【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記トリガー式液体噴出器は、トリガー下部の後方引寄せと解放とによる、プランジャの後退と前進とでシリンダ内および射出筒内を高圧化させて、シリンダ内液体を射出筒前端に嵌合させたノズル筒から噴出すると共に、そのシリンダ内を負圧化させて装着筒を嵌合させた容器体内液体を、インテーク下端から垂設した吸上げパイプを介してシリンダ内へ吸上げ可能としている。

該噴出器は、従来容器体に装着された状態で販売され、容器体内液体が無くなったとき容器体と共に廃棄されていたが、近時は容器体内液体が無くなると、再度液体を容器体内へ補充する等して噴出器を再使用することが多い。該噴出器は合成樹脂製の複数部材を組付けて形成しているから、上記のような再使用によりトリガーの操作回数が増えると既述インテークに対してボディ本体が浮上がって液洩れその他種々の欠点を来すことが判明した。

その原因は恐らく、ボディ本体とインテークとが共に弾性を有する合成樹脂製であって、かつ送液管と縦筒とがそれ等の機能上小径となるに対して、トリガー引寄せによるプランジャ後退時における、上記縦筒および送液管の各上部を射出筒が前方へ引く力が大であるために、それ等送液管および縦筒が前方へ僅かに弯曲し、又トリガー解放時に弾性復元することの反復により、送液管に対して縦筒が目測できない程度に僅かづつ引上げられることによるものと考えられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、1はトリガー式液体噴出器の全体を示す。該噴出器は従来と同様ボディ本体2と、プランジャ11と、トリガー21と、インテーク31と、装着筒51とを主要部材とする。本発明特徴はインテーク31とボディ本体2との連結方法にあり、その他部分は従来と同様であるから、まず公知部分について簡単に説明する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、請求項1のように形成すると連結杵62、62が補強することでトリガー引寄せ時における送液管34および縦筒3の弯曲を防止することが出来、よってインテーク31に対するボディ本体の浮上がりを防止できる。又連結杵62、62の形成は、従来の位置合わせ用突子を長く上方へ延長させるだけでよいから簡易に行うことが出来る。
