality of inner holding portions 6 and outer holding portions 8 may be provided.
[0018]
FIG. 11 shows a case where the through-hole 4 is provided in the bottom wall 5 and the corrugated conduit 11 is inserted from the bottom side, and both the inner holding part 6 and the outer holding part 8 are provided in the side wall 3.
[0019]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 12, the inner holding portion 6 in each of the above embodiments is provided with an introduction portion 6d for the upper sled at the tip portion of the locking portion 6b, and has an introduction opening 6e into which the corrugated conduit 11 is introduced. It can also be made larger. According to this, the front-end | tip part of the corrugated conduit 11 can be inserted in the clearance gap between the inner holding part 6 and the outer holding part 8 smoothly and reliably.
[0020]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, the inner holding | maintenance part 6 can also be shape | molded separately previously, and can also be integrally formed with the main-body part of the box 1 for wiring by insert molding. In this case, since the inner holding part 6 can be composed of a synthetic resin, a metal piece or the like of another material, the elastic clamping force of the corrugated conduit 11 can be increased. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 14, synthetic resin is injected into the inner holding portion 6 first, and then the inner holding is performed by two-layer molding in which synthetic resin of different hardness is injected into the main body portion of the wiring box 1. The synthetic resin hardness of the portion 6 can be made different from that of the main body portion of the wiring box 1. According to this, for example, it is possible to increase the elasticity by making the inner holding portion 6 soft and to increase the overall rigidity by making the main body portion of the wiring box 1 hard.
[0021]
Further, the locking claw 6c of the inner holding portion 6 or the locking claw 8c of the outer holding portion 8 in each of the above embodiments may have a contact end with the corrugated electric wire tube 11 in a sawtooth shape, for example. .
Moreover, although the inner holding | maintenance part 6 is formed in circular arc plate shape, it is not limited to this shape.
[0022]
In each of the above embodiments, only one of the inner holding portion 6 and the outer holding portion 8 can be elastically deformed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Since the tip portion can also be elastically displaced by forming a U-shaped slit cut or the like in the portion, both the inner holding portion 6 and the outer holding portion 8 are elastically deformed. It can also be possible.
[0023]
In addition, in the said Example, although the through-hole 4 formed in the side wall 3 or the bottom wall 5 has shown previously, what is punched at the time of the connection of the corrugated conduit 11 as a knockout is similarly performed. Needless to say, it can be applied.
In addition, the box to which the pipe body of the present invention can be connected has a particularly remarkable effect when it is necessary to temporarily connect and hold the pipe body such as until the concrete placement is completed in the concrete burying construction. The object to be connected to is not limited to the corrugated conduit 11 shown in the present embodiment. For example, a simple circular pipe or the like is applicable.
