Description
【0001】
Kp・(M−P)+αs・exp(−τs)・M=sP
G1 =P/M={αs・exp(−τs)+Kp}/(s+Kp)
G1 (jω)
={Kp+α・ω・sin(ω・τ)+jα・ω・cos(ω・τ)}
/(Kp+jω) …(2)
G=|G1 (jω)|・|G2 (jω)|
={1−(ω・Tc) 2 /24}
≒ω・sin(ω・τ)/Kp
τ=(1/24)・Kp・Tc 2 …(10)
G=|G1 (jω)|・|G2 (jω)|
={1−(ω・T) 2 /48}
τ=(1/48)・Kp・T 2 …(12)
となる。
【0042】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an acceleration / deceleration control device for a servomotor used for controlling a feed axis of a machine tool, a robot arm, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, exponential acceleration / deceleration control and linear acceleration / deceleration control are known by controlling the acceleration / deceleration of the servo motor. This exponential acceleration / deceleration control is an acceleration / deceleration control that provides an exponential response to the step input. Since the acceleration at startup is large due to the influence of high-frequency components, shock is applied to the servo control and its load system. However, there are drawbacks such as being prone to vibration and taking time to decelerate and stop. This point becomes a cause of tracing a trajectory inside the command value when the table of the machine tool or the like is moved in an arc shape using the X and Y axis servo motors.
[0003]
Further, the linear acceleration / deceleration control has a drawback that since the acceleration changes rapidly, the servo control system and its load system are shocked to easily vibrate. Furthermore, there is a problem that when the vibration is caused by a command having a frequency component close to the natural frequency of the servo control system or the load system, the servo control system or the load system itself is vibrated.
Therefore, in order to make NC machine tools, robots, etc. start and stop smoothly and prevent vibrations in the machine, a movement command (speed) to the servo motor is sent to each axis after interpolation. The control of acceleration / deceleration control is performed by inputting the output of the acceleration / deceleration filter to the servo control unit, or the command speed before interpolation is passed through the acceleration / deceleration filter, and the output of the acceleration / deceleration filter is interpolated. Acceleration / deceleration control input to a servo control unit is also known.
[0004]
In such acceleration / deceleration control, for example, the discontinuity generated in the acceleration is reduced by using two acceleration / deceleration filters as known in the bell-type acceleration / deceleration control. .
[0005]
Further, when high speed cutting is performed with a machine tool, feed forward may be applied to the position loop in order to reduce the shape error due to the normal delay of the servo system. This feed forward in the position loop increases the gain of the position loop to compensate for servo delay and reduce shape error.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional acceleration / deceleration control of the servo motor, there is a problem that a shape error occurs due to a command delay caused by a command time constant included in the filter.
[0007]
For example, if the linear time constant of a filter used for linear acceleration / deceleration control is Tc, the input to this filter is Asinωt, and the output is Y, the output Y can be expressed by the following equation.
[0008]
[Expression 1]
Therefore, when have once the time constant of the linear, the amplitude {1- (ω · Tc) 2 /24} becomes doubled, X, of the machine tool in a circular arc shape using a servo motor of the Y-axis table When moving etc., the locus | trajectory inside a command value is followed and a shape error will generate | occur | produce.
[0009]
In the case of using the constants a bell Add two filter when the linear, the amplitude becomes {1- (ω · Tc) 2 /12} times, relative to the bell-shaped time constant T (= 2Tc) Te, becomes {1- (ω · T) 2 /48} times the amplitude, as well, when performing arcuate machining, the shape error will occur following the inner track than the command value .
[0010]
Normally, the shape error due to the error of the command itself due to this command time constant is a fraction of the order of the shape error due to the delay generated by the servo system (first-order lag system). However, if the shape error due to the delay of the servo system is reduced by applying nearly 100% feedforward to the servo loop in order to realize high-speed and high-precision machining, the shape error due to the error of the command itself due to this command time constant is reduced. Relatively increases, and a shape error due to a command time constant during high-speed machining becomes a problem.
[0011]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an acceleration / deceleration control device for a servo motor that solves the above-described conventional problems and can reduce a shape error due to a command delay caused by a command time constant of an acceleration / deceleration filter. To do.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an acceleration / deceleration control device that controls acceleration / deceleration of a servo motor using a position command obtained by inputting an interpolated movement command to an acceleration / deceleration filter , and differentiates the position command and adds the differentiated position command. The feedforward data is delayed by the time delay determined according to the command time constant of the deceleration filter, the feedforward data delayed in time is used as the position feedforward control amount, and this feedforward control amount and the control amount obtained by the position loop control are added. By performing the feedforward control using the speed command as a speed command, the acceleration / deceleration control of the servo motor is performed to achieve the object.
[0013]
The acceleration / deceleration filter according to the present invention inputs a movement command distributed for each axis by interpolation in order to reduce shock caused by acceleration / deceleration, and outputs the movement command multiplied by a predetermined time constant. is there.
[0014]
The servo motor acceleration / deceleration control device of the present invention can reduce the shape error due to the delay of the servo system and the shape error due to the error of the command itself due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter. The error is compensated by feedforward control by the feedforward system, and the shape error due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter is compensated by the term of time delay during feedforward.
[0015]
The amount of time delay in the feedforward is determined according to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter so as to compensate for the shape error due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter. It can be determined that the product of the gain of the feedforward loop is a constant.
[0016]
Further, if the position loop gain is Kp and the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter after interpolation is Ts, the time delay τ in the feedforward can be determined by τ = k · Kp · Ts 2 where k is a constant.
[0017]
In addition, when the acceleration / deceleration filter is applied with a single-stage linear filter , the constant k that determines the time delay τ of the feedforward data can be set to (1/24), and the acceleration / deceleration filter has two stages. when applying a linear filter constant k can be a (1/48).
[0018]
FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an acceleration / deceleration control apparatus for a servo motor according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the acceleration /

Compensation for the shape error due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter is performed, for example, by adjusting the product of the gain G2 of the acceleration /
[0021]
[Action]
By passing the interpolated movement command through the acceleration / deceleration filter, the movement command is delayed by a time delay determined according to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter to form a position command, thereby reducing the shock associated with acceleration / deceleration Let The time delay due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter causes a delay in the command itself and causes a shape error. In addition, the drive mechanism by the servo motor also has a shape error caused by the delay of the servo system itself.
[0022]
After the position command formed by the acceleration / deceleration filter is differentiated, the differentiated position command is delayed by a time delay determined according to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter, thereby forming time-delayed feed forward data. Then, feedforward control is performed using the feedforward data delayed for this time as the feedforward control amount for the position, and using the sum of the feedforward control amount and the control amount obtained by the position loop control as the speed command.
[0023]
The feedforward control by this feedforward system compensates for the shape error due to the delay of the servo system, and the acceleration / deceleration filter reduces the amount of time delay so that the time constant is compensated for in the time delay term during feedforward. The shape error due to the command time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter is thereby reduced.

G1 = P / M = {αs · exp (−τs) + Kp} / (s + Kp)
Get. In G1, when s = jω,
G1 (jω)
= {Kp + α · ω · sin (ω · τ) + jα · ω · cos (ω · τ)}
/ (Kp + jω) (2)
It becomes. The absolute value of G1 (jω) is
| G 1 (jω) | 2
= {Kp 2 + 2 · Kp · α · ω · sin (ω · τ) + α 2 · ω 2 } / (Kp 2 + ω 2 )
... (3)
It becomes.
[0026]
Here, when α = 1,
| G 1 (jω) | 2
= 1 + {2 · Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 ) (4)
And
√ and the x«1 (1 + x) = 1 + x / 2-x 2/6 + ... and can approximate deployed, because it is Omega«1, when approximated by up to two terms of this approximation deployment,
| G1 (jω) |
≈ 1+ {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 ) (5)
≒ 1 + (ω ・ ω / Kp) ・ τ (6)
And can be approximated.
Here, omega is commanded angular frequency (1 / sec), Kp is a position gain (1 / sec), τ is delayed (sec) feedforward data, omega is assumed sufficiently smaller than Kp.
[0027]
In the above equation (6), when the delay τ of the feedforward data is 0, the absolute value of the theoretical position loop gain characteristic G1 (jω) is 1, but the term of the feedforward data delay τ Is added, the absolute value of the gain characteristic G1 (jω) of the position loop can be made 1 or more.
[0028]
Therefore, in the apparatus of the present invention, the gain characteristic G1 (jω) and the gain characteristic G2 (jω) are set so as to make the gain from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
| G1 (jω) | · | G2 (jω) | = 1 (7)
The delay τ of the feedforward data is adjusted so that the following relationship can be obtained.
[0029]
Therefore, the shape error due to the command time constant of the acceleration /
[0030]
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the compensation of the shape error by the servo motor acceleration / deceleration control apparatus of the present invention. In FIG. 2, a
[0031]
The shape error B is compensated for this shape error by a feedforward system as indicated by an arrow b, and the shape error A is compensated for by a delay τ of feedforward data during feedforward as indicated by an arrow a.
[0032]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0033]
In the block diagram for explaining the acceleration / deceleration control device of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, when a one-stage linear filter having a linear time constant Tc is used as the acceleration /
[0034]
Therefore, the amplitude by the gain G2 of the 1-stage linear filter becomes {1- (ω · Tc) 2 /24}.
[0035]
On the other hand, the gain G1 due to feedforward in FIG. 1 is represented by the following equation (5): | G 1 (jω) | ≈1 + {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 ) .
[0036]
Therefore, in order to make the gain from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
[0037]
Here, the gain G from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
G = | G1 (jω) | ・ | G2 (jω) |
= {1- (ω · Tc) 2/24}
・ [1+ {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 ) ] (8)
Can be represented by In the formula (8), in order to gain G becomes 1 may be Naritate is (ω · Tc) 2/24 = {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2). It can be approximated with a gain G = 1. Here, if ω is sufficiently smaller than Kp and Kp >> ω holds,
{Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 )
≒ ω ・ sin (ω ・ τ) / Kp
≒ ω 2 ・ τ / Kp (9)
Holds.
[0038]
Therefore, the delay τ of the feedforward data is
τ = (1/24) · Kp · Tc 2 (10)
By using the delay τ of this feedforward data, the gain G from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
[0039]
Next, in the block diagram for explaining the acceleration / deceleration control device of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, the acceleration /
[0040]
Similarly to the above, in order to make the gain from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
[0041]
Here, the gain G from the command before applying the command time constant by the acceleration /
G = | G1 (jω) | ・ | G2 (jω) |
= {1- (ω · T) 2/48}
[1+ {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2 ) ] (11)
Can be represented by In this equation (11), in order for the gain G to be 1,
(Ω · T) 2/48 = {Kp · ω · sin (ω · τ)} / (Kp 2 + ω 2)
And from the condition of the equation (9),
The feedforward data delay τ is
τ = (1/48) · Kp · T 2 (12)
It becomes.
[0042]
In the case of this bell type filter, for example, if the position gain Kp is 30, the feedforward data delay τ when the time constant T is 48 msec is 1.44 msec, and the feedforward data when the time constant T is 24 msec. The delay τ is 0.36 msec.
[0043]
Therefore, by setting the feedforward data delay τ to 1.44 msec when the time constant T is 48 msec, and setting the feedforward delay τ to 0.36 msec when the time constant T is 24 msec, the shape error is reduced. Can be reduced.
[0044]
3 to 5 show comparative examples when the position gain Kp is 40 (1 / sec) in the case of a bell-type filter. FIG. 3 shows the shape error when the feedforward data delay τ corresponding to the time constant T of the acceleration / deceleration filter is set. FIG. 4 shows the acceleration / deceleration filter with the feedforward delay τ shown in FIG. FIG. 5 shows the shape error when the delay τ of the filter data corresponding to the changed time constant of the acceleration / deceleration filter is set.
[0045]
In FIG. 3, the delay τ of the feedforward data corresponding to the case where the position gain Kp is 40 (1 / sec) and the time constant T of the acceleration / deceleration filter is 24 msec is 0.48 msec. When the servomotor is controlled to accelerate and decelerate by feedforward in which τ is set and a circular arc having a radius R of 10 cm is machined, the decrease in radius can be reduced.
[0046]
Further, when the time constant T of the acceleration / deceleration filter is set to 34 msec, the delay τ of the feedforward data to be applied is 0.963 msec. FIG. 4 shows the shape when the servomotor is subjected to acceleration / deceleration control by feedforward set to the delay τ (= 0.48 msec) in FIG. 3 and a circular arc having a radius R of 10 cm is processed instead of the delay τ. ing. In this case, a radius reduction of about 7 μm occurs.
[0047]
On the other hand, in FIG. 5, the time constant T of the acceleration / deceleration filter is set to 34 msec, and the delay τ of the feedforward data is set to (0.48 msec + 0.5 msec), which is set to a value almost close to the applicable value (0.963 msec). The shape is shown when the servomotor is subjected to acceleration / deceleration control by the feedforward, and an arc having a radius R of 10 cm is machined. In this case, the decrease in radius can be reduced.
[0048]
