Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mixed liquid ejection container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-198975, two aerosol cans filled with different liquids are juxtaposed side by side and connected integrally with a connecting member, and a liquid jet standing up through each aerosol can top wall 2. Description of the Related Art A mixed liquid ejection container is known in which a leg cylinder suspended from the lower surfaces of both left and right parts is fitted to an upper part of a working stem, and a pressing head with a nozzle is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The stem is pushed down against the bias by pushing down the pushing head, and then the liquid in the aerosol can passes through the stem and the pushing head, and the liquid mixture is ejected from the nozzle. In order to move vertically up and down stably, a guide cylinder is formed from the outer periphery of the upper wall of the connecting member having a mounting cylinder that is suspended from the lower surfaces of both left and right upper walls through which the stem is inserted and fitted to the upper part of each aerosol can. It is preferable that the push head is moved up and down within the guide tube.
[0004]
In particular, in such a case, when water droplets adhere to the upper surface of the pressing head, etc., the water droplets travel along the outer surface of the pressing head and enter the guide tube, and easily collect in the upper portion of the connecting member. It is possible.
[0005]
The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means, the single containers 1 and 1 that erect upwardly from the single container body 1a to stand the liquid ejection stem 7 are juxtaposed, and different liquids are stored in the single container bodies 1a . In addition, a pair of left and right single containers, and fitting cylinders 14 suspended from the left and right portions of the upper wall 13 through which the stems 7 and 7 are penetrated, to the outer surfaces of the upper ends of the single containers 1 , 14 is fitted, and the connecting member 11 that integrally binds the two single containers is fitted to the upper outer surface of the stems 7 and 7, and the leg cylinders 33 and 33 that are suspended from the lower surfaces of the left and right parts are fitted. In the mixed liquid jetting container comprising a push-down head 31 projecting forward from the front surface of the nozzle 32 from the front surface, the upper surface of the connecting member upper wall 13 is attached to the upper surface of the upper wall 13 as an inclined surface 19 for drainage. The formed water droplets can be discharged.
[0007]
As a second means, the head guide cylinder 18 was erected from the outer periphery of the upper wall 13 of the connecting member so as to surround the outer periphery of the pressing head.
[0008]
As a third means, a small diameter guide cylinder formed by the upper part of the mounting cylinder 2 having the first or second means and the single container as a vertical pump type container fitted to the outer surface of the single container body mouth neck. The upper portion of the guide tube portion 4 is inserted into the through-holes 12 and 12 formed in the upper wall portion surrounded by the fitting tube 14 so that the upper surface of the upper wall 13 is inclined. 19 all or a part of, a tapered surface which falls into the upper end peripheral edge of the two holes 12, also was positioned above the RyoToruana 12 upper end the guide tube portion 4 upper surface.
[0009]
As a fourth means, a small diameter formed by the upper part of the mounting cylinder 2 having the first, second, or third means and fitting the single container as a vertical pump-type container to the outer surface of the container body neck. The guide tube portion 4 is erected upward through the stem 7 and the upper portion of the guide tube portion 4 is inserted into the through holes 12 and 12 formed in the upper wall portion surrounded by the mounting tubes 2 and 2. Stand up to the upper part of the through- hole 12, and drill a drain hole 20 in the upper wall part between the two through-holes 12 so that all or part of the inclined surface 19 on the upper surface of the upper wall 13 The inclined surface 19 has a high top peripheral edge at 12 and 12 and a low top peripheral edge of the drain hole 20.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a single container in which the stem is erected upward from the container body. In the illustrated example, a known vertical pump type container is used, but an aerosol type container may be used. The illustrated example will be briefly described. Reference numeral 2 denotes a mounting cylinder in which the lower part is screwed to the outer surface of the container body neck portion 3, and the upper end portion of the mounting cylinder is a small diameter guide cylinder portion 4. A cylinder 5 is suspended from the inside of the container. From the inside of the cylinder, a stem 7 having a cylindrical piston 6 on the lower outer surface is urged upward and is inserted into the guide cylinder portion 4 to stand.
[0011]
The single containers 1 are arranged side by side as a pair, and the single container bodies 1a and 1a are filled with different kinds of liquids.
[0012]
Both the single containers are integrally bound by the connecting member 11. The connecting member is fitted to the upper outer surface of the single container 1, 1 from the lower surfaces of the left and right parts of the upper wall 13 having the through holes 12, 12 into which the upper end of the guide cylinder part 4 is inserted. The fitting cylinders 14 and 14 are suspended. The upper end of the guide tube portion 4 stands up to above the through hole 12. In the illustrated example, a plurality of ribs 15 are provided vertically on the inner surface of the fitting cylinder, and the inner surfaces of these ribs are brought into pressure contact with the outer surface of the medium diameter portion 2a provided in the middle portion of the mounting cylinder. Further, the peripheral wall 16 is suspended from the outer periphery of the upper wall so as to share a part with the fitting cylinder, and the skirt-shaped cylinder 17 is suspended from the lower end of the peripheral wall via the outwardly extending wall portion. The lower end of the tube is integrally fitted to the outer surface of the upper end of both the single container bodies provided in contact with the body. Further, a guide cylinder 18 is erected from the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface of the upper wall 13 so as to surround the pressing head at the top. As described above, the connecting member integrally binds both the single containers to form a pair of left and right containers.
[0013]
A pressing head 31 with a nozzle 32 hangs leg tubes 33 and 33 from both left and right parts, and these leg tubes are fitted to the upper outer surfaces of the stems 7 and 7 described above. Further, the nozzle 32 projects forward from the front surface in the middle in the left-right direction, and the liquid that has entered the push-down head through the aforementioned stem can be ejected through the nozzle 32.
[0014]
41 is a cover cylinder, and the lower part of the peripheral wall 43 depending from the outer periphery of the top part 42 is detachably fitted to the outer surface of the peripheral wall 16 of the connecting member 11 described above, but may be provided if necessary.
[0015]
A hook 51 is fitted to the lower end portion of the above-described double container so as to bind both lower ends of the single containers. The hook may be provided if necessary.
[0016]
In the present invention, the inclined surface 19 for drainage is formed on the upper surface of the connecting member upper wall 13 in the configuration described above. The inclined surface may be anything as long as drainage is possible. When the push-down head guide cylinder 18 is not provided, it may flow down from the outer periphery of the upper wall 13, and as shown in the figure, the single container is a vertical pump type and the upper part of the guide cylinder portion 4 of the mounting cylinder is located on the left and right sides of the upper wall When inserted through the through-holes 12 and 12, the whole or part of the inclined surface may be formed in a tapered surface that descends to the upper edge of the through-hole 12 as shown in FIG. On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 5, a drain hole 20 is formed in the upper wall portion between the two through holes 12, 12 so that all or a part of the inclined surface is raised at the upper peripheral edge of both insertion holes. And it is good also as an inclined surface where the upper-end peripheral part of a drain hole is low. The right half of FIG. 3 shows an example in which a drain groove 21 is provided vertically on the inner surface of the insertion hole when the upper end edge of the insertion hole is lower than the peripheral portion.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the double containers are integrally bound by fitting the fitting cylinders 14 and 14, which are originally suspended from the left and right parts of the upper wall, to the outer surfaces of the upper ends of the single container. Water drops etc. are likely to adhere to the upper surface of the upper wall of the connecting member 11, and the adhering water is difficult to fall off. However, in the present invention, the upper surface of the upper wall is an inclined surface for drainage, so that the adhering water is automatically removed. I can do it.
[0018]
When the pressing head guide tube 18 is erected from the outer peripheral portion of the upper wall as in the second means , the guide tube becomes a waterproof wall to prevent water from adhering to the upper wall, and the guide tube Even if water enters, if there is an inclined surface for drainage as described above, the drainage is easy.
[0019]
By forming it like the third means, the through holes 12, 12 for inserting the guide tube portion 4 can be used as drain holes.
