本発明は、各種パネルユニット等を接続して工場内に騒音、悪臭防止のための機械カバーを作成したり、部屋の間仕切り等を構成するための連結具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、工場内の機械による騒音や悪臭の防止或るいは、埃の侵入防止の為の機械カバーは、機械の大きさや設置環境によって仕様が異なるために、その都度、目的に合わせて手作りしているのが現状である。また、危険箇所への立ち入り禁止の為の間仕切り等も同様である。そこでは、現場加工の容易な鉄製の機械カバーや間仕切りが使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の鉄製の機械カバーや間仕切りでは、重量が嵩むと共に設置環境の雰囲気によって錆が発生すると云う問題があった。そこで、アルミニウム材料を使用して、重量の問題や錆発生の問題を解決しようとしている。ところが、アルミニウム材料は、市販の定型ものを応用して製作するしかなく、材料の無駄や設計上の無駄が多かった。また、製作上の合理性に欠けると云う問題が存在した。

本発明は、前記実情に鑑み提案されたもので、パネルユニット等を任意の形状に組立てることができる連結具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、直角に配設された第1、第2の壁体と、両壁体の間に配置され第1、第2の壁体とそれぞれ45度の傾き成す第3の壁体と、該第3の壁体の端部と前記第1、第2の壁体との間に配置された第1、第2の凹溝とが一体的に成型されるとともに、前記第1、第2の凹溝の開口面は、前記第3の壁体表面の延長線より後退して形成され、かつ、第1、第2の壁体の端部が前記第3の壁体表面の延長線から突出しておらず、前記第1の凹溝の開口面は、前記第2の壁体と平行に、前記第2の凹溝の開口面は、前記第1の壁体と平行に配設されたことを特徴とするものである。

また、請求項2に記載の発明において、前記第1または第2の凹溝の一方にナット及びスペーサを装着し、対向したもう一つの連結具と第3の壁体同士が当接するように配置し、前記ナットに前記もう一つの連結具から挿通されたボルトを螺合することにより両者を結合することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、一実施の形態を示す図面に基づいて本発明を詳細に説明する。図1は、本発明に係る連結具の一実施の形態を示す要部斜視図、図2は本発明の連結具の横断面図である。ここで、連結具10は、直角に配設された第1の壁体11と、第2の壁体12と、両壁体の間に配置され第1、第2の壁体11、12とそれぞれ45度の傾き成す第3の壁体13と、該第3の壁体13の端部と前記第1、第2の壁体11、12との間に配置された第1の凹溝14、第2の凹溝15とが一体的に成型されている。また、第1、第2、第3の壁体11、12、13と第1、第2の凹溝14、15は、長手方向に連続している。

第1の壁体11と第2の壁体12は、直角に配設されており対称な形成となっている。また、第1の壁体11及び第2の壁体12の端部11a、12aは、45度の角度を有して鋭角に形成されており、第3の壁体13の外側面と同一平面R内に位置している。更に、第3の壁体13は、一部に浅い凹部13aを有しており、この凹部13aに弾性シール部材を狭持することができる。

パネルユニット16bの端部に固着された連結具10の第2の凹溝15には、スペーサ17がその係止片17aで挿通されており、適宜箇所でビス18で固定されている。また、凹溝15に装着した際の高さHは、対向して配設された連結具10を接触させた時の第1の壁体11までの距離と等しい。更に、連結具10の第1の壁体11の適宜位置にボルト19を挿通するための孔20穿設する。そして、ボルト19に対向する位置にナット21を配設する。ナット21は、図4に示すようにスペーサ17の長さLを調整してボルト19の高さ位置を合わせる。ナット21は、第2の凹溝15内で上下のスペーサ17に挟まれた状態で支持される。

このようにセットされたパネルユニット16a、16bを矢印A方向に移動して接触させた後、ボルト19をナット21に螺合して固着する。第3の壁体13は、第1の壁体11と45度の角度を有しているので、パネルユニット16a、16bは、直線状に連結される。

図5は、連結具10に取付けるスペーサ17の取付け位置を変更した例を示すものである。この実施の形態では、それぞれスペーサ17の向きが接合するパネルユニットの面に対して垂直となるように装着する。ボルト19を螺合するナット21を第1の凹溝14内に配設し、これを所定位置に保持するスペーサ17も第1の凹溝14に係合させる。また、もう一方のスペーサ17も反対側の連結具10の第1の凹溝14に挿通し、ビス18で固着する。

以上のように構成した場合、図5に示すように連結のためのボルト19をパネルユニット16の裏面(表面)側から螺合することができる。したがって、作業性に優れ、組み立て作業を能率的に行うことができる。

図6,7は、パネルユニットを垂直に接続する例を示す平面図である。本実施の形態において、パネルユニット16aの左端に連結具10が第1の壁体11側で固着されている。また、この連結具10の第2の壁体12にボルト19を挿通用の孔を穿設する。第1の凹溝14には、スペーサ17を係合した後、ビス18で固定する。一方、パネルユニット16cの端部には、連結具10の第2の壁体12側がビス等で固定されている。この連結具10の第1の凹溝14には、前記ボルト19と螺合するナット21が配設され、スペーサ17によって所定位置に支持されている。なお、ナット21は、第1の凹溝14内で回転できない寸法であるので、ボルト19をねじ込む際に回り止めとなる。また、パネルユニット16aの右端部にも連結具10が第2の壁体12側で固定されている。第1の壁体11にボルト用孔を穿設すると共に、第2の凹溝15にスペーサ17を係合した後、ビス18で固定する。更に、これと連結するパネルユニット16dには、連結具10が第2の壁体12側で固定されている。

以上のようにセットした後、図7に示すようにボルト19とナット21を螺合して固定する。互いの連結具10は、第3の壁体13で接触するのでパネルユニットが直角に結合される。

図8は、本発明の連結具を使用して仮設小屋を構築する場合を示す説明図である。構築する仮設小屋の大きさに合わせて、種々の大きさのパネルユニットを直線的或るいは直角に結合して任意の大きさの小屋を組み立てることができる。
