【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、ボールペン、マーカーペン、塗布具等の筆記具に係り、特に商品としての装飾性や機能性を図る目的でキャップ又は軸筒を成形する合成樹脂材料と同色又は異色の合成樹脂材料からなる駒体を、又はゴムやエラストマー等の異質材料からなる駒体を、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端に固着備える取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、インク切れを起こす事なく、滑らかな筆記を可能とする書き味が優れている等の機能性に加えて、外観的見栄えを高める装飾性等の美的効果を図る傾向が急速に浸透しつつある。その美的効果を図る手段として、キャップ又は軸筒を透明にしたり、或いは透明なキャップや軸筒に成形色を変えた異色(色付き)の合成樹脂材料からなる駒体を具備してなる筆記具が数多く提案されてきている。
因みに、駒体の色は一般的にインキ色と同色にして、多数本ある筆記具の中から使用するインキ色の筆記具を選択する場合に駒体の色にて見分けられるようにしてなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来ではキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に対する駒体の取り付けは、キャップ又は軸筒とは別成形にて成形された後に、尾端に組み立てにより固着される方法が主流であった(例えば、実開昭63−80177 号公報参照)。従って、従来においては別成形されたキャップ又は軸筒の尾端に対する駒体の組付け作業が必要となることから、手間が掛かり生産能率が悪いばかりか、その分、コスト高になる等の不具合があった。

又、従来では駒体を組み付けにより後からキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に嵌め込み固着することから、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形により形成される傘状の係止段を有する取付部に対する駒体(斯る公報記載においては蓋栓と称している)の取付状態において、僅かではあるが材料間に隙間ができる等の整合性(適合性)が無くなり、そのために、駒体の取付状態の安定性が悪く、使用者に対する違和感を与えるばかりか、床面等に落下した際の衝撃等により駒体が脱落する等の虞れがあった。即ち、キャップ又は軸筒、そして駒体を作る例えば合成樹脂材料等は金型内に射出充填された後に固化されるその固化過程において僅かではあるが、肉が厚い肉厚部分と肉が薄い肉薄部分においては固化速度差が発生し、その速度差による寸法上のバラ付きが起き得るものである。その結果、どうしても別成形されたキャップ又は軸筒と駒体との材料間には前述したように取付状態において寸法誤差による隙間が僅かではあるができやすくなるものである。

本発明はこの様な従来事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とする処は、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に対する駒体の取付構造において、材料間の整合性による密着が図られ、しかも、互いに嵌合掛止し合う嵌合掛止構造にて駒体をキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に強靭な取付構造にて固着具備し得るように改良を加えた筆記具を低コストにて提供することにある。

【課題を達成するための手段】
課題を達成するために本発明は、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に駒体を備える筆記具に於いて、駒体を二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形してなり、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側と駒体とには互いに嵌合掛止し合う嵌合掛止構造を設けてなる事を要旨とするものであり、且つ前記駒体又はキャップにはクリップが同時成形され、更に駒体にはキャップ内に同軸上に内設される内キャップが同時成形され、前述した嵌合掛止構造が、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側における少なくとも相対峙する外周両面に、尾端縁から軸方向に他の部分の表面より略平坦状に又は溝状に一段程低くした取付部を設けると共に、該取付部の表面には少なくとも他の部分の表面高さに相当する突出高さで且つ適宜の突出形状を呈する掛止凸部を1乃至数カ所に設ける一方で、前記外周両面線上に位置する駒体の円周縁から、前記取付部に密着適合する突出形状の腕片部を設けると共に、該腕片部には前記掛止凸部に密着適合する掛止窓を1乃至数カ所に設けてなる事を要旨とする。

斯る技術的手段によれば、駒体は二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形される。それにより、駒体はキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に対して材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造にて、尚且つ互いに嵌合掛止せしめた嵌合掛止構造にて固着具備される。
その上、前述したように、二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で駒体がキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形される際に、該尾端側に同時成形される取付部に対して同じく同時成形される駒体の腕片部が密着適合され、且つ取付部の1乃至数カ所の掛止凸部に対して腕片部の1乃至数カ所の掛止窓が密着適合される。それにより、駒体は材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造に加えてキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側の掛止凸部に対する掛止窓の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に固着具備される。
そして、取付部の掛止凸部の突出形状を例えば文字やマーク等の表示形状にて数カ所に形成する一方、腕片部の掛止窓の開口形状も同じく文字やマーク等の表示形状にて前記掛止凸部の突出位置に対応させた数カ所に形成することで、各掛止凸部と各掛止窓とが互いに嵌合掛止し合い、その掛止状態が文字やマーク等の表示部として駒体の腕片部の表面に現出される。

又、前述した嵌合掛止構造が、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側における少なくとも相対峙する外周両面に、その尾端縁から軸方向に溝状の取付部を設けると共に、該取付部の終端には内部に向けて開口させた掛止窓又はその溝幅より幅広状の掛止凹部を設ける一方で、前記外周両面線上に位置する駒体の円周縁から、前記取付部に密着適合する突出形状を呈する腕片部を設けると共に、該腕片部の突端には前記掛止窓又は掛止凹部に密着適合する掛止部を設けてなる事を要旨とする。斯る技術的手段によれば、前述したように、二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で駒体がキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形される際に、該尾端側に同時成形される取付部に対して同じく同時成形される駒体の腕片部が密着適合され、且つ取付部の終端の掛止窓又は掛止凹部に対して腕片部の突端の掛止部が密着適合される。それにより、駒体は材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造に加えてキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側の掛止窓又は掛止凹部に対する掛止部の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に固着具備される。

又、前述した嵌合掛止構造が、キャップ又は軸筒の尾端側における少なくとも相対峙する外周両面に、その尾端縁から軸方向に適宜の開口幅の開口部を設けると共に、該開口部の開口終端にはその開口幅より幅広状の掛止窓を設ける一方で、前記外周両面線上に位置する駒体の円周縁から、前記開口部に密着適合する突出形状の腕片部を設けると共に、該腕片部の突端には前記掛止窓に密着適合する掛止部を設けてなる事を要旨とする。
斯る技術的手段によれば、前述したように、二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で駒体がキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形される際に、該尾端側に同時成形される開口部に対して同じく同時成形される駒体の腕片部が密着適合され、且つ開口部の開口終端の掛止窓に対して掛止片部の突端の掛止部が密着適合される。それにより、駒体は材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造に加えてキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側の掛止窓又は掛止凹部に対する掛止部の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に固着具備される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の具体例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1乃至図5は本発明筆記具のキャップ1の一例を示し、キャップ1と、このキャップ1の尾端側に具備する駒体2とを二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で同時成形する。そして、この同時成形時にキャップ1の尾端側における少なくとも相対峙する外周両面と、この外周両面線上に位置する駒体2の円周縁とには互いに嵌合掛止し合う嵌合掛止構造を設けて、同時成形により得られる材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造と、互いに嵌合掛止し合う嵌合掛止構造とによりキャップ1の尾端側に対して駒体2が二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で同時成形されて固着具備されるようにしてなる。

キャップ1は、透明又は種々の着色が施された所要の合成樹脂材料、例えば透明な合成樹脂材料にて前後端を開口させた円筒筒状に成形され、その尾端側における相対峙する外周両面に、嵌合掛止構造の後述する取付部3が成形される。

取付部3は、嵌合掛止構造の後述する腕片部4との整合性による密着が図られることで、キャップ1の尾端側に対する駒体2の固着強度を図る役目を成すもので、キャップ1の尾端開口縁から前端開口方向に向けた軸方向に他の部分の表面(キャップ1の外周表面)より適宜の幅にて一段程低くした略平坦状に成形され、その表面に掛止凸部5を突出備える。

掛止凸部5は、嵌合掛止構造の後述する掛止窓6との嵌合掛止によりキャップ1の尾端側に対する駒体2の固着強度を図る役目を成すもので、前述した取付部3の表面における中央部位に、他の部分の表面高さに相当する突出高さにて略円柱形状に成形される。

駒体2は、キャップ1を成形する合成樹脂材料と異質の硬質ゴムやエラストマー等の異質材料、或いは異色の合成樹脂材料、例えばインク色の合成樹脂材料にて、キャップ1の尾端開口部を閉蓋する尾栓の如く該尾端側に二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で同時成形されて固着具備されるものである。そして、キャップ1の尾端側における前述した両取付部3に対応位置するその円周縁から該取付部3に密着適合する突出形状にて腕片部4が成形されると共に、該腕片部4には前述した掛止凸部5の円周面に密着適合する円形の掛止窓6が成形される。図中7は、腕片部4から円周方向略90゜に位置する駒体2の円周縁からキャップ1の軸方向に向けて同時成形されるクリップであり、図中8は、駒体2の内側軸芯からキャップ1内に向けて同軸状に同時成形される内キャップである。

腕片部4は、その内面側をキャップ1の取付部3に適合させた略平坦状で、その表面側をキャップ1の円弧表面と面一状に適合させた円弧状の断面形状にて駒体2の両円周縁から突出成形され、その表裏面に貫通する掛止窓6を開口備える。

掛止窓6は、キャップ1の取付部3の掛止凸部5に対応する前述した腕片部4の中央部位に開口成形され、該取付部3の掛止凸部5に対して密着適合されるようになっている。

而して、以上の如く構成したキャップ1によれば、駒体2は二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でキャップ1の尾端側に同時成形されることで、キャップ1の尾端側に対して材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造にて固着されると同時に、キャップ1の尾端側に同時成形される取付部3に対して同じく同時成形される駒体2の腕片部4が密着適合され、且つ取付部3の掛止凸部5に対して腕片部4の掛止窓6が密着適合されることで、駒体2は前述した一体化構造に加えてキャップ1の尾端側の掛止凸部5に対する掛止窓6の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ1の尾端側に確実且つ強靭な取付構造にて固着具備されるものである。それにより、駒体2の取付状態にガタが生じて使用者に違和感を与えることもなく、床面等に落下した際の衝撃等により簡単に脱落する虞れもない。

尚、図6に例示したように、軸筒9の尾端側に前述した取付構造にて駒体2を二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で同時成形せしめて固着するも可能であり、駒体2の軸筒9の尾端側への取付構造においては前述した実施例詳述と基本的に同じ事から同じ構成部分に同じ符号を用いる事でその説明は省略する。そして、この軸筒9の場合においては駒体2を硬質ゴムやエラストマーを用いて二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でその尾端側に同時成形して固着具備することで、軸筒9を床面等に落下させた際の衝撃が硬質ゴムやエラストマーからなる駒体2により緩衝されることになる。つまり、内部に収容されているインクが衝撃によるバックショックにより逆流する等の不具合を防止し得る効果等が期待できるものである。
図中10は、駒体2に同時成形された受け部であり、インク収容管11(通称、替芯等と称されている)を軸筒9内に装填する事でその後端開口部が受け部10に当接され、インクの減少(消耗)に伴うインク収容管11内の空気交換が成されるようになっている。

図7乃至図8は本発明筆記具のキャップの例を示し、クリップ7並びに内キャップ8をキャップ1と同時成形すると共に、取付部3に対する掛止凸部5の突出個数とその突出形状、そして腕片部4に対する掛止窓6の開口個数とその開口形状を変えてなる。斯る実施例においてはクリップ7並びに内キャップ8を一体に有するキャップ1に対して前述した実施例詳述の取付部3を一回り程大きめに形成すると共にその表面に、軸方向に並列的に例えば文字やマーク等の表示形状にて突出させた掛止凸部5-1 …を数カ所に設ける一方で、駒体2の腕片部4も同じく取付部3に密着適合し得るように一回りほど大きめに形成すると共に、文字やマーク等の表示形状を呈する各掛止凸部5-1 …に密着適合する開口形状にて掛止窓6-1 …を同一間隔にて並列的に設けて、取付部3の各掛止凸部5-1 …に対して腕片部4の各掛止窓6-1 …が密着適合されることで(図8参照)、駒体2がキャップ1の尾端側に確実且つ強靭な取付構造にて固着具備されるようにしてなる。そして、各掛止凸部5-1 …と各掛止窓6-1 …との掛止状態が文字やマーク等の表示部12として駒体2の腕片部4の表面に現出されるようにしてなる(図7参照)。

尚、斯る実施例における駒体2並びにその腕片部4をエラストマーを用いて同時成形せしめる。斯様のようにエラストマーを用いる事で、該エラストマーが有する滑り止め効果により、キャップ1の脱着が容易になる。つまり、キャップ1の装着並びに取り外し時に、駒体2の腕片部4に指を掛けた(添えた)状態にてキャップ1を握る事で、エラストマーからなる腕片部4が滑り止め効果を発揮し、キャップ1の脱着が容易になる。
又、斯る実施例におけるキャップ1においてはその後端側に成形される取付部3の表面形状をキャップ1の外周表面に対応させた円弧形状に形成する。つまり、取付部3をキャップ1の尾端開口縁からその前端開口方向に向けて断面円弧形状に一段程低くした溝状に成形せしめて、この円弧形状の表面に文字やマーク等の表示形状を成す各掛止凸部5-1 …が、キャップ1の外周表面の表面高さに相当する突出高さにて軸方向に並列的に成形されるようにすると良い。この場合、駒体2の腕片部4の断面形状も取付部3に密着適合する断面円弧形状にて突出成形せしめて、取付部3の各掛止凸部5-1 …に密着適合する開口形状の各掛止窓6-1 …が開口成形されるようにするものである。

而して、以上の如く構成したキャップ1-2 によれば、前述した実施例詳述のように、駒体2-2 は二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でキャップ1-2 の尾端側に同時成形されることで、キャップ1-2 の尾端側に対して材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造にて固着される。そして、キャップ1-2 の尾端側に同時成形される開口部19に対して同じく同時成形される駒体2-2 の腕片部21が密着適合され、且つ開口部19の掛止窓20に対して腕片部21の掛止部22が密着適合されることで、駒体2-2 は前述した一体化構造に加えてキャップ1-2 の尾端側の掛止窓20に対する掛止部22の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ1-2 の尾端側に確実且つ強靭な取付構造にて固着具備されるものである。そして、内キャップ8-2 は駒体2-2 の相対峙する両円周縁から突出成形される腕片部21とその突端の掛止部22に対して連設支持されていることから、仮にキャップ1-2 の装着時においてペン先が衝突する等の負荷応力を繰り返し受けたとしても芯ズレ等を起こす事なくキャップ1-2 内に同軸状に内設されるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の筆記具のキャップ又は軸筒は叙上の如く構成してなるから、下記の作用効果を奏する。
(1)駒体を二色成形又はインサート成形の要領でキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形してなることから、駒体はキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に対して材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造にて固着されると同時にその成形時に互いに嵌合掛止し合う嵌合掛止構造によりしっかりと固着される。それにより、駒体はキャップの尾端側に嵌合掛止構造により強靭な取付構造にて固着具備される。
しかも、二色成形又はインサート成形の要領で駒体がキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側に同時成形される際に、該尾端側に同時成形される取付部に対して同じく同時成形される駒体の腕片部が密着適合され、且つ取付部の1乃至数カ所の掛止凸部に対して腕片部の1乃至数カ所の掛止窓が密着適合される。それにより、駒体は材料間の整合性による密着が図られた一体化構造に加えてキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側の掛止凸部に対する掛止窓の嵌合掛止構造によりキャップ又は軸筒の尾端側にしっかりと固着具備される。
又、前記取付部の掛止凸部の突出形状を例えば文字やマーク等の表示形状に形成する一方、腕片部の掛止窓の開口形状も同じく文字やマーク等の表示形状に形成することで、各掛止凸部と各掛止窓との嵌合掛止状態が文字やマーク等の表示部として駒体の腕片部の表面に現出されることから、商品としての外観的見栄えを高める装飾性等をより一層高めることができる等の効果が期待できる。
