BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric appliance directly attached to a ceiling and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, a novel electric appliance attached directly to a ceiling surface formed by attaching a cover sheet to a ceiling casing, and a cover sheet on the ceiling casing. The present invention relates to a novel method for directly attaching an electric appliance main body to a ceiling surface constituted by sticking.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, electric appliances such as fire detectors attached to the ceiling have a structure that is assumed to be connected to a power supply line laid on the back of the ceiling.
For this reason, it is common to have a structure in which the power supply line drawn through the ceiling is suspended and connected to an electrical appliance screwed to the ceiling surface, or the electrical appliance is fitted into an opening formed in the ceiling. As an example of such an electric appliance and its mounting structure, the fire detector disclosed in

In recent years, however, apartment buildings have been designed to separate the building frame, which is the skeleton of the building, from the interior (infill), such as floor plans and interior decorations that are changed in about 10 to 30 years. Houses, so-called SI houses are being considered. And it is necessary to assume that the electrical appliances such as fire detectors installed in the interior part can be replaced in the future by changing the model and specifications, and the conventional form in which the conduit is embedded in the housing of the building It's time to review. Therefore, a construction method has been devised in which a so-called tape cable (thin electric wire having a thin tape shape) is used to conceal the wiring on the indoor surface of the ceiling.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the conventional fire detector is designed to be wired from the back of the ceiling, it is not suitable for the ceiling indoor cover concealment as described above, it is difficult to install, and the workability is not good. There was a problem. That is, the base member constituting the fire detector is screwed to the place where the putty is buried, but the raised putty surface is often a bumpy surface (it is difficult to paint the putty flat) In many cases, the base member is easily rattled despite being screwed.

In addition, since the power supply line is taken out through the putty that covers the protective plate, if a downward force is applied to the power supply line that is hanging down due to accidental pulling or the like, the power supply line is moved while peeling off the putty. If the putty is peeled off to a position where it can be received by the end face, then the sharp end face of the plate may be touched and the feed line may be damaged.
[0011]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric appliance that can be stably attached without a gap or rattling between the ceiling surface and the interior surface of the ceiling in the construction of the above-described interior wiring. In the point. Also, to provide a construction method that does not cause any inconvenience such as peeling off the applied filling repair agent (putty) due to unexpected power line pulling during the construction, or damage to the power line due to contact with the protective plate end face. Also aimed.
