【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat track having a lower rail, an upper rail that is slidably engaged with the lower rail in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a lock mechanism that locks the upper rail so that the upper rail cannot slide relative to the lower rail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in an automobile, a seat track in which a lower rail is fixed to the floor side and an upper rail is fixed to the seat cushion frame side to adjust the seat back and forth is widely used.
[0003]
In this type of seat truck, when the running vehicle suddenly stops due to a collision or the like, the inertial force exerts a large force that not only pushes the upper rail forward but also pulls it upward diagonally, and the upper rail is peeled off from the lower rail. There is a fear. In order to prevent peeling of the upper rail even if the above situation occurs, conventionally, the thickness of the lower rail or the upper rail is increased, or a reinforcing member for preventing peeling is separately provided to increase the strength. It was secured.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, automobiles have been required to be lighter from the viewpoint of resource saving, etc. However, if the plate thickness of the lower rail or upper rail is increased unnecessarily to increase the strength as in the conventional seat truck, the weight of the seat truck is increased. Will not be able to meet this demand.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a lightweight and high-strength seat track.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lower rail, an upper rail that is slidably engaged with the lower rail in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a lock mechanism that locks the upper rail so that the upper rail cannot slide relative to the lower rail. In the seat track, the lower rail includes a horizontally disposed bottom plate portion, a pair of upright portions rising from both ends of the lower rail in the width direction of the lower plate portion, and an upper end of the upright portion to the center of the lower rail. A pair of flange portions extending horizontally toward the bottom and a pair of hanging portions extending downward from the tips of the flange portions, and the upper rail is horizontally disposed at a position above the collar portion of the lower rail. And an upper plate portion having a shorter width than the interval between the hanging portions of the lower rail, and both ends of the upper rail in the width direction of the upper rail, A pair of side plate portions that fall in parallel with the hanging portion in the space between the hanging portions of the upper rail, and a pair of widening descending slopes that extend obliquely downward from the lower end of the side plate portion so as to spread in the lateral width direction of the upper rail. A pair of widening rising inclined portions extending obliquely upward from the lower end of the widening descending inclined portion so as to spread in the lateral width direction of the upper rail, and approaching the center of the upper rail from the upper end of the widening rising inclined portion A pair of reduced-width raising slopes extending obliquely upward, and a ball is disposed in the upper and lower corner spaces inside the standing portion of the lower rail, and the upper rail is raised in the upper corner space. the outer surface of the inclined portion is in contact, Rutotomoni abut the outer surface of the widening rising slope portion of the upper rail to the ball of the lower corner space, wherein said widened downwardly inclined portion of the upper rail widening Intersection of the rising slope portion, and is characterized in that said than said hanging portion of the lower rail and to outside in the width direction of the upper rail.
[0007]
In this invention, when the upper rail is lifted by receiving a force in the peeling direction, the reduced width increasing inclined portion is pushed by the ball in the upper corner space inside the standing portion of the lower rail and deformed to the inner side of the upper rail to increase the reduced width. The upper end portion of the inclined portion abuts on the root portion of the hanging portion of the lower rail. Further, the crossing angle between the side plate portion of the upper rail and the widening descending inclined portion is widened by receiving a force in the peeling direction, and restricts the tip of the hanging portion of the lower rail from approaching the center of the lower rail. In particular, in the present invention, since the crossing position of the widening downward inclined portion and the widening upward inclined portion of the upper rail is outside the hanging portion of the lower rail in the lateral direction of the upper rail, the intersection of the side plate portion of the upper rail and the widening downward inclined portion When the corner expands due to the force in the peeling direction, the side plate portion pushes the hanging portion of the lower rail more strongly, and more strictly restricts the tip portion of the hanging portion to approach the center of the lower rail. As a result, the upper rail is deformed so that each hanging portion of the lower rail is wound from both sides , and is not easily peeled off. Therefore, even if the plate thickness of the upper rail or the lower rail is small, the peel strength is high.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the seat track according to the first aspect, an upper end portion of the reduced width increasing inclined portion of the upper rail is bent so as to rise vertically.
[0009]
In the present invention, when the reduced width increasing inclined portion is pushed by the ball in the upper corner space inside the lower rail standing portion and deformed to the inside of the upper rail, the upper end portion of the reduced width increasing inclined portion is the lower portion of the lower rail. Good contact with the root.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the seat track according to the first or second aspect , a plurality of lock holes are formed in the upright portion of the lower rail at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and the widening rising inclined portion of the upper rail is formed. And an inner lock hole is formed in the reduced width rising inclined portion, one end side is fixed to the upper plate portion of the upper rail, and the other end side is a side wall suspended along the outer surface of the upright portion of the lower rail A bracket is formed, and an outer lock hole is formed in a side wall of the bracket at a position facing the inner lock hole of the upper rail. The lower rail is inserted into the lock hole of the lower rail and the inner lock hole of the upper rail so that the upper rail cannot slide with respect to the lower rail. It is characterized in that to constitute a click mechanism.
[0013]
In the present invention, the brackets located on both sides of the raised portion of the lower rail, the outer lock hole formed in the upper rail, and the inner wall surface of the inner lock hole support the lock claw inserted through the lock hole of the lower rail. Becomes difficult to buckle and the strength in the sliding direction of the seat track increases.
[0014]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the upper rail is lifted by receiving a force in the peeling direction, the reduced width rising inclined portion is pushed against the ball in the upper corner space inside the standing portion of the lower rail. As a result, the upper rail is deformed to the inner side of the upper rail, and the upper end portion of the reduced width rising inclined portion comes into contact with the hanging portion of the lower rail. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the crossing position of the widening downward inclined portion and the widening upward inclined portion of the upper rail is located on the outer side in the lateral width direction of the upper rail from the hanging portion of the lower rail, the side plate portion of the upper rail and the widening downward inclined portion When the crossing angle spreads due to the force in the peeling direction, the side plate portion strongly presses the hanging portion of the lower rail to the outside, and more strictly regulates that the tip portion of the hanging portion approaches the center of the lower rail. As a result, the upper rail is deformed so that each hanging portion of the lower rail is wound from both sides , and is not easily peeled off . Therefore , even if the plate thickness of the upper rail or the lower rail is small, the strength such as peeling can be increased. Therefore, a lightweight and high-strength seat track can be realized.
[0035]
According to the invention described in claim 2, when the reduced width increasing inclined portion is pushed by the ball in the upper corner space inside the lower rail standing portion and deformed to the inner side of the upper rail, the upper end portion of the reduced width increasing inclined portion is It can be satisfactorily brought into contact with the base portion of the lower part of the lower rail, and a higher-strength seat track can be realized.
[0037]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the lock claw inserted through the lock hole of the lower rail with the bracket located on both sides of the standing portion of the lower rail, the outer lock hole formed in the upper rail, and the inner wall surface of the inner lock hole, respectively. Therefore, the lock claw is less likely to buckle, and the strength in the sliding direction of the seat track can be increased.
