BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a tower-like structure.Demolition deviceMore specifically, a tower-like structure that can be efficiently and safely disassembled in a narrow site, and that can reduce dust generation with low vibration and noise during disassembly. ofDemolition deviceAbout.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, block dismantling methods, overturning dismantling methods and the like are used for dismantling tower-like structures. The block dismantling method is a method of constructing a scaffold around a tower-like structure, cutting it with a wire saw method, a cutter method, etc., and then suspending it with a crane into a large block. The large block lowered by the crane is transported to the small work place to be further divided into small blocks. The overturning dismantling method is a method of pulling by a wire wound around a tower-like structure or placing an explosive at the lower part of the tower-like structure to cause it to fall. In this case, a sand mat or the like is disposed around the tower structure as a measure for preventing scattering. Further, the large block that has been overturned and destroyed is transported to the small work place as described above to be used as a small block.
[0003]
The block demolition method is cut into large blocks and suspended on the ground using a crane, so there is almost no vibration and low noise. Furthermore, there is a merit that dust generation amount is also small. However, tower-like structures such as chimneys are often manually operated because the upper concrete is significantly deteriorated and cannot be cut into large blocks by the wire saw method or the cutter method. The lower part of the tower-like structure is cut into large blocks by the wire saw method or the cutter method. Therefore, there has been a problem that it takes time to dismantle and labor for making a block block.
[0004]
In addition, although the overturning dismantling method takes a short time to dismantle, a large amount of dust is generated and various block pieces are scattered. Also in this case, there is a problem that the work for making the above-described block block is required and labor is required. In addition, since the overturning dismantling method requires many sites on the outer periphery side of the tower-like structure, dismantling cannot be performed using this method in a place where houses are densely packed.
[0005]
Therefore, there is a need for a dismantling apparatus and a dismantling method that can dismantle the tower-like structure efficiently and safely without requiring many sites on the outer peripheral side of the tower-like structure.
[0006]
According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-145126, a dismantling unit having a fixed bracket and a movable bracket in a tower body, the dismantling unit is installed in the tower body, the tower body is cut into a block shape, and the tower body is A method of dismantling the tower body by lowering the tower body dismantling frame along the tower body by operating the movable bracket while lowering it to the ground through the inside and alternately supporting the tower body dismantling frame by the movable bracket and the fixed bracket Are disclosed.
[0007]
However, in the tower body dismantling unit and the dismantling method disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-145126, it is fixed to the top of the tower with a fixing bracket, and the other part is cut out and cut out while leaving the fixed part remaining. Since dismantling is performed while lifting down by a method of disposing a movable bracket at a location, there has been a problem that it has to be cut out in an appropriate size and order, requiring labor and time. Further, since it is necessary for an operator to get into the dismantling unit and to be cut out by the operator, there is a problem in safety in the collapse of the tower during the operation.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and can be used in a place where houses are densely packed, can improve the efficiency of dismantling work and shorten the construction period.
