【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ブラジャーの肩紐内に伸縮性に富んだ細幅テ−プ生地を縫着して内蔵させることにより、カップ部の形状が安定し、且つ着用感の優れた品質良好なブラジャーを提供することに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のブラジャ−に設けた肩紐は、織物等の一重生地使いによる細幅状テープ生地で構成されている場合が多かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って伸縮性に乏しい織物等の細幅状テープ生地で肩紐を形成した場合には、身体の屈伸時に、カップ部がズリ上がる、また肩紐が肩部に喰い込むなどの欠点があった。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するために、カップ部２、２、脇部１１、１１と後身頃１２からなる後身頃用生地１０、及び肩紐２７、２７で形成したブラジャーにおいて、肩紐２７は伸縮性細幅テープ生地５０が挿入されたラッパ状テープ生地２８により構成され、後身頃１２には左右上縁部にそれぞれ三角形状の頂部６３、６３が形成されており、カップ部２の上辺頂部６２と、該上辺頂部６２と同側にある後身頃１２の三角形状の頂部６３の間に縫着された伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０によって、カップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５と後身頃用生地１０の脇部側上辺部３６と伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０、とが輪形状に構成され、さらに該カップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５と後身頃用生地１０の脇部側上辺部３６とを半折り状のラッパ状テープ生地２８の内側に挟み込むとともに、伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０を内包するように上記輪形状に沿ってラッパ状テープ生地を一周して縫着することにより、上記肩紐２７を構成するラッパ状テープ生地が輪状に形成されるように構成し、肩紐の伸縮性が向上すると共に、着用時にカップ部２、２が安定し、しかも身体によくフィットした着用感の優れたブラジャーが得られるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１及び図２において、１はブラジャ−で、２はカップ部、１０は脇部及び後身頃用生地で、例えば綿メリヤス生地などで形成してあり、１１は脇部、１２は後身頃、１５はカップ部２、２において前身側中央上辺部に縫着１６して設けたラッパ状テ−プ生地、２０は後身頃１２の後身側中央上辺部に縫着して設けたラッパ状テ−プ生地である。

２３は伸縮性生地で、カップ部２、２並びに脇部及び後身頃用生地１０の夫々の下方端縁に縫着２４して設けてあり、また同生地２３の素材としては、例えばポリウレタン系弾性糸条等を適宜編み込んだ綿メリヤス生地等で形成すると共に、環状で且つ二重に折り曲げた状態で伸縮性生地２３を縫着２４するようにしてあり、２７、２７は夫々肩紐である。

３０はカップ部２に設けたダ−ツ部、３２はカップ部２、２を前身側中央部で互いに接続、縫着した接続縫着部であり、３３はカップ部２と脇部及び後身頃用生地１０を接続、縫着した接続縫着部である。

尚、前記カップ部２は、綿メリヤス生地等により夫々形成した表、裏生地３、４から構成され、且つ同生地３、４間には合成繊維の仮撚り加工糸又は合成繊維で形成した不織布または積層綿等による不織布５が挟設されている。

また前記肩紐２７は、ラッパ状テ−プ生地２８で形成され、且つ同ラッパ状テ−プ生地２８は、カップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５並びに脇部及び後身頃用生地１０（後身頃１２）の脇部側上辺部３６に夫々縫着３７されている。尚、後身頃１２において肩紐２７が接合される接合部、即ち後身頃１２の上辺部に三角形状の頂部６３を形成してあり、またカップ部２において肩紐２７が接合される接合部、即ちカップ部２の上辺部には、三角形状の頂部６２を形成するようにしてある。

尚、前記肩紐２７、即ちラッパ状テ−プ生地２８を図３の如く凹状に形成されたカップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５並びに脇部及び後身頃用生地１０の脇部側上辺部３６に夫々縫着３７するにあたり、予め伸縮性の極めて優れたレース生地等による所要長さの細幅テ−プ生地５０を別途に準備しておき、図３の如くカップ部２及び後身頃１２の夫々の上辺部における頂部６２、６３の部位のみに前記細幅テ−プ生地５０の両端部５１、５２を夫々点状に縫着しておく。

次いで前記ラッパ状テ−プ生地２８を脇部及び後身頃用生地１０の凹状の脇部側上辺部３６に縫着３７するのである、即ち接続縫着部３３の上端部３９の位置から後身頃１２の前記三角形状の頂部６３に至る脇部側上辺部３６について、ラッパ状テ−プ生地２８を縫着３７する。

次いで上記の如く、三角形状の頂部６３からカップ部２側の三角形状の頂部６２の２点において、細幅テ−プ生地５０の両端部が点状に縫着されており、これら三角形状の頂部６３からカップ部２側の三角形状の頂部６２の部位においては、肩紐２７を形成するために図５の如く、半折り状のラッパ状テ−プ生地２８内に細幅テ−プ生地５０を挟み込み、内蔵しながら同テ−プ生地２８と細幅テ−プ生地５０を縫着３７し、同テープ生地５０を内蔵した状態で肩紐２７が形成される。

更にその後、上記ラッパ状テ−プ生地２８のみをカップ部２側における三角形状の上辺頂部６２の部位からカップ部２の脇部側上縁部３５に沿って縫着３７する、即ちカップ部２における三角形状の上辺頂部６２の部位から接続縫着部３３の上端部３９に至る上辺全体について同テ−プ生地２８を縫着３７するもので、このようにしてラッパ状テ−プ生地２７が一周して輪状に縫着３７され、肩紐２７が形成される。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述の如く、カップ部２、２、脇部１１、１１と後身頃１２からなる後身頃用生地１０、及び肩紐２７、２７で形成したブラジャーにおいて、肩紐２７は伸縮性細幅テープ生地５０が挿入されたラッパ状テープ生地２８により構成され、後身頃１２には左右上縁部にそれぞれ三角形状の頂部６３、６３が形成されており、カップ部２の上辺頂部６２と、該上辺頂部６２と同側にある後身頃１２の三角形状の頂部６３の間に縫着された伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０によって、カップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５と後身頃用生地１０の脇部側上辺部３６と伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０、とが輪形状に構成され、さらに該カップ部２の脇部側上辺部３５と後身頃用生地１０の脇部側上辺部３６とを半折り状のラッパ状テープ生地２８の内側に挟み込むとともに、伸縮性細幅テ−プ生地５０を内包するように上記輪形状に沿ってラッパ状テープ生地を一周して縫着することにより、上記肩紐２７を構成するラッパ状テープ生地が輪状に形成されるように構成したことにより、肩紐２７に良好な伸縮性が付与され、これによって着用時に肩紐２７が、肩部からズリ落ちたりすることがなく、またカップ部２がズレたり、或いは肩紐２７によってカップ部２が上方へ引っ張り上げられる恐れがなく、更に乳房を確実にサポ−トでき、肌に密着したブラジャーが得られる。さらにラッパ状テ−プ生地２８内に伸縮性の優れた細幅テープ生地５０を内蔵して縫着させ肩紐２７を構成することにより、肩紐２７による肩部への押圧感がなくなり、且つ肩部への喰い込みがなくなるなど着用感並びに品質の優れたブラジャーが得られる。
