Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a hanging device that is attached to a ceiling or the like and hangs a clothes drying tool, a clothes hanger, a foliage plant, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as in the invention of Japanese Patent No. 2673875, it is a hanging device composed of a supporting tool and a hanging tool, and the supporting tool is a box-like body and has an insertion hole on a side surface (front surface in the present invention), An engagement hole communicating with the insertion hole is provided on the bottom surface, and the hanging member is provided with an insertion portion that is slightly smaller than the insertion hole and slightly larger than the engagement hole. The insertion portion is inserted through the insertion hole and engaged. It is possible to move substantially upward from the state in which the joint hole is engaged from above and engaged with the engagement hole, and the oblique upward movement is caused by the suspension tool coming into contact with the support tool. The insertion part is moved almost straight upward and then moved sideways so that it can be removed from the insertion hole, and it cannot be moved obliquely upward and removed. A proposed hanging device has been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When this type of hanging device is used indoors, when a person stands up, the body hits the hanging hook or a clothesline hanging on the hanging hook, and the hanging hook May be pushed up. At this time, when the inclination of the hanging tool is just an inclination in which the insertion portion faces the direction of the insertion hole, the hanging tool may fall down due to its own weight and the insertion portion may be detached from the insertion hole.
Even in such a case, the above-described conventional example is configured as described above so that the hanging tool does not easily fall off during use. However, as in this conventional example, “the insertion portion moves almost straight upward and then moves sideways so that it can be removed from the insertion hole, and it cannot move and move upward obliquely. If it can be manufactured accurately, there is no problem, but it is actually necessary to manufacture with a margin (clearance) in consideration of manufacturing errors, etc. An insertion part may detach | leave from the insertion hole of a support tool. Therefore, in this conventional example, the problem that the hanging tool may come off and fall off during use and is very dangerous cannot be solved, and the present invention aims to solve this problem.
[0004]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a suspension device including a support having a housing and a suspension having an insertion portion, and the support body has an insertion / removal hole in the front. In addition, an engagement hole is provided on the bottom surface, and the insertion / removal hole and the engagement hole are communicated by a communication hole, and the inner upper surface of the container gradually protrudes downward and inclines toward the back from the insertion / removal hole. Provided with a flat introduction surface, the insertion part of the hanging tool has a shape in which the upper part of the sphere is cut out and a sliding contact surface of a plane or a plane close to a plane is provided, which is horizontal or nearly horizontal, It is formed to be smaller than the insertion / removal hole and larger than the engagement hole, and the insertion part of the hanging tool is inserted from the insertion / removal hole of the support tool and engaged with the engagement hole, so that the hanging tool is supported by the support tool. Configured so that the sliding contact surface of the hanging tool is inclined or brought into contact with or close to the introduction surface Only, in which the insertion portion of the TsuKakegu is configured to be detachably from insertion and removal hole of the support.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, an embodiment of the invention will be described based on an example with reference to the drawings.
The hanging device of the present invention comprises a support 1 attached to a ceiling or the like, and a hanging tool 2 detachably attached to the support 1.
[0006]
The support 1 is provided at the center of the circular mounting substrate 3 so as to protrude a hemispherical container 4 downward, and the overall shape is a hat-like shape with a hook (downward).
The mounting substrate 3 is provided with mounting holes 5... 5 at four locations. The container 4 is provided with an insertion / removal hole 6 having a shape in which a circular upper portion is horizontally cut off on the front surface, and a substantially circular engagement hole 8 is provided on the bottom surface so that the insertion / removal hole 6 and the engagement hole 8 communicate with each other. The holes 7 communicate with each other. The engagement hole 8 is smaller than the insertion / removal hole 6, and the communication hole 7 is formed narrower than the insertion / removal hole 6 and the engagement hole 8.
An introduction tool 9 provided with an inclined introduction surface 16 is attached to the inner upper surface of the container 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the introduction surface 16 is formed from the vicinity of the upper portion of the insertion / removal hole 6, and gradually protrudes downward and slopes toward the back. In this embodiment, the introduction surface 16 is 12 degrees from the horizontal line. It is inclined.
[0007]
In the present embodiment, the introduction surface 16 is provided by attaching the introduction device 9 separately from the support device 1, but the introduction surface 16 may be provided integrally with the support device 1. Moreover, the introduction surface 16 should just incline in the plane or the surface close | similar to a plane.
Furthermore, the support 1 is not limited to the shape of the present embodiment, and a container 4 that can accommodate an insertion portion 10 of a hanging tool 2 described later on an attachment substrate 3 that can be attached to a ceiling surface or the like. What is necessary is just to be provided. The mounting substrate 3 and the container 4 may be integrated or separated.
[0008]
A donut-shaped cover 15 is attached so as to cover the attachment substrate 3. This cover 15 is for concealing the mounting holes 5... 5 of the mounting substrate 3 to improve the appearance, and is not necessarily required.
[0009]
The hanging tool 2 is provided with an insertion portion 10 at the upper end of a shaft 11 via an elastic body 14 such as a spring. The insertion portion 10 has a shape obtained by horizontally and flatly cutting the upper part of the sphere, and has a flat upper surface that is cut flatly as a sliding contact surface 13. Further, a ring-shaped hooking portion 12 is provided at the lower end of the shaft 11 so that a clothes drying tool or the like can be hung there.
In addition, the shape of the insertion part 10 provided in the upper end of the shaft 11 should just be provided in the spherical form, and the slidable contact surface 13 of the plane or the surface close | similar to a plane is provided in the upper surface at the horizontal or near horizontal . Further, the insertion portion 10 may be provided directly on the upper end of the shaft 11.
[0010]
Then, the support 1 is attached to the ceiling surface or the like by inserting wood screws or the like through the attachment holes 5... 5 of the attachment substrate 3, the cover 15 is attached, and the hanging tool 2 is suspended from the support 1. use.
[0011]
Next, a method for hanging and attaching the hanging hook 2 to the support 1 will be described.
An introductory surface 16 in which the upper slidable contact surface 13 is inclined by inclining the insertion portion 10 at the upper end toward the support device 1 (inclined by 12 degrees from the vertical line in this embodiment). The insertion portion 10 is inserted through the insertion / removal hole 6 of the support 1 so as to be substantially parallel, and the insertion portion 10 is inserted in a state where the sliding contact surface 13 of the hanging tool 2 is in contact with or close to the introduction surface 16 of the support 1. The part 10 is moved inward of the container 4. And if the insertion part 10 is accommodated in the container 4, the hanging tool 2 will be lowered | hung, the insertion part 10 will be engaged with the engagement hole 8 of the container 4, and the hanging part 12 of the hanging tool 2 will be attached to a clothes drying tool etc. Suspend and use.
The introduction surface 16 will be described in detail. The sliding contact surface 13 of the insertion portion 10 is inserted into the introduction surface 16 until the insertion portion 10 of the inclined hanging tool 2 is inserted from the insertion / removal hole 6 and accommodated in the container 4. The introduction surface 16 is formed so that the insertion portion 10 is guided obliquely downward (inclination direction of the introduction surface 16) in contact with or in proximity to.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the insertion portion 10 is inserted through the insertion / removal hole 6 in a state where the insertion portion 10 at the upper end of the hanging tool 2 is inclined toward the support device 1 (12 degrees in this embodiment). 9 can be removed, and the insertion portion 10 cannot be inserted / removed from the insertion / removal hole 6 in the vertical state as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 (shaded lines in FIG. 10). 11 and 12 cannot be removed from the insertion / removal hole 6), as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, even when the insertion portion 10 at the upper end of the hanging tool 2 is inclined to the side opposite to the support tool 1. Insertion / removal from the hole 6 is impossible (the portion shown by the oblique line in FIG. 12 hits and cannot be removed from the insertion / removal hole 6).
Therefore, during use, the hook 2 is brought into the state shown in FIGS. 9, 10, 11, and 12 by hitting the hook 12, and the insertion portion 10 is detached from the container 4. Even if force is applied, the insertion portion 10 cannot be removed from the insertion / removal hole 6, and the hanging tool 2 does not come off the support tool 1.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the insertion part 10 at the upper end of the hanging tool 2 may be inclined to the support tool 1 side, as shown in FIGS. It is unlikely that force will be applied in the direction in which the insertion portion 10 is detached from the container 4 from the state, and there is little possibility that the hanging tool 2 will come off during use.
Furthermore, the insertion part 10 cannot be detached from the insertion / removal hole 6 of the container 4 unless the insertion part 10 at the upper end of the hanging tool 2 is inclined to the support tool 1 side. In a state in which 10 is tilted to the opposite side to the support 1, the insertion portion 10 does not leave the insertion / removal hole 6 even if there is a margin (clearance) during manufacture.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even when manufacturing with a margin (clearance) in consideration of manufacturing errors and the like, there is almost no possibility that the hanging tool will come off and fall off during use. There is an effect that it is possible to avoid the danger that the hanging tool falls off and hits a person or breaks an object by hitting the hanging tool.
