Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support member for attaching a drilling blade to a drilling device using a holder.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are various structures in a punching device for punching a plurality of holes in a sheet. In general, there are many holder-type structures in which a drilling blade for drilling holes is not directly attached to a drilling device, but is attached to a support member or the like in the drilling device via an attachment member or the like. Normally, this holder is configured so that the drilling blade does not easily separate in consideration of operational safety.
[0003]
For example, in the office punch disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-183400, etc., the mounting member is composed of an L-shaped bracket, and a drilling blade is provided on the bottom surface of the L-shaped bracket, and the front surface of the L-shaped bracket. The mounting member is assembled to the support member. In this device, there is a trouble of screwing the L-shaped metal fitting with a screw. However, when the replacement frequency of the drilling blade is low, the stability is high and suitable.
For this reason, for example, in the drilling device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-157996, the drilling blade is similarly held by a tip-shaped L-shaped metal fitting and fixed to the lot holder so that it cannot be easily detached with a mounting screw. ing.
In addition, the invention disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-183400 and the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-157996 are both filed by the same applicant as the present invention. Conjugated to the present invention.
[0004]
On the other hand, there are a drilling blade holder and a support member of a drilling device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153 as a method for attaching a drilling blade to a drilling device more quickly than a connection using a screw. In this invention, the holder includes a drilling blade, an attachment member, and a two-position switching member. The mounting member holds the drilling blade and includes the two-position switching member, and is attached to the drilling device via the two-position switching member. Yes. By configuring in this way, the present invention does not impair the stability of the operation, but compared with the conventional technique, the drilling blade is more quickly used with respect to the support member of the drilling device by using the holder. Are installed.
[0005]
Specifically, in the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, the holder 100 is attached to the support member 150 through the following steps as shown in FIGS.
(Non-Assembly and Non-engagement Stage): The holder 100 and the support member 150 are in separate positions (see FIG. 11).
(Assembly and disengagement stage): The holder 100 and the support member 150 are assembled to each other (see FIG. 12), but the holder 100 is in a disengaged state (see FIG. 13). (Assembly and engagement stage): The holder 100 and the support member 150 are assembled to each other, and the holder 100 changes from the non-engaged state to the engaged state (see FIG. 14).
As described above, the operation of changing the holder 100 from the non-assembled position to the assembled position and the operation of changing the holder 100 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state are distinguished in two stages, thereby improving the stability of the drilling device. In addition, it is possible to replace the drilling blade 20 quickly.
[0006]
In the invention disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-183400, the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-157996, and the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, each of the punching blades 20 is preferably used. Is a pipe lot blade, and punch waste generated at the time of drilling is continuously pushed into the inside 20a of the pipe lot blade 20 to escape into the groove portion 19 of the upper support member 150, and further, a dust container ( (Not shown).
However, in the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, unlike the prior art, the support member 150 has a groove portion 155 for positioning the punching blade 20 and a groove portion 156 for allowing paper waste to escape above the groove portion 155. (Refer to FIG. 11), when the pipette blade 20 is attached to and detached from the support member 150, further contrivances are made so that punch scraps are not caught with the support member 150.
The invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153 has been filed by the same applicant as the present invention, and the contents thereof are incorporated into the present invention for reference.
[0007]
When the punch scraps perforated in this way are collected into the support member 150 through the inside 20a of the pipe lot blade 20, an opening 19a communicating with the inside 20a of the pipe lot blade 20 is formed below the groove portion 19 of the support member 150. There is a need to. However, in this structure, when the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150, the opening 19a no longer communicates with the interior 20a of the pipette blade 20, and punch scraps remaining in the interior 19 of the support member 150 are lowered downward from the opening 19a. There was a case of falling. This in itself does not cause any trouble in the function of the drilling device, so it is usually not a big problem.
However, in particular, as in the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150 when the replacement operation of the drilling blade 20 is further facilitated as compared with the prior art. Is expected to occur more frequently. In this case, every time the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150, there is a concern that the punch scraps remaining in the support member 150 are partly scattered to scatter the work environment. Therefore, as in the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, when enabling quick replacement of the drilling blade 20, when the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150, it remains in the support member 150. It is desirable to prevent falling punch scraps.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a support member for attaching a punching blade to a drilling device, provided with punch scrap fall prevention means for preventing punch scrap remaining inside from falling. It is intended to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a drilling device according to the first aspect of the present invention. 200 It can be moved up and down and the punch scraps generated during drilling are inside. 20a Drilling blade to escape from 20 Holder to support 100 Removably attach the drilling blade 20 Support member that moves up and down to perform drilling operation 150 And the groove part which collects punch scraps inside 19 And the groove portion 19 To the drilling blade 20 Inside 20a Opening communicating with 19a Further, The opening 19a is shielded when the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150. Punch scrap fall prevention means 160 It is characterized by providing.
In this configuration, punch scraps are collected from the hollow part of the punching blade into the groove part of the support member at the time of drilling, and further, punch scraps remaining in the groove part of the support member are dropped from the opening part to the outside when the holder is removed from the support member. To keep the working environment in a suitable state.
[0010]
The supporting member for mounting the punching blade to the punching device provided with the punch scrap fall prevention means according to the present invention is basically configured as described above. Preferably, the punch scrap fall prevention means has elasticity. When the holder is attached, the opening is communicated with the inside of the drilling blade, and when the holder is removed, the opening is quickly shielded by this elasticity, and punch scraps remaining in the groove of the support member are removed from the opening to the outside. Prevent falling. Specifically, the punch scrap fall prevention means includes a leaf spring having elasticity, and is configured to be able to swing freely with one end portion of the leaf spring being fixed and the other end portion acting as an action portion. Then, the operating portion is moved by attaching the holder to open the opening, and when the holder is removed from the support member, the operating portion is automatically moved from the retracted position to the operating position that shields the opening by the elasticity of the leaf spring. Let However, the punch scrap fall prevention means may include an elastic member other than the leaf spring as a constituent element. For example, the action portion is configured to be slidable back and forth between the action position and the retracted position by a spiral spring. Then, the operating portion is slid rearward by the attaching operation of the holder to open the opening, and when the holder is removed from the support member, the operating portion is moved forward from the retracted position to the operating position where the opening is shielded by the elasticity of the spring. Automatically slide.
Preferably, the support member according to the present invention has the function disclosed in the invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, and acts in a pair with the drill blade holder of the drilling device disclosed in the present invention. To do. However, the support member according to the present invention may be configured to act in a pair with a drilling blade holder of another drilling device. For example, it is optional to attach the punch scrap fall prevention means according to the present invention to the support member to which the holder is attached using a screw.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, it demonstrates using the figure which attached the support member which attaches a punching blade to the drilling apparatus provided with the punch scrap fall prevention means which concerns on embodiment of this invention.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a view showing a drilling device 200 for mounting a support member 150 in which a holder 100 for supporting a drilling blade 20 is assembled in an engaged state. As shown in the figure, the drilling device 200 supports the arm (operation unit) 12 on the operation table 11 above the base 10 in a rotatable manner, and uses the link device to link the arm 12 and the support member 150 together. It is configured to move. That is, the connecting rod 201 is used to connect the one end 202 to the end of the arm 12 by a pair and to connect the other end 203 to the support member 150 by a pair. Therefore, by rotating the arm 12, the rotational movement of the arm 12 can be converted into the vertical movement of the support member 150. However, the spring 204 is used to fix the one end 205 to the operation table 11 and attach the other end 206 to the support member 150. Therefore, the support member 150 is biased by the spring 204 and is acted to return to the original position when moving up and down.
With this configuration, by rotating the arm 12 by manual input, the punching blade 20 and the plate 27 are lowered together with the support member 150 and are aligned by the gauge 30 on the base 10 (not shown). ) And press the hole through the paper. Then, the perforation blade 20 presses the lot guard 26 installed on the base 10 and stops at a slightly indented position. This creates a hole in the paper. At this time, punch scraps (not shown) generated during drilling are pushed into the interior 20a of the drilling blade 20 and collected upward. The punch scraps that have escaped from the inside 20a of the punching blade 20 to the groove 19 (see FIG. 13) inside the support member 15 are collected in a garbage container (not shown) provided in the punching device 200.
The drilling device 200 shown in FIG. 1 is only one specific example using the support member 150 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, for example, a cam groove is formed above the support member 150. The pivoting motion of the arm may be converted into the vertical motion of the support member 150. Further, the rotational movement of the arm may be converted into the vertical movement of the support member 150 by a method other than the cam groove and the link device. Further, the punching device 200 may be configured to include two or more support members 150.
[0013]
Support member
As described in the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, the holder 100 supporting the drilling blade 20 is mounted in the drilling device 200 in the holder form without directly attaching the drilling blade 20 to the drilling device 200. It is detachably attached to the support member 150 to be attached. Therefore, since the holder 100 and the support member 150 are separate bodies, the drilling blade 20 can be appropriately replaced by removing the holder 100 from the support member 150.
Hereinafter, in this specification, the term “support member” is attached in a drilling device so as to be movable up and down, a holder for supporting the drilling blade is detachably mounted, and the drilling blade is moved up and down to perform a drilling operation. Broadly defined as a member to be performed.
The term “holder” is broadly defined as a member that detachably supports the drilling blade and is detachably attached to the support member. The shape of the holder is arbitrary, and the holder may be attached to the support member by a two-position switching member described later, or may be attached to the support member by screws.
Furthermore, the term “drilling blade” is broadly defined as a blade having a substantially cylindrical main body, which continuously pushes punch scraps generated by the drilling operation into the interior and releases them in the axial direction to collect the punch scraps outside. Define.
The term “drilling device” is broadly defined as a device for performing a drilling operation, including an arbitrary mechanism (means) for attaching and supporting a support member and moving the support member up and down manually or by electric input.
[0014]
As described above, in the embodiment according to the present invention, the support member 150 removably attaches the holder 100, but details of this attachment structure are not specified. That is, when the frequency of exchanging the perforating blade 20 is low, for example, the invention disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-183400 and the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-157996 are incorporated in the present invention. As such, the holder 100 may be attached to the support member 150 using screws. On the other hand, when it is desirable to replace the drilling blade 20 more easily, for example, the holder 100 and the support member 150 are configured as in the invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153 conjugated to the present invention. May be.
[0015]
Hereinafter, in order to facilitate understanding, the support member 150 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention has the characteristics of the support member 150 disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-242153, and is also the same as the Japanese Patent Application 2001. Description will be made assuming that the drilling blade holder 100 disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 242153 is detachably attached.
That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the supporting member 150 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a main body formed in a substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIGS. 153 and a locking portion 154 provided inside the groove 157, and the holder 100 that supports the drilling blade 20 shown in FIG. 1 is detachably attached to the locking portions 152, 153, and 154.
Then, similarly to the conventional technique shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the holder 100 is attached to the support member 150 at a fixed position through the following steps.
(0: non-assembly and non-engagement stage): As shown in FIG. 6, the holder 100 and the support member 150 are in separate positions. At this time, the drilling blade 20 is supported using the mounting member 120, and the two-position switching member 90 is supported from the hook-shaped portion 110, the elastic compression member 130, and the operation portion 140.
(1; assembly and non-engagement stage): Next, as shown in FIG. 7, engagement portions 123 and 124 provided on the attachment member 120 and engagement portions 152 and 153 provided on the support member 150 are provided. The holder 100 is positioned at a fixed position in the support member 150 by engaging each pair. At this time, the holder 100 and the support member 150 are assembled to each other. However, in this state, the holder 100 can be arbitrarily detached from the support member 150, and thus the holder 100 is in a disengaged state.
(2; assembly and engagement stage): Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the operation portion 140 is rotated to press the elastic compression member 130, and the hook-like portion 110 integrated with the operation portion 140 is formed in the groove 157. (See FIG. 14). At this time, the hook-shaped portion 110 rotates in the groove 157 until it abuts against the stop surface 159 (see FIG. 11) of the groove portion 154, and the tapered surface 111 (see FIG. 13) of the end portion is rotated to the groove portion 154 of the support member 150. Mesh with. The engagement between the tapered surface 111 and the groove 154 cannot be easily removed unless the operation unit 140 is moved in the opposite direction. Therefore, the holder 100 is changed from the non-engaged state to the engaged state by assembling the holder 100 and the support member 150 and rotating the two-position switching member 90.
6 and 7 correspond to cross-sectional views taken along lines VI-VI and VII-VII in FIGS. 11 and 12, respectively. Further, in this specification, the term “assembly position” refers to a position where the holder 100 and the support member 150 which are separate bodies are assembled in a detachable state, and the term “engagement state” is a holder which is a separate body. 100 and the support member 150 are assembled to each other and engaged so that they are not easily separated from each other. The term “two-position switching member” is defined as a member that changes the position of the holder at the assembly position from the non-engaged state to the engaged state by switching the two positions of the two-position switching member 90.
[0016]
Punch scrap fall prevention means
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, punch scraps generated at the time of drilling are released from the inside 20 a of the drilling blade 20 to the groove portion 19 inside the support member 150. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, an opening 19 a communicating with the inside 20 a of the drilling blade 20 is formed below the groove 19, punch scraps are released through the opening 19 a, and the groove 19 An opening 19b is formed on the side of the punching hole, and punch scraps that have escaped into the groove 19 are further collected in a garbage container (not shown) provided in the drilling device 200.
However, in this structure, when the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150, the opening 19a no longer communicates with the interior 20a of the drilling blade 20, and punch scraps remaining in the interior 19 of the support member 150 fall downward from the opening 19a. There was a case. This in itself does not cause any trouble in the function of the drilling device, however, it was not preferable to clutter the working environment. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the support member 150 is provided with punch scrap fall prevention means 160 that shields the opening 19 a, and after the drilling operation, the inside 20 a and the opening of the drilling blade 20 are opened. When the communication with the portion 19a is lost, as shown in FIG. 9, the punch scraps remaining in the groove portion 19 are prevented from falling downward from the opening portion 19a.
In this specification, the term “shielding” is defined as a state that covers at least a part of the opening 19a of the groove 19 and inhibits the flow of punch scraps. At this time, it is not necessary to cover the entire area of the opening 19a, and it is not necessary to cover the opening 19a in close contact.
[0017]
Preferably, however, the punch scrap fall prevention means 160 has elasticity, and when the holder 100 is attached (see FIG. 8), the opening 19a communicates with the inside 20a of the drilling blade 20 and the holder 100 is removed (see FIG. 8). 9), the opening 19a is quickly shielded by the elasticity.
In this specification, the term "elasticity" is moved to a retracted position where a force is applied to a rigid body (elastic body) that shields the opening 19a of the groove portion 19 and is not shielded. It is defined as a characteristic that attempts to return to the original position.
[0018]
Hereinafter, the structure of the punch scrap fall prevention means 160 will be specifically described.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the punch scrap fall prevention means 160 has an elastic body 161 that shields the opening 19a of the groove portion 19 through which punch scrap is released, and the elastic body 161 is shielded (see FIG. 6). 9) and a working space (groove portion) 169 that moves between the retracted position (see FIGS. 7 and 8) for opening the opening 19a.
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, when forming the groove portion 19 that allows punch scraps to escape inside the support member 150, the groove portion 169 is formed adjacent to the groove portion 169. Although the specific size and position of the groove 169 are arbitrary, it is preferably provided on the side (rear side) opposite to the side on which the holder is mounted (front side). And the elastic body 161 is accommodated in this and the adjacent opening part 19a is shielded. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 10A, the elastic body 161 has an elongated main body, and an attachment portion 163 is provided at one end portion 162 of the elastic body 161 and fixed above the groove portion 169 using screws. The other end 164 is extended from the groove 169 to shield the opening 19a of the adjacent groove 19. At this time, by reducing the width and thickness of the main body of the elastic body 161, when a load is applied to the end 164, as shown in FIG. 7, from the position where the opening 19a is shielded as shown in FIG. It is configured to be able to move quickly to the retreat position where the opening 19a is opened. Preferably, the elastic body 161 is a leaf spring.
[0019]
Here, the shielding means of the opening 19a at the end 164 of the leaf spring 161 will be specifically described.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper end 162 of the main body is fixed, and the lower end 164 shields the opening 19 a of the groove 19 of the support member 150. However, since the opening 19a is positioned above the end 164 extending downward as shown in FIG. 6, in order to shield the opening 19a, as shown in FIG. The opening 19a is shielded from the bent portion (first bent portion) 165 by bending upward. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the leaf spring 161 needs to be in contact with the separate holder 100 at the end 164 and pushed from the operating position to the retracted position. At this time, the holder 100 abuts on the leaf spring 161 at the end of the mounting member 120, but this position is located below the opening 19 a. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 10A, the end portion 164 is bent again downward, and the end portion of the holder 100 inserted from the bent portion (second bent portion) 166 below the opening 19a. Abut. In the illustrated embodiment, the width of the main body of the leaf spring 161 is enlarged by the first bent portion 165 to enhance the function of shielding the opening 19a. However, the end of the opening 19a is blocked. The shape of the part 164 is arbitrary, and may be formed in a substantially circular shape along the outer periphery of the opening 19a, or may be formed in a polygonal shape as shown in FIG. However, in any case, a function of preventing punch scraps from flowing through the opening 19a is provided.
[0020]
The leaf spring 161 described above integrally forms the means 164 for shielding the opening 19a with the main body. However, in another embodiment according to the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. In addition, a separate action part 167 may be attached to the end of the leaf spring 161. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 10B, the action portion 167 is not bent, but by increasing the thickness, means for blocking the opening 19a and means for contacting the holder 100 are provided simultaneously. To do.
[0021]
By configuring the leaf spring 161 as described above, as shown in FIG. 7, when a force is applied to the end 164, the end 164 is shielded from the position where the one end 162 is shielded from the opening 19a. Warps backward. However, the leaf spring 161 has elasticity, and does not cause plastic deformation of the main body 161 when the main body 161 is warped backward. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, when the end portion 164 of the leaf spring is pushed in and the main body 161 is warped backward, elastic energy is stored in the main body 161, and further, as shown in FIG. When the force applied to the end portion 164 is removed, the leaf spring 161 releases the stored elastic energy and quickly moves to a position where the original opening 19a is shielded.
[0022]
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, a groove 169 is formed in the support member 150 so as to be inclined, and as shown in FIG. 161 is positioned. By forming the inclined surface 168 in this manner and positioning the leaf spring 161 on the inclined surface 168, the end that swings in both the working position that shields the opening 19a and the retracted position that opens the opening 19a. The portion 164 is not projected to the outside of the support member 150, so that the drilling device 200 can be configured compactly. However, the inclination angle of the inclined surface 168 is arbitrary, and the claims of the present invention are not restricted by this specific angle. Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the back side of the support member 150 that forms the groove 169 is opened, but a lid (not shown) is attached to this part, and the support member The punch scrap fall prevention means 160 provided at 150 may be configured not to be exposed to the external environment.
[0023]
The punch scrap fall prevention means 160 according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, and the non-assembly and non-engagement stage (stage 0) in which the holder 100 and the support member 150 are in separate positions. Then, the holder 100 and the support member 150 are moved to the retracted position at the assembly stage (stages 1 and 2) where the holder 100 and the support member 150 are assembled to each other. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, punch scraps are collected from the hollow portion 20a of the punching blade 20 to the groove portion 19 of the support member 150 during drilling, and the plate is removed when the holder 100 is removed from the support member 150 as shown in FIG. The opening 161a is shielded quickly (automatically) by the elasticity of the spring 161, and punch scraps remaining in the groove 19 of the support member 150 are held without being scattered from the opening 19a to the outside. It becomes possible to maintain a suitable state.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is a support member for attaching a punching blade to a drilling device having punch scrap fall prevention means configured as described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, punch scraps are removed during drilling. It is recovered from the hollow part of the drilling blade to the groove part of the support member, and further, the punch scrap remaining in the groove part of the support member is prevented from falling outside from the opening part when removing the holder from the support member, and the working environment is suitable. It is possible to maintain a stable state.
