Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a liquid fuel supply apparatus that supplies liquid fuel such as kerosene to a petroleum combustion appliance such as an oil water heater or an oil heater using a head.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of liquid fuel supply device, there are a main tank that is installed on the ground and stores a large amount of liquid fuel such as kerosene, and one or more oil burning devices installed in each floor and room of the building. The main tank and the oil combustion equipment are connected to each other by pipes, and are installed on the top floor of the building to suck up the liquid fuel in the main tank to its height, and supply the liquid fuel It supplies liquid fuel to oil burning appliances installed at a lower height.
[0003]
The liquid fuel supply apparatus includes a storage tank for storing a predetermined amount of liquid fuel, a pump for sucking the liquid fuel into the storage tank, and a float as a liquid level sensor for detecting the liquid level of the liquid fuel in the storage tank. A control unit that controls the operation of the pump, and the control unit controls the operation of the pump so that the liquid level in the storage tank is located within a predetermined range based on the detection signal of the float switch To do.
[0004]
By the way, as a liquid fuel supply device of this kind, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-143012, a shutoff valve is provided in an oil pipe between the main tank and the liquid fuel supply device and an oil pipe between the liquid fuel supply device and the oil combustion appliance. When the sensor which detects a leak detects oil leak, what closes the shut-off valve of both oil piping is indicated.
[0005]
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-14634, a return passage is formed between the storage tank in the liquid fuel supply device and the main tank on the ground so that liquid fuel can flow back from the storage tank to the main tank. A return valve that can be opened and closed is provided in the flow path, and the return valve is normally closed, and is opened when the seismic sensor detects an earthquake, so that all liquid fuel in the storage tank is returned to the main tank and stored in the event of an earthquake. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this conventional system, for example, an oil pipe between the liquid fuel supply apparatus and the main tank or an oil pipe between the liquid fuel supply apparatus and the oil combustion appliance is damaged due to an earthquake or the like, and the fuel leaks. In the liquid fuel supply device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-143021, when the breakage point is between the shutoff valve and the main tank, or between the shutoff valve and the oil combustion appliance, the liquid fuel in the storage tank Is safe without leaking to the outside due to the shutoff valves of both oil pipes being closed, but if the oil pipe is damaged between the shutoff valve and the storage tank, the liquid fuel in the storage tank There was a problem of leakage from the damaged portion to the outside.
[0007]
Further, in the liquid fuel supply apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-14634, when a damaged portion occurs in the return flow path from the return valve to the main tank, the liquid fuel in the storage tank is returned to the main tank before flowing back to the main tank. There was a problem of leaking outside from the damaged part.
[0008]
Furthermore, the capacity of the storage tank of the liquid fuel supply device is 5000 CC to 6000 CC even for home use, and that amount of liquid fuel leaks out from the damaged part of the oil piping, and the fire caused by the earthquake or breaks and sparks It was also conceivable to ignite by contact with an electric wire or the like flying.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and in the event of an earthquake, even if the oil pipe connected to the liquid fuel supply device is damaged, the storage tank of the liquid fuel supply device is An object of the present invention is to provide a highly safe liquid fuel supply device that is sealed in a storage tank so that the liquid fuel does not leak outside unless the storage tank itself is damaged.

【The invention's effect】
As described above , according to the liquid fuel supply apparatus of the first aspect of the present invention , an oil inflow connected to the storage tank of the liquid fuel supply apparatus from the main tank installed on the ground due to the occurrence of an earthquake. Even if the oil spill pipe connected to the oil combustion equipment is damaged from the storage tank of the pipe or liquid fuel supply device, an earthquake is detected and the inlet and outlet of liquid fuel in and out of the storage tank flow into Unless the storage tank itself, the inflow side on / off valve, or the outflow side on / off valve is damaged, the liquid fuel in the storage tank is externally closed by closing the storage tank with the side on / off valve and the outflow side on / off valve. It is possible to prevent the liquid fuel in the storage tank from leaking to the outside and igniting in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake.
If the seismoscope detects an earthquake, the pump will be stopped urgently, and the emergency stop of the pump and the blockage between the inflow side on-off valve and the outflow side on-off valve can be released by operating the release means. In the event of an earthquake, liquid fuel is not drawn up from the main tank to the storage tank, and even if the oil inflow pipe between the main tank and the storage tank is broken, the liquid fuel in the main tank will not continue to leak from there, Furthermore, since the stopped pump can be restarted and the closed inflow side on-off valve and outflow side on-off valve can be opened by operating the release means, the safety in the event of an earthquake can be further increased. It can be done.
Further, the control unit performs control so that the normal power switch off state cannot be recovered from the emergency stop state by the release means when the external power is not supplied, that is, by the release means when the external power is supplied.
