Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom piping structure, and more specifically, a bathroom pipe when a water supply pipe, a hot water supply pipe, a reheating pipe, or the like is connected to a faucet or a bathtub as a facility in the bathroom via a wall surface of the bathroom. Concerning structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of piping structure, for example, a side wall panel is provided with a through sleeve, a water supply and hot water supply header and a through sleeve pipe are provided with a sheath pipe, and the header and the faucet connector are connected through the flexible resin pipe in the sheath pipe. And what formed so that a flexible resin tube may be concealed with an apron is known (for example, refer to patent documents 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-32054 (first page, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above conventional example, a hole for passing a pipe such as a water supply pipe or a hot water supply pipe is opened on the wall surface of the bathroom, and a pipe joint is attached upward in this hole and piped through this pipe joint. According to this, for example, a plurality of holes are made in a wall or a pipe joint is attached to each hole in an upward direction. This type of work takes time and effort, and the work efficiency does not increase. It was.
By the way, in the case of this type of piping structure in which piping is performed through the wall surface of the bathroom, if the projecting dimension of the pipe to the back of the wall (see D in FIG. 1) increases, the wall thickness is increased and the bathroom space is reduced. It will be. For this reason, conventionally, in this type of piping structure, elbows (pipe joints that change the direction of the pipe line by 90 degrees) are often used because it is necessary to reduce the dimension D and perform piping. Thus, when an elbow is used, the direction of the hot water is changed at the elbow, and pressure loss is likely to occur. Also, the elbow is attached to the upper end of the rising pipe behind the wall. There was a problem that the degree of freedom in construction was lost, making construction difficult.
[0005]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such conventional situations.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that the piping work can be simplified, speeded up and reduced in cost, without using an elbow that tends to cause pressure loss, and the projecting dimension of the pipe to the back of the wall is increased. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom piping structure that can be formed without piping.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems.
[0007]
That is, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the present invention is a bathroom piping structure that is piped to bathroom facilities via a bathroom wall 1, and a plurality of pipes 4 are passed through the wall 1. An opening 5 is formed, the opening 5 is closed by a lid 8 projecting into the bathroom, and an inclined surface portion 8a having an inclined surface directed inward of the bathroom is formed on the lid 8. The inclined surface portion 8a An attachment hole 8a 1 for attaching the pipe joint 10 is formed in the pipe, and the pipe joint 10 is previously attached to the inclined surface portion 8a via the attachment hole 8a 1. The O-ring 10a is provided, and the pipe 4 is attached to the pipe joint 10 in a water-tight manner by the O-ring 10a and connected to the equipment in the bathroom (Claim 1).
[0008]
Here, as the facilities in the bathroom, there are a faucet 2 for water supply or hot water supply, or a bathtub 3 with a reheating function. Therefore, the pipe 4 includes a water supply pipe connected to the water tap, a hot water supply pipe connected to the hot water tap, or a hot water forward pipe and a return pipe connected to the bathtub 3 with a reheating function. Examples of the tube 4 include a flexible metal tube such as a copper tube in addition to a resin-made flexible tube. In the case of the present invention, the opening 5 is usually formed in a square shape such as a square, but the shape is arbitrary. In addition, here, the lid 8 protruding into the bathroom means that the lid 8 is formed to be recessed in the bathroom side so that the pipe 4 can be easily drawn into the bathroom without using an elbow. Specifically, it is realized by forming the lid 8 into a vertical cross-sectional hat shape, a vertical cross-sectional triangle shape (see FIGS. 8 and 9), or the like. In the case of the present invention, if the inclined surface portion 8a has a space where the inclined surface is directed inward of the bathroom and piping is possible, the formation position, size, and gradient are arbitrary.
[0009]
In the case of the present invention , the tube 4 can be stably attached to the inclined surface portion 8a . The tube joint 10, since a through fitting of the type for inserting the tube 4, the construction is simplified, water leakage does not Rukoto occur at joint points.
[0010]
In the present invention, the inclined surface portion 8a is preferably formed on the upper portion of the lid 8 (Claim 2 ).
[0011]
This is because according to this, the pipe 4 can be connected to the deck-type faucet 2 provided on the flange surface of the bathtub 3 by linearly extending from the inclined surface portion 8a, and piping can be performed with a small pressure loss.
[0012]
In the present invention, the inclined surface portion 8a may be formed on the side portion of the lid 8 (claim 3 ).
[0013]
This is because it is possible to cope with the case where piping can only be made from the lateral direction due to reforming or the like.
[0014]
Moreover, it is preferable that this invention is formed in the wall surface position which the opening part 5 conceals with the bathtub 3, and opposes the side wall of the bathtub 3. (Claim 4 ).
[0015]
This is because the opening 5 can be prevented from being exposed and the beauty of the bathroom is not harmed.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, when a pipe 4 is connected to a water supply faucet 2 and a hot water faucet 2 or a bathtub 3 with a reheating function as a bathroom facility via a wall surface 1 of the bathroom. It is a piping structure. Reference numeral 5 denotes an opening formed in the wall surface 1 of the bathroom. The opening 5 is formed in a wall panel 7 erected on the wall mounting portion 6a of the waterproof pan 6, and a plurality of pipes 4 such as a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe are passed through together.
[0018]
In this embodiment, the tube 4 is a flexible tube made of polyethylene, and the allowable bending R is selected to be 200 mm. Moreover, the opening part 5 is formed in the wall surface position which opposes the side wall of the bathtub 3, for example, is hidden in the bathtub 3, so that it may not be exposed in the bathroom.
[0019]
Reference numeral 8 denotes a lid that protrudes into the bathroom and has, for example, a substantially hat-shaped lid. The lid 8 is attached in close contact with the wall surface 1 with a screw 9 via, for example, a packing, whereby the opening 5 is closed in a watertight manner. In this embodiment, the lid 8 has an inward protrusion dimension S (see FIG. 3) of 60 mm selected in the bathroom, and an inclined surface portion 8a having an inclined surface facing the inside of the bathroom is formed on the top. .
[0020]
In the above-described inclined surface portion 8a, mounting holes 8a1 (see FIG. 2) for mounting the pipe joint 10 are arranged side by side for the water supply pipe, for the hot water supply pipe, and for the return pipe and the return pipe of the bathtub 3 with a reheating function. A total of four are formed. The pipe joint 10 is composed of a through metal fitting of the type through which the pipe 4 is passed. The pipe joint 10 includes an O-ring 10a (see FIG. 5), and the pipe 4 is attached to the pipe joint 10 in a watertight manner with the O-ring 10a. When piping to the bathtub 3 with a reheating function as a bathroom facility, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a through fitting type pipe joint 10 is attached to the inclined surface portion 8 a of the lid 8. The pipe 4 is drawn into the bathroom through the pipe and connected to the pipe connection part 11 a of the reheating metal fitting 11 of the bathtub 3.
[0021]
Next, an example of piping work will be described.
The operator first attaches all four pipe joints 10 to the inclined surface portion 8a in advance using the above-described attachment holes 8a1. Next, a total of four pipes, that is, a water supply pipe, a hot water supply pipe, an outgoing pipe of the bathtub 3 with a reheating function, and a return pipe are passed through the pipe joint 10. Thereafter, the operator attaches the lid 8 to the wall surface 1 with screws 9 to seal the opening 5. And each pipe | tube 4 is connected to the faucet 2 and the bathtub 3 as a predetermined bathroom installation.
[0022]
In the above, in the case of the present invention, the inclined surface portion 8a may be formed on the side portion of the lid 8 as shown in FIG. 6, for example, and is not limited to the upper portion. In the case of this embodiment, the pipe 4 can be piped from the side as shown in FIG. 7 at a site where the pipe 4 cannot be raised upward by reforming or the like.
[0023]
Moreover, in the case of this invention, the shape of the lid | cover 8 and the overhang | projection dimension in a bathroom are arbitrary. That is, for example, the lid 8 is formed in a substantially isosceles triangle shape as shown in FIG. 8, or a longitudinal section is formed in a right triangle shape as shown in FIG. It may be formed long along the vertical direction of the lid 8. In addition, the lid 8 may be formed so that, for example, the vertical cross section is formed in an unequal triangular shape and the upper and lower inclined surface portions 8a can be appropriately selected according to the site.
[0024]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, the tubes 4 may be vertically arranged on the inclined surface portion 8a, and the horizontal arrangement as in the above example is not limited.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the case of the present invention, a plurality of pipes such as a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe are piped together through the opening, so that a hole for each pipe is opened on the wall surface, and a pipe joint is raised in each hole, for example. It is possible to eliminate troublesomeness such as mounting in an inclined manner or piping through each hole. Therefore, according to this, it is possible to reduce time and effort related to the piping work, and the piping work can be simplified, speeded up, and reduced in cost.
[0026]
Moreover, the structure of this invention is piping from an inclined surface part through the lid | cover overhanging in a bathroom as above-mentioned. Therefore, according to this, piping can be made easily and quickly without using an elbow that tends to cause pressure loss, and without increasing the projecting dimension of the pipe to the back of the wall. After passing the pipe through the inclined surface portion, the lid can be attached to the wall surface to perform piping, and the piping work can be performed efficiently.
