Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rain collecting device in a water collecting device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to connect a pair of eaves eaves via a water collector, as shown in FIG. 3, eave eaves 5a are connected to eaves eaves insertion holes (notches) 3a provided on both side walls of the water collector 1a. The end portion was simply inserted and locked. However, in this case, if the insertion length of the end of the eaves is set incorrectly, there is a problem that the end of the eaves falls out of the peripheral wall of the water collector due to the reduction of the eaves. There was also a problem that rainwater leaked out of the water collector through the back of the edge of the eaves in the water collector. In addition, 2a is a latching claw and 6a is an ear | edge part.
[0003]
By the way, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-83129, a contractor may perform installation without cutting the eaves.
In other words, install the collector by pushing up the water collector from the lower side of the eaves without cutting the eaves and using the eaves hole insertion holes on both side walls and mounting them on the outside of the eaves. Will be done. In the eaves collecting device that has been constructed in this way, the heat collector cannot absorb the heat expansion and contraction of the eaves in the water collecting part. There was a risk of tilting or breaking.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 4, a rain gutter water collecting apparatus that solves such a problem is known in which a plurality of bent pieces 4a are provided outwardly at the front end of an eaves gutter 5a located in the water collector 1a. (See Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-135732).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Certainly, the water collecting device shown in FIG. 4 can solve problems such as falling off the end of the eaves and leakage of rainwater outside the water collecting device. However, in the case of eaves made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, the work for forming the bent piece is difficult, and there is a risk that, for example, cracking may occur when cutting with a scissors. .
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a rain collecting device that can absorb the expansion and contraction of the eaves well in the water collecting device and can prevent deformation and breakage of the water collecting device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to claim 1, in eaves gutters insertion holes provided in both side walls of the water collecting device, the water collecting device gutter end portions of the pair of eaves gutter is to airtightly Hamagogakari to face The ears of both eaves ridges located in the water collector are bridged by a joint member having guide portions into which the ears of the eaves ridges are inserted at both side edges of the flat plate portion, and the outer surfaces of the guide portions at two locations, but markings indicating the cutting position of the eaves gutter is al provided.
[0008]
(Function)
In the first aspect of the present invention, the ears of the two eaves are inserted into the guide portions of the joint member having the guide portions on both side edges of the flat plate portion, and both the joint members located in the water collector are located at the joint members. Since the ears of the eaves are bridged, the thermal expansion and contraction of the eaves can be absorbed by sliding the ears of both eaves in the guide part in the longitudinal direction of the eaves. Further, using the markings provided at two locations on the outer surface of the guide portion as a mark, the construction worker can cut the eaves at a predetermined position without making a mistake in the cutting position.
[0009]
The material of the joint member in the present invention may be a synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride resin or a metal such as stainless steel. Moreover, what is necessary is just to make the shape and dimension of the guide part of a coupling member respond | correspond to the shape and dimension of the ear | edge part of the eaves rib applied.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a first embodiment of the eaves collecting apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view showing a joint member in FIG.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a box-shaped water collector made of a hard vinyl chloride resin having an upper opening, and eave ridge insertion holes 3 and 3 are provided on both side walls 2 and 2 thereof. The eaves insertion holes 3 and 3 are opened upward, and the shape of the eaves insertion holes 3 and 3 is matched with the outer shape of the eaves eaves 7. 4 and 4 are provided. A drain port 5 is provided at the bottom of the water collector 1.
[0012]
6 is a joint member made of polycarbonate resin. As shown in FIG. 2, guide portions 62 and 62 having a C-shaped cross section are provided on both side edges of the flat plate portion 61. The inner shape of the guide portion 62 is a shape that matches the outer surface shape of the ear portion 71 of the eaves 7, and the ear portion 71 of the eaves 7 is inserted into the guide portion 62. Both guide parts 62 are opened inward. In addition, elongated holes 64 are provided on the upper surfaces of both guide portions 62 along the longitudinal direction. The elongated hole 64 is for confirming the position of the ear portion 71 inserted into the guide portion 62. A handle 65 is provided on one outer surface of the guide portion 62.
[0013]
At predetermined positions on the outer surfaces of the guide portions 62 and 62, convex portions 62a and 62a as markings are provided. The convex portion 62a serves as a mark for teaching the construction worker of the cutting position of the eaves rod 7. A hole 63 for dropping rainwater is provided at the center of the flat plate portion 61. And the latching protrusion 62b is provided in the inner surface of the guide part 62 located in the hole 63 side rather than the convex part 62a. This locking projection 62b is for preventing the eaves 7 and 7 from being abnormally extended.
[0014]
The installer cuts the eaves 7 and 7 into a predetermined length using the convex portion 62a as a mark of the cutting position. In that case, since the convex part 62a used as a mark exists, a builder does not mistake the cutting position. And as shown in FIG. 1, the ear | edge parts 71 and 71 of the eaves 7 and 7 edge part are each inserted in the guide parts 62 and 62 of the joint member 6, and the ear | edge parts 71 and 71 of both eaves ridges 7 are attached. By being arranged in the water collector 1 while being bridged by the joint member 6, a water collector device is configured.
[0015]
In the water collector device of the above-described embodiment, the expansion and contraction of the eaves rod is smoothly absorbed by the sliding of the ear portions 71 of the eaves eaves 7 along the inner surface of the guide 62. Moreover, since the ear | edge parts 71 and 71 of both the eaves eaves 7 are bridged by the joint member 6, the installation state is stable.
[0016]
Moreover, in the said Example, since the convex part 62a used as a mark exists in the outer surface of the guide part 62, a builder does not mistake the cutting position. Furthermore, since the locking protrusion 62b is provided on the inner surface of the guide portion 62, abnormal elongation of the eaves 7 and 7 due to abnormal weather is prevented. For this reason, the drainage characteristics of rainwater are not impaired.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the invention, the ears of the two eaves are inserted into the guide portion of the joint member having the guide portions on both side edges of the flat plate portion, and both the joint members located in the water collector are located at the joint member. Since the ears of the eaves are bridged, the thermal expansion and contraction of the eaves can be absorbed by sliding the ears of both eaves in the longitudinal direction of the eaves in the guide part. For this reason, the water collector is not deformed or damaged. Further, using the markings provided at two locations on the outer surface of the guide portion as a mark, the construction worker can cut the eaves at a predetermined position without making a mistake in the cutting position.
