Description

【0001】
【0051】

The present invention can uniformly and quickly apply a liquid paste to the corners, can increase the application area at the time of one-time application, can be applied very easily, and can further leak liquid. The present invention relates to a liquid paste application container that can completely prevent the above.
[0002]
[Related technologies]
As shown in FIG. 8, a conventional sponge nozzle type liquid paste application container 100 has a cylindrical hollow storage portion 102 for storing liquid paste and a discharge port 104 formed by opening the upper end of the storage portion 102. A container body 106, a sponge nozzle member 108 attached to the discharge port 104 of the container body 106, a hollow cylindrical shape having a lower end portion as an opening portion 110, an upper end portion closed with an upper wall 112, and an inner portion as a hollow portion 114 And a cap member 118 that is detachably attached to the upper end of the container main body 106 and accommodates the sponge nozzle member 108. An inner lid member 120 is fixed inside the cap member 118. Is common.
[0003]
In this conventional configuration, the inner lid member 120 covers the application surface 122 of the sponge nozzle member 108 only when the cap member 118 is completely attached to the container main body 106, and the liquid from the application surface 122 is removed. Although leakage can be prevented, there is a problem in that if the cap member 108 is loosened, a gap is generated between the inner lid member 120 and the coating surface 122, resulting in liquid leakage.
[0004]
Further, the sponge nozzle member 108 and the container main body 106 of the conventional liquid glue application container 100 are fitted with a screw fastening structure, and an upward locking tooth portion 124 is formed on the container main body 106 side, while the sponge nozzle member 108 has a structure in which a locking protrusion 126 facing downward is formed on the lower end surface of the 108 and is fixed by engaging the locking protrusion 126 with the locking tooth portion 124. The engagement force is not sufficient for fixing. As a result, the sponge nozzle member 108 is loosened and the liquid leaks from between the container body 106 and the sponge nozzle member 108.
[0005]
Further, the conventional sponge nozzle member 108 is formed by fitting and assembling the support frame 128, sponge sheet 130, and perforated cap 132 shown in FIG. 9 as shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the area of the sponge sheet portion 130 that becomes the application surface 122 is reduced, and a step 136 is formed between the application surface 122 and the shoulder portion 134 of the perforated cap 132. Liquid glue accumulates. Therefore, when this conventional application container 100 is applied, the liquid paste is thickly applied to the end of the application part, and uniform application is difficult. In addition, since the area of the application surface 122 is small, the application surface 122 cannot be observed from the side surface when the application operator applies the application surface, so that the application portion cannot be specified, and it takes time and effort to apply the corner portion. Had the disadvantage of being difficult.
[0006]
In the conventional application container 100, the cap member 118 and the container body 106 are usually engaged only by screw engagement, and the cap is naturally loosened, which is one of the disadvantages. It was.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the above-described conventional liquid paste application containers, and can apply liquid paste uniformly and quickly to the corners, and can increase the application area during a single application. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid paste application container which can be applied very easily and can be completely prevented from leaking liquid.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the liquid paste application container of the present inventionVesselA container body having a cylindrical hollow housing portion for containing liquid paste and a discharge port formed by opening the upper end of the storage portion; a nozzle member attached to the discharge port of the container body; and a lower end portion opened. And a cap member that is detachably attached to the upper end portion of the container main body and houses the nozzle member, the container being composed of a hollow cylindrical body whose upper end portion is closed with an upper wall and whose inside is a hollow portion. In this case, an inner lid member that is constantly biased downward is provided in the hollow portion of the cap member, and the inner lid member always covers the application surface of the nozzle member as long as the cap member is attached to the container body. LikeThe inner lid member includes an inner lid body whose lower surface is a recess that covers the nozzle member, a guide rod that projects from the center of the upper surface of the inner lid body, and a peripheral portion on the upper surface of the inner lid body. A cylindrical wall having a hollow guide passage inside the upper surface of the upper wall of the cap member, and the guide rod inserted through the guide passage. Is attached to the inside of the cap member, and a locking projection piece is provided extending laterally from the inner lid body, while a locking projection for locking the locking projection piece is projected on the inner surface of the cap member. The inner cover member is mounted inside the cap member by locking the locking protrusion with the locking protrusion, and a through-hole is opened in the center of the upper wall of the cap member. The through hole communicates with the guide passage, and the tip end portion of the guide rod passes through the through hole. That it is possible to protrude the upper wall above the flop memberFeatures. With this configuration, liquid leakage from the application surface is always effectively prevented.
[0009]
In addition, with the above configuration,The vertical movement of the concave portion of the inner lid member is guided by the guide rod, and there is an advantage that stable operation can be performed.Furthermore, there is an advantage that the movement of the guide rod can be always visually confirmed from the outside.
[0010]
One or more guide plates are provided on the side surface of the guide rod, a guide groove is provided in the guide passage corresponding to the guide plate, and the height of the lower end surface of the cylindrical wall forming the guide passage is set to the guide groove portion. When the guide rod is inserted into the guide passage, the guide plate slides along the inclined guide surface and is guided into the guide groove of the guide passage. In this case, the inner lid member can be attached to the cap member in a positioned state to prevent the inner lid member from moving loosely.
[0012]
The material of the inner lid member is not particularly limited as long as it can impart a spring action to the spring member, and a metal material can be used in addition to the synthetic resin. Is preferred.

Thus, the nozzle member can be firmly fixed to the small diameter receiving portion of the container body, and the liquid leakage preventing function is further improved.
[0016]
Performing a function of supporting the nozzle member so that the female ratchet portion does not mesh with the male ratchet portion when a small lid that closes the discharge port of the container body in an unused state is attached to the discharge port. If the height of the small lid is set so that the female ratchet portion can be engaged with the female ratchet portion in an unused state, the disadvantage that the female ratchet portion and the male ratchet portion mesh with each other can be completely avoided.
[0017]
A large-diameter receiving portion is formed below the small-diameter receiving portion at the upper end portion of the container main body, and a large-diameter male screw portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter receiving portion, while the large diameter is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap member. The cap member is screwed to the large diameter receiving portion of the container body by forming a female screw portion and screwing the large diameter female screw portion and the large diameter male screw portion. A side corrugated engagement step is provided in the lower portion, and a lower circumferential surface of the cap member is formed on the side corrugation engagement end surface corresponding to the corrugation engagement step. If the stepped portion and the corrugated engagement end surface are engaged, the cap member can be securely fixed to the large diameter receiving portion of the container body, and the cap member can be checked at a glance. [0028]
Compared with the sponge nozzle member 108 (FIGS. 14 and 15) formed by the conventional assembly process, the application surface 24 of the sponge nozzle member 20 can be formed larger by the integral molding by the insert mold method. Since there is no step 136 (FIG. 15) present in the product, there is an advantage that it can be applied uniformly and quickly to the corners. Reference numeral 33 denotes an annular frame provided at the base end of the support arm 31.
[0029]
A cap member 34 comprises a hollow cylindrical body 42 having a lower end portion as an opening 36 and an upper end portion closed with an upper wall 38 and having an inner portion as a hollow portion 40, which is detachably attached to the upper end portion of the container body 18. The sponge nozzle member 20 is accommodated and accommodated therein.
[0030]
A small diameter receiving portion 44 is formed at the upper end of the container body 18, and a small diameter male screw portion 46 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter receiving portion 44. On the other hand, a small diameter female screw portion 48 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 32 of the sponge nozzle member 20.
[0031]
The sponge nozzle member 20 is screwed to the small diameter receiving portion 44 of the container body 18 by screwing the small diameter female screw portion 48 and the small diameter male screw portion 46 together.
[0032]
Reference numeral 50 denotes a male ratchet portion provided at the lowermost portion of the small diameter receiving portion 44. A female ratchet portion 52 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the lowermost portion of the frame member 32 corresponding to the male ratchet portion 50. [0033]
Reference numeral 54 denotes an inner lid member that is attached to the hollow portion 40 of the cap member 34 so as to be constantly biased downward. The inner lid member 54 includes an inner lid main body 58 whose lower surface is a recess 56 that covers the sponge nozzle member 20, a guide rod 60 projecting from the center of the upper surface of the inner lid main body 58, and the inner lid main body A spring member 62 having a lower end fixed to a peripheral portion of the upper surface of 58 and an upper end portion being a free end, and a locking protrusion 64 provided to extend laterally from the peripheral surface of the upper surface of the inner lid main body 58. Have. Reference numerals 66 and 66 denote a pair of guide plates provided opposite to the side surfaces of the guide rod 60. In the illustrated example, the spring member 62 has a lower end fixed to the peripheral portion of the upper surface of the inner lid main body 54. However, the same effect can be achieved even when the spring member 62 is mounted without being fixed.
[0034]
A cylindrical wall 70 having a hollow guide passage 68 inside is suspended from the center of the lower surface of the upper wall 38 of the cap member 34. The guide passage 68 has a substantially cross-shaped cross section, and the lower end surface of the cylindrical wall 70 forming the guide passage 68 is inclined toward the portion of the substantially cross-shaped guide passage 68. A surface 72 is formed.
[0035]
In this way, by forming the inclined guide surface 72, when the guide rod 60 is inserted into the guide passage 68, the guide plate 66 slides along the inclined guide surface 72 to form a substantially cross-shaped guide passage. The pair of guide grooves 68a and 68a facing each other are guided and inserted. Accordingly, the inner lid member 54 is attached to the cap member 34 in a positioned state, and the inner lid member 54 is prevented from being reluctant. One or more guide plates 66 may be provided, and it is not always necessary to provide four guide grooves 68a in a cross shape, and an appropriate number is provided according to the number of guide plates 66 installed.

74 is a large-diameter receiving portion formed below the small-diameter receiving portion 44 at the upper end portion of the container body 18. A large-diameter male screw portion 76 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter receiving portion 74. On the other hand, a large-diameter female screw portion 78 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap member 34.
[0037]
The cap member 34 is screwed to the large diameter receiving portion 74 of the container body 18 by screwing the large diameter male screw portion 76 and the large diameter female screw portion 78.
[0038]
Reference numeral 80 denotes a side corrugated engagement step provided at the lowermost portion of the large diameter receiving portion 74. On the other hand, a corrugated engagement end face 82 is formed on the lower circumferential surface of the cap member 34 corresponding to the corrugated engagement step 80.
[0039]
By engaging the corrugated engagement step 80 and the corrugated engagement end surface 82, the cap member 34 is securely fixed to the large-diameter receiving portion 74 of the container body 18, and how the cap member 34 is closed. Can be confirmed at a glance, and has the advantage that it is difficult to loosen once tightened.
[0040]
Reference numeral 84 denotes a locking protrusion protruding from the inner surface of the cap member 34. The locking protrusion 84 of the inner lid member 54 is locked to the locking protrusion 84 to lock the inner lid member 54. The cap member 34 can be mounted inside.
[0041]
Reference numeral 86 denotes a through hole opened in the center of the upper wall 38 of the cap member 34. The through hole 86 and the guide passage 68 communicate with each other, and can protrude above the upper wall 38 of the cap member 34 via the tip end portion of the guide rod 60 or the through hole 86. With such a configuration, there is an advantage that the user of the application container 12 of the present invention can always visually check the operating state of the guide rod 60.
[0042]
The above-described inner lid member 54 is an integral molded product obtained by integrally molding a resin material or the like, but is also formed by joining members formed of a metal material or the like. You can also
[0043]
In FIG. 1, the code | symbol 88 is a small cover body which obstruct | occludes the discharge outlet 16 of the said container main body 18 in an unused state. Of course, the small lid 88 simply prevents the liquid glue contained in the container body 18 from leaking in the same manner as the conventional one, but the height of the small lid 88 is higher than that of the conventional one. The following action is also performed by setting the height to a predetermined height. That is, when the small lid 88 is attached to the discharge port 16, the sponge nozzle member 20 can be supported in a state where the female ratchet portion 52 does not mesh with the male ratchet portion 50. Therefore, there is no accident that the female ratchet portion 52 and the male ratchet portion 50 are erroneously meshed and firmly joined in an unused state. The small lid 88 has a structure in which fitting portions 88a and 88b are projected from both upper and lower surfaces of the main plate. Each of the fitting portions 88 a and 88 b has a shape that can be fitted into the discharge port 16 of the container body 18 and can close the discharge port 16. Therefore, it is convenient because any of the insertion portions 88a and 88b can be used when closing the discharge port 16, and there is an advantage that when removing the discharge port 16, it can be easily removed using the insertion portion located on the outside. .
[0044]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In starting the use, first, the sponge nozzle member 20 is removed from the small diameter receiving portion 44 of the container body 18, and the small lid 88 is removed from the discharge port 16 of the container body 18. At this time, the height of the small lid 88 is set to a predetermined height so as to support the container body 18 in a state where the female ratchet portion 52 of the sponge nozzle member 20 does not mesh with the male ratchet portion 50 of the container body 18. Yes.
[0045]
Next, the sponge nozzle member 20 is attached to the small diameter receiving portion 44 of the container body 18, and the small diameter female screw portion 48 of the sponge nozzle member 20 is screwed into the small diameter male screw portion 46 of the small diameter receiving portion 44. Then, the male ratchet portion 50 provided at the lowermost portion of the small diameter receiving portion 44 and the female ratchet portion 52 of the sponge nozzle member 20 are engaged with each other to engage the sponge nozzle member 20 with the small diameter receiving portion. It adheres firmly to 44 and is completely prevented from loosening, thus eliminating liquid leakage.
[0046]
An inner lid member 54 is attached to the hollow portion 40 of the cap member 34 so as to be always biased downward. The inner lid member 54 can be attached to the inside of the cap member 34 at the time of attachment / detachment by the engaging action of the engaging protrusion 64 and the engaging protrusion 84 inside the cap member 34. When the inner lid member 54 is mounted, the guide rod 60 and the guide plate 64 can be easily inserted into the guide passage 68 by utilizing the guide action of the inclined guide surface 72. In addition, after the insertion, the inner lid member 54 is mounted on the guide passage 68 in a positioned state, so that the inner lid member 54 does not move.
[0047]
Whether or not the inner lid member 54 is attached to the cap member 34 is normally not visible from the outside. However, if the through hole 86 is opened in the upper wall 38 of the cap member 34 and the guide rod 60 is inserted into the through hole 86 as shown in the illustrated example, the movement of the guide rod 60 is externally controlled. There is an advantage that it can always be visually confirmed.
[0048]
With the inner lid member 54 mounted in the cap member 34, the cap member 34 is attached to the large diameter receiving portion 74 of the container main body 18, and the large diameter male screw portion 76 and the large diameter female screw portion 78 are screwed. By combining, the application surface 24 of the sponge nozzle member 20 is pressed and covered by the concave portion 56 of the inner lid member 54. Of course, if the large-diameter female screw portion 78 of the cap member 34 is screwed into the large-diameter male screw portion 76 to the end, the coating surface 24 is strongly pressed and covered. The coating surface 24 is completely covered with the concave portion 56 of the inner lid member 54 even at the initial stage of screwing of the large diameter male threaded portion 78 and the large diameter screw portion 76, and even if the coating container 12 is handled roughly, liquid leakage does not occur. Therefore, prevention of liquid leakage is effectively performed.
[0049]
Since the sponge nozzle member 20 is integrally formed by the insert molding method, the application surface 24 can be formed large, and there is no step between the application surface 24 and the frame member 32. Therefore, when the liquid paste is applied, the liquid paste is not thickly applied to the end of the application portion, and can be applied uniformly. In addition, since the area of the application surface 24 is large, when the application operator applies, it can be applied while observing the application surface 24 from the side surface, so that the application work is simple, and the corner portion can be easily applied. Can be done. Further, since the lower surface side of the sponge member 26 forming the application surface 24 is supported by the elastic support arm 31, the entire application surface 24 becomes an elastic body, and the application work becomes easier.
