Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pillow that can be used by appropriately changing the material and amount of the filling facing the front and back sides of the pillow, and the combination thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the most commonly used pillows are filled with a single material such as buckwheat, bunya, beads, etc. in a bag-like side land. Each has its own hardness, surface friction coefficient, thermal conductivity, etc., and when used it will exhibit its characteristics of cold feeling or warm feeling, hardness and softness, etc. In some cases, it was impossible to try to change the feel of the pillow.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above points, the present invention is to obtain a pillow that can appropriately change the filling material on the front and back sides of the pillow or the amount of the filling material in the pillow according to the user's preference. Objective.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention pillow divides the pillow body into a plurality of compartments having a filling insertion opening, into the small room, a separate sheet for partitioning the chamber into upper and lower layers, provided the filler insertion opening side as a free state, the small chamber heterogeneous filling a retrievable encapsulation in small room separate sheet has a oversize portion filling insertion port side, the length of the separate sheet is longer than the length of the small room, small by folding the oversize portion The filling in the room was covered to prevent mixing of the filling.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment of this invention pillow 1 is described below with drawing.
[0006]
The pillow 1 of the present invention has a hem stitch 4 on the peripheral edges of the upper and lower side grounds 2 and 3 to form a bag body, and a belt-like cloth 5 is interposed between the upper and lower side grounds 2 and 3 at appropriate intervals. A plurality of small chambers 7 are formed by folding the cloth 5 up and down and sewing 6 on the upper and lower side grounds 2 and 3 respectively. In the illustrated example, the small chamber 7 has three small chambers 7C, 7D, and 7E arranged in the height direction in the center portion, and two small chambers 7A, 7B and 7F, 7G are arranged on both sides in the height direction, respectively. It consists of 7 rooms of ~ 7G.
[0007]
When sewing the above-mentioned cloth cloth 5, by sewing 6 in a state where the lower sheet 3 and the separate sheet 8 whose outline is shown by a solid line in FIG. Three sheets are stacked with the separators 8 and 9 sandwiched between the side grounds 2 and 3. The separate sheet 8 is provided in the small chambers 7A to 7D and 7F, 7G except the small chamber 7E. When viewed as a whole, the separate sheet 8 has a reverse concave shape indicated by a solid line in FIG. 1C, and the separate sheet 9 is provided in the small chamber 7E. In FIG. 1C, a rectangle indicated by a one-dot chain line is formed. The separate sheets 8 and 9 are located between the upper and lower side lands 2 and 3 and divide the small chambers 7A to 7G into two vertically. In the separate sheet 8, a portion indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1C is sewn 6 integrally with the upper and lower side grounds 2 and 3, and a part indicated by a three-dot chain line in FIG. , 3 are sewn together.
[0008]
The separate sheets 8 and 9 in each of the small chambers 7A to 7G are longer than the length L (in the height direction) L of each of the small chambers 7A to 7G, and an oversized portion 10 is formed. When the sheet 8 is stored, the oversized portion 10 is folded back for each small chamber as shown in FIG. 1B. At this time, a cut 10a is formed at the boundary portion of the oversized portion 10 so that the separate 8 in each adjacent small chamber does not interfere with each other. As will be described later, the oversize portion 10 holds one of the fillings so that they do not mix when different kinds of fillings are stored above and below the separate sheet 8. A fastener 11 is provided on a part of the upper side 2 of each of the small chambers 7 so that a filling can be inserted into each of the small chambers 7.
[0009]
On the illustrated side, seven chambers 7 are provided, but this receives the back of the head by a chamber 7d provided in the central portion of the pillow 1, so that a padding different from the surroundings can be used particularly in this portion. In addition, the cervical vertebra and the like can be fitted to the body shape of the user by the surrounding small chambers 7A to 7C and 7E to 7G. For this reason, the number of small chambers in the central row is larger than that in the left and right rows, and therefore a separate sheet 9 is used as shown in FIG. 1C. If the number of small rooms is increased to a total of 9 rooms in 3 rooms and 3 rows, 2 separate sheets, a separate sheet corresponding to 6 rooms in 2 rooms and 3 rows, and a separate sheet corresponding to 3 rooms in 1 room and 3 rows The sheets may be stacked and sewn between the upper and lower sides, and the shape of the separate sheet can be changed according to the number of chambers.
[0010]
As the filling to be packed in the pillow 1 of the present invention, from the commonly used buckwheat, bread, synthetic resin beads, thin synthetic resin cylindrical bodies bent in arcs, and synthetic fibers rounded into small spheres Cotton or other suitable materials can be used. They are selected to have the desired hardness, the fastener 11 in a predetermined chamber is opened, a first filling is put between the separate sheets 8 and 9 and the lower side 3, and it is covered with the separate sheet 8. Next, the filler is put into the space between the separate sheet 8 and the upper side 2 and the oversized portion 10 of the separate sheet 8 is returned at the place where a predetermined amount is put, and the second filling placed in the upper space at the portion 10 is covered. The fastener 11 is closed so that the second filling and the first filling are not mixed.
[0011]
As described above, regarding filling of the filling in each of the small chambers 7, for example, if a filling that gives a cool feeling is used on the upper surface side of the pillow 1 and a filling that feels flexibility is used on the lower surface side, one pillow is used. It is possible not only to obtain different sensations by inversion, but also to change the characteristics obtained by easily replacing the contents appropriately. Of course, it is possible to put the same type of filling on the top and bottom of the separate sheet 8 in the small chamber 7, and of course, the filling amount can be changed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
In the pillow according to the present invention, the pillow main body is divided into a plurality of small chambers, and a separate sheet for dividing the small chambers into two upper and lower layers is provided in the small chambers. In addition, the separate sheet in the small chamber has an oversized portion, the length of the separate sheet is longer than the length of the small chamber, and the filling in the small chamber can be covered by folding the oversized portion in the small chamber. , It is possible to freely change the feel received from the pillow without mixing even if different kinds of fillings in the small chambers on the upper surface side and the lower surface side are arbitrarily selected and sealed, and thus can be made desirable. You can freely change the feel of the pillow top to something completely different.
[0013]
The pillow of the present invention uses a separate sheet placed between the upper and lower sides, so that different kinds of fillings in the small chamber can be reliably separated into the upper and lower layers, and By simply folding the oversize part, it is possible to easily and completely prevent mixing of the two layers of the upper and lower layers. Furthermore, when removing the filling, it is very effective to simply turn the folded part. is there.
