Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a joint member mounting structure that is press-fitted into a joint space formed between adjacent outer wall materials from the outdoor side, and a joint member joining method.
[0002]
[Background]
In a building such as a general house constructed by a conventional construction method, an outer wall is generally formed by attaching an outer wall material such as a siding material to a frame formed of a steel frame or wood.
In addition, in the unit construction method in which a plurality of building units are manufactured in a factory in advance and these are combined at a construction site to construct a building, for example, when building units are manufactured in a factory, a lightweight cellular concrete such as ALC or PALC is used. The outer wall material is assembled in a box-shaped frame formed of columns and beams, and the building unit to which the outer wall material is attached is transported to the construction site and stacked, thereby forming the outer wall.
[0003]
In this way, in the outer wall in which outer wall materials such as siding material and lightweight cellular concrete are arranged side by side vertically and horizontally, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the indoor space from the joint space between adjacent outer wall materials, the joint space is wet. Waterproofing is performed by joint method or dry joint method.
The wet joint method is a method in which a caulking material having fluidity is filled into a joint space using a gun, and then the surface is leveled with a spatula to finish the joint surface slightly concave.
[0004]
In the dry joint method, a joint is formed by press fitting a joint member such as a resin molded product. For this dry joint, the present applicant is provided at the joint main body extending from the outdoor side to the indoor side, the water stop portion provided on the joint main body to stop the joint space, and the outdoor side end of the joint main body. The joint member comprised including the joint surface covering part which block | closes the said joint space was proposed (refer Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 11-62034). According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-62034, when the joint member is press-fitted into the joint space, the water stop portion blocks the joint space to prevent rainwater from entering from outside, and the joint surface covering portion is slightly caught by the outer wall material. It is elastically deformed and warps to the outdoor side, resulting in a shape in which the joint surface is recessed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the joint member is press-fitted into the joint space, the joint cover portion of the joint member is warped too much on the outdoor side, and the appearance similar to the joint by the wet joint method may not be obtained. As a result, it is difficult to select and use a wet joint method or a dry joint method using joint members while taking into account the performance and construction conditions required according to the joint position, and difficult to use together with the wet joint method. Met.
[0006]
The objective of this invention is providing the attachment structure of the joint member which can obtain the external appearance similar to the joint by the wet joint method, and the joining method of the joint member .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the joint member of the present invention and the joining method thereof employ the following configuration.
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The joint member mounting structure according to claim 1 is provided in the joint spaces 8, 9 formed between adjacent outer wall members 6, 6A, 6B, 7 from the outdoor side. A fitting structure of the press-fitted joint member 20, which is a joint main body 22 extending in the press-fitting direction from the outdoor side toward the indoor side, and a water stop portion 23 provided on the indoor side of the joint main body to stop the joint space. , 24, and a joint surface covering portion 25 that is provided at an end portion on the outdoor side of the joint body and closes the joint space, and the joint surface covering portion is shorter in the joint width direction than the water stop portion, The length in the joint width direction is longer than the joint space, is elastically deformable , and the shape in the joint width direction is a curved surface that is curved in cross section and is curved toward the water stop portion, The water stop portion is provided in the joint body and elastically deformed to form the joint. The joint body 22 has a wire material 27 inside along the length direction thereof.
[0024]
In the present embodiment, the waterproof treatment of the horizontal joint space 8 and the vertical joint space 9 is performed in the following procedure.
Returning to FIG. 3, when the joint member 20 is press-fitted into the horizontal joint space 8 from the outdoor side, the water stop pieces 231, 232, 241, 242 of the first water stop portion 23 and the second water stop portion 24 are connected pieces. While suppressing excessive deformation by 261 and 262, the front ends thereof are elastically deformed to closely contact the upper and lower end surfaces of the outer wall materials 6A and 6B, thereby closing the horizontal joint space 8 and preventing rainwater from entering from the outside. To do.
At this time, the joint surface covering portion 25 is inserted into the lateral joint space 8 while both ends thereof are caught by the outer wall material 6 and elastically deformed to the outdoor side. Since the joint surface covering portion 25 is originally provided on the water stop portions 23 and 24 side, even if it is elastically deformed on the outdoor side by the outer wall materials 6A and 6B, it is slightly warped on the outdoor side, that is, the joint portion. The horizontal joint space 8 is closed with the surface of the cover portion 25 slightly recessed.
[0025]
Moreover, the joint of the above joint members 20 is performed as follows.
As shown in FIG. 5, by cutting the two joint members 20 obliquely with respect to the length direction, joint members 20 </ b> A in which the end surfaces of the joint surface mounting portions 25 protrude in the length direction are formed, and these joint members 20 </ b> A are formed. Press between the end faces. Then, the projected joint surface covering portions 25 of the respective joint members 20A are pressed against each other and elastically deformed to be in close contact with each other.
[0026]
Therefore, according to this embodiment, there are the following effects.
(1) A joint body 22 extending in the press-fitting direction from the outdoor side toward the indoor side, water-stopping portions 23 and 24 provided in the joint body 22 for water-stopping the lateral joint space 8, and an outdoor-side end of the joint body 22 Since the joint member 20 is configured to include the joint surface covering portion 25 that is provided in the section and closes the lateral joint space 8, when the joint member 20 is press-fitted into the lateral joint space 8 from the outdoor side, the first water stop 23 and the second The water stop 24 is inserted into the horizontal joint space 8 and closes the horizontal joint space 8. At this time, since the joint surface covering portion 25 is originally provided on the water stop portions 23 and 24 side, even if it is elastically deformed on the outdoor side by the outer wall material 6, it is slightly warped on the outdoor side, that is, the joint portion. The surface of the cover part 25 is slightly concave. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the same appearance as the joint by the wet joint method in which the elastically deformed joint surface covering portion 25 is hardened while preventing the rainwater from entering the indoors by the water stop portions 23 and 24.
[0027]
(2) Since the length in the joint width direction of the joint surface covering portion 25 is S2 and is shorter than the length S1 in the joint width direction of the first water stop portion 23 and the second water stop portion 24, the joint member 20 is the horizontal joint. Even if it press-fits into the space 8, the outer wall materials 6A and 6B are not pressed as much as the water stop portions 23 and 24, so that the joint surface covering portion 25 is prevented from being warped too much on the outdoor side, and is similar to the joint by the wet joint method. Appearance can be easily formed.
(3) Since the first water stop portion 23 and the second water stop portion 24 are provided, the water stop pieces 231, 232, 241, and 242 can be double waterproofed, so that the waterproof performance of the joint member can be improved.
[0028]
(4) Since the first water stop piece 231 and the second water stop piece 241 are connected by the connecting piece 261, and the first water stop piece 232 and the second water stop piece 242 are connected by the connecting piece 262, the joint member 20 is Even when the water stopping pieces 231, 232, 241, 242 try to elastically deform when pressed into the horizontal joint space 8, the connecting pieces 261, 262 suppress excessive deformation from each other. , 241, 242 can be securely adhered to the outer wall material 6, and the waterproof performance can be further improved.
(5) Since the wire material 27 is provided in the joint main body 22 along the length direction, when the joint member 20 is press-fitted into the horizontal joint space 8, the joint member 20 extends in the length direction and the waterproof property decreases. And the occurrence of defects such as poor appearance can be prevented.
[0029]
(6) By cutting each joint member 20 substantially obliquely with respect to the length direction, the end surfaces of the respective joint surface covering portions 25 are formed so as to protrude in the length direction, and these joint members 20A are pressed together between the end surfaces. Therefore, since the joint cover parts 25 which each joint member 20A protruded are mutually pressed and elastically deformed, and the joint cover parts 25 closely contact each other without a gap, the appearance of the joint portion between the joint members 20A is improved. Can prevent the intrusion of rainwater.
[0031]
[Reference example]
FIG. 6 shows a side view of the joint portion between the joint members 20.
By cutting one joint member 20 of the two joint members 20 substantially obliquely with respect to the length direction, a joint member 20B in which the end surface of the joint surface mounting portion 25 protrudes in the length direction is formed. Moreover, the other joint member 20 is cut | disconnected substantially diagonally with respect to the length direction, and the joint member 20C which the end surface of the water stop parts 23 and 24 protruded in the length direction is formed.
When the joint members 20B and 20C are pressed to each other between the end faces, the joint covering portion 25 protruding from the joint member 20B is brought into close contact with the joint covering portion 25 of the joint member 20C, and the water stop portions 23 and 24 protruding from the joint member 20C are the joint members. It closely adheres to the water stop portions 23 and 24 of 20B.
[0032]
This also has the following effects in addition to the effects (1) to (5) described in the above embodiment.
(7) The joint member 20B in which the end face of the joint surface covering portion 25 protrudes in the length direction and the joint member 20C in which the end faces of the water stop portions 23 and 24 protrude in the length direction are formed, and the joint members 20B and 20C are end faces. Since the joint members 20B are pressed together, the joint cover portion 25 from which the joint member 20B protrudes closely contacts the joint cover portion 25 of the joint member 20C, and the water stop portions 23 and 24 from which the joint member 20C protrudes are the water stop portion 23 of the joint member 20B. , 24, it is possible to improve the appearance of the joint portion of the joint members 20B, 20C and to prevent rainwater from entering.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within a scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.
