Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bag-bound product bundling package and a packaging method for breads in which an opening of a packaging bag containing breads is bundled with a bundling tool so that it can be repeatedly opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When packaging bread such as bread and bread, a package is used in which the opening side of the packaging bag is bundled and bound by various binding tools so that the opening of the packaging bag can be repeatedly opened and closed. However, simply bundling the opening side with a bundling tool does not completely block the bundling portion between the inside and outside of the packaging bag, resulting in a gap, leading to production and sales. There is a risk that foreign matter may enter the bag during the product distribution process. Then, as a packaging structure for preventing this foreign substance intrusion, the thing of patent 3032163 gazette is proposed, for example. In the packaging structure according to this proposal, a belt-like seal portion that substantially blocks the inside and the outside of the packaging bag is partially welded to the opening side of the packaging bag by a plurality of dot-like heat welding portions, By attaching and binding a binding tool corresponding to the seal position, the above problem can be solved.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above-described conventional technique, since it is necessary to match the sealing position with the binding position by the binding tool, it is not easy to perform reliable positioning when performing automatic packaging. Further, the belt-like seal portion is set to be easily opened by forming a plurality of dot-like heat weld portions. For this reason, depending on the form of the binding tool, when the binding tool is mounted at the sealing position, a strong force is applied to the belt-shaped seal portion, making it difficult to mount the binding tool, and in the worst case, the binding tool may be peeled off. Further, in the conventional technology, the belt-like seal portion is only partially welded by the dot-like heat weld portion, and is not sealed, so that it is insufficient to prevent foreign matter from entering the bag. Furthermore, in this prior art packaging structure, the belt-like seal portion is applied to the entire width while maintaining the form of the packaging bag (flat bag shape), so that the opening side is attached by attaching a binding tool to the seal portion. When bundled, the width of the bag ear portion that extends substantially fan-shaped from the bundling position to the opening side widens with respect to the width of the bag body portion, and there is a problem that the appearance is impaired.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the above-mentioned problems inherent in the above-described conventional technology, the present invention has been proposed to suitably solve this problem, and can reliably prevent the entry of foreign matter into the bag and can be used for binding. In addition to being able to suppress stripping of the band-shaped seal part, an object is to provide a bundled bundling product bundling package and packaging method capable of packaging with improved appearance after packaging and increased product value To do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose suitably, the bread-packed product bundling package according to the present invention comprises:
Gusset folding portions are respectively formed on a pair of side surfaces facing the bag extending portion extending from the article accommodating edge of the packaging bag containing breads toward the opening side,
At least in the state where the air in the bag extension portion is substantially deaerated, a belt-like seal portion that is an easy-to-open heat seal for sealing the packaging bag is formed in the bag extension portion near the opening edge of the packaging bag. After
It is a position excluding the formation position of the belt-like seal portion in the bag extending portion, and a binding tool is detachably mounted and bound between the belt- like seal portion and the article accommodating edge. And
[0006]
Moreover, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem and to achieve the intended purpose suitably, the bag-bound product bundling method for bread according to another invention of the present application is:
A method of binding the opening side of a packaging bag containing bread,
In the bag extension portion extending from the article storage edge of the packaging bag containing the breads toward the opening side, a gusset folding portion is formed on each of a pair of opposing side surfaces by the gusset folding means, At least the air in the bag extension portion is in a substantially deaerated state, and an easy-to-open belt-like seal portion for sealing the packaging bag is formed on the bag extension portion near the opening edge of the packaging bag by the heat sealing means. after forming,
It is a position excluding the formation position of the belt-like seal portion in the bag extending portion, and is bound by detachably attaching a binding tool between the belt- like seal portion and the article accommodating edge. To do.
In addition, as a binding tool used for this invention, the plate-shaped thing etc. which provided the slit for a tape, a string, a rubber band, a synthetic resin, etc. are mentioned, for example.
[0007]
Sealed by a band-shaped seal part formed on the bag extending part extending from the article storage edge of the packaging bag to the opening side (i.e., the sealing force is weakened for easy opening, but for example in the form of dots Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent foreign matter from entering the bag through the opening. In addition, since the binding tool is attached to the bag extending portion other than the position where the belt-like seal portion is formed, it is easy to attach, and the belt-like seal portion is prevented from being peeled during the attachment. Furthermore, since the gusset folding part is formed in the bag extension part, the width of the bag ear part extending in a fan shape from the binding position to the opening side in the state where the extension part is bundled by the binding tool is It does not become too large for the bag body, and the appearance after packaging is not impaired. Furthermore, the band-shaped seal portion is formed in a state where the air in the bag extending portion is substantially degassed, thereby providing a package body that eliminates the swell of the packaging bag with respect to the stored breads, and thereby, It is possible to omit useless space occupied by products in the product distribution process. Further, when the air pressure in the packaging bag is increased by the external pressure or the like on the packaging bag in the product distribution process, the risk that the strip-shaped seal portion peels can be minimized.
[0008]
Further, the present invention is such that the band-shaped seal portion is formed closer to the opening edge portion of the packaging bag, whereby the unsealed portion extending from the seal portion to the opening edge portion can be set short, The risk of foreign matter entering the unsealed portion during the product distribution process is minimized. Furthermore, in the present invention, when bread is packaged, a bag with a gusset on the bottom side that becomes the square bottom is used as a packaging bag so that the bread can be accommodated in the bag. The wrapping around the bread is not so packaged and the appearance is even better. Furthermore, the present invention is to form a plurality of strip-shaped seal portions, and this is a case where one of the plurality of strip-shaped seal portions is accidentally peeled off during a product distribution process or the like. However, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the bag by another belt-shaped seal portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the bread-packed product bundling package and the packaging method for bread according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving preferred examples.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a bag-bound product package (hereinafter simply referred to as a package) according to an embodiment, and the package 10 is formed into a cylindrical bag having an opening on one side. 12, for example, a bread 14 having a substantially rectangular shape in which a plurality of (six in the embodiment) slice breads are collected as breads is accommodated. As shown in FIG. 2, the packaging bag 12 has a fusing seal 13 formed on both sides in the width direction, and a gusset in which a film is folded from the bottom side to the bag inner side in the entire width direction on the bottom side in a flat bag state. A gusseted bag 16 is formed from a single-sided heat-weldable film, and the heat-welded surface is set to be inside the packaging bag 12. Then, by accommodating the rectangular bread 14 in the packaging bag 12, the bottom surface of the bread bag 14 has a square bottom shape that is a square along the outer dimension of the bread 14, and is loosely placed around the accommodated bread 14. In such a packaging state that does not occur, a good appearance can be obtained. It should be noted that the bottom side gusset folds 16a respectively face the bottom side of the packaging bag 12 in the packaged state facing the body part (cut surface) of the bread 14 to ensure the shape retaining state of the packaging bag 12 ( (See FIGS. 3 and 4). As the bag material of the packaging bag 12, other various plastic films such as a single film of polyethylene or polypropylene or a composite film of these are preferably used. In addition, the transparent film is used for the packaging bag 12 of an Example so that the accommodated bread 14 can be visually recognized from the outside.
[0011]
In the bag extending portion 18 that extends from the article accommodating edge (the portion corresponding to the end facing the opening side of the bread 14) 17 of the packaging bag 12 toward the opening side, the body portion of the bread 14 A pair of first side surfaces 12a, 12a facing each other is formed with a gusset folding portion 20 on the opening side in which each side surface 12a is folded inward in the bag at the center in the width direction (see FIGS. 3 and 4). ). Moreover, in the bag extension part 18, a pair of 2nd side surfaces 12b and 12b which oppose the ear | edge part of the bread 14 in the packaging bag 12 superpose | polymerize, and it will be in the state from which the air in at least a bag extension part was substantially deaerated. In addition, a plurality of (two in the embodiment) belt-like seal portions that are substantially parallel to the opening edge that seals the packaging bag 12 are located near the opening edge of the packaging bag 12 and close to the edge. 22 are formed in parallel (see FIG. 3). The band-shaped seal portion 22 is heat-welded with a sealing strength that can be easily opened without tearing or tearing the packaging bag 12 at the time of opening. The opening edge of the packaging bag 12 further extends from the opening edge to the center of the first side surface 12a, 12a continuous with the second side surface 12b and the first side surface 12a. A protruding portion 24 extending in a predetermined length is formed (see FIG. 3).
[0012]
A plate-like binding tool 26 is detachably attached to the bag extending portion 18 at a position between the article-accommodating edge 17 and the belt-like seal portion 22 and not interfering with the seal portion 22. Yes. As shown in FIG. 5, the binding tool 26 is formed in a substantially square annular shape using synthetic resin as a material, and a slit 26b that connects the hole 26a and the outside is formed on one side thereof. And it is comprised so that the opening part side of the packaging bag 12 may be bundled by hold | maintaining in the state which bundled the said bag extension part 18 inserted in the hole 26a of the binding tool 26 via the slit 26b. In the embodiment, the tying member 26 is attached to the bag extending portion 18 at a position close to the article accommodating edge 17 (see FIG. 1).
[0013]
A plurality of strip-shaped printed patterns 28 are printed on the opening side of the bag extending portion 18 from the strip-shaped seal portion 22 in the bag width direction. The printed pattern 28 is preferably printed at a position that does not overlap with the belt-like seal portion 22, but may be overlapped as necessary. Further, the design is not limited to the belt-like pattern, and may be other patterns, or the printed pattern 28 itself may be omitted. Furthermore, in addition to various information such as product name, date of manufacture, and raw material name, a design image related to the product is appropriately printed on the body portion of the packaging bag 12 containing the bread 14. (Not shown).
[0014]
According to the package 10 according to the embodiment, since the belt-like seal portion 22 that seals the bag 12 is formed in the bag extending portion 18 of the packaging bag 12, the product from the opening to the inside of the bag in the product distribution process or the like. Intrusion of foreign objects can be reliably prevented. In other words, the belt-like seal portion 22 has a weak sealing force to facilitate opening, but it is not partially heat-sealed in a dot shape, for example, but is entirely sealed with a heat seal without any gaps. It is possible to reliably prevent foreign matter from entering. Note that the sealing force of the belt-like seal portion 22 is weak, and the packaging bag 12 can be easily opened without being torn or torn at the time of opening. Further, since the binding tool 26 is attached and bundled at a position that does not interfere with the belt-like seal portion 22 in the bag extending portion 18, the attachment is easy, and in addition, a strong force is applied to the belt-like seal portion 22 when the binding tool 26 is attached. Can be prevented from peeling off. Furthermore, since the binding tool 26 is mounted at a position close to the article-accommodating edge 17, it is possible to suppress looseness between the packaging bag 12 and the bread 14 and to prevent each slice bread from being broken. Can maintain the correct packaging. Furthermore, since at least the air in the bag extending portion is substantially degassed, the package 10 can be obtained in which the swell of the packaging bag 12 is eliminated with respect to the bread 14, thereby occupying the product in the product distribution process. It is possible to omit useless space. Further, when the air pressure in the packaging bag is increased by the external pressure or the like to the packaging bag 12 in the product distribution process, it is possible to minimize the possibility that the strip-shaped seal portion 22 is peeled off. Furthermore, since the gusset folding parts 20 and 20 are formed in the bag extension part 18, it extends in the shape of a fan from the binding position to the opening side in a state where the extension part 18 is bundled by the binding tool 26. The width of the bag ear does not become too large with respect to the bag body, and the appearance after packaging is not impaired.
[0015]
Since the belt-like seal portion 22 is formed near the opening edge of the packaging bag 12 and close to the edge, the unsealed portion from the seal 22 to the opening edge is short, The risk of foreign matter entering the unsealed portion can be minimized. Moreover, by using the bag with a gusset which becomes a square bottom by accommodating the bread 14, the packaging state in which the periphery of the rectangular bread 14 is not loose is obtained, and the appearance is further improved. Further, since a plurality of belt-like seal portions 22 are formed, even if one of the plurality of belt-like seal portions 22 is mistakenly peeled off in the product distribution process, the other belt-like seal portions 22 Foreign matter intrusion into the bag can be prevented.
[0016]
Next, the steps of carrying out the packaging method according to the present invention for producing the above-described package will be described with reference to specific examples shown in FIGS. In a state where the bag mouth portion is opened by blowing air by air blowing means or the like into the bag mouth portion of the flat bag-like packaging bag 12 shown in FIG. The bag 14 is pushed into the bag through the opening, and the ear of the bread 14 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the packaging bag 12 (see FIG. 3). At this time, along with the outer dimensions of the rectangular bread 14, the bottom of the packaging bag 12 has a square bottom shape with a square shape, and the portion facing the body portion of the bread 14 on the bottom side of the packaging bag 12 includes: The gusset folds 16a and 16a on the bottom side where the film is folded from the bottom side to the inside of the bag face, and the shape retaining shape of the packaging bag 12 is secured.
[0017]
Gusset forming means such as a gusset forming claw at the substantially central portion in the width direction of the first side surfaces 12a, 12a facing the body part of the bread pan 14 in the bag extending portion 18 of the packaging bag 12 in which the bread 14 is accommodated. The gusset folds 20 and 20 on the opening side are formed (see FIG. 4), and at least the air in the bag extension is evacuated by a deaeration means or the like that is pressed from the outside. Under a substantially deaerated state, a plurality of belt-like seal portions 22 that are parallel to the opening end edge and are easy to open are positioned near the opening end edge of the bag extending portion 18 and close to the edge by heat sealing. Form and seal. The belt-like seal portion 22 includes, for example, a first seal bar having a grid-like concave seal surface and a second seal bar having a seal surface in which a plurality of convex protrusion seal portions are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical or horizontal direction. It is formed by bringing them into contact with each other. That is, in this case, the bag extending portion 18 is pressurized and heat-sealed at the contact portions of both the concave and convex seal surfaces, and the portions where the concave and convex seal surfaces do not contact on both sides of the corresponding contact portions (the portions that are not pressurized) Then, a heat seal weaker than the pressure heat seal at the contact portion is applied, and easy opening with fingers is possible. Even if a second sealing body having a flat sealing surface is used, the band-shaped sealing portion 22 that can be easily opened can be formed. Incidentally, the heat sealing means is composed of the first seal body and the second seal body, but this means may be a seal roller or the like.
[0018]
Next, the bag extension is carried out in a state where the bag extension 18 is sandwiched by appropriate holding means with respect to an appropriate position between the article storage edge 17 and the belt-like seal portion 22 in the bag extension 18. One end portion in the extending direction of the band-shaped seal portion 22 in the portion 18 and the slit 26b side of the binding tool 26 are opposed to each other and close to each other, and the bag extending portion 18 is connected to the hole portion through the slit 26b. The binding tool 26 is attached to the bag extending portion 18 by being inserted into the bundle 26a and being bundled. Thus, the opening side of the packaging bag 12 is bound by the binding tool 26.
[0019]
In the bag-bound product bundling method according to the embodiment, the bundling tool 26 is attached and bundled at an appropriate position in the packaging bag 12 from the article storage edge 17 to the belt-shaped seal portion 22, so that the sticking position is particular. In addition, the binding tool 26 can be positioned close to the edge of the bread 14, and the package 10 that suppresses the looseness between the packaging bag 12 and the bread 14 can be manufactured. Further, since it is not necessary to match the sealing position and the binding position, automatic packaging is facilitated. In addition, since the binding tool 26 is attached to the bag extending portion 18 at a position that does not interfere with the belt-like seal portion 22, the attachment is easy, and a strong force is applied to the belt-like seal portion 22 when the binding tool 26 is attached. Peeling is suppressed.
[0020]
In the above-described embodiment, the binding tool is attached to the bag extending portion between the belt-like seal portion formed on the bag extending portion and the article accommodating edge, but the position where the belt-like seal portion is close to the article accommodating edge. In addition, the binding tool may be mounted at an appropriate position from the belt-shaped seal portion to the opening edge portion. Further, the number of the band-shaped seal portions formed is not limited to two as in the embodiment, and may be only one or three or more. Further, the seal width can be freely set as required.
[0021]
As a means for easily sealing the belt-like seal portion, the film material is subjected to special processing or processing, or the seal temperature is set to a low temperature or the seal pressure is set to a low pressure, and the film is heat-sealed by a combination thereof and sealed. Various means can be adopted as appropriate, but even in such a case, the packaging material can be opened with the function of the packaging bag maintained without tearing or tearing the film of the bag material. That's fine. As for the seal of the belt-like seal portion, any one or a combination of a solid shape and other various welding states can be employed. In addition, as breads accommodated in a packaging bag, it is not limited to bread made of a plurality of slice breads, but may be unsliced bread or other forms of bread such as roll bread and French bread.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the bread-packed product bundling package according to claim 1 of the present invention, a band-like seal portion that easily seals the packaging bag is formed in the bag extending portion of the packaging bag. Therefore, entry of foreign matter from the opening of the packaging bag can be reliably prevented. Also, since at least the air in the bag extension is substantially degassed, the packaging body is made free from the bulging of the packaging bag with respect to the breads contained therein, and the product occupies the waste in the product distribution process. It is possible to omit a large space. Furthermore, when the air pressure in the packaging bag increases due to external pressure or the like on the packaging bag in the product distribution process, the risk that the strip-shaped seal portion peels can be minimized. Furthermore, since the binding tool is attached and bundled at a position that does not interfere with the belt-like seal portion in the bag extending portion, the attachment is easy, and in addition, a strong force is applied to the belt-like seal portion when the binding device is attached. Can be prevented from peeling off. In addition, since the gusset folding part is formed in the bag extension part, the width of the bag ear part extending in a fan shape from the binding position to the opening side in the state where the extension part is bundled by the binding tool is It does not become too large with respect to the bag body, and the appearance after packaging is not impaired.
Since the belt-like seal portion is formed near the opening edge of the packaging bag, the unsealed portion from the seal portion to the opening edge can be set short, and foreign matter enters the unsealed portion in the product distribution process. Risk can be minimized. Further, since the binding tool can be attached to the bag extending portion in the vicinity of the storage edge of the breads, it is possible to provide a package in which the swell of the packaging bag with respect to the breads is eliminated. When a binding tool is attached and bound at an appropriate position from the article storage edge to the belt-shaped seal portion in the packaging bag, the air in the bag extending portion is in a substantially deaerated state. When bundling existing parts and bundling with a bundling tool, the air pressure in the bag is increased, and the formation of holes in the belt-like seal part is suppressed.
[0023]
According to breads bagged product bundling package of according to claim 2, in packaging bread of rectangular shape, by using a bag with gussets made of a square bottom by housing the food pan of bread The package is not loosely wrapped, and the sliced individual breads are kept in alignment and the appearance is better. Moreover, according to the bread-packed product bundling package according to claim 3 , since a plurality of strip-shaped seal portions are formed, even if peeling occurs in one strip-shaped seal portion, Foreign material intrusion into the bag can be prevented by the belt-shaped seal portion.
[0024]
According to the bag-bound product bundling and packaging method according to claim 4 , since the band-shaped seal portion for sealing the packaging bag is formed, it is possible to reliably prevent the entry of foreign matter from the opening of the packaging bag, and the band-shaped seal Since there is no need to match the sealing position of the part with the binding position of the binding tool, automatic packaging is facilitated, and a bag-bound product package with the effects described above (see paragraph [0022]) can be manufactured. . Because the or strip-like seal portion is formed in the opening edge portion side of the packaging bag can be set short unsealed portion leading to the opening edge portion from the sealing portion, foreign matter entering the relevant unsealed portion in the product distribution process The risk of doing so can be minimized.
