この発明はこの点に着目し上記欠点を解決する、特にその構成を、屋外に設置される外枠内に、バーナ部及び該バーナ部の燃焼で、内方の熱媒体が加熱される暖房用熱交缶体と、該暖房用熱交缶体内に給湯用熱交換器を備え、給水を加熱された熱媒体で間接加熱して給湯を行う給湯回路と、暖房用熱交缶体内に風呂用熱交換器を備え、浴湯を加熱された熱媒体で間接加熱して追焚きを行う風呂回路とを備え、更に前記外枠内面には断熱材が貼り付けられ、中央を上記機能部品を有した機能室とし、下方を配管室及び上方を排気室として上下方向に3分割し、更に前記機能室はそのままで、排気室と配管室とをそれぞれ設置条件に応じて組み合わせるものである。
