Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall panel with an exterior material in which an exterior material is previously attached to the surface of the wall panel, a method for joining the wall panel with an exterior material, and a joint structure.
[0002]
[Background technology]
As is well known, industrialization of housing construction has progressed. For example, components such as walls, floors, and roofs are made into panels in the factory in advance, and these panels are combined at the construction site to construct the housing. The panel construction method is adopted in part. In recent years, industrialization has further progressed. For example, as known from the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-270025, at the factory stage in advance, as shown in FIG. With the edge 102 and the exterior material 103 attached, a method for carrying in the building site is being promoted, and the number of building man-hours on the site and the construction period are shortened. When joining the wall panel 105 with the exterior material to the other wall panel 205 with the exterior material, the protruding portion (gazette) 104 provided at the side end portion of the wall panel 105 with the exterior material on the joint portion 300 side is used. It was made to adhere to the wall panel 210 of the other wall panel 205 with an exterior material. Then, a trunk rim 302 is attached to the joint portion 300 to fix the exterior material 303 to the trunk rim 302.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in order to attach the exterior material 303 in the field, after the wall panels 105 and 205 with the exterior material are joined to each other, as described above, a plurality of trunk edges 302 are positioned at the joined portion 300 and attached one by one. It would have been troublesome because it would not be possible. Further, since the gusset 104 is provided so as to protrude outward from the wall panel 110 of the wall panel 105 with the exterior material, the wall panel 105 with the exterior material is transported or the wall panel 105 with the exterior material is suspended at the site. However, there is a problem that it is easy to be damaged when standing at a predetermined position.
[0004]
The exterior material 103 attached in advance to the wall panel with exterior material 105 has a solid (not shown) formed on one side end, and a lower solid 103b on the other side end. What is formed is used. These exterior materials 103 are attached to the wall panel 110 by a decision strip so that the upper and lower bodies 103b overlap each other. However, on the side end portion of the exterior material 103 located on the joint portion 300 side of the wall panel with exterior material 105 and the side end portion of the exterior material 203 located on the joint portion 300 side of the other wall panel with exterior material 205. Are respectively formed with lower solids 103b and 203b, and those having upper solids 303a formed on both sides of an exterior material 303 to be attached to the joint 300 in the field. For this reason, the exterior materials 103, 203, and 303 have a lower solid 103b formed on one side end, a upper solid formed on the other side end, and a lower solid 203b formed on both sides. However, it is necessary to prepare three types of exterior materials 103, 203, and 303, and those in which the upper body 303a is formed on both sides, resulting in an increase in the number of parts and an increase in cost.
The problem of the present invention is that when the wall panel with exterior material and the wall panel with other exterior material are joined on site, the construction efficiency at the site is further increased, and one type of exterior material can be used. The present invention provides a wall panel with an exterior material that can prevent an increase, a method for joining the wall panel with an exterior material, and a joint structure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is, for example, an exterior material in which an exterior material 4 is previously attached to the surface of a wall panel 11 via a trunk edge 13 as shown in FIGS. The wall panel 1 is provided with an extended body edge 2 provided at a side end portion of the wall panel 11 so as to be able to extend outward from the side end portion of the wall panel 11. The trunk edge 2 is provided at a predetermined interval from the trunk edge 13.
[0006]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the extending barrel edge 2 is provided so as to be able to extend outward from the side end portion of the wall panel 11, the wall panel 1 with the exterior material is attached to another exterior. When joining with the wall panel 5 with the material, the side end surface 1a of the wall panel 1 with the exterior material and the side end surface 5a of the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material are abutted and joined, and then the extended barrel edge 2 Is extended to the wall panel 11 side of the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material, and the extended barrel edge 2 is extended to be fixed to the wall panel 5 with the other exterior material. It is easy to attach the extended barrel edge 2 to the portion 30 on site, and labor can be saved. That is, as in the prior art, after joining the wall panel 1 with the exterior material and the wall panel 5 with the other exterior material, positioning is performed in order to newly attach the trunk edge to the joint portion 30, and a plurality of cylinders are provided. It is not necessary to fix the edges to the wall panel one by one, the work at the site is easy, and the construction efficiency can be further increased.
Further, since the extended body edge 2 is provided so as to extend from the side end portion of the wall panel 11, the side end portion of the wall panel 11 is only joined to the wall panel 5 with other exterior material. Can be extended outward. Therefore, when the wall panel 1 with the exterior material is transported or suspended at a predetermined position on the site, the extended drum edge 2 does not protrude from the wall panel 11 and becomes an obstacle. 2 can be prevented from being damaged, and, for example, the exterior material 4 can be prevented from being damaged by hitting the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the wall panel 1 with exterior material according to claim 1, the extended barrel edge 2 is made of a long plate material and has one end. By rotating around the portion 21 as a fulcrum, the wall 21 is provided so as to extend outward.
[0008]
According to invention of Claim 2, after joining the wall panel 5 with another exterior material to the said wall panel 1 with an exterior material, the said extension cylinder edge 2 is used as one fulcrum at the one end part 21, and the extension cylinder By rotating the edge 2, the wall panel 5 with other exterior material can be extended. By simply fixing the other end 22 of the extended barrel edge 2 thus extended to the wall panel 51 of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material, the extended barrel edge 2 can be easily attached to the joint 30. Can be attached. Therefore, it is possible to save labor for newly positioning a plurality of trunk edges and attaching them one by one to the joint portion 30 between the wall panel 1 with exterior material and the wall panel 5 with other exterior material. Construction efficiency can be improved.
Moreover, since the said extension trunk | rim 2 is rotatably provided by using one edge part 21 as a fulcrum, when conveying the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, or when suspending in the predetermined position on the spot If the extended barrel edge 2 is not protruded outward from the side end portion of the wall panel 1 with the exterior material, the extended barrel edge 2 does not get in the way and the extended barrel edge 2 is damaged. Can prevent.
[0009]
The invention according to claim 3 is a joining method for joining the wall panel with exterior material 1 according to claim 1 and the other wall panel with exterior material 5 as shown in FIGS. The lower end 14b is formed on the side end of the exterior member 14 located on the side end side of the wall panel 1 with exterior member according to claim 1 or 2, and the other wall panel 5 with exterior member is provided. A solid 54a is formed at a side end portion of the exterior material 54 located on the side end side, and the wall panel with exterior material 1 according to claim 1 or 2 and the wall panel with exterior material 5 are combined. After the side end faces 1a and 5a are butted together and joined, the extended barrel edge 2 is extended to the other wall panel 5 with exterior material, and then the exterior material 14 in which the lower solid 14b is formed. Between the outer shell 54a and the outer shell 54a on which the upper shell 3a is formed. When attaching the in-situ bonded exterior material 3 having the lower solid 3b formed on the part, the lower solid 3b of the in-situ bonded exterior material 3 is placed below the upper actual 54a of the exterior material 54 of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. After being inserted, the solid 3a of the on-site exterior packaging material 3 is superposed on the lower solid 14b of the exterior material 14 of the wall panel 1 with exterior material according to claim 1 or 2, and then the on-site exterior packaging The material 3 is fixed to the extended barrel edge 2.
[0010]
According to the invention of claim 3, the lower end 14b is formed on the side end of the exterior member 14 located on the side end of the wall panel 1 with exterior member, and the other wall panel with exterior member is formed. A top 54 a is formed on the side end of the exterior material 54 located on the side end 5 side. Then, after the wall panel 1 with the exterior material and the wall panel 5 with the other exterior material are joined by abutting the side end surfaces 1a and 5a, the extended barrel edge 2 is joined to the wall panel 5 with the other exterior material. And the other end 22 can be fixed. Then, the lower solid 3b of the in-situ bonded exterior material 3 is inserted into the lower side of the upper solid 54a of the exterior material 54 of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material, and is pasted on the extended barrel edge 2 thus fixed. The upper solid 3a of the outer covering 3 can be attached to the lower solid 14b of the outer covering 14 of the wall panel 1 with the outer covering. Therefore, the exterior material 4 attached in advance to the wall panels 1 and 5 with the exterior material, the exterior materials 14 and 54 located on the joining portion 30 side, and the on-site exterior exterior material 3 are respectively placed on one side end. Since the actual side 3a, 54a can be used with the lower side 3b, 14b formed on the other side end, only one type of exterior material 3, 4, 14, 54 can be prepared. Can be reduced, and cost reduction can be achieved.
Further, the in-situ bonded exterior material 3 may be fixed to the extended body edge 2, and the extended body edge 2 extends from the wall panel 1 with exterior material to another wall panel 5 with exterior material. Since it can be easily attached if the other end 22 is fixed, the labor of construction can be saved, and the construction efficiency at the site can be improved.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 4 is a joint structure formed by joining the wall panel with exterior material 1 according to claim 1 and another wall panel 5 with exterior material as shown in FIGS. And the lower end 14b is formed in the side edge part of the exterior material 14 located in the side edge part side of the wall panel 1 with an exterior material of Claim 1 or 2, The other wall panel 5 with an exterior material A side wall of the exterior material 54 located at the side end of the exterior material 54 is formed with a solid 54a, and the wall panel with exterior material 1 according to claim 1 or 2 and the other wall panel with exterior material 5 are The side end faces 1a and 5a are joined to each other, and the extension drum edge 2 is extended to the other wall panel 5 with exterior material, and a solid 3a is provided at one side end. The on-site pasted exterior material 3 having a bottom formed on the other side end portion 3b is provided with the other exterior material. 3. After inserting into the underside 54a of the exterior material 54 of the panel 5, the solid 3a of the on-site pasted exterior material 3 is under the exterior material 14 of the wall panel 1 with the exterior material according to claim 1 or 2. It is superposed on the actual 14b and is further fixed to the extended barrel edge 2.
[0012]
According to the invention of claim 4, the lower solid 14 b is formed at the side end portion of the exterior material 14 located on the side end portion side of the exterior material 4 attached in advance to the wall panel 1 with exterior material. In addition, a solid 54a is formed at the side end of the exterior member 54 located at the side end of the other wall panel 5 with exterior member. In addition, on one side end portion of the on-site exterior packaging material 3 attached to the joint portion 30 that is abutted and joined to the side end surface 1a of the wall panel 1 with exterior material and the side end surface 5a of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material, An upper solid 3a is formed, and a lower solid 3b is formed at the other side end. Therefore, since the same thing as the exterior materials 4, 14, 54 to be attached to the wall panel 1 with the exterior material in advance can be used as the on-site exterior packaging material 3, an increase in the number of parts can be prevented, Cost reduction can be achieved.
And since this field pasting exterior material 3 should just be attached to the extension trunk edge 2 extended and fixed to the wall panel 5 with other exterior materials, it positions 1 by newly positioning the trunk edge 13 in the field. Since it is possible to save labor for attaching the books one by one, construction efficiency at the site can be improved.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 5 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in the method of joining the wall panel with exterior material 1 according to claim 3, each of the wall panels with exterior material 1 is waterproof and moisture permeable. The sheet | seat 12 is attached so that it may extend from the side edge part of the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, The wall panel 1 with an exterior material of Claim 1 or 2 and the wall panel 5 with an other exterior material are those After the side end faces 1a and 5a are brought into contact with each other, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 are overlapped with each other, and then the extended trunk edge 2 is extended to the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. And
[0014]
According to the invention of claim 5, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheet 12 is attached to the wall panel 1 with exterior material so as to extend from the side end of the wall panel 1 with exterior material, After the wall panels 1 with exterior materials are joined together, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 are overlapped with each other, and the extended trunk edge 2 is extended to the other wall panel 5 with exterior materials. The moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 can be held by the extended barrel edge 2. For this reason, it is easy to attach the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 to the wall panels 11 and 51 by tucking them. Thus, the construction efficiency at the site is improved without requiring the troublesome work of attaching to the wall panels 11 and 51 by tucking or the like while pressing with the hand.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, the method for joining the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, and the joining structure of the wall panel with an exterior material will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The wall panel 1 with an exterior material of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is applied to a wall surface of a house constructed by a panel method. As is well known in the panel construction method, components such as walls, floors, and roofs are manufactured in advance as panels at the factory, and the panels are combined at the construction site of the house, and the panels are joined together with adhesive and bolts or nails. There is an advantage that it is possible to save labor in the construction work at the construction site by the construction method of the house.
[0016]
The wall panel 1 with exterior material is a wall surface of a house (not shown), and a waterproof and moisture permeable sheet 12 is pasted on the surface of the wall panel 11 in advance at the factory stage (see FIGS. 2 and 3), and a plurality of trunk edges 13 is affixed to the wall panel 11 at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction, and the exterior material 4 is attached to the body edge 13.
Further, the wall panel 11 is obtained by assembling vertical and horizontal eaves into a rectangular shape, and having a face material attached to at least one surface of a frame body in which auxiliary bars are assembled vertically and horizontally inside a rectangular frame. It is manufactured at a factory or the like.
In the present embodiment, the sweep window 15 is attached in advance to the approximate center of the wall panel 1 with exterior material at the factory stage.
[0017]
The exterior material 4 attached in advance to the surface of the wall panel 1 with the exterior material is a vertically long panel shape, and a solid (not shown) is formed on one side end, A lower solid (not shown) is formed at the other side end. The upper and lower bodies are overlapped with each other, and are fixed to the trunk edge 13 by nailing or the like.
In addition, a lower end 14b is formed at a side end portion of the exterior material 14 located on the joint 30 side when the other exterior material wall panel 5 is joined to the exterior material wall panel 1. The body edge 13 located on the joint portion 30 side of the attached wall panel 1 is attached to the wall panel 11 so as to protrude from the bottom 14b of the exterior material 14 located on the joint portion 30 side.
[0018]
In addition, a plurality of extending barrel edges 2 made of a long plate material are attached to the side end portion of the wall panel 11 at a predetermined interval from the side end portion of the barrel edge 13. One end 21 of the extended barrel edge 2 is rotatably fixed to the surface of the wall panel 11 by screws, and as shown in FIG. 3, this extended barrel is used as a fulcrum. By rotating the edge 2, the wall panel 11 can be extended outward.
The waterproof and moisture permeable sheet 12 is made of a sheet having micropores that does not allow permeation of water but allows water vapor to permeate. Specifically, the waterproof / breathable sheet 12 is made of Tyvek (trade name: manufactured by DuPont). The waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 12 is attached to substantially the entire surface of the wall panel 11 with a tacker or an adhesive, and is provided so as to extend outward from the side end of the wall panel 1 with exterior material. It has been.
[0019]
The method for joining the wall panel with an exterior material 1 according to the present embodiment for joining the wall panel with an exterior material 1 having the above configuration to the other wall panel with an exterior material 5 follows the following procedure.
Here, the wall panel 5 with other exterior materials shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4 has a waterproof and moisture permeable sheet 52 pasted on the surface of the wall panel 51 in the same manner as the wall panel 1 with exterior materials, A trunk edge 53 is attached thereon, and an exterior material 54 is attached to the trunk edge 53. In addition, a waist-high window 55 is attached in advance to the substantially central portion of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material at the factory stage, and the wall panel 5 with exterior material having this configuration is transported to the site.
The waterproof / breathable sheet 52 affixed to the other wall panel 5 with exterior material is made of the same material as the waterproof / breathable sheet 12 and extends outward from the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. It is attached like that. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper end 54 a is formed on the side end portion of the outer covering 54 located on the side of the joint portion 30 of the other wall panel 5 with the outer covering, and the portion of the upper 54 a It is provided so as to protrude from the trunk edge 53.
[0020]
First, an adhesive is applied to either one of the side end surfaces 1a and 5a of the wall panel 1 with exterior material and the wall panel 5 with other exterior material, and as shown in FIG. The end faces 1a and 5a are butted together. The nail is slanted from the wall panel 1 with the exterior material to the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material and from the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material to the wall panel 1 with the exterior material, so that the wall panels 1051 are Join each other.
[0021]
Next, the waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 52 provided so as to extend from the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material is extended to the wall panel 10 of the wall panel 1 with the exterior material, and is tacked or glued. To stick. Then, the waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 12 provided so as to extend from the wall panel 1 with exterior material is overlapped with the waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 52.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the extending barrel edge 2 is rotated with one end portion 21 as a fulcrum, is raised horizontally from the suspended state, and the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 that are overlapped are assembled. Hold down. These superimposed waterproof and moisture-permeable sheets 12 and 52 are attached to the wall panels 11 and 51 by tucking or the like.
Thus, the other end 22 of the extended barrel edge 2 extended to the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material is fixed to the wall panel 11 of the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material, such as a screw. Secure with. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, a predetermined gap is provided between the other end 22 of the extended barrel edge 2 and the barrel edge 53 attached to the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. Yes.
[0022]
Next, the in-situ bonded exterior material 3 in which the upper solid 3a is formed at one side end and the lower solid 3b is formed at the other side end is positioned on the joint 30 side of the wall panel 1 with exterior material. It attaches between the exterior material 14 to perform and the exterior material 54 located in the junction part 30 side of the said wall panel 5 with other exterior materials as follows.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, first, the lower solid 3a of the on-site exterior packaging material 3 is inserted below the upper solid 54a of the exterior material 54 located on the joint 30 side of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. Then, the solid 3a of the on-site exterior packaging material 3 is overlaid on the lower solid 14a of the exterior packaging material 14 located at the side end of the wall panel 1 with exterior packaging. Then, the on-site bonded exterior material 3 superposed in this way is fixed to the extended barrel edge 2 by nailing or the like.
As described above, the wall panel with an exterior material 1 and the wall panel with an exterior material 5 of the present embodiment are joined. And the joining structure of the wall panel 1 with an exterior material of this Embodiment is obtained by the said joining method.
[0023]
According to the present embodiment, the wall panel with an exterior material 1 can be extended to the outside of the wall panel with an exterior material 1 by rotating around one end 21 as a fulcrum. Since the extension drum edge 2 is attached, after joining the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material, the extension drum edge 2 is extended and the other end 22 is fixed to the wall panel 51 only. Thus, the extended barrel edge 2 can be attached to the joint portion 30. Therefore, when the wall panel 1 with the exterior material and the wall panel 5 with the other exterior material are joined and the field-attached exterior material 3 is attached to the joint 30, a plurality of trunk edges are newly added to the joint 30. The labor of positioning and attaching one by one can be saved, and the construction efficiency at the site can be further improved.
[0024]
In addition, since one end 21 of the extended barrel edge 2 is rotatably attached to the wall panel 11 from the wall panel 1 with the exterior material, when the wall panel 1 with the exterior material is transported, it is predetermined at the site. When suspended at the position, it can be prevented from protruding from the wall panel 11. For this reason, this extended trunk edge 2 is not damaged, and it does not hit other wall panels 5 with an exterior material or the like.
[0025]
Moreover, the exterior materials 4 and 54 previously attached to the said site-bonded exterior material 3, the exterior materials 4 and 14 previously attached to the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, and the wall panel 5 with other exterior materials are respectively, Upper solids 3a, 4a, 54a are formed on one side end, and lower solids 3b, 4b, 14b are formed on the other side end. Thus, since the same thing can be utilized for the exterior material 4 attached in advance, the exterior material 4 to be attached in advance, and the exterior materials 14 and 54 located on the joint portion 30 side, There is no need to prepare three types of exterior materials with different actual shapes. For this reason, it is possible to simplify the processing equipment and processing information for manufacturing the wall panels 1 and 5 with the exterior material, improve the production efficiency, and achieve cost reduction.
[0026]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 are attached to the wall panel 1 with exterior material so as to extend from the side end portions of the wall panel 1 with exterior material, respectively. After the wall panels 1 with the exterior material are joined, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 are overlapped with each other, and the extended trunk edge 2 is extended to the other wall panel 5 with the exterior material. ing. In this way, since the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 52 can be pressed by the extended barrel edge 2, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets 12 and 25 can be easily attached to the wall panels 11 and 51 by tucking. For this reason, unlike the prior art, it does not require the troublesome work of tucking while pressing the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets stacked by hand, and the construction efficiency on site is improved.
[0027]
Moreover, the field-bonded exterior material 3 is attached between the exterior material 14 located at the side end of the wall panel 1 with exterior material and the exterior material 54 located at the side end of the other wall panel 5 with exterior material. At this time, a predetermined gap is provided between the extended drum edge 2 and the drum edges 13 and 53 attached to the respective wall panels 1 with exterior materials. For this reason, the lower solid part 3b of the said exterior bonding exterior material 3 is inserted into the lower side of the upper actual part 54a formed in the side edge part of the exterior material 54 located in the side edge part of the said other wall panel 5 with an exterior material. Easy to do.
[0028]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can of course be changed as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the extending barrel edge 2 is provided so as to be able to extend outward from the side end portion of the wall panel 11 by fixing one end portion 21 to the wall panel 11 so as to be rotatable. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a stretchable extending barrel edge may be attached to the wall panel 11, and the main point is that it can be protruded from the wall panel 1 with exterior material. That's fine.
Moreover, in this Embodiment, the lower solid 14b shall be formed in the side edge part of the exterior material 14 located in the junction part 30 side of the wall panel 1 with an exterior material, and the other wall panel 5 with an exterior material Although the upper part 54a is provided at the side end of the exterior material 54 located on the joint part 30 side, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to this.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the extending barrel edge is provided so as to be able to extend outward from one end of the wall panel, the wall panel with the exterior and the wall with the other exterior material are provided. After joining the panel, the other end of the extension drum edge is fixed to the other wall panel with the exterior material in a state where the extension drum edge is extended. An extended barrel edge can be attached to the part. For this reason, when joining with the other wall panel with an exterior material, an extension drum edge can be easily attached to this joined part, and construction efficiency in the field can be raised more.
In addition, when the wall panel with the exterior material is transported or suspended at a predetermined position on the site, the extension drum edge does not protrude from the wall panel, so the extension drum edge is not damaged. There is little possibility of hitting other wall panels with exterior materials.
[0030]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the same effect as in the first aspect can be obtained, and only by rotating the barrel edge with one end of the extended barrel edge as a fulcrum, The wall panel with the exterior material can be extended outward. Therefore, after this wall panel with an exterior material and another wall panel with an exterior material are joined, an extending barrel edge is extended to the joint and the other end is fixed to the other wall panel with an exterior material. It can be easily installed just by itself. For this reason, construction efficiency in the field can be improved.
[0031]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the same effect as in the first or second aspect can be obtained, and the on-site attachment to be attached to the joint portion between the wall panel with the exterior material and the wall panel with the other exterior material. As the exterior material, the same exterior material that is previously attached to the wall panel at the factory stage can be used, and an increase in the number of parts can be prevented, thereby reducing the cost.
Further, the field-bonded exterior material may be fixed to the extended body edge, and the extended body edge extends from the wall panel with exterior material to the wall panel with other exterior material, and has the other end. Since it can be easily attached if it is fixed, the labor of construction can be saved, and the construction efficiency on site can be improved.
[0032]
According to the invention of claim 4, the same effect as that of claim 1 or 2 is obtained, and of the exterior material attached in advance to the wall panel with exterior material, it is located on the side end side. A side solid part is formed on the side end of the exterior material, and a side solid part is formed on the side end part of the exterior material located on the side end part of the other wall panel with the exterior material. The same exterior material as that to be attached to the wall panel in advance can be used, and an increase in the number of parts can be prevented.
And since this field pasting exterior material should just be attached to the extension barrel edge extended and fixed to the wall panel with other exterior materials, it saves time and effort, such as newly positioning and attaching a barrel edge on the spot. Therefore, construction efficiency on site can be improved.
[0033]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, the same effect as in the third aspect can be obtained, and the waterproof and moisture permeable sheet is provided on each of the side panels of the wall panel with the exterior material. After the wall panels with the exterior material are joined to each other, the waterproof and moisture permeable sheets are overlapped with each other, and the extended trunk edge is attached to the wall panel with the other exterior materials. Since it is extended to the side, it can hold | suppress with the said extension trunk | rim edge in the state which accumulated these waterproofing moisture-permeable sheets. For this reason, this overlapping portion can be easily attached to the wall panel by tucking or the like, and the construction efficiency at the site is improved.
