【0001】

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention (how to carry out the invention) considered to be suitable will be briefly described with reference to the drawings, showing its effects.
[0011]
For example, the product of the present invention is attached to the eaves at equal intervals by, for example, nailing the attachment portion 3 to the eaves eaves.
[0012]
Then, the rain gutter 1 is suspended or supported on the gutter receiving portion 2 of each of the products of the present invention attached thereto, and the gutter 1 is fixed to the eaves.
[0013]
In the present invention, at this time, the gutter receiving portion 2 is slid with respect to the mounting portion 3 by sliding the slide mounting portion 5 with respect to the guide rod 4 provided on the mounting portion 3. The installation position of the rain gutter 1 suspended or received by the eaves can be adjusted by sliding in the width direction of the gutter 1.
[0014]
Specifically, by releasing the press-contact locking of the locking portion 7 to the guide rod 5 by rotating the operation handle 6 pivotally attached to the slide mounting portion 5, the slide connecting portion 8 becomes slidable, The operating handle 6 is rotated at a desired slide position, and the locking portion 7 on the rotation tip side is pressed and locked to the guide rod 4, so that the slide connecting portion 8 between the rain gutter receiving portion 2 and the mounting portion 3 is fixed. The slide movement is prevented and the positioning state can be obtained.
[0015]
Therefore, the gutter receiving portion 2 is slid and adjusted in the width direction of the gutter 1 suspended or supported by the gutter receiving portion 2 with respect to the mounting portion 3 by a one-touch operation simply by rotating the operation handle 6. In addition, since it can be positioned and fixed at a desired position, the fixing position of the rain gutter 1 with respect to the eaves can be adjusted very easily.
[0016]
Further, according to the present invention, since the support reinforcing portion 9 provided at the tip end portion of the guide rod 4 is positioned below the rain gutter receiving portion 2 and receives and supports the gutter receiving portion 2 from below, this support reinforcement is provided. The rain gutter receiving part 2 is supported by the part 9 and is reinforced firmly.
[0017]
Therefore, for example, even if dust accumulates on the rain gutter 1 suspended or supported by the gutter receiving part 2 or snow falls and a heavy downward load is applied to the gutter receiving part 2, the gutter receiving part Since 2 is supported and reinforced by the support reinforcing portion 9, it exhibits excellent durability compared to the above-mentioned prior application structure, and the rain gutter bracket is not easily damaged.
[0018]
Further, for example, the bearing reinforcing portion 9 is formed in a shape that can receive and support the lower portion of the gutter receiving portion 2 and can receive the left and right side portions to prevent the right and left misalignment of the gutter receiving portion 2. If this is done, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, the lateral shaking of the gutter receiving portion 2 is prevented, so that the slide operation of the slide connecting portion 8 is performed smoothly and stably, and the suspension or receiving support Thus, the rain gutter 1 can be reliably fixed in a stable state without causing lateral shaking of the gutter receiving portion 2 and more practical.
[0019]
【Example】
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
The gutter receiving bracket of the present embodiment includes a gutter receiving portion 2 for hanging and supporting the gutter 1 and a mounting portion 3 fixed to the eaves. The gutter receiving portion 2 and the mounting portion 3 are slid. The rain gutter receiving part 2 is slidably adjusted in the width direction of the gutter 1 that is suspended from and supported by the gutter receiving part 2 with respect to the attachment part 3.
[0021]
Specifically, FIGS. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment, FIGS. 6 to 9 show a second embodiment, and FIG. 10 shows a third embodiment.
[0022]
A first embodiment will be described.
[0023]
In the present embodiment, a guide rod 4 is provided in the mounting portion 3, and a slide mounting portion 5 that is slidably mounted on the guide rod 4 is provided in the rain gutter receiving portion 2.
[0024]
More specifically, the rain gutter receiving portion 2 of the present embodiment is formed in a band plate shape having a length as shown in FIG. 1, and further, the tip portion is bent upward as shown in FIG. A second rain gutter engagement member is formed on the first rain gutter engagement piece 2A capable of engaging the rain gutter 1 with a bent tip and the base end portion is bent downward to engage the gutter 1 with the bent front end. It forms in the stop piece 2B. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the rain gutter 1 is suspended and supported at two points of the first gutter engaging piece 2A and the second gutter engaging piece 2B. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a pressing spring that elastically locks the upper peripheral edge portion of the rain gutter 1 locked to the second gutter locking piece 2B in a retaining state.
[0025]
Moreover, the attachment part 3 of a present Example is the attachment for attaching to the substantially e-shaped base frame material 3A (wire material) provided with the long free both ends, and a roof eaves edge, as shown in FIG. The metal frame 3B is formed by bending the free ends of the base frame material 3A substantially perpendicularly downward, and welding the bent ends to the mounting metal 3B. The straight collar (free ends) is used as the guide collar 4. In addition, although the case where the base frame material 3A is configured by a round rod-shaped wire is illustrated in the drawings, it may be configured by a square rod-shaped wire.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the slide connection structure between the gutter receiving portion 2 and the mounting portion 3 is a slide mounting portion having a U-shaped cross section as viewed from the side at the base end portion of the gutter receiving portion 2. 5 is formed, and guide holes 5A are formed on the left and right sides of the free front and rear end plate surfaces of the slide mounting portion 5, and the left and right guide rods 4 of the mounting portion 3 are slid into the left and right guide holes 5A. The gutter receiving portion 2 is slidable with respect to the attachment portion 3 by being freely inserted, and the guide rod 4 is connected in a state of being prevented from being detached from the guide hole 5A. Reference numeral 15 in the drawing is a stopper for fixing the slide mounting portion 5 to the gutter receiving portion 2.
[0027]
Therefore, the structure of the slide connecting portion 8 is a configuration that can be easily designed and realized, and is excellent in mass productivity and can be configured at low cost. Further, since the guide holes 5A are formed at two positions on the left and right, respectively, the guide rod 4 can smoothly slide through the front, rear, left and right slide guide holes 5A.
[0028]
Further, in the embodiment of the prior application described in the section of the prior art, the band plate-like mounting members are fixed in the lateral state at the two front and rear positions on the base end side of the rain gutter receiving portion, and the left and right sides of the respective mounting members are fixed. By curling both ends into a cylindrical shape, each of the front and rear, left and right cylindrical parts is used as a slide guide cylinder, and the left and right front and rear slide guide cylinders are slidably fitted into the left and right guide rods, The rain gutter receiving portion is slidable with respect to the mounting portion, and the guide gutter is connected to the slide guide cylinder in a state of being prevented from coming off. A guide hole 5A is formed in each of the left and right ends of the front and rear free ends of the plate-like slide mounting portion 5, and the guide rod 4 is inserted into the guide hole 5A. As long as there is no slide mounting part 5 is the guide rod It is possible to slide in a wide range along the, number of processing steps has become possible to reduce costs by reducing. Moreover, even if the guide rod 4 is shortened, a slide movement distance equivalent to that of the prior application can be secured. Therefore, the guide rod 4 can be shortened so that the cost can be lower than that of the prior application structure.
[0029]
In this embodiment, an operation handle 6 is pivotally attached to the guide rod 4 on one side (the back side in FIG. 1), and the operation handle 6 is disposed on the other side (front side in FIG. 1) on the rotation tip side. When the locking portion 7 that can be pressed and locked to the guide rod 4 on the side) is provided and the operating handle 6 is rotated to lock the locking portion 7 to the guide rod 4 on the other side, the slide connecting portion 5 When the operation handle 6 is rotated in the opposite direction from this slide blocking state, the press contact locking is released and the slide connecting portion 5 can be slid.
[0030]
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the operation handle 6 is formed by forming a single plate material in a U-shaped cross section when viewed from the side, and this U-shaped operation handle 6. The one side guide rod 4 is penetrated through the shaft hole 6A formed through the left and right free plate portions on one end side (the back side in FIG. 1) of the control handle 6 with respect to the one side guide rod 4. It is set as the structure pivotally attached to freely. In other words, the operation handle 6 is configured to rotate up and down in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slide connecting portion 8.
[0031]
Further, the guide rod 4 on one side is configured so as to pass through the shaft hole 6 </ b> A in a loosely fitted state so that the operation handle 6 can be slid along the guide rod 4.
[0032]
The operation handle 6 is configured to slide along the guide rod 4 on one side together with the rain gutter receiving portion 2 that slides along the guide rod 4, and the operation handle 6 is rotated. By locking the locking portion 7 to the guide rod 4 on the other side, sliding movement of the gutter receiving portion 2 with respect to the mounting portion 3 having the guide rod 4 is prevented. .
[0033]
More specifically, the operation handle 6 is located between the front and rear free end plates of the slide mounting portion 5 of the rain gutter receiving portion 2 and between the front and rear guide holes 5A. If the gutter receiving portion 2 is slid and moved in this manner, the operation handle 6 is also slid together with the slide mounting portion 5 and the locking portion 7 is pressed against the guide rod 4 on the other side. If the operation handle 6 is brought into the positioning state by stopping, the slide mounting portion 5 (rain gutter receiving portion 2) is also brought into a non-slidable state.
[0034]
Therefore, in this embodiment, the guide handle 4 for sliding the gutter receiving portion 2 with respect to the attachment portion 3 is pivotally attached, instead of a structure in which the pivot shaft for wearing the operation handle 6 is newly provided. Since the operation handle 6 is pivotally attached using the shaft, this structure can be easily designed and realized at a low cost, and can provide an inexpensive product with excellent mass productivity.
[0035]
Further, the operation handle 6 is provided with the locking portion 7 below the rotation tip side, and the locking portion 7 is configured to press and lock the other side guide rod 4 from above. When the locking portion 7 is locked to the guide rod 4 on the other side, the operation handle 6 is configured to be in a depressed state as shown in FIG.
[0036]
Further, the latching portion 7 will be further described. A notch recess is provided at the lower edge of the free plate portion of the operation handle 6, and the notch (locking portion 7) is as shown in FIG. It is formed in a bowl-shaped notch recess that can be press-fitted into the other side guide rod 4 from above.
[0037]
In addition, the locking portion 7 is configured to be pressed and locked to the guide rod 4 on the other side of the mounting portion 3 by a pressure mechanism 11 provided on the operation handle 6. The locking handle 7 is configured to be able to be engaged and disengaged from the guide rod 4 on the other side by rotating the operation handle 6 that is pressed against and locked against the opposite direction.
[0038]
The elastic mechanism 11 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, a substantially U-shaped elastic body 11A (leaf spring) is formed integrally with the top plate at the base end of the operation handle 6, and the lower portion of the elastic body 11A is The operation handle 6 is bent slightly toward the distal end side (the other side) so as to be always in contact with the guide rod 4 on one side which is a pivot shaft of the operation handle 6.
[0039]
On the other hand, the shaft hole 6A of the operation handle 6 that pivotally supports the guide rod 4 on one side in a penetrating state is formed as a slightly elongated hole as shown in FIG. 4, thereby resisting the biasing force of the elastic body 11A. Thus, the position of the guide rod 4 on one side with respect to the shaft hole 6A can be moved in the horizontal direction in FIG.
[0040]
Accordingly, when the operation handle 6 is tilted down and the locking portion 7 is locked to the guide rod 4 on the other side, the elastic body 11A contacting the guide rod 4 on the one side is pushed outward. By bending, the guide rod 4 on the other side is configured to be able to be locked to the locking portion 7 over the paste protrusion 12 which is continuously provided below the hook-shaped locking portion 7. Therefore, the engaging portion 7 is configured to be press-fitted and locked to the other guide rod 4 by the action of the elastic body 11A.
[0041]
Therefore, the locking mechanism 7 always locks the other guide rod 4 with a certain pressure contact locking force by the elastic pressure mechanism 11, thereby preventing the slide connecting portion 8 from being slid by the operation handle 6. Since the state is stably maintained, there is no possibility of releasing it without permission. In addition, since it snaps and presses (press-fits) and locks, it can be seen that the sound and the feeling of operation have surely prevented the slide, and the positioning operation of the slide connecting portion 8 is surely performed. It becomes.
[0042]
Further, when releasing the lock, it can be released by starting the operation handle 6 against the urging force of the elastic body 11A.
[0043]
In this embodiment, the other guide rod 4 is provided with a plurality of locking grooves 13 in which the locking portions 7 of the operation handle 6 are fitted and locked in the longitudinal direction of the guide rod 4. Provided.
[0044]
Specifically, a plurality of concave grooves (locking grooves 13) are formed in the outer peripheral portion of the other guide rod 4 that is locked by the locking portion 7. A plurality are arranged side by side in the length direction.
[0045]
Accordingly, since the locking portion 7 is firmly pressed and fixed in the positioning state in the locking groove 13 in this manner, the locking portion 7 is not displaced with respect to the guide rod 4 in this pressure contact fixed state. The fixed state of the slide connecting portion 8 is held extremely firmly.
[0046]
Although not shown in the present embodiment, a scale serving as a guide for sliding the slide connecting portion 8 is attached to the guide rod 4 on one side, and the slide position of the rain gutter receiving portion 2 with respect to the mounting portion 3 while observing this scale. It is also possible to configure so that adjustment can be set.
[0047]
With this configuration, the rain gutter brackets are attached to the eaves at equal intervals, but all the sliding positions of the gutter brackets 2 with respect to the mounting portions 3 of the plurality of gutter brackets are uniform. It can be done very easily while looking at the scale, and is very practical.
[0048]
In the present embodiment, a support reinforcing portion 9 is provided at the tip of the guide rod 4 so as to be positioned below the raindrop receiving portion 2 and receive and support the raindrop receiving portion 2 from below.
[0049]
Specifically, the front end of the guide rod 4 is extended, and the extended front end is bent so as to be positioned below the rain gutter receiving portion 2. The extending distal end portion of the guide rod 4 located below is used as the support reinforcing portion 9.
[0050]
The bearing reinforcing portion 9 is formed in a shape that can receive and support the lower portion of the gutter receiving portion 2 and can receive the left and right side portions to prevent the right and left misalignment of the gutter receiving portion 2. .
[0051]
More specifically, the extending tip portion of the guide rod 4 is formed in a shape surrounding the lower portion and the left and right side portions of the rain gutter receiving portion 2, and the extending tip portion of the guide rod 4 is formed in the rain gutter receiving portion 2. It is comprised in the said support reinforcement part 9 which receives and supports the lower part and right-and-left side part.
[0052]
